駅近で、周辺にお店も沢山あり、利便性の高いホテルだと思います。
客室もとても綺麗で、バスとトイレが仕切られているため、洗面所のスペースが特に気に入りました。

フロントの方たちの笑顔、対応はとても素敵でした。
朝食会場のスタッフたちも忙しいにも関わらず、とても気が利いて親切でした。
客室、ラウンジも綺麗で満足でした。
残念なのはトイレが独立していない点とクレンジングがお部屋にない点でした。
それ以外はとても良かったので、気にならない方にはお勧めです。

2階の宿泊者専用のドリンクバーとスペースがあり、カフェにいるような感じが有難い。
ホテルの朝食には珍しい、中華がメインだが、パン食、味噌汁&ご飯、シリアルと、たこ焼き、焼きそばまであり、美味しいし、楽しめた。
部屋の窓を開閉でき、ベランダがあるのも珍しい。
浴室にシャワーブースがあるので、バスタブでのんびり浸かることができる。
各フロアのウォーターサーバーも、かなり利用させていただいた。
チェックアウトも、簡素で、数秒で終わる。
スーパーやコンビニも近いのも便利だった。
数少ない難点は、万博で利用したので、帰りが21時過ぎると、ホテル近くの地下鉄駅の出口が閉まっているので、別の出口から利用するので時間が余計に掛かってしまう

部屋も綺麗で清掃してもらった後も綺麗になって、使ったアメニティーやバスタオルなどちゃんと補充してもらったりして良かったです。
トイレとバスルームは別々でこちらも良かったです。
清掃時間が過ぎてしまった事に気がつかず、清掃のお願いしてから出かけて帰ってきた時には玄関に置き手紙が置いてあり、清掃する時間外だった為出来なかった事を説明してあり、バスタオルなどの交換はして頂けると書いてあって早速お願いして、その後すぐにバスタオルなどを届けてもらいました！
対応が早くて助かりました。

朝食付きで予約しましたが朝食券をフロントで渡されませんでした。何も貰わなかったので部屋番号で確認するのかと思っていて、レストランで朝食券を持っているか訊かれた時に予約が間違っていたかと少し戸惑いましたがホールの方がすぐに対応して下さったのでそれほど待つことなく通されました。
部屋のベッドの上に髪の毛が落ちていました。数本なので下にはらってそのまま過ごしました。他は綺麗でした。
朝方、隣の部屋から非常サイレンの音がして目が覚めました。間違いかと思って様子を伺っていたらしばらく鳴りつづけていたので万一何か起きたかと思い待機していました。何もなかったようですが、スタッフの方は対応しないのか少し気になりました。
全体的には設備は綺麗だし交通の便も程良く丁度いいホテルだと思いました。

アクセスはいいけど…

最寄りの駅から近いしコンビニもスーパーも目の前にあって便利でした。ロビーのラウンジでコーヒーや抹茶ラテなど種類豊富なドリンクサービスで良かったです
ただ残念な事にお風呂とトイレ別のお部屋だったけどガラス張りでの仕切りで脱衣所兼トイレでお風呂からもトイレからも丸見えで お風呂入っていたらトイレは行けない トイレ入ってたらお風呂行けない 水回りが一体化された部屋でした お風呂の床の目地の四角い溝が赤カビだらけで足が気持ち悪くて 浴槽もざらつきがあって皮脂汚れかついたままでした　備えて付けのボディタオルとボディソープで浴槽を磨いてお湯を溜めました　お部屋のカーペットも裸足で歩くとゴミがくっついてきて足を洗いに行くハメに…。
もう少しお掃除を丁寧にして欲しかったです
ツインルームなので椅子が二つあっても良かったと思います 丸テーブルとソファーだけで2人でテーブルで飲食出来ない感じでした
くつろぐ事をもう少し考えて欲しいなと思います
コインランドリーと製氷機と電子レンジも2階の1箇所のみで不便でした　部屋着で行けないからわざわざ服と靴に着替えて行きました ゆっくりくつろげないし 客室がある階で上階 下階の2箇所くらいに設置してあれば着替える必要なかったのに残念です
あと 大きな騒音で エアコンの室外機か何か分かりませんが かなり大きなゴー ガーという感じで永遠鳴り響いて寝れず 朝がしんどくて出かける支度がはかどらず11時過ぎてチェックアウトとなりました　日常の慌ただしさから解放されてくつろぎに来ましたが くつろぐどころか疲れました　改善してもらえたらまた行くと思いますが 次は考えます

Absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful rooms, spacious, super clean and very comfy bed. Perfect location to get around the city, with many attractions in walking distance and also a short walk away from the subway/trains. Friendly staff who were always helpful. I definitely recommend staying here when in Osaka!

Hotel was ideally positioned for our visit to Osaka. The complementary refreshment offering in reception was appreciated and always kept clean and tidy by staff.
All the staff we interacted with (front of house / housekeeping etc were very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Modern, well located hotel in a very good location with a very nice Chinese bistro restaurant (we had dinner but not breakfast). The rooms are very small, and they have absolutely no place to put your bags or belongings. There’s a small closet, but no ledge, counter or drawers, and not even space on the floor. They accidentally put us in an incorrect (corner) room but didn’t notice until after we had unpacked and had dinner. We had to move, which was inconvenient, but they offered no compensation at all — even taking away the breakfast vouchers they had previously given us from the other room. It left a bad taste, and the repetitive apologies just made us feel bad even though it was their error.

Great accommodations, great staff, great hotel features like being able to see available laundry units in real time via TV, great beds, good size room, wash room is fantastic and the beauty kit samplers were great. Overall the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 weeks between Kyoto, Osaka, and Tokyo!

War ein tolles Hotel! Wir hatten Glück und haben ein Zimmer im 14 Stockwerk bekommen. Das Frühstück war leider nicht besonders gut, zu wenig Auswahl und nicht unbedingt frisch. Preis- Leistung war aber dennoch in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und gemütlich. Ich würde wahrscheinlich lieber ohne Frühstück buchen, da vor der Tür ein 7-Eleven ist.

Very nice room size - small rooms yes, but all rooms in Japan are small. This one felt spacious enough. Also, very nice with a lounge area to relax in by the reception!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in Osaka, stayed here last year and again this year! Great staff, the best rooms, even has a balcony, great size rooms and bathroom too! Free drink machine for use in the lobby and the friendliest staff around! Would recommend to everyone, 10/10 book it!!

Fantastic hotel. In the middle of Osaka- walking distance to everything. 8min car ride to osaka castle, donobori. Great staff service. Free coffee & sodas at lobby which is very convenient for a morning coffee run. Rooms are smallish (normal for japan) but high quality fixtures and furniture. Stayed w family. Highly recommend.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit tollem Balkon und Aussicht. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Einzug der Teppichboden hatte einen leichten Geruch. Wir würden es erneut buchen.

The room was beautiful and it had an amazing view. I will definitely be coming back. It is in a very convenient location. Only two to three blocks from the train station, there are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the area. The staff from day one was kind and helpful. On our last day at check out, I was having trouble using the forwarding luggage service was a little embarrassed

Was a bit disappointed in this hotel as it was listed as a 4star but certainly did not feel like it at all. The room I had was very warm and there was no a/c working to lower the temperature. I had to open the balcony door to bring which helped a little however the loud sounds from the street then kept me up during the night. Secondly the bed was very hard and made my bad uncomfortable during the stay. Very little actual amenities that make this place stand apart from 2 or 3 star hotels.

Room was a good size and perfectly clean and comfortable. Staff were really attentive and helpful when you needed them. Nice touch of complimentary hot amd cold drinks machine next to the check in desk.
Hotel is in a good position, a short walk to the subway or a slightly longer walk to some of the sights.
Would definitely stay again.

I wouldn’t say it was near to the main hub, but near enough for spots to get food or find that hole on the wall eateries. The train is two (Japanese) blocks away, for an American two blocks is long, from the hotel the T or K line would take you near the hotel.
Hotel was amazing there was room to place your luggage (very important), bathroom was great and clean. There’s a balcony! TV has a live update of the laundry on which ones are being used. Shipping luggage to your next destination they also have. This hotel was

What a beautiful hotel! From checking in all the way until check out, this place was just perfect. There are so many restaurants within walking distance and you get free entry into Fanbi Town, which is a great place to get everything you need. We skipped the breakfast, but took advantage of their free coffee, matcha, and soft drinks. Our room was very roomy and the wrap around balcony was gorgeous! There wasn't much of a view, but that didn't matter too much. The only downfall was the train station was a bit of a walk, but it was easy getting around the area. I would definitely stay here again!

From what my husband and I planned to do in Osaka, the Miyako City hotel was our best choice for staying in Osaka. It's close to 2 metro lines, which pretty much connect main parts in Osaka, both Umeda and Namba. It's also not too bad to go to USJ with 2 stops under 30 mins. We walked to Shinsaibashi from the hotel, which has a pretty chill vibe. I was happy to choose twin beds, which gave us lots of room for opening our suitcases after shopping days and also gave us great space for sleeping. I found the bathtub was so good to enjoy after a tiring day out, and the bathroom was quite a good space overall. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys exploring Osaka city and beyond.

This hotel made our trip to Osaka even better! It was a fantastic hotel, with a large bathroom and a spacious, airy bedroom with a balcony. The air conditioning was good and efficient—we like to sleep in a cooler room at night, so it helped a lot. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was great! I highly recommend this hotel.

room is spacious, bathroom and bath tank as well. Balcony is extra space to store any suitcases not often used. A rare find in Japan for very affordable prices. Cheaper than other places I stayed and bigger so we r really happy. Bed is more comfortable than other places we stayed in Japan too
