清潔な客室、スタッフ、サービスは最高でした。

空気清浄機で加湿をしたかったのですが、方法がわかりませんでした。
エアコンが2つありましたが、1つが動きませんでした。
間接照明がありましたが、コンセントまで遠く、移動させないといけませんでした。

14階のデラックスファミリーアパートメントに2泊しました。お部屋の間取りが良く、4ベッドの寝室部分は引き戸で閉めることができ、2ベッド部分は半分オープンな壁で隠され、ダイニング部分と分けられ、快適な滞在でした。新宿駅から徒歩15分ほどかかります。

ダイニングとキッチンのあるホテル

キッチンのあるホテルを探していて、こちらのファミリータイプのお部屋にしました。
フロントのスタッフの方はふたりとも素敵な笑顔で気持ちよく迎えられました。
キッチンはそこそこ広く食器や調理器具も充実していて、部屋に常備していない笊やオーブントースターも聞いたら借りられました。バルミューダのトースターでした。テーブルが広くお皿を並べても余裕がありました。
造りがしっかりしているのか廊下や他の部屋の音も聞こえませんでした。
まだ新しく寝具や水回りも清掃が行き届いていて清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごせました。
唯一バスタオルの感触と匂いだけがあまり好みではなかったです。
でも総じて良いホテルだと思いました。また宿泊したいです。

子供の大学受験のための滞在先として利用させて頂きました。
出来るだけ環境を変えたくなかったので家に近いアパートメントホテルを選びましたが、とてもリラックスできました。
連泊するにはとても良いと思います。

綺麗で広いアパートテル

綺麗で清潔感のある広い部屋でした。
テーブルが大きいため、広々と食事をすることができました。
緊急事態宣言下で、のんびり食事ができたのは良かったです。
改善箇所としては
ビールグラスがあると良かったです。

室内の備品も充実して揃っていて、和室、洋室のバランスも最高でした。自分も彼女も大満足です！

Good location, within walking distance of transport and convenience stores. Staff at the hotel reception was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean with good amenities. We were travelling as a family of 4 including children and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

Clean, quiet room with a nice layout and very comfortable beds. Convenient location; easy walk to Shinjuku station, Also very nice to have tea, cookware, and a soaker tub. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Room was clean, beds very comfortable, pillows were amazing. The location was great, 10 min or 800m to Shinjuku train station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around, the Government Building was super close and while it was a busy location, we enjoyed the noise of the city hustles and bustle. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating, organised taxis etc when needed and most spoke English.

This was our first hotel in Japan and loved it!! The hotel staff spoke excellent English! Pierson at the front desk was wonderful to checking us in and suggested many places for us to visit. The room is so nice, clean and modern! It was a wonderful experience to kick off our Japan trip! Highly recommend this hotel!!

We loved our stay at Mimaru Shinjuku West. The location is fabulous - a short walk to great restaurants and bars, Shinjuku station and great shopping.
This is the second Mimaru we stayed at, and they are consistently excellent - spacious and perfectly appointed for families. Super friendly staff who recommended and booked a fantastic restaurant for our last night in Tokyo. Unforgettable stay!

The spacious apartment style hotel was great. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I appreciated the large kitchen area and access to a laundry room. The friendly multi-lingual front staff also helped answer any questions I had along the way.

Stayed here for a week with my husband and 3-year old son. Absolutely loved it- staff was excellent, room was very nice, and I really liked the on-site laundry room on floor 2. I definitely recommend for people who want a spacious hotel room while in Tokyo

Our stay at Mimaru Shinjiku was outstanding!Our room was spacious,super clean,modern and light!The hotel is in a convenient location near public transport and close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores!Reception staff were also excellent and responsive to our needs.I highly recommend this hotel,especially for travelling with children-5 stars for you Mimaru!!!!

Stayed for 9 nights with a family of 4 and our stay was fantastic. The people at the front desk were fantastic with some helpful suggestions for dinner. The rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the hotel is close to many convenience stores which have everything. Highly recommend and would stay back there when I come back to Tokyo.

The size of the 2-bedroom apt was kind of smaller than we expected but it was cozy and comfortable for 5 of us. The sound insulation in the apartment was very good considered that this property was in the busy downtown area. The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The things that we didn't like were lack of closet space and the toilet is in a separate tiny room (like small closet) than the bath and sink area. Also, there was some kind (like pee) smell constantly coming from that tiny toilet room. Despite these small drawback, we still recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Property, and the staff is exceptional! The rooms were clean. I have a high sensitive nose, the bathrooms smelled a bit but that was the same for all of Japan restrooms, must be their toilet water.
The hotel is a good 10-13 min walk to the closest subway station. It was really hot, but a doable walk with the heat. Make sure to buy their cooling wipes, and a mini fan or shade umbrella!! There’s a 7/11 down the block which was convenient. There are a few restaurants along the walk to the subway station but we did not try any.
One thing that was surprising to us, there is no central air in Japan, the hallways, elevators, bathrooms are not AC. We are from the states so we have been spoiled. We went around 8/9/25 it was really hot and humid. I would say 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit most days.

A bit of a walk from train station, but can be walked all underground (to stay out of summer heat) once you figure out the route. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff speaks English well, which helps if your an English speaker. A good experience overall.

Convenience position in the city, but horrible in communication, staff can only communicate with very limited English.
The most intolerable thing was that they did collect rubbish once per 2 days and never tidy your room, nor your linen and bed. A bit dusty and use the air puifier would be better.
okay for young adult and really not recommend for family with little kids.

Loved staying at Mimaru Shinjuku West. It was far away from the noise and hustle and bustle of shinjuku but close enough to go there whenever we wanted. Rooms were stocked with everything we needed from a refrigerator, microwave, sink, plates, etc. Staff was excellent in helping with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

We had to switch our flights and we booked an extra day. I tried to get the refund for the night we didn’t stay before getting there more than 24 hours. Expedia said oh we can’t do anything and the Hotel was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Us being first time in Japan. They could have been a Little kind or as one time courtesy. But NO! Never WILL STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This is not even a proper hotel it’s like apartment like with NO Ac in the hallway. Specially when you are there in summers. Super inconvenient, also there was human Hairs when I turned the comforter open to lay down and I had to ask for a flat sheet. .

We had booked a family room and it was spacious compared to other accommodations we had stayed in. The room was clean but the bathroom lacks a bit of amenities.

The hotel is an about 15 minutes walk from JR station but we didn’t mind.

Good for families or larger groups. The staff seemed annoyed when we were trying to gather our bags in the lobby area to load them into our taxi. It took a couple of extra minutes with all our luggage. We checked out and they looked at us with frustration until we finally left. There was nobody else there, we were being quiet, and even our kids were waiting patiently. I don't know what their problem was.
Additionally, they had a bingo game for kids (Mark X if you eat sushi, or speak Japanese, or visit this shrine, etc). Both my little girls proudly completed it and handed it in thinking they would get a prize. The woman at the front desk inspected their sheets and asked for proof of each of them. I'm not one to take videos and pictures of every little thing so I showed her what I had... She got very technical and denied the kids. It was made for kids and they were being stingy. We found it to be over the top and absolutely ridiculous.

The room was very clean and decently spacious. However, I wished they were more flexible with check in and check out. We had to pay a 5000 yen surcharge to check in early even though the room was available. Additionally, although we stayed seven days, we were still not allowed a late check out without paying. Despite this, we had an overall good experience. It was very quiet and the bathroom was very nice with a full bidet. The staff were polite and respectful and helped us navigate the subway. The location of the hotel was also very central and a ten minute walk from central Shinjuku and Shinjuku Station.
