部屋はとても綺麗でした。
東京駅八重洲口から歩いて約７分でした。平坦な道だったのでスーツケースをひいていても大丈夫でした。

全体的にスタッフのサービスも良く、部屋もすごく綺麗でした。
コインランドリーでの外国客が多く、普通に順番を抜かされます。声をかけても中国語、韓国語でしか話してくれず、順番通りに使用しようとしたら怒鳴られました。団体で10人前後はコインランドリーを占領されて結局洗濯を回せたのは26時でした。仕方ないと思いますが、コインランドリーを増やして欲しいです。

京橋駅からすぐ、東京駅からも歩けます

京橋駅と東京駅から歩けますが、どちらも地下からの最寄り出口は階段しかありません。
大きな荷物と一緒に移動している場合は、京橋駅の場合は京橋エドグランのエスカレーターを利用して地上に上がるのが良いと思います。
東京駅からの場合は、地下を通らず地上から移動するのが一番スムーズです。

ホテルの滞在は、施設もスタッフも大満足。

京橋とはいえ、ほぼ東京駅の八重洲。美術館やギャラリーも近く交通も便利でロケーションとしては申し分ない。コンビニ横の入口が分かりにくかったり窓からは隣のビルしか見えないのは都心のデフォルトなのでよしとする。

●テイクアウトした物を食べる時も困らない少し大きめのテーブルがあるところ
●女子ウケしそうなパジャマがあるところ
●フェイスパックやドリップコーヒーが無料なところ
●駅から近くとても便利なところ。

ツインルームを利用させて頂きましたが、ダイワロイネットの銀座と比較すると少々狭い様に思います。設備・清潔さは新しいこともあり快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

駅近でおすすめ

ホテルの駐車場を利用しました、東京駅近くの割に１泊しても安かったです。場所は地下鉄もすぐだし、カフェも近くにあります。ただ、ホテルの下のコンビニのおばちゃん定員の愛想の悪さにはびっくりしました。。。ホテルが良かっただけに残念。

Staff were really nice and professional. I like the option to only change clean towels. Room was very clean just a bit tight in space. There also wasn’t a lounge with coffee and tea. It was a bit annoying the elevator had to stop at 3rd floor every time. And during checkout time the elevators were really slow. But overall I would still revisit

Room cleaning was great and so was the staff. Room is a little small in terms of once you open your luggage there’s no space to walk inside the room. But I guess most of them are like that in Tokyo.

Hotel is in a great location and very clean. Room was a bit smaller than we thought but bathroom was very nice with an overhead shower. There is no food service for this hotel but there is a 7 eleven and small cafe right outside the elevator.

10 minute walk to Tokyo station which is awesome and you can get anywhere from there. Also the bullet train runs from there to Most areas in Japan

Room was a nice size and very clean. Bathroom was spacious and loved the bidet as well as the large tub. Staff were great and the amenities were amazing, they had such useful toiletries and items to help you feel relaxed. 711 on the first floor was very convenient and ginza line station was super close

Super clean and really great and unique free amenities. Train and subway are very close and 711 on first floor adds to the convenience of staying at this hotel. Room was larger that average with a very nice bathroom and shower.

All the things are good except one thing that make me rate 4 stars is the staff is so stubborn and no flexibility. The hotel has rule to clean up the room in every 3 days. I stayed for 11 days 10 nights. On the 10th day, the room was supposed to be cleaned. But I told the staff I will leave tomorrow and I was packing the luggage, can I not to do the room cleaning. The staff instead the room had to be cleaned. At the end, I left the room, stayed at the lobby and waited for the cleaning finished. That wasted my time.

Everything you need is provided from full size shampoo/condition/body wash (good quality too), hair dryer, outlet in bathroom, slippers, pj’s, in room refrigerator and hot water pot, microwave on certain floors, laundry, umbrellas! Fabulous! The only thing about both of our stays in Tokyo and Nagano is that there have always been rice filled pillows which we found to be hard. Must be a thing in Japan. This hotel is on the Ginza side of Tokyo Station which is perfect if you plan on taking the Shinkansen (bullet train). Also, the Ginza train is steps away which is perfect if you want to go to Shibuya or Shinjuku (23 min) and in the other direction you can get to the Sky Tree, Ikebukuro (Pokémon/plushy’s). High end shopping abound. 7-11 on first floor, cafe on 2nd floor. Would recommend this hotel.

This property is conveniently located in Kyobashi. The main floor is connected to a 7-eleven, which makes it easy to drop by for quick shopping before retiring to your room. The room is typical good quality of the Daiwa Roynet chain.

There's a 711 on the first floor. Very elegant, friendly staff, clean large rooms. I was hesitant in booking because in their pictures it looked like the room was going to be small, but quite the contrary. We asked for late check out on our last day and they obliged for a small fee. Definitely recommend this place. Great access to Ginza, Tokyo Station, and many metro entrances.

This hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the Kyobashi station. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the Takaracho station that takes you to Haneda Airport (no transfers). It is a 5- 7 minute walk from Tokyo Station (great for people taking the Shinkansen or airport limo bus). They provide a shelf full of amenities/toiletries at check in (face creams, moisturizers, razors, shaving cream, bath salts, etc). 7-11 is located on the ground floor. Rooms are well appointed. Easy walk to major shopping malls in Ginza. We were very happy with our stay.

There was garbage on our floor every time we came out of our room in the morning the cleaning staff had garbage and all their cleaning supplies on the floor, not on a cart but floor all along the wall leading to the elevators and it was disgusting to see every morning and all day. Horrible system for clients to see that all day.

nice hotel. the description says it doesn't have an elevator but it does. we were on the 12th floor. no view at all. but the daiwa was close to a transit station and had a 7-11 convenience store in the bottom floor. the cafe on the second floor was ok nothing special. we booked this for the tokyo marathon. i knew the hotel was close to the finish line. but the daiwa roynet actually ended up being on the course around mile 20! what a pleasant surprise!! the hotel was not particularly fancy but it suited our needs and was very nice.

The staff easily understood all our requests in English and communicated well. They were friendly and helpful.
The place is very close to central Tokyo, easily accessible by transit, and right above a 7-11. Great restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay in Tokyo. The hotel is very clean, quiet and well organized, and it is within easy walking distance of Tokyo Station and the Ginza area. The staff were consistently polite, respectful and helpful. Near the reception there was a nice amenity corner with complimentary cosmetics as well as tea and coffee sachets for guests. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart on the ground floor and a café just above the entrance. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.
