ミスに対するフロントスタッフの対応が悪かったです。

2人一部屋での予約でしたが、実際部屋へ入るとシングルユースになっており、バスタオルなどの備品が全て一つずつでした。部屋には電話が無かったので、エレベーター脇の電話からフロントに知らせると「取りに来てください」とのこと。安いホテルですが、ホテル側のミスに対して、このようなコメントに驚かされました。

2泊連泊だったので、翌日はタオル交換のみお願いしておりましたが、再び一人分の用意しかなく、どのようになっているのか呆れました。

部屋数が多いホテルですが、エレベーターが一つしかないので、なかなか乗れないことに重ね、各階に停止し、このコロナ禍であえりえないような満員になります。

ホテルの室内は清潔で、しかも静かで、狭い部屋ですが、価格以上に快適に過ごすことができるのはありがたいです。
部屋全体的に照明が暗く、明るさを調整できません。せめてデスク周りが明るくなれば助かります。

チェックイン時、説明が十分でなく、朝食の時間帯やグッズについて何も説明受けなかった。場所は便利で観光地に近く良かった。

朝食付きはありがたい

朝食がおいしかったです　雷門側ではないですが　浅草寺にも近くて　便利でした　フロントに掲示してくれているマップで　かわいいスイーツのお店に行くことができました

スーパーホテルなので大浴場があると嬉しいなぁと思いました。
でも朝食の焼き立てパンも卵かけ御飯も美味しかったです。
ホテルの側道を入ると浅草寺があり、夜のライトアップがゆっくり見ることが出来て、スカイツリーのライトアップも見られて、観光客が少ない夜をゆっくり散策出来る立地が最高です。
朝も観光客がいない浅草寺の散策も良いですよ。

スタッフの応対がとにかく丁寧。

スタッフさん達が皆さん丁寧でした。部屋のキーも番号を入力するタイプで、チェックアウト手続き無しというのも良かったです。
朝食も美味しかったです。感染症対策のために食事中の会話は控えてと注意書きはあったのですが、終始お話しされてる方がいましたが、それはさすがに注意しずらかったのかなと(これは宿泊者のモラルの問題でしょうね)。
次回もこの近くで滞在するならここにしようと思います。

コロナ対策は万全でした

コロナ禍であることから、朝食時への配慮は十分されてました。でも、時間によって混雑するため、出入り口が非常に混雑していました。
時間予約をしてもらうなどで解消していただきたいと思いました。

やっぱり👍️

チェックイン時に一年ぶりのご利用どなりますが、覚えていらっしゃいますか？と言いながら丁寧に教えてくださいました。一年ぶりなのかとちょっと感動しました。朝食のパンはやっぱり期待を裏切らない美味しさで６個も食べてしまいました。フロント横で選んだ枕の固さが抜群で気持ちよく寝れました。

コスパ良し

朝食もついてこのお値段は大変お得だと思います。
部屋は狭いですが価格を考えると妥当かな？　
仕事で寝るだけならOKだと思います。
フロントはとても感じの良い対応で満足でした。
お風呂は狭いが綺麗に掃除してありました。

Rooms are small but price is good and the location is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent, although different from the traditional western hotel breakfast (but much better in my opinion) in that you have hot meat dishes, rice, salads and miso soup. The amenities bar is well stocked and the provided pygamas are very comfortable. They have a happy hour from 5 to 8 pm, with self serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

Staff were friendly particularly Mowe - she was very helpful.
Room was small but good enough to just sleep. Location was close and walking distance to stores, temple, shops etc.

Room was very clean and well appointed. Smaller than we are used to but it worked well. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. We got new towels every day which was more than we needed and there was no way to easily have the dirty towels picked up.

Super...at cutting corners

Room is okay size for a solo person. One of my issues were that on my first night, the hot water just stopped working at night around 1AM. I was unable to take a shower, and there was just no hot water running.

There is also no front desk after 12am with the amenities locked up. The default pillow in the room is also a super hard beanbag one, but they offer different ones in the lobby. The only problem was that all the extra pillows were all taken, so I was forced to sleep on an extremely uncomfortable pillow for 2 nights.

Perfect for us

It was my first time in a Japanese business hotel. It was different from my American expectations, but it was also the perfect location and exactly what we needed. The room was small, but clean and the hotel was very efficient and eco conscious. I would recommend this hotel. Its also located very close to beautiful temples and all the shopping you could want.

The area is so convenient to transportations and sites.the amenities are wonderful.buffet breakfast are very delicious and varieties everyday. Lastly the staffs are wonderful. Very nice and hospitable.

Unexpected additional charge

Arrived after long flight. Had to pay 3000 yen in cash for 'service charge' for my 4 night stay. I was too tired to argue and did not ask for receipt. I think I was scammed. This is definitely not the 'city tax'. I stayed at another Super Hotel in Tokyo (Ningyocho) a week later and no additional fees were asked for. Both cases I prepaid for the hotel on this site.

Other than that, the hotel and breakfast is great.

Some challenges but really enjoyed my stay

Very small rooms but clean and comfortable. Rooms have those automated toilets you’ve always wondered about! Not much signage in English but once you figure things out, it’s a nice bargain hotel in a fantastic location. Breakfast buffet is included but a bit mysterious for Western tourists. No instructions at street level - take elevator to 2 to check in.

Just one minute from Senso-ji and not far from Asakusa station, this is a great hotel. Rooms are Small but this Tokyo. Breakfast could offer moré fruits but it is ok.

Très bonne surprise

L hôtel est idéalement situé ! Le métro et les trains sont facilement accessibles pour aller un peu partout. Le petit-déjeuner est varié. Les chambres sont propres.

La habitación en general es pequeña, llevaba una maleta grande abarcaba gran parte del área entre la cama y el escritorio, se siente antigua pues algunos plásticos se ven amarillentos. Por otro lado tiene una excelente ubicación cerca del templo Sensō-ji y de la estación de tren de Asakusa.

Malo en general

No me gustó, reserve y realice mi pago y al realizar checking me cobraron 6000 yenes extras qué según por impuestos, en ningún hotel de la misma gama en japón me cobraron eso, el desayuno es una burla super poquito, poca variedad, y super temprano mi viaje fue en familia y el desayuno si bajabas a las 8 ya estaba cerrado, y 8:30 casi te corrían del lugar, me hospede 6 noches de las cuales solo bajamos 2 y preferimos salir a otro lado a desayunar, un solo elevador para todo el hotel super insuficiente, en verdad opta por otra opción hay mejores por el mismo precio o más barato, las amenidades estaban en la recepción, pero las tenían bajo llave y solo la abrían un determinado horario y si llegabas más noche pues ya no estaba disponible

Estancias pequeñas, no hay donde colocar la ropa. El desayuno es bastante escaso y con pocas opciones de desayuno.
