温泉施設に和彫の方が数名いらっしゃいました。ファッションとしてのタトゥーは外国の方も多数いらっしゃるので全て入場制限は難しいかと思いますが、雰囲気がよくないと感じてしまいました。

チェックインの際に苗字を間違えられた。基本中の基本。初のプレミア宿泊でワクワクしてお部屋に入ったらカーペットに前泊者？のゴミが落ちてました。いきなりがっかり。泉天空の湯も宿泊者意外の人も多くて、入浴を断念しました。プレミアの意味がイマイチわかりません。

朝早い国内便に乗るため前泊に利用したがアクセスがとても便利な上に部屋・バスルーム共に広くてとても綺麗でフロントの方も笑顔で暖かくとても良かった。洗面の水捌けが何故か少し悪かったのだけが少し残念だった。あと最近良くあるような女性用のアメニティなどあると更に嬉しいと思ったが、利用層からするとあまりニーズが少ないのかもしれない。

翌日朝のフライトで、T3ターミナルに直通でとても楽でした。新しいホテルで、ベッドの寝心地が良く、ホテル敷地内のレストランも良く、温泉も気持ちよかったです。
スタフのサービスもとても良いのです。
まだいつかここに宿泊したいと思います。

とても清潔で良かったです。
温泉もスタッフの方が頻繁に清掃されていて、安心して入れました。
ただ温泉のお食事処のスタッフの人数が足りていないのか、ビールさえも中々出て来なかったのが、他が大変良かったゆえに残念でした。

Super convenient for our last overnight before heading back to US. This hotel is right at international Terminal 3. They kept our big luggage so we could went to Tokyo quick turnaround and back to pick up our luggage. Hot spring is 24 hours. Super nice a true 5 stars hotel!

Excellent hotel. Beautiful and clean and amazing staff. Modern aesthetic. The ONLY issue is if you're taking a taxi, the drop off location is hard to find unless the taxi driver is familiar with the hotel. Despite that, I will be booking at this hotel when I return.

The best hotel in Haneda Airport

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The reception and all the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was simply perfect – from the cleanliness to the food, the facilities, and the overall service. We could not find a single flaw or issue. Truly a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice and worthy

Staff needs a little fix , we arrive at entrance first contact at the road was amazing and helpful, then walked in went to the Grand counter instead of Premier, the two counter separated by a large sliding door which block all noises from the very busy entrance, which connect directly to Haneda Terminal 3, so practical, although the young kid at the counter was a complete little di..k, he was rude until he realized we were checking at the Premier for two nights with breakfast with full access to Onsen and facilities, he apologized, if he had not I was about to check him out I was tired and not interested in his lack of professionalism, I was polite and so was my wife, but I hadn't shaved that only day , whatever, the Premier side was completely the opposite, until the next day breakfast time, food was great and very fancy, but the coffee and the Lady running the show, she was probably the mother of the little di..k at Grand counter, no offense to his real mother, she was acting condescending and looking at my tattoos, I only have two that show and not offensive at all, other than that, this place is nothing short AMAZING! The onsen spa gym area must be visited I insist!

Beautiful and relaxing hotel right by Terminal 3 (international) of Haneda airport. I arrived in the evening from Narita airport and picked this hotel to stay at since I had a domestic flight out the next day. What was appealing to me when booking was that they offered a rooftop onsen (hot springs pool) in their spa area. The walk from terminal to check-in (on the 4th floor) was not difficult as there were people around to ask to make sure I was headed in the right direction. (I had a duffel bag and heavy backpack with me so I didn’t want to get lost and lug all my stuff longer than necessary.) Check-in was smooth and easy. My room with the river view was beautiful (both at night and in the daytime—it was great to sit by the window and admire the peaceful view while sipping on wine or coffee, both complimentary). There was a welcome gift of senbei along with a variety of complimentary drinks in the fridge (including beer, sake, soda, OJ, and water). The bathroom was really nice with a deep-soaking tub and auto-flushing Toto toilet. And of course, I really enjoyed the rooftop onsen pool. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. The convenience level is top-notch with shops nearby and a 24-hour convenience store. There’s also a free shuttle at Terminal 3 that can take you to the other terminals.

Convenient for overnight connections

The hotel is connected to Haneda T3 by the covered walkway, easy to get in and out.
The hotel is new and in the great shape.
There is nothing to do or see in the surrounding area, only take a walk along the river.

Clean & Convenient

We always choose to stay here when we have an overnight layover or the night before flying out because of it's convience being in the international terminal (3). The rooms have always been clean and while it's a bit small (it's Japan) it works just fine. The location has dining and shopping in the area, including a Family Mart!

This last trip we got the tatami room, and we loved it. It had enough space for our two almost/semi-adults and us. There was enough room for luggage and we weren't dodging each other to get to the bathroom.

Oasis of calm

We’ve travelled through Haneda airport many times, but this is the first time we stayed in the Villa Fontaine Premier. It is a huge step up from the Villa Fontaine Grand and the Royal Park (the other hotels you can walk to from the terminal). Just walking into the lobby and the peace and quiet and great aircon was amazing. It is the more expensive of the 3 but well worth it

There are 2 Hotel Villafontaines next to terminal 3 in Haneda. There is the Grand and the Premier. The Premier is the nicer property with a quiet lobby / bar etc. The hotel is literally next to terminal 3. There are lots of places to shop and eat just outside of the hotel. It's not all that close to the heart of Tokyo so it's a great first night or last night stop but not the place I would choose to stay for the whole time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was great. All of the drinks in the minibar were included as part of the room on the Premier side.

Used as a base for 1 night before an early flight home.

Calm and tranquil with excellent staff and access to very good Spa facilities. It shares a spot with the Hotel Villa Fontaine, and you could see how they were positioning the premier against its mid-range sibling. As you come out of the elevator there's quite a bussling reception area, then you turn left and go through some solid doors to check in to the Fontaine Premier and suddenly it's all calm and quiet.
Other little extras include a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks (juices, beer and wine) and free access to the Spa. (I think the regular fontaine guests have to pay for this). It's a bit like going into a lounge at the airport. Only you can decide whether the extra is worth it for those add ons.

The room wasn't huge, and we had to do a little suitcase navigating, but it was comfortable and did the job for one night.

The Villa Fontaine Premier is exactly what I look for in a hotel at the airport. The location is an easy walk to Haneda's Terminal 3 and has an abundance of restaurants to choose from. The room itself was spacious and well-decorated and offered a wide variety of free drinks at the mini-bar. The bathroom had a fantastic shower and offered every possible amenity (brush, comb, toothbrush, lotion pack, q-tips, cotton pads, etc.). The Premier is more expensive than the Grand but for me, it was well worth the extra cost.

Super clean, and much quieter than the sister property adjoining it. Room was well appointed, with a beautiful bathroom, shower, and bath, and even a couch to lounge on. WIFI was truly high speed, around 150 Mbps both upload and download. And the included spa was a treat. Please read about the process beforehand to truly enjoy the cultural experience. And best of all, the staff was outstanding- always super polite and helpful. They even kept our luggage safe, as we were early, and even brought it up to our room for when we were able to check in. Top notch facility.
