広くて、キッチンなどもあって、家族連れで連泊などの方は特によいと思いました。
唯一私が苦手だったのは、間接照明が多くて、室内があまり明るくなかったことです。
スタッフの方の対応はとても気持ちよかったです。お世話になりました

小さい子供達も連れての宿泊でした。良かった点はキッチンがありアレルギーの子供に軽くご飯を支度できたのもよかったです。寝るだけでの宿泊なら全然とても良いと思います！
ただ土足厳禁ではないので床はカーペットになっており他の宿泊者さん達は靴のままな方もいるんだろうなと思うと子供達が素足で走り回っていたのが少し気になってしまいました(>_<)
日本の方は玄関みたいに靴を脱いで
上がるスタイルがいいなとは思いますが海外の方はこっちのスタイルの方が使いやすいのかなとは思いました。

施設ができて1年半ぐらいとのことで
とてもキレイでリーズナブルな値段で宿泊することができました。スタッフのかたも分からないことは全て丁寧に教えてくれました。少し歩けば道頓堀の方へ行けるので立地も良いです。また次回も利用したいです。

2度目の宿泊　

5月に続き、2度目の宿泊でした。
前回とは違う部屋に宿泊して、今回の部屋はWi-Fiが不安定でした。場所によって繋がりにくくなりました。部屋も清潔だったのですが、洗面所とお風呂の壁の水垢が少し気になりました。あと、お風呂に椅子があると助かります。
スタッフさん、皆さん優しく笑顔が素敵で好感がもてます。近いのでまた行かせてもらいます。

I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again the staff were awesome especially when we had an issue with our luggage.

This was our only stay at a MIMARU hotel during our 14-day trip to Japan, mostly because their popularity made them difficult and relatively expensive to book. I was curious to compare their services to the other hotels on our trip.

What I found was that all the hotels we stayed at, including this one, were immaculately clean with very polite customer service. The kitchenette in our unit was nice and had everything we needed (no toaster though). The room itself was unusually large. I think that fact, combined with its popularity among families with young children and it's relative location to the fire station, made it slightly noisier than the other hotels we stayed at on our visit.

There was no washer/dryer in the unit, but there was a coin operated one on the first floor (detergent included). This put it slightly behind the other hotels we stayed at that had washers in the unit. Where this hotel stood out though, was in it's warm multi-lingual hospitality, and it's relatively quiet (apart from the fire station) and convenient location. It was steps from the Yotsubashi station, which connects to the Shinsaibashi station via an underground mall. It was also steps away from a Family Mart and a very nice grocery store, with several other wonderful grocery stores nearby. And even though it was tucked in a quiet corner, it ended up being very close to all the action of the Dotonburi area.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in right away. It’s also very kid-friendly, with enough space for families to relax comfortably.
The location was extremely convenient—close to a kobini (convenience store), supermarkets, and public transportation, which made getting around and grabbing essentials very easy.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The staff was amazing and very kind. The location was near a grocery store and the hotel gave you a coupon for 5% off for every purchase. They have coffee available in their lobby.The subway stations are close. It is in a high designer brand name area. Good walking distance to Dontonbori. They have laundry facilities on site. I would definitely recommend staying here!

At MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi WEST, the staff's hospitality left a lasting impression. Especially Melissa's restaurant guide was very helpful, allowing the whole family to enjoy a pleasant dining experience. The spacious rooms were phenomenal and the surrounding “must see” areas are only a short walk away.

Highly recommend this hotel. Location is very convenient, walking distance to Dotombori, Kuromon market, shinsaibashi shopping outlet, DAIMARU mall and Parco building. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Quiet area at night. Having a kitchen in the unit is plus plus.

I honestly was expecting a larger room for the 5 of us. We all slept on the tatami, we had to step on each other bodies in order to reach our futon. The ceiling was very low, it gave us a sense of oppression. We didn’t even have the space for opening our luggages.
The bathroom was tiny, we had to take turns in order to use it. For the first time since we arrived in Japan, the washing machine wasn’t in the room but downstairs next to the reception and wasn’t free.
The room was clean and everything was in perfect working conditions but that was about it. I’d say after we stayed in other Mimarù, this one in Osaka was a let down.

Loved the architecture/design of the hotel & room. Modern but authentic cultural feel; clean and spacious rooms; 24H convenience store right next door full of delicious traditional snacks/meals; no on-site parking but plenty of 24H parking lots around. Staff (Maria) was lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. There are Family mart and Aeon nearby. You can get whatever you like from these stores. The shopping hotspot is really close. You can go there is 10 minutes. Staff is nice and helpful. I will book this hotel again in my next visit.

This was our first experience of the Mimaru chain and we are so happy with it!
The room was spacious, had a small kitchen, and the bunk bed and dining area is great.
Well air conditioned which was brilliant in the heat of summer!
Laundry facilities, items for free hire, and amazing staff meant it made our stay.
Thank you Mimaru (particularly to the front desk staff member who was so kind!)

We stayed for 2 nights and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The staff asked if we needed any amenities during check-in since they do not leave them out in the lobby. There is wall with photos of the staff and their biography so you can learn about their interests. Also, if you fill out a survey you receive a token for a gashapon machine at the front desk.

The hotel was easy to find and reach by train (about a 4 minute walk to the nearest station). There is an AEON supermarket and a FamilyMart close by. The Shinsaibashi shopping center is walkable (about 15 minutes away) and has much to see.

The room itself had a shower, tub, kitchen, and 2 beds with room for 3 more futons for a total of 5 people in one room. It was a little tight going in and out of the sleeping area but the dining table and kitchen were fine.

We had some shoes and other bulky trash that needed to be disposed and the staff were very kind to help us throw them away.

We would love to stay in this area again. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay with my family. Jake checked us in and is one of the friendliest and most helpful receptionist we have had. Location is fantastic - a little off the main streets but just a short walk from the main tourist area. The room was very spacious and filled with amenities. We would definitely come back again!

Very clean and comfortable. We had 2 families in two rooms next to each other. Perfect for 6days visiting Osaka,Kyoto and Expo 2025. Staff was excellent Jake in the day and Maria ay night. We were able to wash clothes down stairs and warm up a few meals in the room. Close to everything.

Incredible stay at Mimaru West Osaka!

Our entire experience at Mimaru was amazing. From sending check in and additional information a week before arrival, to the helpful staff that welcomed us to the comfy apartment and amenities. We loved the location, at walking distance to the action, but further away from the noise and crowds. 24/7 grocery shopping is right around the corner. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service.

The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape.

Would have given a 5 stars if the dust level was improved.

This property was a good fit for our family as we had six people staying in the apartment. It was close to transit station, and it was convenient to food options. However, we had issues with storage as there were no place to store clothing and we had to live out of our luggage which was somewhat inconvenient. The kids really enjoyed the bunk bed, and we were ok sleeping on the tatami bed.
