宿の付近には銭湯もありました

スタッフがいない時があって、フロントの電話番号の携帯にかけても誰も出ません。
チェックインも30分待たされました。
あと夜間の入館方法も説明がなく、ホテルに入れず凍死しかけました。

エントランスから清潔感があり高得点。

部屋が綺麗目で良かったです。狭くもなく丁度いい感じ。バスルームとトイレが別になっているところは1番のポイントかと‼︎

新しく出来たようでシンプルなつくりですが、デザイン性があり居心地の良いホテルでした。朝、カーテンではなく、障子なのが朝日が入り寝れなかったのが唯一残念でしたが、総じて良かったです。

The rooms are strangely set up - small yet look big.
The beds were great and so were the provided toiletries etc. everything else was okay. No smart tv. It’s close to the Geisha area and upon walking 15-20 mins it’s the main city.

Luggage drop off close to the station was excellent and very helpful. Room was nice and clean, nothing special but in a good location. Staff were good.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Our room reeked of sewage and mold. After having to sleep in the room the first night due to no hotel staff being onsite, they went and cleaned the room and got rid of the smell temporarily. Why was the room not cleaned before our check in? Also the room itself had tons of stains on the walls as well as insane amounts of dust. I actually got incredibly sick due to the hygiene practices at this hotel. Also there is no daily cleaning. The reception has incredibly weird hours. If you need help outside of the hours of 3pm-9pm good luck. They also don’t speak any language except Japanese, making communication incredibly difficult. This place gets 0/10 with its lack of cleanliness, amenities and overall experience. This is more so a crappy budget hostel experience.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. My daughter and friend’s room had a smell to it which they only informed me of after we had left for our next city. But other than that issue, everything was wonderful.

Stay Sakura Kyoto Gion is a very well-appointed, modern, clean and budget friendly place to stay in Gion. Easy walking to the great restaurants and stores lining Gion. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great hotel, front desk only open until 9pm however. And check in cannot be done at the hotel before 3pm in our case. Going to the check in hub near kyoto station solved this issue, they even shipped the luggage to our room later that evening, great!

I came here with my husband and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was wonderful!
All the staff were so kind and friendly. The room was clean and I felt beautifully decorated/the decor was very tasteful. It was a very relaxing room to be in.
The location is in Gion and near good transport links.
I think the value for money for this hotel is excellent!
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Kyoto - it was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay in Kyoto. The hotel was quiet, staff was friendly, beds were very comfortable. It was a 20 minute or less walk to Nishiki Market, Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomizu-dera

This was one of our favourite hotels we stayed in during our 3 week trip arouns Japan. Very spacious room and super comfy beds, great location too. Would highly recommend!

This was our third stay in Japan and our largest. The room was nice and spacious and the area was great. We were a short walk away from the downtown area but far enough to have a quiet sleep.
The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Fabulous hotel. Location was very good/convenient and very quiet at night. I was on the ground floor so didn't have a view from the window but that wasn't really a problem.

Room was very clean, spacious and smelled nice. Plenty of lighting options, most of which were controllable from the bed.

Bathroom was sizable, with options to hang your clothes in a partitioned section of the room. Safe in room too (something lacking in my Tokyo hotel).

Would gladly stay again.

The location is excellent and the staff were great but the room itself smelled really bad, like sewage smell, it wasn’t very well ventilated and of course they don’t have 24hrs staff at reception so if you meed to report something and you are out and about you’ll miss them! I wouldn’t bother with this place!

Fairly large room with separate bathroom areas but still a little tricky for moving about the room due to the layout. Room and property all look very nice and new. Hotel in the heart of historic Gion area of Kyoto. Before arriving I emailed asking if luggage could be stored before check in and was told to take luggage to a different location and it would be taken to the hotel later on. Change of plans meant we arrived later than intended and just simply checked in. Upon check out I witnessed people simply leaving their luggage at the hotel before check in.

1.沒有每天房務打掃
2.最後一天水管阻塞廁所、浴室都淹水了！
