リーゾナブルな料金

新宿駅南口から10分位でとても近く､料金もとても安くて助かりました♪ただ施設はちょっと古くてそれなりだったのは仕方ないですね！

4階建てだがエレベーターなし。
Wifi完備とあるが4階にはなく、3階の弱いWifiを使用せざるを得ず、途切れることもストレス。
トイレ臭い。
エアコンもカビが生えている。
立地は良い。

男1人で泊まりました。チェックインはリモート対応でしたが、きちんと説明してくれるので大丈夫でした。
部屋も綺麗にされていて、寝る分には申し分ないです。
ただ、風呂場が汚く、清掃が行き届いていない状態でした。排水が詰まって流れが悪い状態だったので、恐る恐る排水溝を開けてみると髪の毛やゴミが。。。ゴミ箱がないので、取り除いたゴミを捨てる場所もなく。
あと、コインランドリーが脱衣所と一体化しているので、1人がお風呂に入っているとコインランドリーを利用できません。

立地や価格などはすごくいいと思うので、もう少しお風呂場周りをよくしていただけるといいなと思いました。

最低限の施設

バックパッカー向けの宿泊施設であり、安いけど最低限の施設です。
シャンプー、ボディシャンプーのみ用意あり。
寝る場は確保できるけど最低限の施設でした。
スーツケースを開ける場所もあまりなく、雨で傘を乾かせるのにも一苦労。
外人さんのドア開け閉めがやかましかったです。
新宿であの安さは有り難かったです。

Your description didn’t say the bathrooms were shared and shower on the 1st foot and no elevator and we were on t by e 3rd floor and I hurt my knee. Could not shower the night we traveled 24 hours on planes and trains. Could not make it up
And down on my own. Had to go stay at a new hotel and pay more money

Overall nothing really good about the place besides the location. I didn't have a particularly bad experience but many things were very subpar. There's no elevator, no amenities besides a towel and some shampoo. The room smelled like smoke. There are only 2 shower rooms, both being on the first floor. The room was small but not that bad compared to other Tokyo hotels.

Incredible location. Super convenient check-in. Bathroom smelled kind of funny and they were routinely out of soap on the third floor.

HELL HOTEL. DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY. We left after checking in. We ignored the front reception but as we climbed the stairs to our room - DISGUSTING. We puked!! We ran outside out of breath, coughing and throwing up. The shared bathroom is the worst! VERY DISAPPOINTED. I want my money back! They should inspect this hotel and get it cleaned or shut it down.

Hôtel à fuir!! Ne réservez surtout pas. Nous avions réservé cette chambre peu cher (65€) pour notre dernière courte nuit au Japon avant de reprendre l’avion…Cet hôtel est insalubre!
La chambre, les couloirs, la douche… Tout est sale et en mauvais état! Il y a une mauvaise odeur dans tout l’hôtel, c’est inadmissible. Wifi gratuite? Si vous êtes au bout du couloir vous ne la capterez pas! Et un matelas? Autant dormir à même le sol c’est pareil.

The room was smaller than I expected but it fit my needs. The air conditioner worked, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and all necessities were provided. The manager is very nice and helpful. The showers could use some updating but they were clean and private. The location makes up for the lack of amenities and the price was very reasonable. I would stay here again.

This place does not pretend to be more than it is...a ultra convenient location with simple but sufficient accommodations. If you are a persnickety person, you should book a place at the Four Seasons.

신주쿠중심에서 가까운 숙소

와이파이 패스넘버를 알수없어 프론트에가도 아무도없고 버튼을 눌러도 아무도 나타나지않아 무료와이파이를 쓰지못했네요 체크아웃할때 물어보니 그제서야 프린트아웃해주는데 상황 끝이었죠 키받을때 와이파이패스넘버를 묻든지 방에 써놓으면 좋을텐데 아쉽네요
그냥 잠만자는걸로는 신주쿠산초메와 가까워 좋습니다 엘리베이터도 없고 공용욕실이니 참고하세요

너무 더럽고, 관리가 안되고 있는 숙소입니다.

사진으로 아주 조작을 많이하셨더라고요. 공용 욕실은 사람을 죽였던 사건 장소 처럼 매우 더럽고 청결하지 못하였습니다. 그리고 화장실에는 찌린내가 진동했습니다.

자는 곳은 그나마 깨끗했는데 사진과는 너무 다른 모습이었습니다.

숙소가 너무 들어가기 싫은 여행이었습니다. 그래서 밖에 오래 있었습니다..


여기 대표님은 운영에 있어서 많은 반성과 발전을 위해 고민할 필요가 있어보입니다.

아무리 가격이 저렴해도 이 상태로라면 저는 절대 추천하지 않습니다.

그리고 방금이 진짜 하나도 안됩니다.

추가로, 더럽고 더럽고,시끄럽고 시끄럽고, 위치가 좋은 것 빼고는 최악입니다.

The property was extremely dirty, it’s never cleaned,. There is a single toilet cubicle per floor and there are two showers that service the whole hotel. We stayed a single night as there were no hotel availability around the area that night and there must have been Deb bugs woke up with bites up both my legs.

Don’t stay here, you will regret it

À fuir!

Tout est absolument sale, sol, mur , salle d'eau, wc. Certaines tache sont sûrement là depuis des mois!

De plus, aucune isolation phoniques, lit qui grince et de tres mauvaise qualités.

Une honte pour un hôtel !!!

Very, Very, Very Dirty

This is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in... it must have been years since they last replaced the tatami (or even cleaned it)-- I can't believe it's normally around $90/night!! For that price, the bare minimum they could provide is a clean place to stay. The toilet smelled offensive.
