Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you felt dissatisfied with your stay. However, in order to avoid misunderstandings for future guests, we would like to clarify several factual points regarding this reservation.First, all room sizes, bed types, and photos of the accommodation are clearly shown on the listing page before booking. The bed provided is a standard double-size bed as described.Regarding the camera mentioned in your review, there are no cameras installed inside any guest rooms or private spaces. The only camera installed is located in a common entrance area for security purposes, which is also disclosed in the listing information.During your stay, we received several requests including towels, garbage collection, and supplies. Even though the washing machine was temporarily unavailable due to a mechanical issue (which was communicated in advance), we arranged alternative solutions such as allowing the use of additional towels and coordinating garbage collection during your stay.Unfortunately, after check-out, our staff found that the property had been left in a very problematic condition, including:Cigarette butts left on the premises despite the strict non-smoking ruleMultiple doors left unlockedKeys not returned to the key boxNumerous lights left onThe property left in a heavily disordered conditionThese situations created both fire safety risks and security concerns for the property. We contacted you after check-out regarding these violations, but unfortunately we did not receive any response. We always strive to provide a comfortable and fair environment for our guests, and most guests have stayed without any issues. However, this particular stay resulted in a very disappointing experience for our team due to the rule violations and lack of communication. We sincerely hope future guests will review the listing details and house rules carefully before booking to ensure the accommodation is suitable for their needs.Thank you for your understanding.
