ホテルについてすぐに駐車場の案内もすぐにしてくださり、スタッフもとても親切でした。
朝食はホテルでとろうか迷いましたが近くにお店がたくさんあったので外で済ませました。
ゆっくり過ごせてとてもよかったです。

宿泊者専用のラウンジや、スタッフの対応や、周辺飲食店へのアクセスの良さなど、大変満足です。西向きのお部屋で、窓からスカイツリーと浅草寺が見えなかったのが残念です。お部屋の清掃は基本的にきちんとされていると思うのですが、ソファーベッドと円形の三段重ねの座布団については、改善が必要だと思いました。

ラウンジがすばらしいです。ここで食べた甘味は近隣のお店に売っているので、お土産についつい買っちゃいます。
チェックインのとき、一階の入口でスタッフの方が案内してくれました。昨年宿泊した際にはいなかった気がしますが、サービスの向上を感じました。

ホッピー通りに近くて行き帰りがすごく楽で良かったです。
朝食も美味しくて良かったのですが、スタッフの方々がテーブルを頻繁に確認し、お皿が空いた瞬間に片付けて行くので早く帰って欲しいのかなと焦りました。もう少しゆっくりご飯の時間を楽しみたかったです。

イベントに訪れた友人家族と宿泊しました。ツイン２部屋のコネクティングルームでしたので部屋の広さや設備等、古くからの観光地並と考えていましたが、良い意味で期待を裏切られました。充分な広さ、設備の充実、このルーム形態がワンフロアに集約されていた為他室への騒音を懸念する事無くお喋りに興じる事が出来ました。敢えて気になるところと言えば、「六区」と言う立地でしょうか。これについてもホテル入口に係の方がいらっしゃったので問題とは思いません。
とても良い宿を選ぶ事が出来ました。また、宿泊するつもりです。

浅草寺近くで、比較的静かな場所でした。目の前が馬券売り場なので、土日は騒がしいと思います。歩いてすぐにコンビニやドンキホーテ、鳥貴族、すき家など色々あるので、素泊まりで充分です。朝食は、3100円程だったと思いますが、食べたかったらその場で払えます。部屋着がセパレートのもので、浴衣ではないので、とても過ごしやすかったです。

浅草で宿泊は初めてだったのですが、周りが観光地ですし、スーパーも近く便利でした。
私はバス、トイレが別、部屋の広さがホテルを決める時の選択肢に入るのですが、お風呂もゆったりめで気持ち良かったです。
が、シャワーの水圧が少し弱い感じが…そこだけ残念なところかと。

フロントの方も丁寧なご対応をして下さり感謝です！

10階にあるラウンジでは浅草のお菓子とお茶やコーヒーが飲め、お菓子は色々な種類がありとても楽しく美味しくいただきました。
スカイツリーも綺麗に見えましたし♫

全体的に掃除が行き届いてないです。床に髪の毛や流し台に女性のファンデーションのかけらが詰まっていて水が流れないなどオープン間もないのに不衛生でした。それ以外は満足出来ました。

浅草観光にも、便利な場所で、ホテルも清潔で、綺麗でした。
朝食も美味しくて、外国からお客さんを連れての旅だったので、心配もしましたが、直ぐに払拭！皆、大満足の旅になりました。また、機会あれば、利用したいと思っています。

開業して、まだ、新しいため、スタッフの案内等、ちぐはぐさを感じました。チェックインのカードが、反応しなかったり、チェックアウト時、機械が、カードを反応しないのトラブルが、ありましたが、部屋は、キレイで、朝食もすごく美味しかったです。

This hotel is in a very good location. I would have rated this hotel higher because of the location and cleanliness however the staff at the front desk were not as friendly and helpful as the other hotels that we stayed at. I am comparing them to the other service providers at the front desk in Japan.
I thought the price of the breakfast buffet was high for the amount of selections provided. Even the breakfast at Asakusa View had a better breakfast buffet at about the same price.

Annex is a modern, clean property, very close to all of the sites to see in Asukasa. Breakfast was good, we are vegan and while there wasn't a main dish that was good for us, there was more than enough to eat that the breakfast was more than good for us. The rooms were quite and very sound proof. One bonus was to go to the Top Bar of the main Asakusa View Hotel and see the nighttime skies over Tokyo and Tokyo Tower.

The rooms are clean, like everything in Japan. Breakfast average, not much variety. Staff - horrible experience at front desk at check out - I scheduled online luggage transportation on the website link provided by the hotel - the guy did not believe me the company can take my bags to Kyoto - then he didn’t believe the service is same day delivery despite me showing him step by step how I did the booking and showing him the confirmation email from the company. He insisted to call the company and argued with them on the phone for 10-15 min, almost as he didn’t believe them as well. We almost missed our departure to Mt Fuji because of him!!

Nice on the surface level impression, but stingy about the things that mattered. The rooms had 3 trays of shower caps, tooth brushes, cotton swabs, etc., which were mostly unnecessary. The hotel only changed our sheets upon request once in 10 days. You could leave out a card requesting the sheets to be changed & then the request card completely disappeared after that. We were also only allowed 1 espresso pod per person, per day to use in our specialty maker. Otherwise, you could take instant coffee packs from the lobby. Real coffee drinkers don't like instant. You could request more sugar, but not more creamer. We are not accessive bathers & didn't always use our towls. We felt like impositions. Furthermore, many Americans don't watch CNN & was offered as the only English news.

I cannot begin to express how great of a stay my family and I had at the Annex Rokku property. We had the connecting rooms which I recommend to any family because there is so much more space and privacy. We also booked the breakfast package which was such a great thing! The breakfast included a main entree per person plus access to the buffet which had a small variety of things such as breads, soups, fruits, and yogurt. They also have an amazing espresso machine. The area of the hotel was amazing, we were walking distance from a temple and the nearby shops and there was more than enough places to always eat at. There are 2 train stations nearby about a 3min walk and the other a 8min walk. There is a Don Quixote 2 min away. The hotel was always impressively clean and the staff was all so friendly. I would like to take a moment to thank Samata. Samata was very kind to us during our stay especially on our last day. Our flight was delayed and Samata helped us arrange a late check out and also helped me retrieve a sweater I had forgotten. His kindness was extremely appreciated. Thank you everyone at Annex Rokku we hope to be back soon and make sure you book with them they are worth it.

Everything was fantastic except….we had a room on the premium level. Floor 10. There is a lounge there that serves juice, tea and coffee with some sweet snacks. the unfortunate part about the lounge was, no food brought in or out. No drinks in or out. If you wanted to have a nice glass of wine at the end of the day it’s not possible. It’s such a missed opportunity what could be a great lounge!

Great location, right in the heart of asakusa and close to 2 train stations. Clean, nice staff, 4/5 breakfast. They have 6 options from a menu and a buffet on the side so you won’t go hungry. They also had snacks and drinks on the top floor from 1500-2100. Great place to get some refreshments and enjoy the view of the location you’re at.
