予約した際には料金が高いかなと感じましたが、実際に利用すると、静かで眺めが良く、何より清潔感がありました。夫婦共に大満足出来ました。渋谷駅に隣接してるので観光の移動も便利で、旅行の宿泊としての充実感もありました。また利用したいと思います。

景色がよく見れて良かったですが、東京タワーが見れたらもっと良かったです。
一緒に泊まった人は夜中に眠れないほどの音が気になったみたいで可哀想でした。
アクセスはよく渋谷スクランブルスクエアと繋がっていたのもとても良かったです！
ほとんど海外の宿泊者でした。

海外からの宿泊客に焦点を合わせているようで、日本的なきめの細かいサービス、対応に期待しなければ、良いホテルです。特に、朝食のレストランでの接客対応はこのレベルのホテルの標準以下。　渋谷周辺での仕事、観光には最適な立地。　部屋は、欧米のデザイナーホテルと比べると既に古臭くさえ感じます。　デザイナーの観点からデザインされた部屋は、宿泊客の観点からは、あまり使い勝手の良くない点がいくつかありました。

The Shibuya Stream hotel was amazing. We had a terrific time at the property and in the Shibuya area. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The amenities were top notch. We loved the NYE party - what a show! The entire property was immaculate. We really noticed how the rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. Five stars!

La chambre en coin au 9e avait 4 lits et une belle vue de Shibuya et la tour de Tokyo. Hôtel juste à côté de la sortie Sud de la gare JR (dont la pratique ligne Yamanote) et le Narita Express. Excellent emplacement.

Wonderful staff, bikes to enjoy, a beautiful view from the room which was clean and spacious. We loved our stay here and the location of the hotel. We could walk to the train station and main area we liked in Kyoto. The hotel served a nice breakfast and we ordered dinner one night we enjoyed.

My family and I stayed at Shibuya Stream for a December trip to Tokyo and it was PHENOMENAL. It has a lot of little perks like a wide variety of toiletries available in the lobby, loaner umbrellas, on-site self-serve laundry, amazing service and more. The rooms were on the smaller size but with very comfortable mattresses and super soft sheets. We did not have a single complaint and would stay there again anytime!

Great hotel in the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The only thing to note is that this hotel is in a large complex with shopping and transit which is very convenient but can be also be busy and hard to navigate.

Location was amazing. Close to everywhere and the room was big for Tokyo standards. Everything is connected via the underpasses so it was incredibly convenient.

Room is ok. Staff is ok not the most friendliest but not rude.
They have an active floor but don’t be mislead because they only have two bikes and a floor if you wanna do stretches
Place is near the Shibuya train station and about 10 mins walk from the bus terminal.

Dette hotellet er komfortabelt plassert 5 minutter gange fra Shibuya crossing. Vi ble tilbudt tidlig innsjekk, som var strålende. Personalet i resepsjonen var imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Dette hotellet får mye ut av å være i nærheten av Shibuya stasjon med 2 minutter gange til JR-lines og 5 minutter til metro. Rommet var stort og fremsto rent. Fantastisk sted å bo.

Such a nice hotel! Everything was very clean and comfortable and location was perfect. Rooms were quiet. Nespresso machine and aluminum water bottles were a nice touch. Service was top notch, we had a super early checkout to get to the airport and they ordered us a taxi and actually walked us to the taxi.

Incredible hotel, perfect location, the front desk staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with my luggage transfer to Kyoto as well as shipping a lost item to me at my next destination. The laundry facility was super convenient for my long trip, too. I have already booked another stay here for my next trip in Tokyo.

Beautiful hotel and location. It’s connected to Shibuya station, but you would never know because the room was quiet and peaceful. It made traveling around the city a breeze. There were plenty of dining and coffee options. A seven eleven right next to the hotel too. They had a fun little area with masks, origami, and other goodies in the lobby. Really couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Staff should improve their English, but they try to do everything is possible to help you. The Hotel is super clean, Shibuya Crossing is 2 blocks away, a lot of restaurants around, and on the first floor, the green line of the subway is a few meters away; it is a very safe area, there is a room in front of the elevator, in the floor 10 or 9, that have a collection of vinyl disc (a kind of music room) whre you can go and play a vinyl disc.

The staff were great. The rooms were too small for more thsn a one night stay. Most importantly, there absolutely no drawer space. You couldn’t even partially unpack. Remove the refrigerator and tea service and add drawers.

Amazing location. Helpful staff. Clean and well-kept. I’ve see other reviews commenting on room noise from other rooms but I’ve stayed here a total of 8+ nights across two visits and it’s never been an issue for me. So maybe it varies. Laundry room on the 11th floor is a nice amenity, though it gets crowded. I really like this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next visit. You can’t beat the location.

I was disappointed with the hotel and the staff. Staff is not accommodating and needs to work on customer service. They are not open to going above and beyond and making customer feel satisfied and accommodated.

Loved this stay! A really great place to comfortably recuperate after a long flight, recover from jet lag and rest after long days walking Shibuya. It’s practically in the train station, and many shops and restaurants nearby. My partner loved the bathroom, specifically the Japanese style shower/bath room. It was superb.

Modern clean hotel in the centre of Shibuya. Room compact. Modern bathroom, good shower. Excellent location if coming from Narita airport. Take lift after exiting train up to Shibuya stream, look for hotel sign, second lift takes you straight to hotel lobby. Great view from higher floor. Friendly staff. A free drink at happy hour for guests. Food show supermarket close by. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel with wonderful rooms even they were a little on the smaller side. I really appreciated the various “meisters” (communal rooms including a fitness room and one with some pod dispensers). There was a complimentary drink every night while we were there in their cute little bar area although weirdly the bar closed at 18:00 hours.

Sumptuous buffet breakfast. Small but nicely decorated rooms. Staff was excellent and helpful.

Situated above a food mall, with great views of Tokyo. Double sealed windows keep out the city sounds.

Minutes from great shopping, fun little side streets with great eateries, connected to a main metro station make this hotel a great choice for seeing Tokyo.

We stayed at Shibuya Stream Hotel and overall had a very good experience. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Shibuya, just a block from the famous Scramble Crossing and directly connected to Shibuya Sky. The hotel sits on top of a metro station, which makes getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient, especially if you want to be close to all the action.
The property is modern and tech-savvy, with clean, comfortable rooms that are relatively spacious given the area. Air conditioning worked well, and there are plenty of dining options within the same building for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were professional, helpful, and spoke multiple languages, which made communication easy.
On the downside, it took us a little while to find the entrance due to nearby construction. It can also be a bit noisy at night given the busy surroundings, and our room didn’t have much of a view. Overall, though, it’s a great option if you want a modern stay right in the center of Shibuya.

The hotel is located in a very practical location, it has good connections to many places in Tokyo and it’s easy to walk around in Shibuya area from the hotel. It is directly connected to the Shibuya station. Excellent location for first timers in Tokyo!
Breakfast offered several options also for vegetarians and the omelets were very delicious.
Amazings views from the room, we had views to Tokyo Tower.
Room was also spacious in Tokyo standard. In general, the hotel was very clean and fresh.

Great view, convenient location, quiet and clean room in such a bustling neighborhood with so much dining and shopping options. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to go back to Tokyo and stay here again. I really enjoyed the various amenities on different floors, especially the vending machine room.
