ユニットバスではなく風呂トイレ別だったのでゆっくりお湯につかることができたのは良かったです。

予約した際には料金が高いかなと感じましたが、実際に利用すると、静かで眺めが良く、何より清潔感がありました。夫婦共に大満足出来ました。渋谷駅に隣接してるので観光の移動も便利で、旅行の宿泊としての充実感もありました。また利用したいと思います。

景色がよく見れて良かったですが、東京タワーが見れたらもっと良かったです。
一緒に泊まった人は夜中に眠れないほどの音が気になったみたいで可哀想でした。
アクセスはよく渋谷スクランブルスクエアと繋がっていたのもとても良かったです！
ほとんど海外の宿泊者でした。

海外からの宿泊客に焦点を合わせているようで、日本的なきめの細かいサービス、対応に期待しなければ、良いホテルです。特に、朝食のレストランでの接客対応はこのレベルのホテルの標準以下。　渋谷周辺での仕事、観光には最適な立地。　部屋は、欧米のデザイナーホテルと比べると既に古臭くさえ感じます。　デザイナーの観点からデザインされた部屋は、宿泊客の観点からは、あまり使い勝手の良くない点がいくつかありました。

快適でした！

ユニットバスではない、独立の浴室でゆっくりできました。ただ、お湯の出が少なくてバスタブいっぱいお湯を溜めるのに1時間くらいかかりましたが。(笑)
朝食もとっても美味しかったです！駅からも近いし、便利でした。

設備が奇麗で快適でした。
ただフロアにあるウォーターサーバーの場所がやや分かりづらかったです。

Awesome location, but tiny rooms

The best location. However,
the rooms were very small! One side of the double bed is against the wall and if two people are staying, beware, there are no drawers in the room. You need to hang all your clothes and keep the rest in your luggage. Friendly service and clean. The good outweigh the bad.

Wonderful hotel near everything you need!

An incredibly convenient hotel in the heart of Shibuya! I really enjoyed the amenities bar that had face masks and it became a little ritual at the end of my day to have. One minor nit, for a hotel of this size I would've expected more laundry machines. I stayed up til 1AM to get my laundry done and it really impacted my workday the next day. Otherwise, a great hotel with wonderful amenities and location!

Super convenient and excellent location. Size of room was good for a city like Tokyo. Aircon in lobby could be better especially in the middle of August. It was really very stuffy. Staff was a weird mix, Japanese staff were generally very friendly and helpful. However , there were some other staff that did not smile or were not helpful. I was even being ignored while standing at the front desk.

Denied Breakfast, other guests were still eating

Honestly one terrible experience and everything else was fine.

Yes room was small, but that’s standard in a city like Tokyo.

paid extra for breakfast which ended at 9:30. I came down at 9:40, had an international flight later in the day. Multiple people (6+) were still eating and all the buffet food was still out.

I politely asked that I know I was late but could I just quickly grab a few things since the food was still out and I would eat in my room or on the go as I had a few errands to run.

He flat out said no which I felt like was terrible service for a customer who had paid extra for breakfast. Totally understand that I was 10 min late and if staff was closing or cleaning up I would understand.

But all the food was literally sitting out, nothing had been picked up and multiple other guests were still being served.

I said OK and left because I didn’t have the energy to talk through it, but left a bad taste in my mouth.

Best thing about the hotel is the central location to Shibuya station and being in one the most popular parts of Tokyo currently.

Small room which is standard for large cities. Bed and pillows were average and it’s a huge facility, lots of rooms. Smallish shared facilities but excellent general location. Staff were friendly and it was clean.

This place was amazing. Finally a soft bed as most in Asia are rock hard. Very classy hotel in the very best area. It was very hot out so it was great to able to go everywhere inside or shaded.

Room was modern and a good size, even with our two huge suitcases. Couldn't have asked for a better location in the heart of Shibuya. Directly connected to the station with many lines running off it, getting around Tokyo was so easy. All the main sights of Tokyo were just one straight journey with no need to change. Also one train directly to Kamakura for a day trip too. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect central location literally connected to everything, airport transfer train, metro, malls, restaurants, convenience stores etc. Handy when you don't feel like scramble crossing in Shibuya during scorching heatwaves or cold wet weather. The hotel itself is wonderful - clean, characterful atmosphere with rich and tasteful design but don't be fooled by the cool retro theme and fair room rates, this is an upscale hotel, albeit quiet and discreet. Rooms are spacious and well laid out although smart TVs would be nice for longer stays. Breakfast buffet is a really good option too. Staff was very professional and welcoming but that's par for the course in Japan.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Die Lage direkt bei der Shibuya Station könnte nicht besser sein mit unzähligen Restaurants, Geschäften und Bahn- und U-Bahnlinien vor der Tür. Wenige Gehminuten zur berühmten Kreuzung Shibuya Scramble Crossing und im Herzen von Shibuya. Das Hotel ist hip und modern. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig das Frühstück ist nicht besonders umfangreich und der Kaffee mittelmässig. Ausserdem ist bereits um 9:45h kein Zugang mehr möglich. Die Zimmer sind klein und das Bett ebenso. Ansonsten gibt es viele kostenlose Gagets wie Gesichtsmasken, Haaröl etc.

Location is awesome, close to most train lines or easy to transfer to and fro. Spacious room by Tokyo standard, and nice to have bath tub provided with bath salt for a soak after lots of walking everyday. Staff speaks good English so communication is easy. I like the air deodorant/alcoholic spray for room and smelly clothes after a day of summer walking, very useful. Air conditioning is actually good, quiet and also responsive for even one degree Celsius change at the wall control, which I like a lot.

Great location but limited amenities.

The place was in a fantastic location for getting around. You could walk easily to any train or area and there were a ton of restaurants right in the same complex. The hotel was fine. Not luxurious but very nice and clean. No concierge although they did their best to help. No pool or spa which was the biggest drawback since that would be nice after a long day of walking. The gym was also tiny.

Superb stay in a great location

Right beside Shibuya Station, this new and very modern hotel is super convenient and very cool. Staff are very international and excellent with advice. Our deluxe corner suite was really well laid out and excellent for a peaceful nights sleep. Starbucks and Dean & Deluca are right downstairs for breakfast. Transport is right below the hotel. 3 min walk to Shibuya Scramble crossing and plenty of shopping. Loved our stay.

Great hotel but very busy area like New York City’s Times Square. Definitely conveniently located with subway lines in the building and also connected to multiple buildings via walkways so you don’t have to be on the busy streets. Rooms are nice but small. Good views.

Excellent location directly above Shibuya station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good amenities e.g. a room for heating and eating food, however for this size of hotel there are far too few laundry machines, they were always busy. Room spacious (by Japan standards) and very clean. Breakfast fairly expensive, but with a good range of (both Japanese and western) food.

Staff was great, room was spacious and clean. Location is excellent for Shibuya and Harajuku, as well as Shinjuku and Nakano, etc. Only complaint is “corner room with wraparound view” was blocked by structural beams. The result was one regular window and a tiny sliver of a window unless you squeeze behind the huge colum qhich otherwise blocks the corner window. Would have just booked a regular room instead of paying a premium for a corner room that effectively wasn’t one.

Had a great time at Shibuya Stream which is among Tokyo's newer hotels. Conveniently connected by walkways to Shibuya station for easy access to JR trains and the Tokyo subway. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed with a small couch. Staff were kind and helpful. Free beverage at the bar every evening.

Decent high end hotel in central area. Confusing to get around, have to loop around multiple floors and elevators to get anywhere forcing you to walk thru shopping areas . Some of the attached stores and restaurants are total rip offs but some good ones. Extremely difficult to get down to street level to get to reasonably priced places like confidence stores and izakayas. You will get lost going to and from the train the first 10 times.

Nice smoking area if that’s your thing.

Their laundry machines DO NOT WORK. Eats up all our 100 yen coins takes HOURS AND HOURS and yet STILL DOES NOT DRY CLOTHES PROPERLY. Had to hang our socks and underwear throughout the room like a couple of hobos

Great place for a first time stay in Tokyo, it’s connected to shibuya station and is in the middle of everything. There are several restaurants in the hotel complex including a couple coffee shops that open at 7am (most places in Tokyo do not open before 9a). They also helped us get cabs when we needed them and also had great amenities at the front desk.

A conveniently located hotel, only a short walk from the Shibuya Scramble crossing. It had a great modern feel and aesthetic that was perfect and cozy. The staff is amazingly helpful; we needed a taxi and they helped book one on our behalf, and guide us to the pickup spot.

Lobby on the fourth floor, and hotel rooms starting on 9th floor assure you’re high enough to avoid the noise from the nearby train station and shops in the lower levels that quite honestly, weren’t that loud anyway. There is an entrance to the train station on the 3rd level which is super convenient! The room is spacious compared to comparable hotels in the area, overall would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were equally exceptional. My room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and offered every amenity I could ask for. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like robes, slippers, free water, and unlimited toiletries in the lobby.

Facility like room for eating ( microwave , kettle , napskin … )
Paid Laundry is fantastic ( washing and drying in the same machine so you don t have to come back twice to take out your clothes and put it in the dryer , soap is provided)
Room service and anything you required will be deliver by a robot !
Staff very polite and helpful

Super Lage und top Zimmerausstattung! Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es zwei Minuspunkte: Das Toilettenpapier war viel zu dünn und das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass beim Frühstück nicht darauf geachtet wurde, dass Schweinefleisch mit anderen Speisen wie Eiern in Kontakt kam, was es für muslimische Gäste schwierig macht.

Great hotel in the shibuya stream building. Conveniently located to access multiple entrances to the station. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Staff spoke English and were friendly. Don’t forget the daily free happy hour drink!

A Great location in the heart of Shibuya! Steps from the Shibuya station which saves time and essential for getting to other locations. About a 5 minute walk to the famous Shibuya scramble crossing. About a 5 minute walk to the Shibuya Sky Tree. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and stores! Price was high for the room and wouldn’t consider it luxury. The location was great!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was extremely convenient, with easy access to the Metro, various dining opportunities, and lots of good shopping. We stayed with our young toddler and felt it was very safe and easy to access all areas of Tokyo. If we come back to Tokyo, we will definitely stay here again!

There is taxi ride offered by the hotel to the nearby airport shuttle station so the ride to narita airport is covered.
Will therefore consider staying in the hotel again

Great introduction to Tokyo

Excellent first stay in Tokyo. Great location, nice room, nothing to complain about. They even had 3 coin operated laundry machines on one floor. We loved the robot delivering food for room service
