設備は古いが関空行きのシャトルバスがあり便利。前泊するのにはいいが熊取駅からのバスが少ないので行きは注意！

清潔感はあるが水回りが昔の仕様なのか使いづらかった。

翌日の飛行機が早かったための前泊として利用しました。

リムジンバスは最早が、6時に関空第二ターミナル着でたすかりました。
部屋は、普通に清潔でした。浴室コーナーあたりにに少しだけカビはありましたが、経年などありますし特にきになりませんでした。
その他お部屋は狭いですが、寝るには充分で綺麗にお掃除もされていました。
受付のスタッフの方はとても親切でした。
コスパを考えると、とくに不満はありません！

旅行に行くのに大きな荷物があったので、前日に荷物を預けて、空港までの送迎サービスがあるこのホテルを選びました。周辺に系列ホテルがあって、全て送迎に対応されているようです。目的は果たせました。
通常の古いビジネスホテルで、高級さを求めるのであれば違いますが、必要な物は全て揃っているイメージです。

駅からの距離をよく確認せずに予約してしまったので、距離はかなりあったが
近くに業務スーパーや、食事出来る場所があったので助かった。
部屋自体は良かったと思う。

ホテルのスタッフの方々は、とても礼儀正しく親切で満足でした。
コスパも、良いと思います。
お風呂とトイレが、旧式で狭いのでそこだけ良くなれば良いですね！

空港近く

関空着のフライトが大幅遅延で急遽一泊。関空からはタクシーでないとつけない。朝は関空までの無料送迎バスがあり便利で助かった。部屋は一般的なビジネスホテルで狭かったがまあ普通。

普通のビジネスホテルです

築年数はたっている物の普通のビジネスホテルです
空港利用の外国人宿泊が多い為か中国語の注意書きがあちこちに有ります。
観光客利用増大の為か　泉南エリアでも宿泊価格は以前より高めです。
駅から徒歩ですと多少時間かかります。

空港への送迎無料・WiFiは繋がらなかった

空港へのシャトルバスを無料で出してくれます。
WiFi対応とありましたが、いくつかの端末で試しましたが
アクセスポイントはあるもののネット接続ができませんでした。

最寄り駅からタクシーだとすぐ着きますが、徒歩では少し無理な距離です。

次は系列の別のホテルも使ってみたい

素泊まりで利用しました。深夜チェックインで早朝チェックアウトでした。記載の通り予約確認せずでしたがレイトチェックインは問題なしでした。送迎の方はホテルの都合に合わなかったので断ったのですが、タクシーを予約しておいてもらえました。時間までに迎えにきてくれて満足でした。

Comfy stay

I only stayed for one night but found this hotel very comfortable. The place is aged, in a good way. I found the staff friendly and the room clean and overall in nice condition and bigger than any of the other rooms I've stayed in across Japan. I had a beautiful view and a good experience. The one small problem I had was a vent that seemed to carry in all noise from across the floor but it wasn't a big deal.

靠近機場平價之選

我入住時間非常晚，次天又一早離開，基本上沒有使用酒店內的設施。不過，這酒店提供接送服務，這點很好。即使我未能使用其早上的送車服務，酒店職員還是為我安排了的士(TAXI)，讓我準時到達機場。

另外，這酒店的房間很大，地氈好像是新鋪的。

Convenient when arriving late/leaving early

The hotel is not far from the airport and a good fit when you arrive late to Osaka KIX (or if you leave in the morning). They picked me up at the Izumisano train station at 11pm (I gave them a call from a cabin at the station), and they also have morning shuttles to the airport (or the Rinku Town train station). All for free :-) The bed was very good, and the room very clean, with a yukata, razor, toothbrush, etc.

A decent alternative for a layover one-night stay.

The room is normal for japanese standards, but tiny for a westerner. I was not pleased that even though the room was marked as non-smoking, there was definitely a trace of smoke odor. The bathroom is so tiny that the toilet is misaligned on purpose so that your legs barely fit in. On the positives, the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Isumizano station. The morning shuttle to Kansai was punctual (you have to reserve it the night before at the front desk, but it is free).

accomodation near airport

We arrived at midnight from the airport and found a comfortable room. The 7 eleven is just down the street for a late night snack. In the morning the staff rang for a taxi for us.

Trip hazard & non-smoking issues

The room is small as expected but so small that is necessary to leave the bathroom light on at nite, just in case, because, there is over a foot tall step to get into it and then very short, say 3",
Lip to step out. Trip Hazard does not adequately describe it. It's a broken neck waiting to happen.

Also, the Shuttle Driver believes in smoking in the van between passengers, so it is either headaches & coughs from him or a broken neck from the Bathroom. Take your pick!
I would not rebook there.

transortation not good

I have been to dozen of hotels in JP, this is the first one which doesn't have shuttle bus from airport to hotel. I have to take the train from airport to hotel's closest station, then a mini bus to pick up. They only have 3 scheduled shuttle bus next morning to airport, which is not convenience for guests. However, the staff was quite good. Room's small compare to others' with same price. I guess this will be the last time I stay here.

Osaka Travel

Price: No frills, reasonable. My travel was surprisingly affordable and within budget; Frequent Japan travellers who are intimidated by $400/night hotels will be surprised. Transportation: Staff helps to call taxi for you. Train station is 15 minutes to one station or 25 to another. Great walk during good weather. Staff were professional and helpful-especially Front Desk (day shift)-she was kind and warm hearted. Room Cleaning: Great! Tall persons over 5'10" may find the bathroom a tight squeeze, perfect for me, loved the deep tub, strong shower, hot water pot and refridgerator. Hotel shuttle pickup service from train station nearest KIX airport on a c-o-l-d, windy, late night was warmly welcomed. Appreciate that the driver looked for me as I stumbled around jet lagged. Food: Several good restaraunts next door or within easy walking distance. Airport, train and Osaka people were friendly and helpful. Staff at nearby shopping center were helpful.

A good transit hotel

It is a nice hotel not far from Osaka's Kansai International Airport. The nicest thing is that they provide a free shuttle to the airport at 6:30, 7:30, and 9:30 am. The room had all necessities, even a kimono. I only had a trouble finding the railway station to this hotel: you need to take a train to a different train station (not Izumisano, as you can assume from the city from the hotel's address.) I already forgot the name of the station, though. Also, do not try to find a hotel from a railway station; it is far. Take a cab, it's only 660 iens. It is a convenient hotel if you have an early flight, but not a convenient hotel to see Osaka or Kyoto.

OK pour une nuit avant départ de Kansai airport

nous devions dormir à proximité de l'aéroport de kansai avant de prendre un avion tot le lendemain matin. Yutaka hotel dispose d'une shuttle gratuit toutes les heures. Les chambres sont vieillotes mais propres. Le prix par rapoort aux hotels voisins etait bien placé. Globalement satisfait.

Very basic

Very basic. A place to sleep and move on the next day. Don't expect to get tourist information if you are spending the day. Pleasant staff but not easy to communicate with. Arriving late in KIX was difficult to find hotel.
