温泉施設に和彫の方が数名いらっしゃいました。ファッションとしてのタトゥーは外国の方も多数いらっしゃるので全て入場制限は難しいかと思いますが、雰囲気がよくないと感じてしまいました。

チェックインの際に苗字を間違えられた。基本中の基本。初のプレミア宿泊でワクワクしてお部屋に入ったらカーペットに前泊者？のゴミが落ちてました。いきなりがっかり。泉天空の湯も宿泊者意外の人も多くて、入浴を断念しました。プレミアの意味がイマイチわかりません。

朝早い国内便に乗るため前泊に利用したがアクセスがとても便利な上に部屋・バスルーム共に広くてとても綺麗でフロントの方も笑顔で暖かくとても良かった。洗面の水捌けが何故か少し悪かったのだけが少し残念だった。あと最近良くあるような女性用のアメニティなどあると更に嬉しいと思ったが、利用層からするとあまりニーズが少ないのかもしれない。

翌日朝のフライトで、T3ターミナルに直通でとても楽でした。新しいホテルで、ベッドの寝心地が良く、ホテル敷地内のレストランも良く、温泉も気持ちよかったです。
スタフのサービスもとても良いのです。
まだいつかここに宿泊したいと思います。

酒店的环境，服务，以及周边的餐饮一应俱全，非常方便。下次羽田航班打算再次入住。酒店的服务也非常棒。另外，该酒店的温泉环境也是非常赞的。

とても清潔で良かったです。
温泉もスタッフの方が頻繁に清掃されていて、安心して入れました。
ただ温泉のお食事処のスタッフの人数が足りていないのか、ビールさえも中々出て来なかったのが、他が大変良かったゆえに残念でした。

very comfortable beds. spotless clean. the staff was very accommodating, they even accompanied us to the room seeing we had the stroller and luggage and 2 small kids. the bar fridge was also filled with drinks, which are all free! there is a coffee machine and some snacks in the room as well, all free. the inhouse onsen was also superb.

One of the best ‘airport hotel’ we have ever stayed in. An easy walk from the terminal. (Be careful, there are two versions of this brand: Premier and Grand. We stayed at the Premier). The room was small but had everything you needed to relax after a long flight. It as super clean and the view of the river is amazing. Staff is super helpful and kind.

We stayed at the Villa Fontaine Premier Hotel at Haneda Airport in Tokyo on a return trip from Bangkok. We selected this hotel because it was connected to the airport, and there were many transportation options for a couple of excursions that we had planned. I will say that the staff were very courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The room we selected was spacious with a nice seating area, separate closet and bathroom area. We also had a view of the Tama River with one wall of windows and nice blackout curtains for sleeping. Everything in the room has English and Japanese options, so it is easy for an American to navigate what is certainly a high-tech room. There is a spa and exercise room for those people who want those amenities.

I always look forward to staying at this hotel whenever I return to Japan.
Being warmly greeted when I go out and when I come back truly makes me feel that I’ve come home to Japan.
The staff are always polite and kind, and I appreciate that very much.

One of the things I enjoy most is the bath. However, recently many overseas guests have been using the bath without tying up their long hair, letting it hang down into the water. When their hair drifts toward me, it’s quite unpleasant.

Japan has a culture of enjoying the bath quietly and respectfully, which is part of its charm. But lately there have been many Chinese guests speaking loudly in the bath area, and I find it disrespectful. It seems they may not be reading the bathing etiquette guidelines written on the walls.
It’s unfortunate, but I hope the staff can verbally explain the bathing rules to guests before they enter.

Lastly, I would like to share one more request. I truly love this hotel and have recommended it to many international guests.
Many of my American guests look forward to the meals here, but they often tell me they are disappointed that the hotel serves only strong-smelling Indian-style curry. They would be very happy if you could also offer Japanese-style curry.

I was surprised by the amount of freebies within the room and the amenities they have! Lots of good food and plenty of shops in the garden as well.

Very nice hotel, much nicer than you’d expect for being at the airport. The staff were very kind, we initially walked up to the Grand instead but they kindly walked us over to the Premier. Very inclusive feeling without being too much.

Great rooms, awesome lobby, good food. Checkin check out staff were great. Easy to get around.

The only upsetting thing is the escalators said no cart, so we started heading that direction, because we only had suit cases. We were turn away becasue it must be becasue we are Canadian. WHY you asked? Well the couple right behind as that are American were allowed down with their suit cases. So I ask the hotel what is this discrimination.

Could not have been a nicer place to stay; especially based on past experience at other airport hotels. The VFP @ Haneda has a separate check-in area, the staff all spoke very good English; it was fast & easy. Room was large, great bathroom & shower, bed was firm / comfortable with nice pillows. Everything was immaculate clean. American breakfast was great (eggs Benedict, etc). Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a fantastic option for a last night in Tokyo before flying out. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the onsen provide a great relaxation opportunity, there are tons of restaurants in the adjoining shopping center and you can pay a bit extra for a late checkout, which was great for an evening flight. The hotel is accessible from Terminal 3, and if you're an airplane geek you can watch planes from a viewing area in the spa. The onsen also have some outdoor pools with viewing areas of the city skyline. An added bonus were the free beverages in the room, including sake and beer.

Conveniently located in Haneda airport. It's quiet and relaxing with sound-proof rooms and comfortable beds, making this the perfect location to recharge before or after flights. Staff is well trained, and the hot spring baths are refreshing. Love this location and accommodation. Highly recommended for any traveler who desires convenience and relaxation. Its location adjacent to excellent shopping, dining, and the travelers information center make it ideal for almost any guest. You won't regret staying here!

Booking this hotel for one night before we flew out of Haneda was probably one of the best decisions that I made on tbis trip.

It is connected directly to terminal 3 vis a walkway with all kinds of shops and restaurants so if you need to grab a meal or a souvenir, it is veey convenient.

The check in process was seamless and they moved our luggage directly into our room for us as we went into Tokyo for our last day. It was so nice coming back late and having the bags already there.

The service and facilities are first class with one of the nicest spas I have ever used. I will definitely be using this hotel again when we return to Japan.

The Premier room was spotlesss and well furnished,, including snacks and beverages included. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with great amenities. Super easy walk through a modern retail area to Terminal 3. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great check in staff, English speaking. The free onsen was great. Clean and quiet rooms. Hotel Villa Fontaine have 2 different side, one is Premier, and the other is the grand. We stay at the Premier side, more expensive but much more enjoyable, with less people.
The grand side had cheaper rooms, but had a lot of people when we passed by. I recommend the Premium side of this hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and continue to love it. The Premier side is very clean and quiet, the location is convenient, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. The bathrooms are well-appointed, with high-quality amenities, and daily slippers are provided—a nice touch you don’t even always see at properties like the Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton unless requested.

The only drawback is that service can be inconsistent. Some reception staff have limited English and aren’t always familiar with hotel policies when asked. I understand this is a foreign country, but if you’re working in hospitality and serving international guests, basic English proficiency is essential.

Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent amenities, and I keep returning despite the occasional service hiccup.

Super convenient for our last overnight before heading back to US. This hotel is right at international Terminal 3. They kept our big luggage so we could went to Tokyo quick turnaround and back to pick up our luggage. Hot spring is 24 hours. Super nice a true 5 stars hotel!

Excellent hotel. Beautiful and clean and amazing staff. Modern aesthetic. The ONLY issue is if you're taking a taxi, the drop off location is hard to find unless the taxi driver is familiar with the hotel. Despite that, I will be booking at this hotel when I return.

Everything was simply perfect – from the cleanliness to the food, the facilities, and the overall service. We could not find a single flaw or issue. Very nice and worthy

Staff needs a little fix , we arrive at entrance first contact at the road was amazing and helpful, then walked in went to the Grand counter instead of Premier, the two counter separated by a large sliding door which block all noises from the very busy entrance, which connect directly to Haneda Terminal 3, so practical, although the young kid at the counter was a complete little di..k, he was rude until he realized we were checking at the Premier for two nights with breakfast with full access to Onsen and facilities, he apologized, if he had not I was about to check him out I was tired and not interested in his lack of professionalism, I was polite and so was my wife, but I hadn't shaved that only day , whatever, the Premier side was completely the opposite, until the next day breakfast time, food was great and very fancy, but the coffee and the Lady running the show, she was probably the mother of the little di..k at Grand counter, no offense to his real mother, she was acting condescending and looking at my tattoos, I only have two that show and not offensive at all, other than that, this place is nothing short AMAZING! The onsen spa gym area must be visited I insist!
