朝食がコンチネンタルだが無料。夕食時間帯もフリーフローがありロビーで寛げる。水周りが新築ぽく清潔。隣にイオンまいばすけっとがあるので何かと便利。

ロビーに外国の方しかいなくてチェックインの時に少し戸惑いを感じましたが、チェックインアウト時にスタッフの方が素早く対応して下さり良かったです。お部屋も綺麗で他の部屋の音も特に気にならず快適に過ごすことができました。違うお部屋でも是非また利用したいです。

外観からお部屋の雰囲気までオシャレすぎてめちゃめちゃテンションあがりました！朝、チェックイン前の時間に、荷物を預けるため行ったのですが、お部屋が空いているということで先にチェックインさせていただけました。しかし何より、24時間利用できるコーヒーサーバーと、パンやシリアル等の朝食が、無料で利用できたのがとてもありがたかったです。そして荷物の預かりもチェックアウト後も対応していただけました。
ただ、照明がオシャレすぎてお部屋でメイクをしたりラウンジで写真を撮るには暗くて少し苦戦しました。(メイクはバスルームであれば明るいので全然できます！)
全体的には大満足でリピ確です。

スタイリッシュなホテルで、キレイでとてもよかったです。
窓が隣のビルに隣接しており、外は見れないので、部屋の中はやや暗い印象ですが、隣のビルから視線はないので気になりませんでした。

無料のミネラルウォーターを何本もいただけるし、飲みものもドーナツも無料でおいしかったです！
朝食もパンやシリアル、ヨーグルトと数種類準備されていて、フリーだったので助かりました。
とても満足しています。

綺麗で清潔感のあるホテルでした。
朝食やドリンクのサービスもあり、スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。
駐車場がなかったのが残念でしたが、とても便利な場所にあり満足でした。

ほぼ日本人の方はいらっしゃいませんでしたが、コンパクトに全て揃っていて、快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクやドーナツ、朝のコーヒーやパン、ヨーグルトも無料で頂けて良かったです。

2人で2泊しました。シンプルでおしゃれなこのホテルは宿泊客の大半が外国人で自分が外国にいると錯覚しそうになります。部屋は広くないですが過不足は感じませんでした。ミネラルウォーターはひとり1日1本いただけました。1階には無料で使えるエスプレッソマシンがあり、同じく無料のミニドーナツと一緒にお茶できます。夕方からは無料のワインや日本酒もいただけますが、こちらはイマイチでした。ホテル内は静かですごしやすかったです。

We had stayed in Kyoto before this and the hotel was spotless, whilst this was a lovely looking hotel but it was noticeably grubby. Floors in the reception and bedroom carpets were stained and even carpet in the lifts felt grubby. However the rest of the room was clean we found the room to be noisy from the road below, even though we were 6 floors up. Reception were very helpful and offered another room but we didn't take it as it was smaller and settled for better ear plugs instead.

Location wise we found ourselves walking constantly to the station which was around a 12-15 min walk but if I did it again I'd stay closer as after a long day that extra walk is annoying.

Very clean rooms, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Donuts available throughout the day are an added bonus. Overall great hotel and would stay here again next time i come to Japan.

This was our 3rd trip to Japan in the last 3 years. We always stay in Shinjuku when were arrive. We decided to try BESPOKE hotel this time around and we were not disappointed in anyway. Staff were amazing rooms were beauiful, clean and spacious. Hotel is located very close to stations and shrines. Thisnis one of our favourite stays in 3 trip over 3 years.

We loved the local area and the convenience to transport. Rooms were compact but well kitted out for such a small space, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was limited, but a perfectly decent grab-and-go offering to set us up for days of exploring Tokyo.

Near to convenient stores, subway station, restaurants. Room clean. Size still acceptable. Staff friendly. Free flow of drinks from 5pm is a very nice gesture. Lobby good vibes. Overall very welcoming and comfortable.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Modern, cool und sauber. Die Lounge-Atmosphäre hat uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind wie immer in Tokio sehr klein, aber es war für drei Personen völlig okay. Leider hatten wir vor unserem Fenster direkt das nächste Gebäude, ein Bürokomplex- man hätte sich gegenseitig Kaffee durch die Fenster reichen können…
Die Fenster sind nicht dicht und der Straßenverkehr ist selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster extrem laut- auch noch im 7.Stock.
Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen, trotz der coolen Atmosphäre und der prima Lage.

Clean room, excellent service!
What I loved the most is the ammenities they provide you, water, coffee, bread and desserts, you dont worry about basic needs! I loved it! plus the decoration is super nice and creative, would come back!

An easy and clean hotel.
Super friendly and helpful staff.

Overall the hotel was well located. The free bar from 5 to 9 in the pm was a bonus plus a continental breakfast was included.
The room however was small, nowhere to put clothes and no window. The bed was also small.

Great location. Nice lounge area. Has a great free breakfast and coffee and also a free happy hour with drinks each evening. Rooms are not nice. The entire hotel smells of mildew and mold. Our room was the worst. When you opened the door, the smell would hit you like a ton of bricks. You could still smell it hours later even after your nose got used to it. Spend the money somewhere else, would not recommend. Wish I could take a picture of a smell to share.

Book it before is too late

Everything about this hotel is super great.
They have a nice happy hour time in between 5 to 9 PM daily. Front desk is helpful and nice. Laundry room was good and the password function is a big plus. Also, close by subway and not too far walk from JR as well. And is very close by lots of massage place so you can get a nice massage after a long day of shopping.

Great little hotel in Shinjuku

Nice hotel in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to Golden Gai and Kabukicho. Free breads and coffee in the morning and free wine, whiskey, sake, etc in the evening. I would definitely stay again.

以在東京住宿來說，三人房算是偏大一點點，行李箱無法對開（會擋住走道），上掀式行李箱會方便很多；另外建議帶個人洗護用品，飯店提供的偏難洗。

Quaint hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are on the smaller side, but doable for the 3 of us for a few days. Happy hour in the lobby daily was help yourself with wine, sake, a couple of liquors, sodas and donuts. Appreciated the use of pjs and toiletries. Great stay close to train stations, konbinis and various restaurants.

I loved the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, close to two different subway lines, with many convenience stores nearby. Breakfast was included, free drinks at night, elegant, and very well located. 100% recommended.
