シンプルで清潔感あるホテル。
目の前にコンビニがあるので便利。
チェックイン時のスタッフが優しい対応してくれたのに、朝食のスタッフが冷めた対応だったので、ちょっとショック。

スタッフによるホテルの仕様についての説明が欲しい。説明がないならご利用案内のパンフレットくらいあってもいい。ホームページも含め館内にフロアマップが無いから勝手も分からず、廊下など無機質で怖さがあった。部屋自体は木製で落ち着いたから、そこは良かったです。

写真で見るより個室は広々としていて、ぐっすり眠ることができました。
フロントの方々もカジュアルな感じですごく素敵でした。
部屋のロックがあかないこともありましたが、すぐに対応して下さり、助かりました。
部屋で日本人は私一人で、たくさん外国の方々がいてすごく面白かったです。
できたてのホテルで綺麗で、また利用したいです。

호스텔에서 제공하는 아침식사는 건강식으로 좋았어요. 스태프들의 친절한 서비스에도 놀랐습니다. 어느 호텔보다도 스태프의 친절함은 최고였습니다. 특히, 한국 스태프도 있어서 많은도움을 받았습니다.바로 앞의 세븐일레븐과 주변의 슈퍼도 있고 시내의 백화점도 도보로 갈수있어서 입지적으로는 최고 입니다.

The beds could be better soundproofed because there’s a gap at the top, but otherwise great experience.

For my November booking it was great but this December to January was terrible due to two staffs.
They might be new since I didn’t see them back in November. The staffs back then (still there in January) were amazing.
Here are my experiences with the two staffs.
The staff during the new year countdown who was taking orders at the register was really rude to me. She put her palm up to my face and said WAIT while I was trying to order a drink. I only tried to tell my order once. Then she didn’t hand me my change properly, she just slapped it at the counter.
Check-in was like a robot. No “welcome”, no “thank you”, no “please”. Told me to sign at the screen and filled out the form and that’s it. Didn’t explain the door code at the front or when it’s locked.
Other staffs were really great though like Brian and the Filipina girl were both cheerful and willing to help.
I liked this hostel on my first stay and met so many amazing travelers but this time, I left after just 2 nights. I had few more nights booked but I just left. When I mentioned that I was checking out, the lady at the front desk, just said “we don’t have process for the checkout”. I just left.
I also mentioned to her on my 2nd day that it’s cold in the room and asked her if they have a bigger blanket. At first she just said she can’t help with that. So I asked if there’s one laying around and only then she asked for my room number and bed number. She said she’ll let me know if she finds one. I never heard from her.

Hostel sensacional, fizemos muitos amigos!
- Camas muito confortáveis, banheiros com toda estrutura, amenities, até secador!
- Bar e restaurante com uma vibe bem bacana.
- Cozinha completa.
- Area social muito boa, consegui trabalhar e interagir com a galera;
- Tem lavanderia completa;
- Familymart a 2 quarteiroes e seven11 na frente.

Estaçao nao tao perto mas é tranquilo, gion está do lado, perfeito para quem gosta do bar hopping japones.

Voltarei com certeza!

This was the best place! Location was perfect, everything was clean and cozy, I felt like my sleeping area had plenty of room, there was always hot water, and the included breakfast was solid. I felt like I could be social if I wanted to be, but I didn't have to be, and the vibes overall were just perfect. I stayed in a few different hostels on this trip, and this was my fave.

Had 3 nights booked, prior to checking in attempted to revise down to 2 nights. After speaking with Expedia both the agent and I attempted to cancel one night and request a refund. Unfortunately UNPLAN wouldnt grant it stating policy has a minimum cancelation time, definitely understand this but had hoped they would work with me being I wasnt canceling entirely, but was disappointed.

Very nice stay with a delightful breakfast included at an excellent price - this venue is mainly foreign tourists.
The women's only floor was lovely but the top bunk was difficult/slippery to climb in and out of, and also had light and noise filter in. It was pretty crowded.

The hotel is very well located, and the building itself is nice, but the hygiene issue seriously affects the overall experience. I found it strange and quite unreasonable to have to remove shoes or slippers before entering the shower area, especially since, during my three-day stay, I never saw any actual cleaning being done. At night, they only collected the trash, but there was no proper sanitation. The floor was visibly dirty, and it’s uncomfortable to step on it and then go to bed feeling unclean. The mat outside the shower was always wet and full of hair, making it impossible to use. The place has potential, but cleanliness in the shared facilities needs to be taken much more seriously.

Dust and mold everywhere. Felt stuffy the whole time we were there, ended up leaving after the second night. Great vibe, definitely a party hostel. But spend some money on someone to actually clean the place. The sink pictured was dirty all 3 days. There was poop on the walls in the bathroom. I get hostels aren't supposed to be 5 stars, but some simple cleaning and new filters would go so far. You can see the dust particles in the air! I don't want to think about how often they clean the comforters.

Check in was fast. Room was clean for people of three but of course because it’s a dorm type of rooms you have to be quiet and there’s some body odor lingering when you passed the hallway. Bathrooms are shared but there’s doors in each toilet and shower area. Breakfast was great. Cool place for single people.

Worst experience ever. Tye capsule rooms were like rat holes, in which you could only crawl. When I booked the room, it had pictures of 4 small horizontal cubicles. What I got was over 14 such cubicles. People had their shoes and dirty socks at the mouth of the cubicle. Warning to one and all: Dont throw your hard earned money with Uplan Hostel.

I was utterly disappointed with my stay at Unplan, and this is my view in good faith. The two nights that I stayed in the mixed dormitory were the worst of my stay ever in a hostel. The capsule rat hole was a little bigger than an oversized coffin. My head bumped against the celing every time I crawled in there. The rate for one night was above $150 and the other night was $170. For the life of me, I couldn't understand why I was charged differently each time. The mouth of the rat hole , ie, the entrance of the capsule room had shoes of strangers from the occupants of other capsule rooms. The free breakfast had one hard white bread, margarine instead of butter. I can go on and on but instead, my sincere advice is 'Take your business elsewhere if you value your money'.

Amazing location, clean, accessible, super safe, breakfast in the morning, close to two convenience stores, stuff is the nicest. I was looking for a good enough hostel for a few days before transitioning to a hotel to save up, but next time I’d stay here as long as I’m planning on traveling. Truly an amazing time. (There are small lockers next to beds to store your belongings).

I highly recommed this hostel. Nothing bad to day, except that the dorm beds were be a bit dusty so bring allergy medication in case dust gives you the sniffles :) I would stay here again.

I think what makes this a good hostel is the location and its well known. It was clean and close to everything you want to do. Good place to meet travelers, walking tour Saturday and a decent happy hour. Its right next to seven eleven so a lot of people grab drinks there and bring them back to the hostel. I didnt feel like the staff was real very or had anything else keep the environment social.

Ottima zona sia per i mezzi che per ristoranti. Ho avuto un problema e il personale la mattina seguente me l'ha risolto (anche se ho preferito cambiare struttura). Ostello moderno, internazionale con molti viaggiatori. Forse quest'ultima cosa penalizza la pulizia degli ambienti.

No estaba tan cerca de la estación de tren (13 minutos caminando al final de un largo día es mucho) las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y modernas, mucho espacio en las duchas, baños, etc. El desayuno básico pero bueno.
