数ある宿泊施設のなか口コミを見て選びました。スタッフの対応は親切で部屋も広くて綺麗、朝食をお願いしたのですが、早朝部屋まで持ってかこてくれました。庭付きの部屋でしたので、新鮮な空気の中、富士山を見ながら食べました。最高のひとときでした！是非リピートしたいです。

富士山が良くみえてとても特別な日を過ごせました。朝食を付けましたがテラスで富士山を見ながら頂きました。内容も充実していて満足です。徒歩圏内に飲食店も沢山あるので便利です。スタッフの対応も丁寧で良かったです。お部屋も新しいのでとてもキレイで広さもあるので家に居てるような感じで寛げました。お風呂も広くてゆっくり入れました。また利用したいです。

スタッフの方がとても良い印象でした。
お部屋が素敵で、何と言っても窓を開けると富士山が目の前に堂々とそびえたっている絶景でした。
朝食もおいしかったし、ハロウィーンの飾りつけも、敷地内のお花とうまくマッチしていました。
また伺いたいです。

ホテルステイを満喫させて頂きました。

ホテルステイを満喫させて頂きました。コロナ禍の中、ほとんどホテル内で過ごしました。掃除も無にして頂き、チェックインの時に３日分のアメニティーとリネンを受け取り、独立型なので、他のお客さんと会うことなく、室内・テラスで過ごしました。テラスも開放感があり、快適でした。
部屋の中から富士山も見ることができ、良かったです。電子レンジもあり、スーパーで色々買い込み、１度も外食することなく過ごせてよかったです。バラのお花もとてもきれいで、気持ちよく過ごさせて頂きました。また、利用させて頂きたいです。

ゆったりできる。

とても良い施設でした。清潔で広々とした施設でゆったりできて良かったです。お風呂もとても良い湯加減でした。強いて言うなら、ベットが固すぎるのが気になりました。総合的にはとても良いです。

部屋が快適すぎて、住みたいくらいでした。早めにチェックインして、部屋でだらだら過ごすのも良いかも。
平家なので、窓からの富士山の景色に民家や電柱が入ってしまうけど、周りに高い建物はなく開放的で気になりません。
お風呂も広く最高でしたが、お湯が溜まるまでに時間がかかり温度調整が難しかったです。
スタッフさんの対応、食事、部屋、景色、お風呂ともにとても良かったです。

フロントや従業員の対応も親切で好印象
敷地内は清潔で、感じの良い雰囲気ながら、周囲には民家の裏側や畑があり、周辺の景色とのギャップが残念
上手な目隠しがあればと思う
部屋はモダンで清潔であり、風呂も快適
しかしながら隣の部屋との防音が貧弱な為、隣室のトイレットペーパーの引き出す音や、雑音が聞こえるのが残念
朝食のバイキングも品数も揃い満足できる
少し気になったのが、流れていた音楽が少し古い洋楽のポップス、ロック系
朝ごはんの際はゆっくりリラックス出来る音楽が望ましい

We were only able to stay the night. Worth it! The hot tub was really hot which was great after a full day of activities. It was very fortunate for us that it was a perfectly sunny, clear day. I'd love to come back if ever back in the country. Big should out to staff member Watanabe. My fiance and i were having issues trying to buy tickets to the Junji Ito exhibit we wanted to attend in Nagoya, and he did everything he could to help us obtain these. It made our trip that much better.

The room was beautifully designed, with extremely comfortable beds and sections of tatami flooring. Having a small cozy stone bath in the washroom was a treat, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast is a delight to have, especially when taken in the small back patio area each room has with a view of Mt Fuji. Each room comes with a helpful information booklet in Japanese, English and Chinese, which very helpfully points out the good eats in the area. Their Instagram page also suggests that the staff take festival celebrations quite seriously! All in all, this is a lovely place to be.

Wow! What a great hotel! The rooms are huge based on Japanese hotel standards with a separate bedroom and living area. The staff were so sweet and anxious to be helpful to you in anyway they could. The rose gardens surrounding the hotel were well tended and beautiful. A little afternoon snack and drink were offered and were delicious! The bath was delightful and lots of bathroom amenities were offered. I hate to say we found the beds too hard as we loved everything else about this property!

A very pleasant experience.

The staff were very helpful. They allowed us to check in few hours earlier (although key was still provided only on time). Staff offered good service (by delivering our luggage to our room and providing us umbrella when it started to rain without request). The food at breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the portion was adequate. Hotel had a clear view of Mount Fuji. Extra pillows were provided without request. Facilities in the room was as described.

Amazing experience

We had a lovely time. Our queen bed cabin was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We had the view of Mt Fuji from our bed.
Soaking in our own private bath after a whole day of hiking was amazing. And the breakfast basket in the morning was cute and delicious.
The hotel is in a nice quiet area within a 7 min walk to Kawaguchiko station.

Peace and relaxation

Perfect location amidst touristy area, walkable to great restaurants and conveniences. Lovely to have a yard for morning to let family sleep while others up and about. Comfortable bed and bath facilities. Gracious staff. We were happy to have a car for touring around the area, and easy walk to/from train. Building and grounds design lovely.

Staff were so kind and helpful, even helping us to make phone reservation for our lunch/dinner. The room and bath were great as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Stayed two nights at Yumefuji and it was certainly one of the highlights of my trip. The room was spacious and comfortable with stunning views of Mount Fuji. Will recommend my friends to stay here in the near future.

My husband and teen son stayed here in March. We found the accommodations outstanding! It’s bigger than a regular hotel room and includes a wonderful onsen-like bathtub which was amazing after long days of walking. There was a little private backyard for each unit and a great space for viewing Mt Fuji. I advise paying the extra for breakfast. Amazing!!! I wanted to cancel the rest of our trip elsewhere and just stay there.

Quite good for 2 or 3 persons

It was one room style but the toilet and bath were separated.
It was quite good.

The room was fantastic! The mini onsen bath in the room was perfect. It was cloudy for most of our stay but the clouds parted briefly and we could see fuji from our patio!

A very nice hotel

This is a nice little hotel. The room is big and clean, and the Kawaguchiko station is within walking distance (~5 mins). You can enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji inside the room.
But 2 points made my stay not perfect enough.
(1) The room cleaning starts (also the checkout time) at 10:00 am, which I think is too early if I am planning for a relaxing trip in such a lovely area. I think 11:00 am would be much much better. Everything is too rush in the morning.
(2) All the staff is helpful and nice, except for the Chinese woman. She keeps talking Mandarin to us even though we speak Japanese and English to her. She should be more aware that not every people coming from Hong Kong (and my friend comes from Australia!) speaks Mandarin.
Other than that, this is a good hotel.

Cosy place near mt Fuji, close to Kawagichiko lake

Nice and cosy place with an exceptional view on mt. Fuji. Advertising doesn't lie - you can see it right from your window (if the weather will allow it). Please note that reception is working till 10 PM only and they have an early check out, at 10 AM.
You will be positioned right in the middle of the quiet private area.
A lot of attractions nearby for both walkers and drivers - Kawaguchiko lake, many nice sightseeing bus routes, nice village restaurants, museums, views.. And an exceptional quality of the air you breathe.

Very easily accessible from Kawaguchiko station, and surrounding shops and restaurants. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Loved the en-suite bath with a view out onto a very nice garden. We were just able to see the tip of Mt Fuji over the neighbours while having coffee in the morning. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant on the final day, which was a very nice Japanese style breakfast.
