フロントからレストランまでスタッフ全員がとても好感の持てる対応。全体的に雰囲気も良く、東京滞在の時にはまた利用したくなるホテル。部屋にある黒い荷物入れ？に白い毛？が残っていて、そこだけが➖。朝食は海外からの宿泊者が多いからか、それに合わせた内容になっている印象。日曜日のお昼は一般の方々にも人気のようで混雑するので、もし予定にランチを入れる場合は事前に時間などの予約しておいた方が良い。

お部屋もホテルも清潔でゆっくりできました。ホテルレセプション、清掃の方々はとても丁寧なご対応でした。いr口が1Fカフェから、もしくは2Fからになるのですがカフェの方々は忙しいのでしょうか声をかけずらく若干入りずらく感じました。

Beautiful property, helpful staff who were able to communicate in English, great amenities, close to stations, food, and stores. In particular, the bathroom was awesome. They have very good smelling soap. They also provide baggage delivery help. Highly recommend!

The room was nice and bathroom was spacious. Wish we had stayed here more nights as it was comfortable, modern and clean. Good location in walking distance to shops. The staff were super nice and polite. They are also eco friendly which i love.

Good standard hotel in the middle of Akihabara, rooms are quiet and the vibe is nice. Gym was a joke, more like a closet where nothing worked. But you don’t go to Tokyo for a gym session.

Room on the small side but the ambience in the bar and dining room was really cool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pizzas excellent. Perfectly positioned for touring Tokyo. Surrounding area felt very safe. Would highly recommend

The rooms are small by American standards, but they are very neat and clean. The highlight of this hotel is its excellent location, and it's fabulous breakfast which is cooked to order in addition to a buffet.

This was a solid selection and we enjoyed having it during our Stay as we had severe Jet Lag and limited time to explore Tokyo! So for early mornings it was very convenient and tasty too!

I chose to stay at Nohgu Hotel Akihabara because I wanted to stay in a different part of Tokyo and the hotel did not disappoint. The hotel is located minutes away from the main streets of Akihabara, 5 or so minutes’ walk from JR Akihabara and Suehirocho Station, so it was very convenient to get around Tokyo. The hotel was like a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of Akihabara.

The hotel had decent sized rooms, with a separate section for the bathroom. The shower was very roomy and had good water pressure from the rain shower head. The hotel provided amenities such as a fridge with bottles of water, tea and coffee, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There are also amenities downstairs such as toothpaste/toothbrush and a comb, most other amenities such as a plug converter are available for free rental by request at the counter. The plug converter was much needed by me because they had the two-prong power plug and I had the 3-prong plug. The beds were comfortable; however, the pillows were quite soft. The rooms were quiet, I could not hear my neighbours making noise, the only time I heard noise was at 5pm when some bell for a school went off.

The hotel had a great pizza restaurant downstairs; the pizzas were so delicious and one of the best that I had eaten. There was also a delicious affordable ramen place across from the hotel called Kyushu Jangara, they had menus available in Japanese, Chinese and English. This is a great hotel in terms of location and general comfort. We were able to get to the subway and trains easily. The room was comfortable, with a great bathroom, quiet location and temperature control. Only criticism is that the breakfast, although offering plenty of choices, was not always up to par. One morning, the scrambled eggs on the buffet line were cold, for example. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and considerate.

The staff here are AMAZING - especially Akane-san and Yu-san. They helped with our luggage transfer needs, all questions, and were wonderfully sweet with our young daughter. The room was large, even by Western standards, and in an excellent location for navigating the city. Very clean and well appointed. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in Tokyo!

This was one of my favorite hotels in my entire 2 week trip! We stayed in 4 different hotels from Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo (including the famous Imperial Hotel Tokyo) and the Nogha had a great bed, great service, fantastic restaurant in house and many more benefits and pluses. The room was small but incredibly efficient, the rain shower head was amazing and refreshing after the long days, the lobby gacha was cute and I won a free drink coin plus 10% off in the restaurant!
We also had an experience where we lost a CPAP machine on a taxi we took from one hotel to the Nogha and the amazing front desk help (Naoko and another wonderful woman whose name I cannot remember) helped us by calling the taxi company, confirmed they had it, and informed them that we would be making the trip to come get it that night so it made the retrieval so much simpler.

Also loved the DJ they had playing the 24-26th at the Pizza restaurant, and the restaurant was also extremely good and we enjoyed our first taste of Japanese pizza.

Room was very clean and quiet. Shower is fantastic, hot and with great water pressure. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend including the breakfast in your stay, the meals are great but the buffet salad and fruit in particular were a welcome start to make sure we were hydrated and got a fresh start to each day of walking.

Had a very nice stay and would be happy to stay here again. It can be a little bit difficult to find. I would suggest going to the APA hotel close by and looking up for a newer building; that is hotel.

We did not take advantage of the available amenities so no comments on them.

The room was fairly large for Tokyo. It was winter, and I found the room a little warm for my taste. I had to turn on AC which I expect really was just turning off heat. Front desk was very responsive and helpful. Location great!

Clean and modern. Bed and blanket was very comfortable, pillow was a bit too soft for the both of us, but managed doubling up. Very pleasant staff throughout our stay. Convenient location and not crowded with tourists.

Hotel room was small but clean and very central. Big issue was there was a large private function on the Friday night so we were not allowed bar access even though we were paying guests. They even gave us a tokens for free drinks but we could not access the bar. Next afternoon at 3 pm we went back to try to get a drink from the bar. Setting up for a private function again. Would not allow us access or even anywhere to sit down after a day of shopping. I think this hotel trades of style rather than function. Not great as a tourist hotel.
