朝食がコンチネンタルだが無料。夕食時間帯もフリーフローがありロビーで寛げる。水周りが新築ぽく清潔。隣にイオンまいばすけっとがあるので何かと便利。

ロビーに外国の方しかいなくてチェックインの時に少し戸惑いを感じましたが、チェックインアウト時にスタッフの方が素早く対応して下さり良かったです。お部屋も綺麗で他の部屋の音も特に気にならず快適に過ごすことができました。違うお部屋でも是非また利用したいです。

外観からお部屋の雰囲気までオシャレすぎてめちゃめちゃテンションあがりました！朝、チェックイン前の時間に、荷物を預けるため行ったのですが、お部屋が空いているということで先にチェックインさせていただけました。しかし何より、24時間利用できるコーヒーサーバーと、パンやシリアル等の朝食が、無料で利用できたのがとてもありがたかったです。そして荷物の預かりもチェックアウト後も対応していただけました。
ただ、照明がオシャレすぎてお部屋でメイクをしたりラウンジで写真を撮るには暗くて少し苦戦しました。(メイクはバスルームであれば明るいので全然できます！)
全体的には大満足でリピ確です。

スタイリッシュなホテルで、キレイでとてもよかったです。
窓が隣のビルに隣接しており、外は見れないので、部屋の中はやや暗い印象ですが、隣のビルから視線はないので気になりませんでした。

無料のミネラルウォーターを何本もいただけるし、飲みものもドーナツも無料でおいしかったです！
朝食もパンやシリアル、ヨーグルトと数種類準備されていて、フリーだったので助かりました。
とても満足しています。

朝食やドリンクのサービスもあり、スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。
駐車場がなかったのが残念でしたが、とても便利な場所にあり満足でした。

ほぼ日本人の方はいらっしゃいませんでしたが、コンパクトに全て揃っていて、快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクやドーナツ、朝のコーヒーやパン、ヨーグルトも無料で頂けて良かったです。

2人で2泊しました。シンプルでおしゃれなこのホテルは宿泊客の大半が外国人で自分が外国にいると錯覚しそうになります。部屋は広くないですが過不足は感じませんでした。ミネラルウォーターはひとり1日1本いただけました。1階には無料で使えるエスプレッソマシンがあり、同じく無料のミニドーナツと一緒にお茶できます。夕方からは無料のワインや日本酒もいただけますが、こちらはイマイチでした。ホテル内は静かですごしやすかったです。

Very clean hotel and helpful staff. We loved the amenities like the free breakfast, coffee, and happy hour. The room was cozy and beds were comfortable. There was no iron or steamer in the room, but one was available upon request. The hotel was in a great location. Quiet, but still close enough to walk to the train station and busy shopping areas.

Good location, with light pastries provided for breakfast and 24-hour complimentary coffee. However, the hotel is close to a hospital, so you may hear sirens at night, which can be disruptive for light sleepers.

Good laundry service, expect to pay extra to dry your clothing. A/Cworks great.
Staff only acknowledges when you go to desk to ask a specific question.
Arrived too early to check in. When came back had to ask if ok to check in since it was 310 already. I would if expected they let us know room is ready when they saw us waiting.

Very clean, water bottles replenished each day. Comfortable beds, great shower. No storage for clothes other than hangers for coats, so you will be in/out of suitcases. Some street noise but not too invasive. Staff helpful and happy to organise luggage forwarding. Self service breakfast buffet a bit bland but there are plenty of alternatives in the area. Station is a 10 minute walk with good connections to most sites in Tokyo.

I really enjoyed this boutique hotel. Located in an excellent area just the perfect distance from all the action nightlife and food of the Shinjuku area the hotel itself could use a little bit of polish. However, the room was extremely comfortable. The staff very warm. The happy hour with free flowing wine sake, and whiskey from 5 to 9 PM was really cool. Comfortable sitting areas. They offer a complementary western style cold breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

The staff had excellent customer service, helpful, and friendly. We were given fresh towels every day even if we didnt request our room to be serviced. The laundry facility was great and the air conditioning was good.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Min kæreste og jeg havde et dejligt ophold på BESPOKE Hotel Shinjuku. Hotellet var i gåafstand til flere metrostationer og selvom det også lå tæt på masser af byliv, var der meget roligt på hotellets adresse. Værelset var småt, men alligevel mere rummeligt end forventet. Der var desuden fri kaffe, morgenmad og vand inkluderet i prisen. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold.

Quarto pequeno, mas um pouco maior que os outros que vi em Tokyo. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções: é literalmente café e confeitaria. Fica bem localizado em Shinjuku, mas o metrô é um pouco longe, 15 minutos a pé.

Enjoy the stay. Staff are friendly. The room is on the smaller size but that normal for Japan. For a 3 bed room. I especially enjoyed happy hour in the lobby every evening. Good hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The lobby is beautiful, and there is complimentary alcohol, snacks, coffee, tea, and breakfast every single day. We loved staying here and would absolutely come back!

Fantastic location, both for visiting Tokyo and for day trips. Hotel itself was very nice and they provided lots of nice extras which enhanced the stay even more. Stayed with my partner and we had a great time!

We stayed here for 5 nights during our trip to Tokyo. This was our first time in Japan and this hotel had everything we needed. The rooms are small, but very clean and have everything you need. The staff were helpful checking us in after a long day of travel and set up luggage forwarding to our next hotel when we were ready to leave. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Stayed here for the Tokyo Marathon and have no complaints. Easy to navigate to the start line for the race and train stations.

Very cleaned and fresh room. Gets cleaning every day if you like, if not you get new fresh towels and water everyday. One thing we had a problem with were the bed. Waaaay to hard. If I didn’t have a back problem before I have after this week unfortunately.. we booked a queen size bed, and it was just enough for us, but the beds in general, not were nice. The hotel I located perfectly and a bit away from the crowded streets and you have family Mart, seven eleven and another convining store right next to the hotel. Would recommend but book a bigger room with bigger bed if you are two.

Wonderful place, closer to everything and transportation. They have basic breakfast, pastries, bread, nuts, plain yourgut , juice and coffee. They have donuts all day and free happy hour from 6-9pm.

The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed assistance on.

The free continental breakfast and coffee machine as well as the free open bar every night was much appreciated. Having washer/dryers on site was also very convenient.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. Highly recommend.

This property was great! It was great for our last few days in Tokyo.. conveniently located close to a metro station, and the property provided complimentary breakfast and a happy hour which we enjoyed! Additionally, the rooms were clean and updated nicely!

Área comum do hotel é bastante bonita e cheirosa.
Fica perto de estações de metrô.
Muitas opções de restaurantes perto.
O quarto é bem pequeno, mas já esperado em Tóquio.
Café da manhã é um pouco fraco.
No geral foi uma experiência muito boa.
Funcionários do hotel são gentis.

Room was pretty clean, a bit limited on space to lay out luggage. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour was a nice touch. Location is convenient to walk to transit, shinjuku station, Godzilla head, lots of restaurants nearby

Room was very clean. Staff is very friendly. Free toiletries and water was such a big plus! And the donuts!! Omg! I can’t rave about Bespoke Hotel more! It was a great 5-day stay at a triple room. If there is a downside, the rooms are limited in space so if you have big luggages, it will be a challenge to maneuver.
