朝食がコンチネンタルだが無料。夕食時間帯もフリーフローがありロビーで寛げる。水周りが新築ぽく清潔。隣にイオンまいばすけっとがあるので何かと便利。

ロビーに外国の方しかいなくてチェックインの時に少し戸惑いを感じましたが、チェックインアウト時にスタッフの方が素早く対応して下さり良かったです。お部屋も綺麗で他の部屋の音も特に気にならず快適に過ごすことができました。違うお部屋でも是非また利用したいです。

外観からお部屋の雰囲気までオシャレすぎてめちゃめちゃテンションあがりました！朝、チェックイン前の時間に、荷物を預けるため行ったのですが、お部屋が空いているということで先にチェックインさせていただけました。しかし何より、24時間利用できるコーヒーサーバーと、パンやシリアル等の朝食が、無料で利用できたのがとてもありがたかったです。そして荷物の預かりもチェックアウト後も対応していただけました。
ただ、照明がオシャレすぎてお部屋でメイクをしたりラウンジで写真を撮るには暗くて少し苦戦しました。(メイクはバスルームであれば明るいので全然できます！)
全体的には大満足でリピ確です。

スタイリッシュなホテルで、キレイでとてもよかったです。
窓が隣のビルに隣接しており、外は見れないので、部屋の中はやや暗い印象ですが、隣のビルから視線はないので気になりませんでした。

無料のミネラルウォーターを何本もいただけるし、飲みものもドーナツも無料でおいしかったです！
朝食もパンやシリアル、ヨーグルトと数種類準備されていて、フリーだったので助かりました。
とても満足しています。

2人で2泊しました。シンプルでおしゃれなこのホテルは宿泊客の大半が外国人で自分が外国にいると錯覚しそうになります。部屋は広くないですが過不足は感じませんでした。ミネラルウォーターはひとり1日1本いただけました。1階には無料で使えるエスプレッソマシンがあり、同じく無料のミニドーナツと一緒にお茶できます。夕方からは無料のワインや日本酒もいただけますが、こちらはイマイチでした。ホテル内は静かですごしやすかったです。

Quaint hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are on the smaller side, but doable for the 3 of us for a few days. Happy hour in the lobby daily was help yourself with wine, sake, a couple of liquors, sodas and donuts. Appreciated the use of pjs and toiletries. Great stay close to train stations, konbinis and various restaurants.

I loved the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, close to two different subway lines, with many convenience stores nearby. Breakfast was included, free drinks at night, elegant, and very well located. 100% recommended.

Kjempe koselig hotell i Shinjuku. Kort avstand til det meste. Litt små rom, men vi var ikke så mye på rommene. Artig at de hadde happy hour med gratis drikke i lobbyen, det gjorde at vi møtte masse nye folk

Great location to get around on train, however, rooms were terribly small and claustrophobic. The staff were awesome and accommodating. The hotel provided happy hour every afternoon.

This hotel was perfect - location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, comfort…Also great perks with free pastry and coffee breakfast, free happy hour, free waters and umbrellas to borrow. Laundry was accessible and cheap. There were tons of restaurants in short walking distance and the subways/bus is within 5 minutes or less. I would highly recommend staying here.

Poor service

This was our first stop in Japan and it didn’t start too well. We booked a room for 4 people (which said that it could fit 5). The room was small, which was OK, but it could maximum fit 3 people. There was no way that they could squeeze an extra bed on there.
When we did the booking we put in the ages of our kids (10yo + 15yo) and the staff said that we should have known from the size of the room, that it could fit 5 people if 2 was (very) small kids and would be able to sleep in the same single bed as the parents.
We have travelled for years without having this issue and the staff did not try and solve it at all. They were very nice and understanding, but it seemed like they needed a manager present.
I had to book an additional room, since no matter what we did, we would be able to stay in the room all of us.
It has not been an issue in the hotels we stayed in after this.

Hotel is actually quiet a walk from the metro system. I’ll suggest you to put accessible station when mapping the route from the metro station to hotel because carrying the luggage’s up the stairs is no joke. Hotel is in a quiet big street which is around 15 minutes walk to the bustling Shinjuku area. They offer free breakfast and complimentary bar in the evening. The room is small so definitely not easy to open big luggage’s. The a/c unit is strong so you don’t need to worry about sweating during the summer. Beds are comfortable. Hotel offers laundry room which cost 500¥ per machine. Don’t expect the dryer to be strong. So I don’t recommend doing laundry here last minute.

Great location, free Continental breakfast. awesome happy bat spread, with free wine and whiskey, donuts, individually wrapped smoked sausage and cheese - encouraged guests to mingle and there’s a sense of community on the premises.

Shinjuku Experience

Great location! Walking distance to the main Shinjuku St. Sandwiched between 2 train stations which are ideal for our daily travel. Simple, fuss - free continental breakfast. Alot of convenience stores around the hotel. Staff are young but pretty helpful. Expensive during summer( 5 star hotel prices elsewhere in the world) but glad we managed to have one!

Lovely amenities available, attentive staff, modern surrounding and the breakfast, donuts and happy hour drinks & snacks were standout treats! The hotel was very near to 7-11's and Family Marts and walkable to a couple of train stations. The room was clean but small, with no real place to hang or fold clothes and no window view. We managed to have 2-3 suitcases by keeping 1 closed. Great place for a couple of nights though.

Wonderful services offered with complimentary breakfast & evening wines which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were all amazing and even offered fresh towels, water bottles, and slippers on a daily basis. I highly recommend Bespoke!

My wife and two daughters spent four days here. A deluxe twin room for three people. They said it was in the perfect location close enough to everything but on a quiet street. Loved the free coffee and donuts. They were really happy with their stay and I guess I would recommend it. I was home working while they were here.

Bespoke was a great place to use for an individual traveler or the family. The room had more space (& style!) than many other hotels and the amenities are fresh & enjoyable. Having the lounge and extra seating room at the lobby was an even better perk. My kids felt welcome & seen as well and was much appreciated.Thanks for a great stay!

I loved this hotel. The level of service was unexpectedly above and beyond. The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfy. The little free doughnuts and amazing coffee available in the lobby was a super nice touch. Lovely continental breakfast with great choices. We had access to a laundry facility which was a huge relief at the end of our travels. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Tokyo.

Kamers niet gereed toen we aankwamen. Geen late checkout mogelijk. Ja tot 13:00 en dat kost dan 1000Y per uur. Het ontbijt is zeer karig/verschrikkelijk. Veel beter gehad in Japan.

We stayed at this property twice during our two week visit in Japan with 3 adults. This property is centrally located and easy to navigate in Shinjuku. The rooms are small but that is very much standard in Japan so it was not a big deal for us and it is expected. The staff was very helpful if we needed anything. They have a snack bar for continental breakfast in the mornings and late night snacks that included donuts and beverages including alcoholic ones. While that didn’t make or break our decision to stay it was a nice touch after long days of walking. I would recommend this small boutique property.

Room was compact but very practical. The hotel provided toiletries which is very helpful(toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, razors, and even hair ties). Simple breakfast with cereal and donuts/croissants, coffee, tea and juice available, all good to get you going in the morning. They offer donuts all day long and in the evening they also offer a limited bar for guests to unwind.theres a laundry room in the hotel. Staff is amazingly nice and helpful. And the hotel is in a very practical location as you are a 5-10 minute walk away from Shinjuku hakone busy area, restaurants and everything else to explore. And you have multiple subway stations with in a 5 or so minute walk. Totally recommend it especially if you don't have kids with you as this is an area more fore adults!

I was very disappointed with my stay. As soon as I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell and the air felt damp and humid. The room itself was shockingly tiny—barely enough space to move around. It was far from the fresh, clean environment I expected. The carpet was noticeably stained and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The chair in the room was also dirty and had visible stains, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standard. Not worth the price.

Positives: Excellent location, within 15min walk to the heart of Shinjuku but without being right in the chaos. Hotel has excellent amenities including lots of lounges/sitting areas in the lobby, laundry room, free water, and free snacks during the afternoon. The staff are fairly hands off but helpful when you need something. There is daily room servicing OR they give you clean towels if you opt not to have your room serviced. Overall an excellent option. There is no gym or pool.

Das Hotel ist komfortabel und sauber. Die Zimmer sind etwas kleiner, aber ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist super und praktisch. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück, das sehr ungesund ist, da es nur Süßes und zu wenig Gemüse und Obst gibt.

We stayed here for four days while on a two week vacation in Japan. The property is small but that’s what you get in a boutique hotel which is why we chose it. The rooms are small but most in Japan. The room and hotel decor are modernized and we did not have any issues while in our stay. The light breakfast and evening drinks is a nice bonus to start and end your day. The property is located well but does require some walking which posed no issue for us even when we arrived and departed with 3 midsize luggage’s. Would recommend this property.
