予約した際には料金が高いかなと感じましたが、実際に利用すると、静かで眺めが良く、何より清潔感がありました。夫婦共に大満足出来ました。渋谷駅に隣接してるので観光の移動も便利で、旅行の宿泊としての充実感もありました。また利用したいと思います。

景色がよく見れて良かったですが、東京タワーが見れたらもっと良かったです。
一緒に泊まった人は夜中に眠れないほどの音が気になったみたいで可哀想でした。
アクセスはよく渋谷スクランブルスクエアと繋がっていたのもとても良かったです！
ほとんど海外の宿泊者でした。

海外からの宿泊客に焦点を合わせているようで、日本的なきめの細かいサービス、対応に期待しなければ、良いホテルです。特に、朝食のレストランでの接客対応はこのレベルのホテルの標準以下。　渋谷周辺での仕事、観光には最適な立地。　部屋は、欧米のデザイナーホテルと比べると既に古臭くさえ感じます。　デザイナーの観点からデザインされた部屋は、宿泊客の観点からは、あまり使い勝手の良くない点がいくつかありました。

Super conveniently located . Steps away from metros getting across Tokyo . Shibuya crossing also only steps away. Coffee and restaurants in the same building , 7-11 and Family mart within reach. Hotel was clean and good size with nice views . I highly recommend. You will get what you pay for

Das Hotel ist wirklich an der Shibuya Station legen. Das macht den Transfair in so einer großen Stadt sehr einfach. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir hatten ein tolles Tokio Verhältnisse sehr großzügiges Zimmer. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder empfehlen.

Zentral gelegen und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Nicht unbedingt ein Top-Hotel, aber für einen Tokyo-Aufenthalt zu empfehlen, wenn man Shibuya und die Umgebung erkunden möchte.

I recommend this property. It’s close to everything, including the train station, Lawson,7/11, and SHIBUYA Scramble square with food & shopping. Modern luxe with windows that highlight the city. Beautiful and would definitely stay here again. Traveled with family including two kids and they loved the sights, we loved Tokyo!

Wow what a place! We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here anytime we are in Tokyo. Family of 4, with two teens who really enjoyed all the amenities! Rooms are clean, breakfast was wonderful and you can’t beat the location! Staff was incredibly friendly, even helping me retrieve an item lost in a Taxi. Our room was stocked with everything you need; bottled water, coffee, body & face wash, lotions, sunscreens, pajamas and slippers! It was nice having the laundry facilities as well.

Great location with staff that is incredibly kind, efficient and helpful. Location is perfect next to Shibuya Station so being able to walk out the hotel and immediately jump on a train anywhere in Tokyo is awesome.

Really great stay, location was perfect for a first time visit to Tokyo, very central to everything and right on top of shibuya station. Good food options below and great service from the staff. We stayed in a corner room and it was lovely and very spacious.

It can be a bit confusing for the first time as this is on the 4th floor. My friend did not find the hotel when he came to visit. The location is superb, easy transportation, lots of nice and good value good/snacks. Connected to Shibuya Stream, great shopping access. I know some people think this is out of the Shibuya shopping zone, but we think this is perfect as it is right on the outskirt of the zone, easy to walk to without the noise and traffic.

We did not see the crossing from our room given it was a corner room. The room size was very nice, with dedicated sofa and desk area. We can see Shibuya from both sides of the windows. The hotel offers LG steamer, which turned out to be very useful, after heavy meals.

The staff members have been very nice. We could tell they were trying their best to help despite the language barrier sometimes. We had a great time here and we will come back here next time to Tokyo.

Amazing location. It does not get any better than this if you are staying in Shibuya for the first time. Furthermore, the hotel is literally next to the Shibuya station. You can get anywhere in Tokyo by just walking to the station in 5 minutes. I highly recommend. As someone who rarely takes public transportation, this was an amazing place. Also, being in Shibuya gives you access to plenty of dining and entertainment options. If you are staying in Tokyo for the first time, and do not speak any Japanese, this place is for you. Sure, it's going to cost extra than the other hotels nearby, but trust me when I say that it is worth it!

Location of the hotel is great, convenient to access from Haneda or Narita Airport. Lots of shopping and food options. Standard double room size is adequate and staff are friendly. In terms of room usage, there are no hooks to hang towels and the lights switches are irritating. Also, there are not enough washing machines, 3 machines for the entire hotel is hardly enough. There should be machines on every floor. But overall great hotel and I would stay there again the next time I am in Tokyo.

Was a fabulous place to stay location was excellent right by Shibuya Station, room had everything you wanted and a view, yes it was small for two but was well proportioned.Great amenities and helpful staff. Stylish and modern the shared spaces were excellent offering music some nights, nightly free drinks, record players. Clean, a delicious breakfast too.

They had some recommended places in Shibuya to explore including a local temple which we enjoyed away from the tourist crowds.

We shifted to another place to experience another side of Tokyo but wish we could transplant this hotel as it set the benchmark high! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The advertising for the rooms in this hotel is misleading. Despite booking a room for four people, our room was set up with two single beds and we were required to pay an additional 100,000 yen to convert the room to sleep four people. One of the additional beds was a sheet and blanket placed over the sofa. The hotel may be okay for two people but if you are travelling in a group of three or more I strongly recommend that you do some research and book somewhere else. The cost of this hotel simply not worth it and you will be in for a very rude shock when you check-in with additional - nor advertised - add on costs. Shop around and you will find something much better value for money.

The hotel itself had a beautiful layout, but our room was missing counter space and organizational structures like hangers for the towels. We enjoyed the amenities, like the clothing sanitizer and accessible washer and dryer. Very convenient location to catch the subway and explore other areas around Tokyo. Also a walkable location for Shibuya and other sectors like Harajuku.

The Shibuya Stream hotel was amazing. We had a terrific time at the property and in the Shibuya area. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The amenities were top notch. We loved the NYE party - what a show! The entire property was immaculate. We really noticed how the rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. Five stars!

Wonderful staff, bikes to enjoy, a beautiful view from the room which was clean and spacious. We loved our stay here and the location of the hotel. We could walk to the train station and main area we liked in Kyoto. The hotel served a nice breakfast and we ordered dinner one night we enjoyed.

My family and I stayed at Shibuya Stream for a December trip to Tokyo and it was PHENOMENAL. It has a lot of little perks like a wide variety of toiletries available in the lobby, loaner umbrellas, on-site self-serve laundry, amazing service and more. The rooms were on the smaller size but with very comfortable mattresses and super soft sheets. We did not have a single complaint and would stay there again anytime!
