錦市場まですぐの立地で、バスの乗り場も本当に近いのでとても便利でした。商店街もすぐなので、雨が降ってもほぼ屋根があるのでありがたかったです。
ホテルも大きくないので、まさにかゆいところに手が届くという感じでした。
スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でしたし、お部屋は清潔で電子レンジがあるのも大変助かりました。朝いただけるクロワッサンもとても美味しく、紅茶やネスプレッソマシーンもあるので立派な朝食になりました。
3泊だったので、無料のランドリーも便利でした。
リピ確定のホテルになりました。

立地のよさ、コスパを考えると素晴らしいです。一人部屋でしたが、足を伸ばせるバスタブもあり、お布団をしいた畳の部屋もあり、写真以上にスペースありました。朝のクロワッサンもおいしいし、お部屋のコーヒーもあります。裏の富小路には、朝からあいてるおいしいコーヒースタンドもありました。錦町も徒歩5分、地下鉄四条駅も10分で、新幹線からのアクセスもとてもよいです。シャンプーも香りがよく、アメニティ、パジャマもあり助かりました。スタッフの方も常駐で安心です。ひとつ、事前決済しても当日¥200支払いが必要で、それが現金のみで、cashlessで旅行しようしてたので不便に感じました。

安いが便利なホテル

ホテルの格としてはそんなに高くないし、朝食もない簡素なホテルですが、何しろ立地が良かったです。祇園祭のイベントを見に行くのに大変便利でした。

丁寧な対応をしていただいて、全体的に満足です。テレビ下の金庫にほこりがあったこと、窓のスクリーンの開閉がしづらかったことが、気になる点でした。水回りは清潔で、電子レンジや食器等の設置され、長期滞在にも向いています。和テイストの落ち着いた空間で、おすすめです。

京都烏丸-四条間の便利な立地。スタッフもとても親切で気持ち良い。部屋はきれいで設備も充実しており、快適に過ごすことができました。部屋は洋室も、雰囲気は和風を保っており外国人にも受けそうです。

シングルの趣のある畳の部屋は広々として、備品も整い、とても快適。各種ティーパックやコーヒーマシンなど、おもてなし度もgood。ただし、大きな窓があっても目の前は壁なので、昼間暗いのが惜しい。
どこへ行くにも便利で、飲食その他のお店も掃いて捨てるほどあり、完璧な立地。

観光地、レストランやショップめぐり、すべてにとても便利、でもお部屋はとても静かでした。部屋にエスプレッソマシンがあって、美味しいコーヒーが飲めます。電子レンジがあるのも助かりました。バスタブも広くてゆったりと使えました。

A warm welcome and comprehensive run down of the hotel facilities greeted us at reception. The staff all speak excellent English and are super helpful. The decor is elegant throughout the hotel. Love the bonsai.
The toiletries provided are lovely and the Nespresso machine a deal breaker for me. The bed was comfortable and the room very quiet. Croissants in the morning was a small luxury much appreciated.
The hotel.is in a great location, Nishiki market so close and it's an easy walk to the Gion district and Nijo. There are a myriad of eating options right on the doorstep
I would definitely stay here again.

This small boutique hotel has wonderful staff who are always ready to help. The free laundry room is convenient. The rooms are well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the comfortable King bed with crisp sheets and choice of pillows. Croissants in the morning and nice though I would have loved some jam to go with them 😊. Close to Nashiki market and 2000 yen ride to the train station.

We had a fantastic stay! Our king room was compact but nicely designed, it was very quiet, staff members were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent. Really appreciated the free laundry facilities after a week of travelling with just carry on luggage.

Excellent hotel to see around Kyoto

Fabulous stay at this hotel beside Nishiki market and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free use of the washing machine and dryer was appreciated as was the daily morning croissant.
The room was modern but a bit small (expected for Kyoto) however had all the amenities you would require for a few nights stay. Would recommend

Excellent Hotel.

My wife and I had an amazing stay here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is walking distance from various sites but is out of the way of the busy tourist corridors. Plenty of cool shops nearby. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ich hatte ein typisches Zimmer mit einem Futon auf Tatami-Matten und ich habe es geliebt. Das zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse gross. Lovely boutique hotel, very close to the Nishiki market. Walkable distance to many of Kyoto's sights. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip with friends or couples. Lots of eating options close by.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay here. Steps away from Nishiki Market and a short distance walk to train station. The room itself was very nice. They provide daily morning croissants and Nespresso coffee in the room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free laundry on site.

Excellent location. Easily walkable to Nishiki, Teramachi, and Shinkyogoku shopping streets. Amazing food all around. Be aware of any festivals/ parades in that area of Kyoto that may block street access during your stay.

Perfect small hotel

Lovely little hotel for a great nights rest, one block from the market and 20 mins from Gion on foot. Kind staff who speak excellent English. I used the free laundry self service and one of the staff had transferred our washing to the dryer so it was dry when we returned late at night, really thoughtful.

Very cute room for 1 person. You need to like to sleep on the floor but they put a mattress which makes it more comfortable. tv is big and is smart. Staff is very nice, reception very pretty! They give croissant in the morning to every room which is a very cute gift!

As close as you can get to Nishiki Market

Excellent location, cannot be beat if you want to stay near Nishiki market. Croissants every morning is a nice touch. The room itself is small along with the bathroom, but that's what you're going to get for any hotel in this area. If you want a bigger room, you'll need to be farther away from Nishiki.

Wonderful, small, clean, central hotel

This hotel is wonderful! We booked 3 rooms for 6 family members. First, its location is fantastic. Located in a nice little picturesque street a minute away from Nishiki market. Also about 10 minutes away from the train station. The rooms were big, clean, big and comfortable bed. We received many amenities : toothbrush and toothpaste, body lotion, conditioner, capsules and a coffee machine, tea, etc. But the thing I liked the most was the attitude of the staff. Everyone, were kind, smiling, very eager to help and far beyond the norm. They did everything to make us feel good and welcome. Next time I'm in Kyoto I will stay at this hotel again. Without a doubt!

Perfection, charm and elegance.

Fabulous. Faultless. Charming. Everything I’d wanted and hoped for. Beautiful design, comfortable bed, mini kitchen with fridge. Delightful staff. An an interesting part of town. Elegant. Not a big city corporate hotel. Near a fantastic market. Cannot recommend highly enough. If I get back to Kyoto there’s no question that this is where I will stay. Perfect. Arigato!

교토에는 지인이 살고 있어 항상 지인집에서 머물다가 처음으로 호텔 숙박을 해보았는데, 서비스 룸상태 전부 만족스러웠습니다.
3박까지는 룸청소랑 정리정돈, 네스프레소 캡슐리필, 물 리필 등의 서비스가 제공되고 3박 초과해서 숙박 시에는 4박째에 룸을 아예 새 것처럼 시트도 갈아주고 어메니티도 다시 채워줘요.아침마다 크로와상 서비스도 있고, 대부분의 안내사항등이 큐알코드로 찍으면 나오는 안내 사이트에 전부 탑재되어 언제든 확인할 수 있는 점도 좋았습니다. TV도 넷플릭스 유튜브 등 다 가능해서 숙소에서도 심심하지 않았습니다.
룸도 깨끗했고 서비스도 너무 만족스러워서 다른 지인들에게도 추천할 의향 있어요.
위치는 한큐선에서 더 가깝고, 카라스마선에서는 조금 걸어야합니다. 카라스마선에도 엘리베이터가 있으니 엘리베이터를 타고 지상으로 나와서 걸어가는게 캐리어 끌고 가기에는 좋아요.

We loved this hotel during our time in Kyoto. It’s next to the Nishiki Market and very close to restaurants and bars. They offered complimentary fresh croissants every morning for all the guests, and we got a cute little gift for our honeymoon. The staff were always super nice and helpful. A wonderful hotel just two blocks from Nishiki market. I booked a single bedroom that was a more Japanese traditional style arrangement, with a tatami mat and bed on the floor. I found it very cozy and calming. It is definitely one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind, and also speak English fairly well. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area. I would absolutely return if I am in the area again.
