チェックインが14時、チェックアウトが12時と長く滞在出来る為嬉しい。

レムホテルの標準装備ですが、洗面所とトイレとバスルームがバラバラになっているのは、とても快適です。至るところに鏡があり、また、ちょっとした衣類カゴ、電源の多さなど気遣いがあり、新橋からも銀座からもアクセスがよく、価格が安くはないけどリーズナブル。また泊まります。

お部屋も清潔感があり近くにドン・キホーテやコンビニ、ドラッグストアがあったので不足分を買ったりするのにも便利でした。またスタッフの方の対応も親切で、快適に過ごすことができました。

部屋はバスタブも広くてシャワーと別なので、バスタイムはくつろげます。
ベッドの硬さもちょうど良かったのですが、唯一、布団が厚めのため、かけると暑く、剥ぐとエアコンで寒いので、何度も起きてしまい、そこだけ残念でした。夏だけ薄手の掛け布団にしていただけたら熟睡できると思います。

タクシーを呼んでもらおうと頼んだら、モゴモゴはっきりしない返答で、結局は自分で呼べと言われた。

それが通常の対応なのでしょうか？
何の手立ての助言もなかったですし、「自分で呼んで下さい」と言うだけ。
地元の人で無かったり、配車アプリをダウンロードしていなかったりする人もいますよね？
せめて、タクシー会社の電話番号教えてくれるとかないんでしょうか。

立地もよく、かつ静かでした
湯船はありませんでしたが、シャワーにイスが付いており、観光に疲れた足を休めながら豊富な湯量で洗えたので不満はないです

フロントや部屋も綺麗でよかったが、ベッドのシーツがめくれて中を見てみると大量の髪の毛がついており、綺麗に掃除されていなかったのが非常に不快でした。あと加湿器もなく、部屋の乾燥が異常だったのもしんどかったです。

とても快適でした。ロケーションも抜群でした。しいて言うなら、長期滞在にはコインランドリーが無いのと、窓が開かない部屋なので、少し不便に感じる人もいるかもです。でも部屋のデザインも備品も良かったです

快適でした。

1人での宿泊でした。
チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズでした。
部屋は、とても清潔で、必要なものは全て揃っていました。
歯ブラシ等は、ロビーにあり、自分で必要なものを取るシステムでした。
レムプラスというだけあって、ベッドが丁度いいフカフカ感で素晴らしく、枕も2種類ありました。
パジャマもとても快適で、自宅にいるよりくつろげるくらいでした。
マッサージも程よく気持ちよく、テレビがNetflix、Amazonprime、HuluやYouTube等、自分のアカウントで見ることができて、とても嬉しかったです。

広くて清潔で、静か。

他の同系列ホテルよりも部屋も広くて、きれいなので、どこにも欠点はないです。まあ、自分は暑がりなので、エアコンつけてなくても暖かい室内が少しつらいのですが。欲を言えば駅からのアクセスが最高とは言えないですが。新橋にも歩いて行けないわけでもなく。夜も割と静かでした。用務先に都合が良い場合は、また泊まろうかなと思います。

2回目の利用になります。部屋は広さもそこそこあります。マッサージチェアが設置されており、自由に使うことができます。お風呂はバスタブがあり、お湯を溜めて入ることができるのが嬉しいです。シャワーは今時の面の広いタイプで水量も充分です。スタッフの方の心配りがとても素晴らしいです。電子レンジを使いたい旨フロントに申し出たところ、スタッフの方が快く温めてくれました。ぜひまた利用したいです。

What a great stay at this wonderful hotel. Check-in was quick and easy.
Room was extremely cozy and comfortable. Had a massage chair that came in handy after a long day of walking and exploring.
Walking distance to train, subway and many attractions. Great shopping at your door step. Seven eleven around the corner. Make sure you try egg salad sandwich.
Highly recommended this hotel.

셀프 체크인이지만 직원이 다 도와주고 직원이 없더라도 키오스크에 한국어 있어요. 매일 깨끗하게 청소해주고 2층에 칫솔치약, 면도기, 빗 있어요. 다만 화장실 세면대에서 하수구 냄새가 화장실 들어갈때마다 올라와서 별 하나는 뺍니다

Excellent location with access to main/quite a few stations to allow travel within Tokyo and outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel also provides/arranges for luggage transfer to other cities which is very helpful. Delicious food right across the hotel (Annam) and room was always cleaned to a very good standard.

Well located, great value for money hotel. Staff were friendly, with excellent daily housekeeping (a lot of Japanese hotels are moving away from this). The rooms are small, but this is usual for Tokyo. I thought the massage chair would be a bit of gimic that took up much needed space, but it was actually really comfortable after long walking days! Perhaps there could be a communal area where chairs could be located freeing up space in the rooms? I’d be happy to stay here again, and would recommend both the hotel and Ginza as a location to stay.

Especially if you’re planning extended shopping explorations around Ginza, this makes a very reasonable and convenient base. The essentials are perfectly provided, with a comfortable bed and a clean, well-maintained room. While the room is on the smaller side for international travellers, the smart design makes it very manageable and comfortable.

Remm Plus Ginza was so clean and comfortable that I could have a really deep sleep on my first night there, which was quite unusual as I would usually take at least 2 days to be comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. I appreciate the stool in the bathroom; after a long day of walking, I could sit down while taking a shower, which made it less of a chore.😅

Remm Plus Ginza was near to the Shimbashi train station (connected to so many lines), there’s Family Mart, Donki, Matsumoto Kiyoshi (pharmacy, personal supplies store) and 2 halal restaurants within its immediate vicinity. The bright lights of the famous Ginza shopping strip is just 5 minutes walk away. The area is very bright and safe at night, even for solo lady travellers.

The staffs were also very friendly and efficient; check in and out were a breeze. I also appreciate the housekeeping team for cleaning and refreshing my room every 3 days.

Honestly, there’s nothing not to like about Remm Plus Ginza. I was so sad to leave on my last day and I’m already planning to return to Tokyo and stay there again! Thank you so much to the entire Remm Plus Ginza team. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Super comfortable pillow and bed even for western standards. Probably the best in Tokyo hotels that I've stayed at. Strong water pressure for the shower. Convenient location to Shimbashi station that is 1 train to the Haneda airport in 30min.

Room was a bit small, but satisfactory. The room cleaning was excellent and was provided water daily. Any clothes left out was folded neatly and sheets were changed daily. Excellent stay and the staff were super kind and attentive.

For a non japanese speaker there is only one TV channel (CNN). Boring.
The room is too small for a big massage sofa. Take that off.
There is no closets or room for the suitcases

Nice quiet spot, walkable to the main parts of Ginza.

Room was small but functional.

We were able to arrange earlier check in for a fee which was great after a long travel day.

Overall would definitely recommend. Only note would be that the beds are a bit firm.

Not enough amenities such as coffee machine, accessories for skincare etc.
Air conditioning did not work well, had very poor sleep during our stay. Staff did not understand English well. Very difficult to communicate.
