とても暑かったので、一気に冷房をきかそうと思ったら全くきかず。
フロントで調べてもらったら、外気温との差が大きすぎて逆に動かなくなっている。との事
とはいえ。。。暑い。。。
そしてドライが全くドライでは無かった。
湿っぽく湿気が体に触れて来たので、ドライなだけでも快適に過ごせることもあります。

洗練された部屋のブティックホテルでした。部屋もとても綺麗でした。朝食が和食を食べたんですが、全てが出来合いのもので
いまいちでした

荷物を送ろうと思いましたが、宅配の扱いはしていないのに驚きました！今までそのようなホテルは無かった！タオルハンガーもあった方が使いやすい。

照明が暗い

銀座中心部というロケーションは抜群。客室内の照明が暗く、ベッドサイドの調節器具で部屋全部の照明を調節するので不便。時計がないのも不便。宅急便の発送を受け付けないのはよくないと思う。

タバコとホコリ

２階の喫煙室の臭いが周囲に出ており、特にエレベーターへ流れ込んでくる。排気をきちんとできないのであれば禁煙にすべき。カーペットの掃除が行き届いておらず、髪の毛やホコリっぽく、気管支喘息が出た。

シャワーでのお風呂だったのでそこが不満でありました。清掃はできてるように見えますが水垢などが気になりました。朝ごはんは外国人に寄り添いすぎで味、メニューともに値段に相当しない感じでした。

コスパの良いホテルですが、海外からの宿泊者が多いからかスタッフの接客レベルは低く感じる

良い意味でフレンドリーではあるが、こういう接客は日本人にはあまり合わないと思う

また、宿泊したいと思うホテル

利便性も良く、スタッフの方々もみんな私服？それもまたとても新鮮でした。ホテルのエントランスから、ハローウィンの飾りがあり、すごく素敵で、ウェルカムドリンクみたいなドリンクのサービスも嬉しいかったです。
朝ごはんは最後の日に頂いたのですが、私はお野菜の朝ごはん、主人は洋食のご飯でした。値段は少しお高いかと思いましたが、とても美味しくいただきました。
また次回も宿泊しようと思いました。

新橋から近い銀座にあり、買い物や食事に便利。部屋は決して広くはないが、清潔。ベッドの広さも十分。朝食は量が多すぎるくらい
場所柄、騒音などはある。
休憩スペースや一階のカフェ、レストランもオシャレです

雨の日でしたが傘を忘れてしまい荷物を先に預かってもらう為に伺ったところ傘を貸して頂けました。とても気が利く女性フロントスタッフさんで気持ちよく観光でき助かりました。お客様はインバウンドの方が多く英語でテキパキと対応しておられ感心しました。場所柄、お部屋は狭かったですが必要充分でした。駐車場が無いので個人的には提携で安くあればなお便利だと思います。

このホテルで部屋のくつろぎは求められない

チェックイン時大きな荷物をひとりで持っていても手伝いもしてくれないし、カートすらないのはあり得ない。チェックアウト時はタクシーまでスタッフが手伝いをしてくれたので助かったがスタッフによって対応が違うことが非常に残念だった。部屋のTV、YouTubeが観れたがログインができないことで不便極まりなかった。Fire stickも刺さらない、部屋での唯一の楽しみであるTV鑑賞が全くできなかった。

We stayed here for 5 days and loved the hotel. It felt very cozy and was super close to stores and restaurants. We used once the laundry machine which was super convenient. The best part was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really do an excellent job making the guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely will come back and stay here agin.

The stay was great in that you are right in the heart of Ginza. Super convenient with a family mart beside the hotel and a 7/11 in a 3 minute walk. Only thing is room was super small and very dark.

I loved this property. The room was small but I thought that resulted it giving it a more intimate feel. The staff were helpful. Even stores my luggage long after I checked out.

Comfortable room (spacious for Japan standards) and bed (the least firm compared to the other 5 hotels in our trip, making it very comfortable)
Excellent location, close by a metro giving you fast access to Shibuya, Odaiba, Tokyo National Stadium, Team Labs Borderless and Akasusa. Within walking distance to Tokyo Station (easy 20’ walk even with carry-ons)
Not many cheap or affordable Japanese restaurants in the area since it’s upscale. For those, go to the alleys parallel to main street

We enjoyed Ginza but we did not like the hotel. When we booked, the pictures were a bit misleading. While the lobby was very nice and upscale, the rooms left a lot to be desired.

A Beautiful and Convenient Stay

During my recent trip to Japan, I had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Park Canvas - Ginza 8. The hotel is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and the check-in process was a breeze.

The location is a major highlight, situated centrally in Ginza with abundant options for both dining and high-end shopping. I also appreciated the laundry facility, which makes packing and traveling with a carry-on much easier.

My room was slightly warm, but the staff promptly provided a fan, and the temperature was comfortable afterward. I particularly liked the added security of needing a key card to access each floor on the elevator. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and professional.

Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Repeat, delightful stay at the Royal Park Ginza 8

This is our fourth stay at Royal Park Ginza 8, and each and every time our experience has been outstanding.

This hotel is at an xcellent location in the heart of Ginza, with a multitude of dining and shopping options, plenty of transportation in the form of taxis, Uber, buses, and the trains nearby. Many attractions in Tokyo are quite close. The hotel is modern, super clean, with a welcoming lounge and restaurant area, and a quaint bar by the lobby. The laundry and fitness facilities are quite convenient. The staff is always professional, friendly, courteous, and ready to assist with any inquiry. We love it here!

Reception staff, house keeping staff and bar staff were excellent, welcoming and professional. Bonus was everyone was able to communicate in English when I needed assistance. Reception helped me ordered a van taxi to Haneda which was more affordable than ordering from Nearme, Uber, Go or Klook and not having to worry about the ride cancelling if I have too many luggages for their van as stated in those company car service conditions/terms. Hotel was clean, nice and modern. We had the standard size 2twin beds and it was spacious as we had lots of luggages. The washroom was large, modern and rain shower was a plus. Mattress and pillows were the most comfortable compared of 3 other hotels we stayed at in various cities we visited for our 18 days Japan trip. The cleaning staff went above and beyond when we only requested for towels because we didn’t leave our room till 10:30am. They cleaned the entire room. Everyday we were provided 2 bottles of water. The area was in proximity to shopping food and transportation. It was the perfect location for my travel. We were very happy and satisfied.

My new go-to hotel! Excellent location and service

Excellent location, great gym, lounge for meeting and best service staffs!! I travel often And Too many hotel are “do it yourself” service these days. You call and ask for anything i need or ask for help, they say “no” and not traditional hospitality base hotel. BUT Royal Park hotel operate like service based hotel. When I need various things they accommodated me best of their ability. The restaurant on top floor is pretty. Little pricy but everything in ginza is pricy. Close to Donky store so you forget anything, there it is! Enjoy!

Great Hotel Location, Nice Shower

We originally got a king sized 200 sqM room, the room was way too small. Not even enough room for our luggage to open.

We upgraded to a Deluxe room that's 300 SqM, room was much better, just enough space, great shower and corner room with 2 windows.

The location of this hotel is the selling point, everything is just a few minutes walk away.

Would definitely stay at the hotel again.
