全体的にスタッフのサービスも良く、部屋もすごく綺麗でした。
コインランドリーでの外国客が多く、普通に順番を抜かされます。声をかけても中国語、韓国語でしか話してくれず、順番通りに使用しようとしたら怒鳴られました。団体で10人前後はコインランドリーを占領されて結局洗濯を回せたのは26時でした。仕方ないと思いますが、コインランドリーを増やして欲しいです。

京橋駅からすぐ、東京駅からも歩けます

京橋駅と東京駅から歩けますが、どちらも地下からの最寄り出口は階段しかありません。
大きな荷物と一緒に移動している場合は、京橋駅の場合は京橋エドグランのエスカレーターを利用して地上に上がるのが良いと思います。
東京駅からの場合は、地下を通らず地上から移動するのが一番スムーズです。

ホテルの滞在は、施設もスタッフも大満足。

京橋とはいえ、ほぼ東京駅の八重洲。美術館やギャラリーも近く交通も便利でロケーションとしては申し分ない。コンビニ横の入口が分かりにくかったり窓からは隣のビルしか見えないのは都心のデフォルトなのでよしとする。

●駅から近くとても便利なところ。

ツインルームを利用させて頂きましたが、ダイワロイネットの銀座と比較すると少々狭い様に思います。設備・清潔さは新しいこともあり快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

駅近でおすすめ

ホテルの駐車場を利用しました、東京駅近くの割に１泊しても安かったです。場所は地下鉄もすぐだし、カフェも近くにあります。ただ、ホテルの下のコンビニのおばちゃん定員の愛想の悪さにはびっくりしました。。。ホテルが良かっただけに残念。

Well located at Kyobashi station along Ginza line which is certainly the place to be in Tokyo. Good sized room with big bathroom. A lot of amenities to choose from. I will certainly come back and stay here whenever I come for business or pleasure

Nice quiet hotel with friendly helpful staff. Easily walkable distance to Tokyo station. Very good laundry facilities. Having the coffee shop and combini downstairs was very useful for snacking

14층 꼭대기층을 받았는데 엘리베이터3대가 있었지만 2대를 사용할수있어서 많은 시간을 엘리베이터 기다리는데 썼습니다 불편했고 항상 많은층에 섰고 타고,내리고, 피곤했습니다 긴자까지 이동도.. 도쿄역까지 이동도..편리했지만 호텔내부에서 불편했습니다

We are so pleased with our stay at the Daiwa. It was so convenient to have the Komeda Cafe on the second floor. All the services in the hotel were simply amazing. We will absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again if we return to Japan.

The room is little bigger then regular Japanese room size it can fit 2 medium size suitcase and still has room to walk around a 7 eleven just downstairs subway station a few minutes away. If you love Donki store Uniqlo flagship store all about 15 to 20 min walk away.

The shower is literally one of the nicest showers I've ever experienced at a hotel. Great location right near a metro entrance and a short walk from Tokyo Station.

Had a wonderful stay, staff was friendly, my room was clean and everything in good working order. It was very convenient having the 7-Eleven right on the bottom floor, I didn't even have to leave the hotel! Also being just a short walk to the Ginza subway line made getting around the city super easy.

Overall, the staff was not clear. I didn't like the fact i went up n down several.times looking for a restaurant with buffet. When i went back upstairs requesting for someone to tell me where. They kept saying uou have to order. When were on a timeline.i dont have time to sitsown and order breakfast. And microwave was broken and atill no signs anywhere. Many other people complained. Staff was rude. One lady started laughing at me. Not a good experience

Habitación de regular tamaño , aunque gran tamaño para su segmento. Cómo siempre la ducha de los Daiwa’s premiere es una maravilla. Nada que ver con los hoteles occidentales , ha que acostumbrarse a eso. Bueno pero caro para lo que es y ofrece , occidental mente hablando .

It was a basic hotel. Rooms are small. There is no concierge service. There is a 7/11 downstairs. Any amenities you have to take from the reception. The reception helped get us a taxi which took us to the wrong place despite me telling the receptionist that we needed to go get the Airport Shuttle and showed the address. The taxi driver was kind enough to ask us to pay the amount quoted and then continue to take us to the right spot free of charge.

Hotel was spacious with a separated bath and toilet bowl which is a rare find for it's price at Tokyo. Short 5mins walk to Tokyo main station for transport to the rest of Tokyo. Really good accompdation option

There was a concern in our room but the front desk came to our room and inspected it and addressed it right away.. I’m very satisfied how they addressed and acknowledged the concern..

We were passing through Tokyo and had luggage delivered to the hotel. The staff put the luggage in our room before we arrived. The room was spacious capable of fitting our 4 large suitcases. The staff were very kind and courteous. The hotel is very conveniently located to Tokyo station and Ginza is a short walk away.

Hotel is in good condition, property is close to Tokyo station which makes for easy train connections to everywhere in Tokyo and the bullet train. Room is Japanese style which was a nice change for me. Shower is also nice with a proper shower head as I found many other hotels in Japan only have the detachable hand shower head as the only option. Would stay here again if in the area.

We were in Tokyo for the weekend. The hotel is very new and well kept. It is within walking distance of Tokyo station and Ginza is also within walking distance. So many places for food and shopping. Our room was a decent size and the staff at the hotel were very kind and accommodating.

浴室非常大，有浴缸跟乾濕分離的廁所
房間雖然不大，但可以完全攤開28吋行李箱，而且隔音非常好👍櫃檯員工也十分友善
沒有附早餐，但樓下有客多美及上島

Property was clean and comfy. There is a seven eleven and cute cafe with access from the hotel. About 10 minutes walk away from train station. The neighborhood is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of more crowded areas like Shibuya. Would def stay here again!

We stayed at Daiwa Royney Kyobashi 3 times in the past 18 months. The property is very close to the Tokyo station and room condition is relatively new. However, the cleanness of the room and wifi speeds from the most recent trip was less than satisfactory compared to prior trips.
