立地もよく、かつ静かでした
湯船はありませんでしたが、シャワーにイスが付いており、観光に疲れた足を休めながら豊富な湯量で洗えたので不満はないです

フロントや部屋も綺麗でよかったが、ベッドのシーツがめくれて中を見てみると大量の髪の毛がついており、綺麗に掃除されていなかったのが非常に不快でした。あと加湿器もなく、部屋の乾燥が異常だったのもしんどかったです。

快適でした。

1人での宿泊でした。
チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズでした。
部屋は、とても清潔で、必要なものは全て揃っていました。
歯ブラシ等は、ロビーにあり、自分で必要なものを取るシステムでした。
レムプラスというだけあって、ベッドが丁度いいフカフカ感で素晴らしく、枕も2種類ありました。
パジャマもとても快適で、自宅にいるよりくつろげるくらいでした。
マッサージも程よく気持ちよく、テレビがNetflix、Amazonprime、HuluやYouTube等、自分のアカウントで見ることができて、とても嬉しかったです。

広くて清潔で、静か。

他の同系列ホテルよりも部屋も広くて、きれいなので、どこにも欠点はないです。まあ、自分は暑がりなので、エアコンつけてなくても暖かい室内が少しつらいのですが。欲を言えば駅からのアクセスが最高とは言えないですが。新橋にも歩いて行けないわけでもなく。夜も割と静かでした。用務先に都合が良い場合は、また泊まろうかなと思います。

2回目の利用になります。部屋は広さもそこそこあります。マッサージチェアが設置されており、自由に使うことができます。お風呂はバスタブがあり、お湯を溜めて入ることができるのが嬉しいです。シャワーは今時の面の広いタイプで水量も充分です。スタッフの方の心配りがとても素晴らしいです。電子レンジを使いたい旨フロントに申し出たところ、スタッフの方が快く温めてくれました。ぜひまた利用したいです。

立地と、コスパが良い

時期的なものなのか、他の宿泊客は殆ど外国の方でした。以外とエレベーターからの音が聞こえるので気になる方はエレベーターから離れることをオススメします。近くに飲食店も多く、コンビニもスタバも沢山あります。掃除も綺麗にされてあり、特に問題なしです。

チェックインの時のスタッフの態度が良くなかった。ああ所詮この程度のランクのホテルだからなと、思ったから良いが同価格帯の他のホテルの従業員の方の態度の方が明らかに良く教育されているので次回からは他のホテルを利用しようと思います。

注意・部屋に歯ブラシがない

歯ブラシ、ティーバッグ類がエレベーター前に置いてあり、必要な人は取っていく方式だったが、
忘れて部屋に入ってしまってから改めて取りに行かなければならないのが面倒だった。
この価格帯のホテルであれば、歯ブラシ、ティーバッグは部屋に置いてほしい。

部屋事態は料金的に安いプランのため仕方がないのですが狭い割には壁の白い色を利用して狭さを感じさせず大変良かったです。一つ気づきにくいのですがブラインドカーテンがあったことを二日目にしり少し残念でした。これは私のきずきが悪かったのかなと思います。でも、少し分かりにくかったです。

値段からするとよい宿泊でした。
まずまずの立地（新橋、銀座へアクセス）です。少し歩きますが。
部屋の広さや設備も良かったです。トイレとバス別でバスは広々していました。入浴剤も準備されています。
フロントの応対は、丁寧ではありますが、もごもご何を言っているかよくわからなかった点だけ残念でした。フロントマンの個人的な問題かもしれませんが…。
新橋、銀座付近で、もっと安いところもあるし、もっとゴージャスなところもありますが、うまくバランス取れたホテルだと思いました。

Suberb!

We stayed 7 nights, and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Tokyo! The location is so good: safe and lovely Ginza 🙏 Easy access to the Shubashi station and Haneda airport ❤️ And Don Quixote Ginza is just across the road 😅
The staff is wonderful and the house keeping is amazing! We highly recommend Remm plus Ginza!

Det var ren hotel og fresh rom.
Det var bra sted, ganske god beliggenhet, begrenset med tanke på tilbudene etter kl 21:00. Ikke veldig spennende for yngere enn 30 år.
Rommet var super små, venskelig å bevege seg i rommet. Var bedre for en enn to personer.
Frokost var ikke så fristende, bedre å få stedet utenfor frokost.

The location was great. Closed to subway lines that took us to all of the main Tokyo attractions. Hotel bed was very comfortable and room was clean and in very quiet neighborhood.

They clean and seem like they changes bedding daily. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We received 2 bottles of water each day that we stayed, plus nightly 2 small packs of chocolates as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Has a Donki on the corner, family mart and 7.11 down the street. 2 subway lines nearby. The rooms are small as per Tokyo standards. Only tiny downside is that the amazing toto toilet didn't heat up, but I'm nitpicking. I'd stay there again.

Das Standardzimmer, das eigentlich für 2 ist und ich alleine genutzt habe, ist winzig. Mein gepäck hat ausgebreitet nicht auf den boden gepasst und ich weiß nicht wie es mit 2 Leuten gewesen wäre.
Ansonsten sauber und alles was man braucht. Etwas nervig war dass es eine verpflichtende Zimmerreinigung alle 3 Tage gab, die ich nicht gebraucht hätte aber wahrnehmen musste.

If you want to stay at Ginza (and know the area is mostly boujee shopping/dining), I highly recommend this hotel for its price point - especially if it’s the tail end of your trip. I say this because Donki’s right outside for you to shop for your souvenirs until past midnight. There’s about 3 family marts just 1-2 min walk away + 7/11. The nearest station is Shimbashi but was about a 7-8 minute walk, which for us was convenient enough due to the Asakusa line able to take us straight to HND airport.

Hotel is clean, quiet, and I enjoyed the massage chair while playing Netflix on the smart TV and relaxing after a long day of exploring. Would stay here again if I want to stay at Ginza again.

Hotel relativement bien placé (proche de la station Shimbashi). Le personnel est très agréable et le bâtiment à l'air presque neuf.
Il y aurait besoin d'un ascenseur supplémentaire car il faut parfois attendre plusieurs minutes pour pouvoir monter dedans.
L'établissement se veut "eco-friendly" mais la vidange de la poubelle devrait être inclue dans le nettoyage "eco-cleaning". Ce n'était pas le cas et nous avons donc demandé le nettoyage complet juste pour que nos dechets presque à chaque jour.
Notre chambre avait beaucoup de poussière accumulée sur les bouches d'aération de la salle de bain et nous avons retrouvé plusieurs fois des cheveux dans notre lit.
L'hôtel pourrait proposer une buanderie pour ses clients, car il y en a peu dans le quartier.
La salle fumeur aurait besoin d'une meilleure ventilation.

The rooms are small, not a surprise for Tokyo but there's a chair that could be removed and you'd have more space in the room for sure. Other than that the hotel is nice, clean, easy to check in/out and the staff was super friendly. The neighborhood is very nice.

Very average hotel if you’re looking for a cheaper option to stay in the Ginza area. Our bathroom smelled a little like sewage and the room is very tiny. Cannot fit more than two people. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Very walkable to trains and public transportation.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Remm Plus Ginza! The staff were so nice and friendly and would always help us if we had any questions! The view from our room was amazing! We woke up to a beautiful sunrise every day! We also took advantage of the massage chair, so convenient after a long day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again if we visited Tokyo!

Excelent property, all new. We were two times there. We stayed at the beginning of our trip. We left luggage their at no cost. An at the end of the trip. Rooms are a lit it bit small but enough to have a massage chair in it. The bathroom weas excelent. Location is superb. Close to subways. Dinning. Shops. Etc. The place to be.

We loved our stay here, it was easy to get everywhere and the room was perfect for our stay. The only thing we didn't love was the breakfast that was at the hotel but that wouldn't stop us from staying here again!
