ホテルは最高でしたが、朝食会場に行ったら入口に誰もいなく、その先にいた女性スタッフが冷たい印象だった。
ホテルはすごくよかったので、また泊まってみたいです。

温泉施設に和彫の方が数名いらっしゃいました。ファッションとしてのタトゥーは外国の方も多数いらっしゃるので全て入場制限は難しいかと思いますが、雰囲気がよくないと感じてしまいました。

チェックインの際に苗字を間違えられた。基本中の基本。初のプレミア宿泊でワクワクしてお部屋に入ったらカーペットに前泊者？のゴミが落ちてました。いきなりがっかり。泉天空の湯も宿泊者意外の人も多くて、入浴を断念しました。プレミアの意味がイマイチわかりません。

朝早い国内便に乗るため前泊に利用したがアクセスがとても便利な上に部屋・バスルーム共に広くてとても綺麗でフロントの方も笑顔で暖かくとても良かった。洗面の水捌けが何故か少し悪かったのだけが少し残念だった。あと最近良くあるような女性用のアメニティなどあると更に嬉しいと思ったが、利用層からするとあまりニーズが少ないのかもしれない。

翌日朝のフライトで、T3ターミナルに直通でとても楽でした。新しいホテルで、ベッドの寝心地が良く、ホテル敷地内のレストランも良く、温泉も気持ちよかったです。
スタフのサービスもとても良いのです。
まだいつかここに宿泊したいと思います。

とても清潔で良かったです。
温泉もスタッフの方が頻繁に清掃されていて、安心して入れました。
ただ温泉のお食事処のスタッフの人数が足りていないのか、ビールさえも中々出て来なかったのが、他が大変良かったゆえに残念でした。

Clean & Convenient

We always choose to stay here when we have an overnight layover or the night before flying out because of it's convience being in the international terminal (3). The rooms have always been clean and while it's a bit small (it's Japan) it works just fine. The location has dining and shopping in the area, including a Family Mart!

This last trip we got the tatami room, and we loved it. It had enough space for our two almost/semi-adults and us. There was enough room for luggage and we weren't dodging each other to get to the bathroom.

Oasis of calm

We’ve travelled through Haneda airport many times, but this is the first time we stayed in the Villa Fontaine Premier. It is a huge step up from the Villa Fontaine Grand and the Royal Park (the other hotels you can walk to from the terminal). Just walking into the lobby and the peace and quiet and great aircon was amazing. It is the more expensive of the 3 but well worth it

There are 2 Hotel Villafontaines next to terminal 3 in Haneda. There is the Grand and the Premier. The Premier is the nicer property with a quiet lobby / bar etc. The hotel is literally next to terminal 3. There are lots of places to shop and eat just outside of the hotel. It's not all that close to the heart of Tokyo so it's a great first night or last night stop but not the place I would choose to stay for the whole time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was great. All of the drinks in the minibar were included as part of the room on the Premier side.

Used as a base for 1 night before an early flight home.

Calm and tranquil with excellent staff and access to very good Spa facilities. It shares a spot with the Hotel Villa Fontaine, and you could see how they were positioning the premier against its mid-range sibling. As you come out of the elevator there's quite a bussling reception area, then you turn left and go through some solid doors to check in to the Fontaine Premier and suddenly it's all calm and quiet.
Other little extras include a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks (juices, beer and wine) and free access to the Spa. (I think the regular fontaine guests have to pay for this). It's a bit like going into a lounge at the airport. Only you can decide whether the extra is worth it for those add ons.

The room wasn't huge, and we had to do a little suitcase navigating, but it was comfortable and did the job for one night.

The Villa Fontaine Premier is exactly what I look for in a hotel at the airport. The location is an easy walk to Haneda's Terminal 3 and has an abundance of restaurants to choose from. The room itself was spacious and well-decorated and offered a wide variety of free drinks at the mini-bar. The bathroom had a fantastic shower and offered every possible amenity (brush, comb, toothbrush, lotion pack, q-tips, cotton pads, etc.). The Premier is more expensive than the Grand but for me, it was well worth the extra cost.

Super clean, and much quieter than the sister property adjoining it. Room was well appointed, with a beautiful bathroom, shower, and bath, and even a couch to lounge on. WIFI was truly high speed, around 150 Mbps both upload and download. And the included spa was a treat. Please read about the process beforehand to truly enjoy the cultural experience. And best of all, the staff was outstanding- always super polite and helpful. They even kept our luggage safe, as we were early, and even brought it up to our room for when we were able to check in. Top notch facility.

Great hotel and location but...

It’s super convenient to stay at this hotel when flying in and out of Haneda, especially since it’s right in Terminal 3. Having a Lawson right outside the entrance, along with gift shops and restaurants all around, makes things really easy. The hotel is clean and the overall service is usually solid.

Another great thing is how easy it is to get into central Tokyo from here. The monorail and train connections are super accessible, and with the express train, you can get to Shibuya in about 30 minutes. So if you’re in a pinch — like we were this time when everything in the city was fully booked — this hotel is a solid option, and you can still easily go out and explore.

That said, my second stay wasn’t as smooth as the first. I was surprised by how poorly trained the staff seemed this time. It’s an international airport hotel, yet no one I interacted with spoke English — even basic questions, like asking where the wall outlet was for the coffee maker, led nowhere. Eventually, I just gave up trying to explain.

On top of that, I was quoted one price for a late checkout, but a minute later the staff changed it and said it would be 5,000 yen more — apparently because she “wasn’t sure.” At places like the Ritz or Four Seasons, they would’ve honored the original quote. Also, I was told our room could be cleaned during the extended stay, only to be told later by the manager that it couldn’t, since it was just an add-on to our original reservation. It was frustrating and disappointi

When ending a vacation, staying at the airport isn't always ideal since you lose a day on some local good food/shopping. But staying at Hotel Villa Fontaine makes sure you don't lose out. Have access to great food in the airport, as well as easy access to shopping. Allows you to shop, go upstairs to pack it and see if you can still buy some more with ease! Would stay here again every time i fly out of HND

Despite the "Premier" branding, there's a complete lack of proper hospitality. Front desk staffs are just working robotic like for standard check in/ out. Don't stay here unless you would like to ruin your holidays before going home.

It is conveniently located within the Haneda Airport Terminal 3. However, despite the "Premier" branding, do not expect for a better service than their "Grand" hotel just opposite. Their property management does not bother to respond to your feedback and their front desk only start working for a solution to their problems when you start shouting at them at the front desk. There is no morning breakfast to go option in case you checked out earlier than their restaurant opening hours. Their sausage and bacon in their breakfast session are super dry and salty. I do NOT recommend this hotel unless you want to ruined your holidays before heading home.

Great hotel!!

We stayed at this hotel the day before we flew back to the States. We are very satisfied with the hotel and the services. The room was clean and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Especially staff was very welcoming and very helpful. And of course, the great access to the Haneda International Airport. Their Spa is tattoo friendly, so my husband really enjoyed it.
We strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Das perfekte Highlight vor der Rückreise

Dieses Hotel kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns war es in Japan der letzte Aufenthalt vor unserem Abflug zurück nach Deutschland. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Zugsystem ist aber so unkompliziert, dass man diese Unterkunft auch für einen Tokioaufenthalt buchen kann.
Das Personal hier ist extrem freundlich (noch mehr als ja sowieso schon überall in Japan) die Zimmer sind super gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Willkommensgeschenk, Kaffe und alle Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank sind frei, das Gym ist riesig und gut ausgestattet, der Spabereich in der obersten Etage super, mit Blick auf den Fluß und in der Ferne auf den Fuji….
Der Barbereich ist sehr einladend. Als Hotelgast bekommst du zwei Drinks für den Preis von einem.
Es war einfach alles perfekt.

Top notch!

This is the first time we’ve ever stayed at an airport hotel and the experience was phenomenal! The convenience of having all the great restaurants is a plus and Lawson by the hotel offers some pretty good food items as well. Their onsen is free for guests but it is pretty crowded in the evenings. I only used it once to try, but it felt a little too pedestrian for me. However, they have great facilities and provide all the amenities so you don’t need to bring anything. The water temperatures were not hot enough to be an onsen. In-room amenities are pretty fab as well. You don’t even need to bring your own skincare as they provide everything you need from hair brush to face lotion. We had the bigger room with a river view and it was quite nice although it’s more of an industrial building view on the other side of the river. All in all, great service, clean, great shower pressure! We stayed here for a few nights and commuted to the city only to realize that they offer free bus to the city. We took the monorail + train and it took about 35-40 min to Shibuya. They have an amazing laundry room with modern machines where you don’t even need to put soap!! If I have to pick one thing, their WiFi was very fast, but our VoIP kept dropping unlike at other hotels. Other than that, everything was great!
