予約した際には料金が高いかなと感じましたが、実際に利用すると、静かで眺めが良く、何より清潔感がありました。夫婦共に大満足出来ました。渋谷駅に隣接してるので観光の移動も便利で、旅行の宿泊としての充実感もありました。また利用したいと思います。

景色がよく見れて良かったですが、東京タワーが見れたらもっと良かったです。
一緒に泊まった人は夜中に眠れないほどの音が気になったみたいで可哀想でした。
アクセスはよく渋谷スクランブルスクエアと繋がっていたのもとても良かったです！
ほとんど海外の宿泊者でした。

海外からの宿泊客に焦点を合わせているようで、日本的なきめの細かいサービス、対応に期待しなければ、良いホテルです。特に、朝食のレストランでの接客対応はこのレベルのホテルの標準以下。　渋谷周辺での仕事、観光には最適な立地。　部屋は、欧米のデザイナーホテルと比べると既に古臭くさえ感じます。　デザイナーの観点からデザインされた部屋は、宿泊客の観点からは、あまり使い勝手の良くない点がいくつかありました。

ユニットバスではない、独立の浴室でゆっくりできました。ただ、お湯の出が少なくてバスタブいっぱいお湯を溜めるのに1時間くらいかかりましたが。(笑)

Modern clean hotel in the centre of Shibuya. Room compact. Modern bathroom, good shower. Excellent location if coming from Narita airport. Take lift after exiting train up to Shibuya stream, look for hotel sign, second lift takes you straight to hotel lobby. Great view from higher floor. Friendly staff. A free drink at happy hour for guests. Food show supermarket close by. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel with wonderful rooms even they were a little on the smaller side. I really appreciated the various “meisters” (communal rooms including a fitness room and one with some pod dispensers). There was a complimentary drink every night while we were there in their cute little bar area although weirdly the bar closed at 18:00 hours.

Sumptuous buffet breakfast. Small but nicely decorated rooms. Staff was excellent and helpful.

Situated above a food mall, with great views of Tokyo. Double sealed windows keep out the city sounds.

Minutes from great shopping, fun little side streets with great eateries, connected to a main metro station make this hotel a great choice for seeing Tokyo.

We stayed at Shibuya Stream Hotel and overall had a very good experience. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Shibuya, just a block from the famous Scramble Crossing and directly connected to Shibuya Sky. The hotel sits on top of a metro station, which makes getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient, especially if you want to be close to all the action.
The property is modern and tech-savvy, with clean, comfortable rooms that are relatively spacious given the area. Air conditioning worked well, and there are plenty of dining options within the same building for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were professional, helpful, and spoke multiple languages, which made communication easy.
On the downside, it took us a little while to find the entrance due to nearby construction. It can also be a bit noisy at night given the busy surroundings, and our room didn’t have much of a view. Overall, though, it’s a great option if you want a modern stay right in the center of Shibuya.

The hotel is located in a very practical location, it has good connections to many places in Tokyo and it’s easy to walk around in Shibuya area from the hotel. It is directly connected to the Shibuya station. Excellent location for first timers in Tokyo!
Breakfast offered several options also for vegetarians and the omelets were very delicious.
Amazings views from the room, we had views to Tokyo Tower.
Room was also spacious in Tokyo standard. In general, the hotel was very clean and fresh.

This hotel is conveniently located right beside the famous Shibuya Scramble. Shibuya Station is one floor down in the same building which made traveling anywhere in Tokyo very easy. Tons of shopping and restaurants near by obviously.
As a solo traveller the room was spacious. The view was really cool with Tokyo Tower in the distance. Everything was clean and comfortable. The (faux?) leather couch was a nice touch and the bed was super comfortable. AC was way better than other places I stayed at in Japan. The staff was great and held my large suitcases to be picked up and shipped to the airport which made life so much easier. Would definitely recommend and I 100% will book again when I’m back in Tokyo!

I loved staying at the stream hotel. It was very clean. Staff was attentive and kind. We brought breakfast with our stay and it was great. It was a breakfast buffet with western kind of food. This is an excellent place to stay only about a 8-minute walk to scramble crossing. There are many dining options minutes away from the hotel mostly on second floor but beware a lot of the shops close at 9:00 p.m. and last call is 8:30 p.m. learn the hard way went out to eat too late at 9:00 something and a lot of them were closed had to end up eating at 7-Eleven just down the street 3 minute walk. Also hotel is super close to the Shibuya train station which you can take any train to get anywhere a little confusing at first especially your first time but after that we were pros Don't be overwhelmed by the trains just ask questions to get around and you'll do fine justice my family afforded with a wheelchair/scooter. Thanks Expedia was really easy to book the trip just did some researching for which hotel to get also the Shibuya stream is literally just right across the street which you can walk on the bridge to Shibuya Sky.

This hotel is really convenient as it is right by shibuya station. Right below the hotel, there are many restaurants so food is not a problem. The rooms are generally small, but it’s good enough if you are traveling by yourself or with 2 people. The first time I stayed here, there was only a shower. The second time, there was both a shower and a bathtub. The only negative thing I have to say is that my second time staying here, there was no hot water coming from the shower or bathtub faucet. After a long day, I wanted to have a warm nice bath but too bad. It wasn’t freezing water but was not hot enough where I was still a bit cold. It was not a big deal so I would stay here again as it is very convenient.

Location is excellent. Easy access to scramble cross within 10 mins walk. Also hotel just located in the Shibuya JR exit which makes convenient to everywhere. It also has self laundry facility which is a plus to long stay travellers. Room is spacious, modern and very clean. However, front desk service is not as standard as traditional 4 stars hotel. Check-in using the self check-in machine, and some front desk staff are not good at English as well. Other than that, it is a great hotel for stay.

The best location. However,
the rooms were very small! One side of the double bed is against the wall and if two people are staying, beware, there are no drawers in the room. You need to hang all your clothes and keep the rest in your luggage. Friendly service and clean. The good outweigh the bad.

Wonderful hotel near everything you need!

An incredibly convenient hotel in the heart of Shibuya! I really enjoyed the amenities bar that had face masks and it became a little ritual at the end of my day to have. One minor nit, for a hotel of this size I would've expected more laundry machines. I stayed up til 1AM to get my laundry done and it really impacted my workday the next day. Otherwise, a great hotel with wonderful amenities and location!

Super convenient and excellent location. Size of room was good for a city like Tokyo. Aircon in lobby could be better especially in the middle of August. It was really very stuffy. Staff was a weird mix, Japanese staff were generally very friendly and helpful. However , there were some other staff that did not smile or were not helpful. I was even being ignored while standing at the front desk.

Denied Breakfast, other guests were still eating

Honestly one terrible experience and everything else was fine.

Yes room was small, but that’s standard in a city like Tokyo.

paid extra for breakfast which ended at 9:30. I came down at 9:40, had an international flight later in the day. Multiple people (6+) were still eating and all the buffet food was still out.

I politely asked that I know I was late but could I just quickly grab a few things since the food was still out and I would eat in my room or on the go as I had a few errands to run.

He flat out said no which I felt like was terrible service for a customer who had paid extra for breakfast. Totally understand that I was 10 min late and if staff was closing or cleaning up I would understand.

But all the food was literally sitting out, nothing had been picked up and multiple other guests were still being served.

I said OK and left because I didn’t have the energy to talk through it, but left a bad taste in my mouth.

Best thing about the hotel is the central location to Shibuya station and being in one the most popular parts of Tokyo currently.

This place was amazing. Finally a soft bed as most in Asia are rock hard. Very classy hotel in the very best area. It was very hot out so it was great to able to go everywhere inside or shaded.

Room was modern and a good size, even with our two huge suitcases. Couldn't have asked for a better location in the heart of Shibuya. Directly connected to the station with many lines running off it, getting around Tokyo was so easy. All the main sights of Tokyo were just one straight journey with no need to change. Also one train directly to Kamakura for a day trip too. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect central location literally connected to everything, airport transfer train, metro, malls, restaurants, convenience stores etc. Handy when you don't feel like scramble crossing in Shibuya during scorching heatwaves or cold wet weather. The hotel itself is wonderful - clean, characterful atmosphere with rich and tasteful design but don't be fooled by the cool retro theme and fair room rates, this is an upscale hotel, albeit quiet and discreet. Rooms are spacious and well laid out although smart TVs would be nice for longer stays. Breakfast buffet is a really good option too. Staff was very professional and welcoming but that's par for the course in Japan.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Die Lage direkt bei der Shibuya Station könnte nicht besser sein mit unzähligen Restaurants, Geschäften und Bahn- und U-Bahnlinien vor der Tür. Wenige Gehminuten zur berühmten Kreuzung Shibuya Scramble Crossing und im Herzen von Shibuya. Das Hotel ist hip und modern. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig das Frühstück ist nicht besonders umfangreich und der Kaffee mittelmässig. Ausserdem ist bereits um 9:45h kein Zugang mehr möglich. Die Zimmer sind klein und das Bett ebenso. Ansonsten gibt es viele kostenlose Gagets wie Gesichtsmasken, Haaröl etc.

Location is awesome, close to most train lines or easy to transfer to and fro. Spacious room by Tokyo standard, and nice to have bath tub provided with bath salt for a soak after lots of walking everyday. Staff speaks good English so communication is easy. I like the air deodorant/alcoholic spray for room and smelly clothes after a day of summer walking, very useful. Air conditioning is actually good, quiet and also responsive for even one degree Celsius change at the wall control, which I like a lot.

Great location but limited amenities.

The place was in a fantastic location for getting around. You could walk easily to any train or area and there were a ton of restaurants right in the same complex. The hotel was fine. Not luxurious but very nice and clean. No concierge although they did their best to help. No pool or spa which was the biggest drawback since that would be nice after a long day of walking. The gym was also tiny.

Superb stay in a great location

Right beside Shibuya Station, this new and very modern hotel is super convenient and very cool. Staff are very international and excellent with advice. Our deluxe corner suite was really well laid out and excellent for a peaceful nights sleep. Starbucks and Dean & Deluca are right downstairs for breakfast. Transport is right below the hotel. 3 min walk to Shibuya Scramble crossing and plenty of shopping. Loved our stay.

Great hotel but very busy area like New York City’s Times Square. Definitely conveniently located with subway lines in the building and also connected to multiple buildings via walkways so you don’t have to be on the busy streets. Rooms are nice but small. Good views.
