すごく綺麗なお部屋で2段ベットもありよかったです。場所も良くて大満足でした。また次もここに泊まりたいと思います。

小さい子供達も連れての宿泊でした。良かった点はキッチンがありアレルギーの子供に軽くご飯を支度できたのもよかったです。寝るだけでの宿泊なら全然とても良いと思います！
ただ土足厳禁ではないので床はカーペットになっており他の宿泊者さん達は靴のままな方もいるんだろうなと思うと子供達が素足で走り回っていたのが少し気になってしまいました(>_<)
日本の方は玄関みたいに靴を脱いで
上がるスタイルがいいなとは思いますが海外の方はこっちのスタイルの方が使いやすいのかなとは思いました。

快適しかない

施設に関して快適しかないです。
コインパーキングも近くに点在しており便利でした。

施設ができて1年半ぐらいとのことで
とてもキレイでリーズナブルな値段で宿泊することができました。スタッフのかたも分からないことは全て丁寧に教えてくれました。少し歩けば道頓堀の方へ行けるので立地も良いです。また次回も利用したいです。

2度目の宿泊　

5月に続き、2度目の宿泊でした。
前回とは違う部屋に宿泊して、今回の部屋はWi-Fiが不安定でした。場所によって繋がりにくくなりました。部屋も清潔だったのですが、洗面所とお風呂の壁の水垢が少し気になりました。あと、お風呂に椅子があると助かります。
スタッフさん、皆さん優しく笑顔が素敵で好感がもてます。近いのでまた行かせてもらいます。

很棒的住宿體驗

We stayed for 2 nights and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The staff asked if we needed any amenities during check-in since they do not leave them out in the lobby. There is wall with photos of the staff and their biography so you can learn about their interests. Also, if you fill out a survey you receive a token for a gashapon machine at the front desk.

The hotel was easy to find and reach by train (about a 4 minute walk to the nearest station). There is an AEON supermarket and a FamilyMart close by. The Shinsaibashi shopping center is walkable (about 15 minutes away) and has much to see.

The room itself had a shower, tub, kitchen, and 2 beds with room for 3 more futons for a total of 5 people in one room. It was a little tight going in and out of the sleeping area but the dining table and kitchen were fine.

We had some shoes and other bulky trash that needed to be disposed and the staff were very kind to help us throw them away.

We would love to stay in this area again. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay with my family. Jake checked us in and is one of the friendliest and most helpful receptionist we have had. Location is fantastic - a little off the main streets but just a short walk from the main tourist area. The room was very spacious and filled with amenities. We would definitely come back again!

Spacious room, friendly and helpful front desk staff who speaks fluent English. Very clean hotel. Walking distance to shopping center, Dontonori. Family mart right next to hotel and super market is around the corner. Perfect for family.

Great Location - short walk to a train station; lots of nearby shops and restaurants

My family stayed in a one bedroom Japanese apartment. The room was a bit cramped but still comfortable for 4 people.

Front desk was extremely approachable and helpful.

Hotel was perfect for our 4 day stay in Osaka. Room was quite large and had many amenities. Laundry facilities at the hotel were great. Easy walk to food district and subway. Highly recommend.

Todo excelente. Ayudo que Ana habla español. El servicio de mandar maletas también fue excelente y eficiente. Prácticamente a 1 cuadra está el metro y un supermercado.

Good alternative for families visiting Osaka

Very clean and comfortable. We had 2 families in two rooms next to each other. Perfect for 6days visiting Osaka,Kyoto and Expo 2025. Staff was excellent Jake in the day and Maria ay night. We were able to wash clothes down stairs and warm up a few meals in the room. Close to everything.

這是一家有前台管理，類似Airbnb 的飯店。飯店位置距離四橋站二號出口很近。生活機能很好，步行即可到心齋橋筋。但同時晚上睡覺不會很吵雜。一家四口非常推薦住這裡。

Great enjoyable stay here with lots of space for a family of 4, very friendly and helpful staff and Lawsons just downstairs and a larger supermarket 2 minutes walk away.
We love Mimaru and will come back to stay in the Mimaru hotels always

廁所跟浴室分離，有浴缸真的很讚，還有廚房設備、微波爐、雙開冰箱，很適合帶外食回家烹煮，交通位置離地下鐵真的很近，附近也有luup 可以租借很方便，離便利商店跟麥當勞很近。

Incredible stay at Mimaru West Osaka!

Our entire experience at Mimaru was amazing. From sending check in and additional information a week before arrival, to the helpful staff that welcomed us to the comfy apartment and amenities. We loved the location, at walking distance to the action, but further away from the noise and crowds. 24/7 grocery shopping is right around the corner. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service.

The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape.

Would have given a 5 stars if the dust level was improved.

This property was a good fit for our family as we had six people staying in the apartment. It was close to transit station, and it was convenient to food options. However, we had issues with storage as there were no place to store clothing and we had to live out of our luggage which was somewhat inconvenient. The kids really enjoyed the bunk bed, and we were ok sleeping on the tatami bed.

Unexpectedly Bad

I never stayed in a hotel which had to prepare the bed yourself. This was really the first for me. Also, the hygiene was awful. When I returned to hotel after lunch, I saw the housekeeper put a dirty vacuum machine on top of clean bath towel. I instantly thought those in my room were from the same pile. Shame on them to have this kind of service.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Family of five, we had a two bedroom connecting room. It’s was plenty of space for us. So many great dining options locally, the hotel was immaculate, and immediately felt like home! I cannot praise the staff highly enough! Utami was amazing! Local grocery store open 25 hours and had so many options! We were able to walk to Dotonbori with a 4 & 6 year old. It isn’t as close as some other hotels, but we really loved the cultural feel of this hotel and the local restaurants. Could have easily stayed a lot longer! Highly recommend

Staff were nice and provided food recommendations near by. Property was located in a quiet area, except that it is next to a fire department, so from time to time you'll hear the alarm from the trucks, but it's only for a short period of time.

Located near the Shinsaibashi Station (on the Midosuji Line), once off the train, it is a decent walk within the underground shopping (Crystal) malls; google maps has 9 mins (500m), but I typically can get to the hotel within 9 mins. If you have a lot of suitcases, I recommend using the elevator or escalators for Smile Hotel/White Dome Plaza, I believe it's exit 1-A. Train station is one stop away from Namba station, so it was convenient for Dotonbori area for shopping.

Property has washer and dryer machines, 4 sets in total.

Overall nice place to stay and much more roomy than my first hotel during my trip as property is more of an apartment style than a hotel. Would recommend.

가족여행으로 지내기엔 좋아요.성인여자 4명 초등남아4명과 함께 지내기에 너무 좋았습니다. 일단 위치가 넘 좋구요.근거리에 편의점.마트.맥도날드 도보로 파르코.다이마루백화점. 도톤보리까지 충분히 걸을만 했습니다. 바로 옆이 소방서가 위치해 있어 가끔 울리는 사인렌 소리가 거슬렸지만 이또한 익숙해지니 괜찮았어요

大阪MIMARU

非常喜歡mimaru系列飯店，房間舒適又能洗衣服，可以煮東西吃,微波食品也方便，附近有麥當勞及超市。小朋友說喜歡這裡比起東京的mimaru!
