毎年5月に友人4人でお世話になるクロスホテル京都。部屋も従業員の方もとても素敵。朝食のビュッフェの種類も豊富で味もとても満足です！1年に一度の楽しみです！
ただインバウンドのせいで宿泊代金の値上げがとても残念ですが…

前回泊まってとてもよかったので今回2回目です！今回も本当に大満足です！施設内がとても綺麗でくつろげて最高でした！
また改めて立地の良さにも感動しました！
また京都に来る際はクロスホテルを利用しようと思います！

受験で利用させて頂きました。
ホテルの方ににご相談して、勉強ができる大きめのテーブルのあるお部屋を勧めて頂きました。
ライトのお手配や、ベッドの配置なども調整していただき、自宅のように快適で子供も落ち着いて過ごすことが出来ました。
今度はゆっくり観光で利用させて頂きたいと思います。

アクセすが素晴らしい。余計なものが一才省かれていて、良い。小さいFace Towelもくれると更に嬉しい。Humidifierもあり、冷暖房調節も各自できて快適。

毎年５月に宿泊しています。チェックインが15:00からと言う事だったのでホテル入り口あたりのベンチで待っていたら後から来た人たちがさっさと機械でチェックインしていてビックリ！
座って待っている時にチェックインですか？の声かけも無く、チェックインもチェックアウトもすべて機械で従業員さんと話さなくて良く簡単にはなっているが、温かみを感じなくなって残念な気持ちでした。

ホテルもお部屋も清潔で、スタッフの方はとても親切でした。
交通の便もよく、バスや地下鉄でいろんな場所を観光できました。

また京都に行く際にはぜひ宿泊したいです。
１つだけ、バスローブがあると大変助かります。

スタッフの対応は親切でよかったが、夜11時ごろから、隣りの部屋の音が壁に響いてうるさかった。朝食はメニューに物足りなさがあったが、まずまず満足できるものだった。

チェックアウトの別カウンターを作ってほしい。店内レストランの割引券をもらったが、夜、朝満員で使えなかった。そんな場合用の別の特典が欲しい。

デザインも良く、素敵なホテルではあるが、価格が高めなのにスタイルはビジネスホテルのようで少し残念。
トイレが浴室から独立しているのは一人でないときは有難かった。

今回はアップグレードの提案頂いた部屋には魅力はなかった。20％引きクーポンのレストランも全て食事を予約していたので使用しなかった。旅行支援も適応外でした。ホテルは清潔で移動するのにも最適な立地でした。次回も利用します。

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan and the most affordable. The rooms look brand new and the bathrooms are amazing. Our room on the second floor was also incredibly quiet. I took the advice of others and upgraded to a deluxe corner twin and I am glad I did because it was very spacious. I have learned in Japan that you get what you pay for so if you opt for the cheapest room it might be quite small. It is better to pay more and get more space/nicer accommodations. Keep in mind though that if you are on lower floors there is a privacy film on the windows. The concierge (S. Horio) was very helpful during our stay and helped us plan everything from sightseeing to calling a taxi that could fit all our luggage. The breakfast area was very nice with high tables that we prefer. This hotel is also extremely well located with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Also I had no problem using Expedia on this trip — I did so because most hotel websites were difficult to navigate but Expedia made it quite easy.

The location was perfect, allowing for multiple opportunities each day; a walk along the canal, shopping nearby, multiple transportation choices to get to other areas. The hotel staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Unexpectedly wonderful stay in Kyoto!

What a wonderful and unexpected stay-situated conveniently to shops, eateries, transportation and to Nishiki Market. The room was comfortable and quiet as well. Loved the shower and overall space. The breakfast buffet was the best and offered so many options.

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend for families. Great, walkable location. Rooms were quite large with 4 beds. The breakfast was outstanding, a huge buffet with Japanese and other international options, well worth adding it to your reservation. Would stay here again!

Great location and breakfast!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for three nights in June. Our room was great because our view was of the river and hills and we could see people walking in the neighborhood from our window. I have celiac disease and was concerned about the breakfast, unsure of what I could eat. I spoke with Restaurant Assistant Manager Yuki Nabeshima and he was fantastic. He took the time to point out all the gluten free foods. Yuki said he was concerned about potential cross contamination if I selected carved beef from the tray. Each morning he took a plate into the kitchen and had the man carving beef, cut fresh slices and put them directly onto my plate. My girlfriend and I had relaxing breakfasts each morning because we knew, thanks to Yuki, that my food was gluten free. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cross Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very nice chic hotel property. Amazing location. Steps from the river bank. So many good options for eating and shopping within a few steps of the hotel. Incredibly tasty and fresh breakfast. The largest rooms I've seen in Japan. Great staff.

Beautiful, upscale hotel. Everything was so clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. They kept us updated and brought up our luggage when our missing luggage arrived. Fantastic location for tourists. Would stay here again.

We loved the family room as it was the most spacious hotel room we have had so far in Japan. The amenities were great all except the hotel pajamas which were surprisingly not comfortable and not a favorite. Breakfast was a highlight - so many options and food was excellent quality.

We had a lovely stay for 6 nights.
The room on the 9th floor was very big, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
There is complementary tea and coffee in the reception area, which is nice in the morning.
The location of the hotel is great, and despite it being in the centre of everything, the room was very quiet.
We would definitely come back here next time we are in Kyoto.

This is our 2nd stay at the Cross in Kyoto. Location and super friendly staff are tops. Wonderful concierge staff helped booked hard to get dining reservation.

Only regret was booking a standard room which might put you a room without a window (Floors 2-4 facing south). Opt for Superior or Delux rooms which face Ryoma-Dori or Nishi-Kayamahichi-Dori
