ニセコの中では料金が安かった。カップ麺自販機とお酒自販機があるのが良かった（ただし値段は高め）。タオルが大量に用意されていて良かった。

ホテルの目の前にゴンドラがあり、スキー場に出るにはとても便利。しかし、ニセコで栄えているのがヒラフの方で、周辺に飲食店やコンビニは無い。

フロント対応の男性の方が、酷い無愛想で残念でした。
フロントはホテルの顔なので、そこで印象が決まってしまいます。
あと、売店の買物を部屋付けの対応もしてほしいです。
わざわざ現金を取りに部屋に戻らなければ行けないので不自由でした。
部屋は清潔感があり、とても良かったです。
お風呂は中国人のマナーの悪さにがっかりしました。
そのまま湯船に入るなど・・・

自然が気持ち良いです。

遅い時間に到着しても心良く出迎えてくれました。ただ、大きいホテルなので部屋が長い廊下にずらーっとあり、温泉へ行くのに簡単に行く気になれなかったです。温泉はとても広くて気持ち良いので、そこが残念でした。

子供ができて初めての家族旅行に

直前予約でオフシーズンということもありお手頃な価格で利用させて頂きました。
客室の写真が予約した時と明らかに違ったのが残念でしたが、
ラウンジやダイニング、温泉は綺麗で快適に利用させて頂きました。

温泉でリラックス

今回初めて利用しました。温泉は露天もありくつろげます。浴衣とスリッパで向かうことができ大変便利です。部屋はそれなりの広さです。朝食はもうすこし品数があればと思います。周辺にお店はなく、ゲレンデかホテルでの夕食となります。ひらふエリアで食事してバスで帰ってくることができ便利です。夜11時位までひらふからのバスはあります。

ゲレンデが目の前

スキー目的で旅行しました。目の前がゲレンデでスキーロッカーも部屋毎に容易されており、スキーヤーには申し分ないホテルです。

とても良い

部屋もとてもきれいで快適でした。
内風呂、露天風呂とも、温度もちょうど良く、ゆっくりできました。
地震の影響で、宿泊されている方は少なかった気がします。お風呂はほぼ貸し切り状態でした。
朝食バイキングは、種類は多くありませんが、
とても美味しくいただきました。
また泊まりたいです。

値段相応で良い

値段相応だと思います。ニセコエリアは宿泊費が高いので、ビジネス目的でロッジやホステルはちょっと・・・という方に助かります。周辺施設が少なく、レストランのあるビレッジまで徒歩15分ほどかかりますが、巡回シャトルバスがあります。１時間に１本程度でしたが、ロビーで時間をつぶしていたら、ホテルの方が時間外に出してくれ、大変助かりました。
施設は老朽化していますが、リノベーションしているようで、清潔感はあります。
大自然に囲まれているので、心地よいです。
温水プールは子供が入っていましたが、大人はちょっと・・・という感じです。

部屋も清潔感があり、ホテルとしては過ごしやすかったが、ディナーの料金設定が高いと感じました。

家族旅行

家族旅行で利用しました。完全禁煙のホテルですので、部屋は嫌な臭いもなく快適でした。ただ、喫煙場所がゲレンデに出てすぐにあるので、散歩に行く時に副流煙に嫌な思いをしました。本当に敷地内完全禁煙になることを願います。
朝食は出来立てのフレンチトーストや目玉焼きのサービスもあり、また、野菜たっぷりの朝カレーが美味しかった。子供たちも、色々なメニューを楽しんでいたようです。
温泉は丁度良いサイズの内風呂と露天風呂があり、気持ち良く利用できました。内風呂の温度はやや高めでしたが、露天風呂が長く浸かれるような温度で、行ったり来たりを繰り返し、それぞれを堪能しました。
また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

ホテルというより研修施設、団体向け。スタッフ不足で笑顔ホスピタリティは感じない。駐車場説明無し。

大自然のホテルですから、スタッフの方ももっと余裕を持って楽しまれると良いかと。不愉快な思いを3度もさせられる度になりましたが、北海道の方々には頑張って欲しい。

グリーンシーズンも雰囲気の良いホテル

スキー宿ですが、グリーンシーズンも気持ち良く過ごせます。
温泉はそれ目的でもよいかなと思う程、よい泉質でした。
早朝から気球にのり、間近でニセコ富士を見られるのはここだけではないでしょうか？
ただ、グリーンシーズンは夕食レストランは営業しておらず、ヒルトン近くのレストラン街を案内されます。
当ホテルとは無関係なのでしょうが、高いし味もファミレス以下だと感じます。
夜だけは、近くで美味しい店を確保して行く方がよいでしょう。

お部屋は広くて快適でした。

部屋数の割に エレベーターが一台だった事
あと、備え付け電話が メッセージ届いていますのランプ点滅があり、確認したら、間違って押してしまったと、返答ありましたが、結局チェックアウトまでずっと点滅していました。

Slightly older hotel, however clean rooms, really friendly staff, great facilities and ski in and out location. Including in-house ski hire, pass and support. Really comfy lounge too, with a good bus shuttle service to get between different areas.

Extremely dated rooms. Tv looked like a thick computer monitor. In fact the model “Hitachi” went out of business 10 years ago. Poor reception too. Fuzzy.
Breakfast was ok. In fact I would say not too bad.
Beware of the ski mountain passes. The mountain often closes because of high winds and they only keep the children’s runs open. When I discovered this…(you have to take a small run to get to the gondola)…I asked for a refund on the day, but he said because I had used one lift I could not get my money back.
I guess rules are rules but check which tows are open before buying your ticket. Rental equipment is also old. Bring your own. No name ski boots.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel is clean but needs updating. Breakfast is good, but everything else is far away. If skiing or snowboarding is the only thing you desire, this place is heaven. If you want to eat, experience culture or do any other activity, maybe not.

Wonderful outdoor onsen, fantastic staff, breakfast buffet caters for everyone with wide selection of hot and cold foods from many nations, ski locker room conveniently opens onto the slopes, true ski-in/ski-out, fun to catch gondolas down to restaurants at Niseko Village (and back up again after dinner). Quieter end of town which suited us. NV shuttle bus is free and regularly does its route from right outside the door of Greenleaf to each of the other 3 Niseko resorts, so you can travel between them easily (eg if you want to go out partying in Hirafu, or if the lifts connecting the resorts are closed due to weather). Go to Hirafu for shopping.

Overall stay was decent and the staffs were great. Only negative was the cleanliness of the hot spring (onsen). We found poo inside the male onsen and provided the feedback to the hotel. They declined to do
Anything about it. We saw the poo inside many days. Insisted that they will only clean the hot springs after the season. This is bad hygiene.

This property is very old. At time of my stay the outdoor Onsen was closed, the indoor Onsen water too hot. I don’t see other hotel guests use the Onsen, I took a quick dip then went back my room because can’t stay in the water for long. Normally I’m the one complaining the water isn’t hot enough, but this way is way hotter than 105F degrees.
They only provide you one room key, it’s very inconvenient if you staying with partner or family, You have to leave your key at the key locker at the front desk, if you want to share the key with other.

This is just perfect!!! Has it own perfect beginner slopes and the set up with the rental and lockers is 5m from the chairlifts !! Food is ok with a couple of really good highlights including some amazing sashimi scallops...on the dinner buffet

For ski enthusiasts, The Green Leaf is conveniently located next to the Niseko Village ski slopes, allowing direct access to the ski area. Guests can easily hit the slopes without needing additional transportation.

Better options at the village.

Location was great. Hotel is a little dated. Bad design on the bedside cabinet drawer handles combine with a broken drawer slide resulted in my partner injuring her hand and thus limited her hand movements and allowing her to snowboard comfortabaly.

Pretty old hotel - still use physical keys. Great location for skiing.
Some of the staff were average but some great.

Negatives:
- limited breakfast options (first one great but the rest were limited), no towels in onsen, $700 yen to use washer and dryer and clothes still came out wet. Bar food closed at 5:30pm… and only opened at 2:30 l. Bar was sold out of their main Japanese whiskey too.

El hotel está “ok”. el desayuno buffet cumple con los básicos pero nada wow. Respecto a la cena, nada más hay 5 platillos de variedad. El hotel cuenta con una tienda para renta de equipo de ski, clases y salida directo a la gondola del niseko village resort. El hotel ofrece servicio complementario al ski resort de grand hirafu. Respecto a los cuartos y amenidades, se siente viejo y mal mantenido, deja mucho a que desear en comparación de las fotos que muestran. El bar cierra a las 10 pm y la comida en el bar deja de servirse a las 5:30 pm. Mucha área de oportunidad para mejorar la experiencia de los huespedes.

My partner and I visited Niseko for the first time staying at Green Leaf. Staff were excellent and the convenience of ski in ski out was second to none. The buffet breakfast had an abundance of options and the view of the slopes from the restaurant was stunning.

My only critique would be that the rooms are quite dated, when having a quiet night in, it would be great if we could stream to the TV and watch movies/shows of our choice. I had this option in Tokyo where our room was the size of a shoebox. The TV’s in the bedrooms need to be updated as the channel selection is particularly limited.
Otherwise had a memorable stay and hope to be back again.

Excellent mostly. Rooms are small for three people with minimal storage. House keeping work hard but surfaces in certain areas of the room were dusty.
Hotel is conveniently located right next to the gondola. Hotel facilities are fantastic and all staff are helpful and friendly.
Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel directly on the piste. Breakfast was excellent and lunch and dinner options great. Bar could have had a better atmosphere. Room was excellent as was Onsen and boot locker facilities. Ski hire onsite was very expensive so we hired in town for half the price. Bus service into town was also excellent. Solid 9 out of 10

It's difficult to get anywhere. Rely on limited scheduled free shuttle bus. Public bus is expensive without ride pass. No 24hrs convenience store. The one at lobby is limited. Only one restaurant and expensive buffet. Niseko-yo is very expensive and limited choice. No food truck around vanicity.

Check-in was easy. However, we had 3 different parties checking our families in, and 2 of us received differing information about a few different information that we had asked for. The onsen was nice to go into after a day of snowboarding. We had the whole place to ourselves, could be because it was early in the season. Shuttle bus drops you off here, just follow the schedule. Public bus stop is just a short walk from the hotel door. This place is worth staying.

Wonderful ski in / ski out experience

Absolutely love this place! Stayed here before and we will definitely come back. So easy to hire ski equipment, buy lift passes and ski straight from the door. Great onsen , friendly staff and a cozy bar. Easy shuttle bus ride to HIRAFU . Highly recommend staying here!

Very helpful staff. Room was very nice, except we discovered stained bedsheets and a stained comforter and pillow cases. The bed set is all white and we found brown and green stains in various places. Pretty gross but the rest of the hotel was wonderful.
