大阪観光するには良い場所にあります。ホテルはリノベーションされていますが所々古さを感じます。スタッフはとても親切で丁寧に対応してくれます。撮影スポットのグリコサインまで徒歩1分、アメ村まで徒歩4分と賑やかなエリアです。アイロンは部屋には無いですがフロントに言えば持ってきてくれます。クローゼットが小さいので衣装が多い方は工夫が必要です。枕は小さいと感じました。１階にあるカフェのパンケーキは美味しいのでオススメです。コンビニまで徒歩1分で便利でしたのでまた利用させていただきます。

朝食バイキングは種類が豊富で美味しかったです。御堂筋沿いのため、夜は車道からの音で何回か目が覚めました。

アクセスが良いが、御堂筋に面しているためか、夜中、外の騒音が大きく感じた。洗い場とバスタブのあるお風呂付の部屋がとても良く、朝食も充実していた。

這酒店位置極佳，但是問題就是很多電單車刻意在深夜時分發出嘈吵聲響嚴重影響酒店住客睡眠質素.

我已經從2019年開始入住過這間酒店多次，但是過往沒有這個問題.

這個問題不是酒店的問題. 但是入住這酒店就要接受半夜或深夜有很嘈吵的電單車聲響. 每晚由數分鐘至10分鐘不等.

Room was great. Very spacious for a room in Japan. The Cross Floor had a nice water and ice dispenser. Access to the lounge was nice. Provided drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages) and snacks. I wouldn’t overspend for the Cross Room Floor for lounge. Breakfast was good. Various options to eat. Location was ideal for Dontobori if that’s where you want to be nearby

Clean, nice room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coin laundry is a 5 minute walk. Also, the breakfast buffet was definitely worth it.

We opted for the room with the view of the glico man an for the price difference of a regular room definitely worth it. Thought it would be noisy but realised there was a shuttle vent, would book again.

Fantastic location, right at the bridge where Glico man is. Lots of food options and shopping, right in the heart of Dotonburi. Short walk to Namba area and subway/JR lines.

The room was very nice and I had a view of the running man sign in Dotonbori. I was on the 11th floor which was helpful. There was street noise but this is expected - it’s similar to staying in Times Square area in NYC. Location was great and staff were very nice. Room had an air purifier and humidifier. Lots of space for the superior twin room.

Very helpful staff. They originally put us in a room facing the main street which is very loud. The constant beeping from the crosswalk was 24/7 so a bit of subtle aural torture. They were very kind and moved us to the other side of the hotel which was blessedly quiet.

Great location next to the famous Dotonbori! It was nice to have the hotel so close from the main attractions for sightseeing and shopping and eating. The staff and the accommodation is great and the room was quite large for the Japanese standard. Only downside is the Main Street traffic noise with some loud go carts and motorcycles at night.

We spent 2 weeks traveling in Japan and this hotel was our favorite from our trip! It was very nice, clean, and a great location. We quickly learned Osaka is a rowdy town, so we were woken up by sirens a few times, but not to any fault of the hotel. It was gorgeous, great view and very nice bathrooms.

Very busy area in the downtown area. All the top designer fashions and top restaurants are within walking distance. Nice lounge and really great breakfast in the morning at their restaurant.

Awesome hotel! Messed up my reservation but they were able to fix it and i was able to stay in the same room!

The location: you couldnt ask for a better spot ! Right next to all the crazy action in the middle of both sides of dotonbori, you got the famous river stuff to the left and the local shops to the right its a perfect spot

The room: i reserved a king room room was spotless and smelled like a new hotel. The bath room had a traditional Japanese shower and a extra large bath that can fit 2 ;) i think idk. The bed was just like the rest of japan hotel beds not the sofest im used to in america but i didnt sleep but a few hours anyway..

Only thing i didnt like was the noise from the street bikes thay drove by reving up but thays not thr hotels fault im 100% going to stay here again thanks again for closing out my japan vaction with a nice place to sleep after walking 20miles a day lol

Top-class hotel. Staff were incredible - arguably the best team of any hotel I have stayed at and happy to go above and beyond. Excellent facilities, good sized room and the breakfast buffet is superb with an incredible amount of choice to cater for anyone's needs.

Free breakfast and meet lounge were very nice. Staff were attentive and friendly. Pretty central location near Dotonbori and Namba. The room wasn’t spacious, but it did have a true king sized bed and enough room to move around. Not sure it’s quite a 5-star hotel, but it was a very pleasant stay.

This was our 3rd hotel out of 4 during a 2 week stay and was our second stay at a Cross Hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The shower was amazing. We had the breakfast package which also included a cocktail and snack option from 3-10pm and we really enjoyed both. We sat in the evening lounge every day and had a tea and snacks and it was such a great way to decompress. The location is essentialy right in the heart of Dotonbori and steps from the Glico sign. It is a very busy area and there's definitely a bit of street noise but we found it to be really minor. If we are comparing it to other hotels stays, the lobby is a bit lacking and uninviting but the rest of the hotel is very lovely. We also wished there was bottled water in the rooms - there is a pitcher that you can self fill at a water station on your floor which a great eco option but not always convenient. All in all a great stay - high marks for comfortable beds, great bathroom and enjoyable breakfast buffet and snack options.

Amazing location and price.

Walking distance from everything. The hotel is located between Dotonbori & high luxury shopping. What an amazing location. You literally have a 7eleven downstairs, 3 stores over. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Room is right next to the main part of Dontobori. It also has a 7-11 about 5 feet away. Great location and it definitely helped to enjoy the city. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Osaka.

The hotel itself is a good place to stay and the staff are helpful. Location of the hotel is convenient to lots of great restaurants and shopping but there’s a lot of people and young drunk kids hanging out late and into the early morning. You see the ugly side of Japan if you start your day very early.

Pretty much located in the heart of where everything is going on; dotonbori, shinsaibashi, Namba, food, people, etc. Overwhelming? Absolutely. Convenient? Very. The rooms are a bit dated but you won't be spending much time in your room.

It was dirty. I told them clump of hair in the door way a couple times but they didn't clean it. It had what looked like blood on it so I didn't touch it. But because of communication I guess it didn't get cleaned the 4 days I was there. Anyways there was some other dirty areas but none was as bad as that. I mostly just slept in room so I put up with it. Would I stay with them again. No. Good buffet though

The best thing about this hotel is the location, as it’s walkable to attractions and shopping. The room was lacklustre, the view from our room was terrible. They provided no water in our room. Our PJs, slippers, were hidden in a dark cupboard and we didn’t find it till later in the stay. Other hotels we stayed at in Japan displayed these nicely upon arrival. This hotel did nothing above and beyond to make our stay there memorable. The location great. That’s it.
