ロビーに外国の方しかいなくてチェックインの時に少し戸惑いを感じましたが、チェックインアウト時にスタッフの方が素早く対応して下さり良かったです。お部屋も綺麗で他の部屋の音も特に気にならず快適に過ごすことができました。違うお部屋でも是非また利用したいです。

外観からお部屋の雰囲気までオシャレすぎてめちゃめちゃテンションあがりました！朝、チェックイン前の時間に、荷物を預けるため行ったのですが、お部屋が空いているということで先にチェックインさせていただけました。しかし何より、24時間利用できるコーヒーサーバーと、パンやシリアル等の朝食が、無料で利用できたのがとてもありがたかったです。そして荷物の預かりもチェックアウト後も対応していただけました。
ただ、照明がオシャレすぎてお部屋でメイクをしたりラウンジで写真を撮るには暗くて少し苦戦しました。(メイクはバスルームであれば明るいので全然できます！)
全体的には大満足でリピ確です。

スタイリッシュなホテルで、キレイでとてもよかったです。
窓が隣のビルに隣接しており、外は見れないので、部屋の中はやや暗い印象ですが、隣のビルから視線はないので気になりませんでした。

無料のミネラルウォーターを何本もいただけるし、飲みものもドーナツも無料でおいしかったです！
朝食もパンやシリアル、ヨーグルトと数種類準備されていて、フリーだったので助かりました。
とても満足しています。

朝食やドリンクのサービスもあり、スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。

ほぼ日本人の方はいらっしゃいませんでしたが、コンパクトに全て揃っていて、快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクやドーナツ、朝のコーヒーやパン、ヨーグルトも無料で頂けて良かったです。

2人で2泊しました。シンプルでおしゃれなこのホテルは宿泊客の大半が外国人で自分が外国にいると錯覚しそうになります。部屋は広くないですが過不足は感じませんでした。ミネラルウォーターはひとり1日1本いただけました。1階には無料で使えるエスプレッソマシンがあり、同じく無料のミニドーナツと一緒にお茶できます。夕方からは無料のワインや日本酒もいただけますが、こちらはイマイチでした。ホテル内は静かですごしやすかったです。

Very cleaned and fresh room. Gets cleaning every day if you like, if not you get new fresh towels and water everyday. One thing we had a problem with were the bed. Waaaay to hard. If I didn’t have a back problem before I have after this week unfortunately.. we booked a queen size bed, and it was just enough for us, but the beds in general, not were nice. The hotel I located perfectly and a bit away from the crowded streets and you have family Mart, seven eleven and another convining store right next to the hotel. Would recommend but book a bigger room with bigger bed if you are two.

Wonderful place, closer to everything and transportation. They have basic breakfast, pastries, bread, nuts, plain yourgut , juice and coffee. They have donuts all day and free happy hour from 6-9pm.

The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed assistance on.

The free continental breakfast and coffee machine as well as the free open bar every night was much appreciated. Having washer/dryers on site was also very convenient.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. Highly recommend.

This property was great! It was great for our last few days in Tokyo.. conveniently located close to a metro station, and the property provided complimentary breakfast and a happy hour which we enjoyed! Additionally, the rooms were clean and updated nicely!

Área comum do hotel é bastante bonita e cheirosa.
Fica perto de estações de metrô.
Muitas opções de restaurantes perto.
O quarto é bem pequeno, mas já esperado em Tóquio.
Café da manhã é um pouco fraco.
No geral foi uma experiência muito boa.
Funcionários do hotel são gentis.

Room was pretty clean, a bit limited on space to lay out luggage. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour was a nice touch. Location is convenient to walk to transit, shinjuku station, Godzilla head, lots of restaurants nearby

Room was very clean. Staff is very friendly. Free toiletries and water was such a big plus! And the donuts!! Omg! I can’t rave about Bespoke Hotel more! It was a great 5-day stay at a triple room. If there is a downside, the rooms are limited in space so if you have big luggages, it will be a challenge to maneuver.

Friendly staff. Love the easy morning breakfast options, all day donuts for the kiddos, and included happy hour. Nice washer/dryer one combo machine. Rooms were clean, nice, and included amenities. Right outside of Shinjuku main area so quiet but easy to walk to plenty of food and shopping. Highly recommend.

Bespoke Hotel was a fantastic place to stay in Tokyo. Even though the room was small, it accommodated our family of 4. It was clean with plenty of amenities. It was in a perfect location, close enough to the craziness of Shinjuku and to transport, but far enough away to get some quiet. Staff were helpful and the pastry/cereal breakfast was a nice surprise. So was the free alcohol in the evening (even though we only could drink there twice as we were usually out). Highly recommend this hotel for our first stop in Japan!

We had a fantastic stay here! We booked a double twin room, which was spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The free breakfast is a nice perk, and the location is perfect- a short walk to the bustling areas but on a quiet street.

Female staff not so welcoming, felt the different treatments between Asian travellers and other foreign travellers, more friendly, helpful and welcoming towards US/EU travellers
We did receive good service and treatments from male staff, they helped us with resto inquiry and bookings and were all very willing to help.

Good hotel for the price, rooms are decent size, bathroom was big! Convenient location away from the busy and loud areas. Staff can be more friendlier, they all seem to dont want to make eye contact and say hello.
carpet in rooms were not so clean, but wearing a pair of slippers was fine. If you like the Kabukicho area and dont want the noise, this hotel is perfect.

We had stayed in Kyoto before this and the hotel was spotless, whilst this was a lovely looking hotel but it was noticeably grubby. Floors in the reception and bedroom carpets were stained and even carpet in the lifts felt grubby. However the rest of the room was clean we found the room to be noisy from the road below, even though we were 6 floors up. Reception were very helpful and offered another room but we didn't take it as it was smaller and settled for better ear plugs instead.

Location wise we found ourselves walking constantly to the station which was around a 12-15 min walk but if I did it again I'd stay closer as after a long day that extra walk is annoying.

This was our 3rd trip to Japan in the last 3 years. We always stay in Shinjuku when were arrive. We decided to try BESPOKE hotel this time around and we were not disappointed in anyway. Staff were amazing rooms were beauiful, clean and spacious. Hotel is located very close to stations and shrines. Thisnis one of our favourite stays in 3 trip over 3 years.
