ここは日頃より中国の方がたくさん使われているのか、日本人の私にも最初から中国語で話かけてきたスタッフが数名いらっしゃいました。

受付しているとロビーでスーツケースを床に広げて荷物を整理し始め周りはもので散乱させてる若い女性たちがいて個人的には驚きましたし、それについてスタッフも何も言わないことも驚きました。

朝食の場面では私たちより後に来た方達がメインをすぐに提供され、私たちの分は全く来ず
そのことを指摘しても女性のスタッフはその後何のお詫びも今すぐ用意する等の説明もありませんでした。
他の男性スタッフに再び申し出ると、その方はきちんと対応してくださいました。
お料理自体は全て美味しかったです。
設備もよく、お部屋も綺麗で、ベッドの寝心地も素晴らしかった。

三井ガーデンホテルは今まで印象が良かったので数カ所泊まらせていただきましたが、申し訳ありませんがここは二度と使いたくないです。

素晴らしいホテル

部屋は少し狭いですが、清潔で、とても整然としていて、手入れが届いていました。大浴場も手狭ではあるものの、シャンプー・リンスも高品質だと感じ、全体的に高級感もあり、満足しました。朝食は言うまでもなく、価格以上の内容で、朝から握り寿司の提供があるとは考えもしませんでした。スタッフも英語が堪能で、とても快適な滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

歌舞伎座観劇のため宿泊しました。何より歌舞伎座や新橋演舞場へ行くのに便利で助かります。アメニティは自分で取る形式ですが、お部屋も広いしベッドの寝心地も言う事無し。助かります。

母と妹と女3人でセミダブルのトリプルの部屋に一泊しました。女3人が荷物を広げても大丈夫でしたよ。また滞在したいと思います。

リピーターです。サービス、衛生面、立地の良さが気に入り利用していますが、今回は外国人の方のマナーの悪さにがっかりしました。文化の違いにしても浴室を汚しすぎです。

銀座や築地にも歩いていくことができ、とても便利でした

Tiny room , good location , breakfast wasn’t very good, not many option. The whole restaurant only one coffee machine. There is long queue for coffee between 8-9am for the breakfast.

This hotel offers no extras - no help with baggage, no water available, no amenities in the room - you'll need to grab them from the lobby. We were not able to check in early and when we could check in, it took a long time. The worst part was after traveling and receiving less than mediocre service, when we finally got to our room, it was hot and stuffy! The temperature was set to 25 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature that could be set in the room was 20 degrees Celsius- not comfortable on humid or hot days. Would NOT recommend, especially for the high price when there are many choices nearby for less and better service.

Everyone is so welcoming here. We have stayed in this hotel multiple times because the staff and service are impeccable. The hotel also offers generous amenities. Furthermore, it is in an excellent location with great restaurants and interesting places to visit nearby. Can't wait to come back again soon.

El desayuno fue maravilloso. Como algunos Mitsui, tenía Onsen, lo cual me hizo muy feliz. Encima en Ginza. El mejor barrio de Tokio y con salidas de metro / taxis para transpórtate a otras zonas de la ciudad.

Mitsui Garden is a chain hotel with many in the area. We tried this one because of the location in relationship to where our friends were staying. It is also really close to the Higashi-Ginza stop of the Hibiya line and an 8-10min walk to the Ginza line. There is an elevator across the street to get down to the trains, otherwise it is a lot of stairs. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. Laundry was challenging seeing as they only have 3 machines and I think 14 floors of rooms. It only took coins, paypay, transit cards. I used my Suica card. It did not take credit card. You could watch a pretty accurate update on the machine availability on the tv in your room. WiFi was not very good in the evenings. I think too many people were on it. The room itself was spacious and comfortably fit our three pieces of luggage, two carry-ons, and two people. They had an in room fridge which was helpful and provided bottle water everyday. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay here again.

Good location. I picked the 25sqm room for 2 becos I felt the 19sqm would be too small. Hotel had a hot bath which was nice. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

I think this is one of the best hotel among others. The price is a bit up and down but the quality of the room and service is superb.

Good value for money, and public bath area was quite spacious. However the pillows were not that great, but that’s the standard for most hotels. Location was also terrific. Enjoyed the stay overall.

Clean room. Location is centralised. Metro station is nearby and the Ginza shopping area is also a stone's throw away. Lots of restaurants and dining options.
There is also a limo bus station to Narita airport just 5 mins walk away.

Great location- quiet yet convenient neighbourhood in Ginza. Room is spacious and modern. Excellent service and impeccably clean environment. It looks as new as it was first built. Amazingly well kept!

Location is right at the edge of Ginza. Room is cleaned daily. Satisfied with the amenities and onsen. Staff are friendly and converse well in English.

The room was not advertised as a business hotel. The room was far too small for comfort.
Lacking amenities. The food was average.
The rate was criminal and not competitive. The room rate was similar to Luxury hotels in this area. We only booked the hotel based on rate as we assumed this was a 4 or 5 star hotel. For 80 year olds it was extremely hard to maneuver around the room.
I hope your staff will check the room rate for us.

Arrived after 13:00 and was pleasantly surprised by the offer to check-in early. Very helpful after a long flight.
