全体的にスタッフのサービスも良く、部屋もすごく綺麗でした。
コインランドリーでの外国客が多く、普通に順番を抜かされます。声をかけても中国語、韓国語でしか話してくれず、順番通りに使用しようとしたら怒鳴られました。団体で10人前後はコインランドリーを占領されて結局洗濯を回せたのは26時でした。仕方ないと思いますが、コインランドリーを増やして欲しいです。

京橋駅からすぐ、東京駅からも歩けます

京橋駅と東京駅から歩けますが、どちらも地下からの最寄り出口は階段しかありません。
大きな荷物と一緒に移動している場合は、京橋駅の場合は京橋エドグランのエスカレーターを利用して地上に上がるのが良いと思います。
東京駅からの場合は、地下を通らず地上から移動するのが一番スムーズです。

ホテルの滞在は、施設もスタッフも大満足。

京橋とはいえ、ほぼ東京駅の八重洲。美術館やギャラリーも近く交通も便利でロケーションとしては申し分ない。コンビニ横の入口が分かりにくかったり窓からは隣のビルしか見えないのは都心のデフォルトなのでよしとする。

ツインルームを利用させて頂きましたが、ダイワロイネットの銀座と比較すると少々狭い様に思います。設備・清潔さは新しいこともあり快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

駅近でおすすめ

ホテルの駐車場を利用しました、東京駅近くの割に１泊しても安かったです。場所は地下鉄もすぐだし、カフェも近くにあります。ただ、ホテルの下のコンビニのおばちゃん定員の愛想の悪さにはびっくりしました。。。ホテルが良かっただけに残念。

地點完美的住宿

浴室非常大，有浴缸跟乾濕分離的廁所
房間雖然不大，但可以完全攤開28吋行李箱，而且隔音非常好👍櫃檯員工也十分友善
沒有附早餐，但樓下有客多美及上島
地點非常好，可以步行至東京車站及銀座
晚上也十分安靜

Property was clean and comfy. There is a seven eleven and cute cafe with access from the hotel. About 10 minutes walk away from train station. The neighborhood is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of more crowded areas like Shibuya. Would def stay here again!

We stayed at Daiwa Royney Kyobashi 3 times in the past 18 months. The property is very close to the Tokyo station and room condition is relatively new. However, the cleanness of the room and wifi speeds from the most recent trip was less than satisfactory compared to prior trips.

The level of care and thoughtfulness for their guests is commendable. From providing hygeine and skincare products, to heating pads for pain. The room was very clean and neat, the bathroom as well. I would recommend them over and over again. 10/10

We loved staying here. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and the accessibility to Tokyo Station and other transportation was great. I also loved the selection of amenities and the large bathroom with shower and tub. One of the staff was especially helpful in confirming another hotel reservation for us even though it wasn’t in a related hotel. Highly recommended.

Location : excellent : 2 mn walk to metro, 10 mn walk to Tokyo train station ( which we used to take JR bus back to Narita )
7 eleven down stair very convenient
Room : small but ok for us , we had places to put our 2 standard suit case
Bathroom: nice size , very contemporary design , good shower pressure and of course standard Toto toilet with everything functions !
Amenities plenty , Kleenex, if you need more , just grab it at the reception
Staff : we just have contact when check in and out , efficient , fast
Overall an excellent stay

Great location

Very good location close to transport hubs making it an excellent base for exploring Tokyo. Seven-11 next door convenience store was very useful. Comfortable room albeit rather small compared to other hotels we've stayed in during a one-month trip. Perhaps more of a business hotel, so efficient service rather than warm. Very clean. One small gripe is the speed of the lifts - we always had a considerable wait, although not a big issue being on holiday!

stayed with my family of 6. got 2 large rooms, they had 3 beds each. very comfy rooms and walking distance to tokyo station. a 7-11 is on the first floor of hotel and there’s also a komeda’s coffee on the 2nd floor of hotel. the staff allowed us a late check out at 2pm and helped get us 2 taxi’s to haneda airport which helped us out a lot. in this area there was plenty of cafes, and a mall in tokyo station.

Very convenient, clean property near Tokyo station. Room with twin beds was very small for 2 people. My husband and I had to squeeze by each other when we navigated the room. Nice, well-appointed bathroom, very convenient breakfast cafe on second floor with inexpensive but good food and coffee. Location is terrific.

Excellent Stay

The Daiwa Roynet PREMIER brand offers that level of service/facility that you come to expect with each stay at any of their hotels. It is better than the APA and Tokyu hotel chains and arguably one notch below the Mitsui Gardens hotel chain.

Everything was good, no complaints except sometimes the elevator stops at 2F because there is a cafe there and only one up escalator from street level to the cafe.

It would be nice if all the elevators go direct to room floors instead of always mandatorily stopping on 3F where the hotel lobby is and for security reasons.

The whole time I felt safe and respected. This hotel has it all for an affordable price: 711 downstairs, close to stores / restaurants and Ginza area and most importantly close to a lot of subway and train stations including Tokyo Station (6 min walk). The room was spacious for 2 people ( we book the one with 2 beds), the even have the option for massage session but you need to book that in advance. I will definitely return to this hotel if needed.

Supert hotell i rolig område

Veldig pent og moderne hotell. Stort hotellrom med tanke på plasseringen. Litt trekk for svært hard seng. Hotellet lå svært sentralt til i Tokyo, og det var dermed veldig enkelt å komme seg rundt med tog og t-bane. Området var et business-strøk, og det var dermed lite underholdnings muligheter og ferre spisesteder enn andre steder, samtidig som at det føltes rolig og trygt.

perfect location, clean room. usually hotel rooms are very dry but here wasn't. As Kyobashi is working district, it was very quite at night and during the weekend. this room was expensive when i book, except that, this is great. there were three elevator but i couldnt find the stairs, if i find stairs, it would be better though..
