電車の音が気になるとの口コミがありましたが私はとくに気になりませんでした。

お部屋は綺麗で近くにドンキやコンビニもあったので良かったです。

気になる点は布団が汚れていた事でした。
シーツがあったので、まだ良かったですが布団や枕のシミは嫌な人はいるかなと思います。

施設のロケーション的には、駅から7分くらいだったのでよかったが、ちょっと浴室が臭かった。あと、ベッド以外の敷布団についてはシーツが別途あるとはいえ、シミがまあまあついていたのが気になる。

3泊しました。ワンルーム、ユニットバス、寝具はダブル シングル ソファ。施設にコインランドリーが併設されているが、一旦外に出て回り込む。洗濯、乾燥は別なので入れ替えに行かなければならない。洗濯300円、乾燥15分100円は良心的だと思う。洗剤は用意してあるがない時もあり、持って行った方がいい。駐車場は施設より150mにある、メガドンキホーテ大森山王店が近く安い。

チェックインができず、電話にて対応していただいたが対応者の知識がなくチェックインにすごく時間がかかった。タブレットの電波が悪く反応が遅かったのでそこは改善点かと思う。

場所、価格等ほぼ満足でした。
ただ、①コインランドリーを使用したとこ、洗濯物に埃や糸くずが大量に付着してしまい、大変困りました。メンテナンスが必要かと思います。②チェックアウト前にゴミを出しに行った際、不審者が館内をうろついていた上、その人物が部屋のテンキー錠を押して入ろうとしてきました。ちょっと危険でした。

布団、バスマットに汚れがありとても不快でした。

良かった点は、チェックインチェックアウトはスムーズ。とても清潔感がある。椅子やテーブルが数点、冷蔵庫や掃除機、ドライヤーなどもあり便利。
残念な点はトイレとシャワールームの扉が透ける為、2人以上で泊まる場合、トイレをする姿が何となく透けて見えるのと音が丸聞こえになること(家族なら気にしないで良いかもしれないが)。クローゼットは服を斜めにいれないと入らないこと。

キレイで部屋も広く、とても快適でした。
5人で利用しましたが、バストイレが2つずつあってとても助かりました。

タオルはバスタオルとフェイスタオルが人数分ありますが、トイレやキッチンにはタオルがありません。
シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープは備付けがあります。
歯ブラシやクシなどの衛生用品はありません。
ミニキッチンがあり、食器類、鍋、フライパン、電気ケトル、電子レンジがあります。
立派なコーヒーメーカーもあるので、コーヒー豆を持っていくと良いです。
以上、事前にわかっていたら良かったなと思う情報でした。

良い点
建物は新しくとても綺麗でした。
シャワーも水圧も強く、快適でした。

悪い点
キッチンの下水の匂いが少し気になりました。また線路と近く、電車や踏切の音が結構うるさいです。

It was overall nice and tidy, but the bathroom shower curtain could be cleaner. It was moldy so I didn’t feel comfortable being in the shower for a long time. Also, It would be nice to have a little trash can in the bathroom too as women often have a lot to throw in the bathroom. Iron would be good to have as well. Thank you for hosting. :)

Cute apartment w kitchen

It was a great apartment. Space was perfect for 2 adults and a teenager. We loved it was close to Don Quijote about a 2 minute walk. The nearest station was 10 min walk away. Really close to restaurants and eateries. Loved that we were able to go grocery shopping and have a home cooked meal. Will definitely stay here again.

Good value for money

Close to Oomori station and in a very convenient location. Room was a bit small for 4 people but was still fine. No washer and dryer. But the place was convenient and we had a comfortable stay.

This was a great location for us! We were grateful for the space and how much room we had. It was in a convenient location. A short walk to the train station, but it was not bad at all. Highly recommend this place! Also, don Quijote is close by and you can avoid the crowds at this location!

The art on the wall is creepy -1 star. I got the 10,000 demons wall art. Would have preferred any other. There's an elevator. Very modern place. No staff on site. Room was clean. Beds were clean. Clear instructions on how to do trash and recycling. Clear instructions to do laundry. Clear instructions on how to enter and exit facility. We chose mainly for cost and proximity to Haneda Airport. Lots of food options. All staff in all the shop locations nearby were very nice and had ways to help bridge the language barrier. Had a hair cut at the local Smile barber shop. Staff there were accommodating for walk ins. Overall a very solid place to stay. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

飯店位置不錯，空間夠大

飯店位置不錯，週邊有唐吉訶德也有很多餐廳和百貨，去東京車站或是往鎌倉、橫濱都很快，以東京的住宿來說空間蠻大的，可以住三個人還可以三個行李箱全開，但房間的吹風機風力太弱吹頭髮很難乾，還有空調老舊暖氣不暖，網路速度也很慢，想下載東西都不成功

Cookware was dirty, long hair all over the place, bathroom sink and toilet was dirty,,,also did I mention long hair all over the room. Had some problems pinning ito the room, they didn't respond until like 2 hours later...I have proof. And also at checkout they were non existent.. again I have proof. Bed sheets looked clean. Room decor gave good vibe.. I think the admin and housekeeping need to step the fak up

Fun place to stay in a cute neighborhood

Fun rooms with different art on the walls. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen. Good communication, nice neighborhood with a local feel. Things were a bit worn down in the room but overall very clean. Thanks!

The property had a very bad smell and with no one to help with no front desk, was difficult to request a change. Checking-in was a bit technical and difficult especially when tired and coming from a long flight. But it's close to a Mega Donquixote so that was nice

Close walk to the station. Easy to access, with Mega Donquijote nearby. Near tracks, so you will constantly hear it. Overall, quite nice with a large room.

Liked the surrounding area and where it was located. Really cute neighborhood. There were 2 things that I didn’t like; the bathroom consistently smelled strongly of sewer and it wafted all throughout the place. The other thing was that it was right next to a train track. The trains ran early and late. Loud.

Was a great spot, like a tiny one bed apartment really. Clear rules and notes left everywhere. Has coin laundry and must be mindful of trash. Near the station and some good shopping malls/centers. Has train near though so some noise during night but not horrible.

What a wonderful little apartment! We loved our stay in this neighborhood for the amenities around the apartment, the funky artwork in our room, convenience to the train station (a short 10 minute walk) and the super clear communication on how to find the apartment from the property staff. We thought we would be a little too far from all the Tokyo attractions, but that was not the case for all our explorations. About 45 min to Shibuya Stn for example. Also, discovered a lovely little restaurant across the tracks from the appartment on our last night. Thank you for making our stay in Tokyo such a pleasure.

We really enjoyed the art on the walls and the simplicity of our stay. The train running by our room was a bit loud, but we learned to tune it out quickly. Very comfortable rooms and beds.

Hadde et utmerket opphold her. Litt lytt mellom enhetene, men ikke noe problem.
Dyner i senga var et stort pluss. Fungerende varmepumpe/aircondition kom godt med da det var ganske kaldt da vi var der.

I feel that the overall property was good. The room however was not. The description stated that it was a full bed, a twin and a futon (Which you can see in pictures)There were 4 of us traveling. Myself and 3 teenage kids which 2 ended up having to share the twin the was sinking in the middle. I chose this room for the 4 beds and we were disappointed but didn’t let it ruin our trip. Our room was on the 1st floor and I guess next to a closet because stacked next to our door was big packages of some sort which made it impossible to open our room door all the way. Just another thing to maybe think about with guest coming in and out with luggage.

Really good location and so much space. I didn’t expect it! I really enjoyed the stay here and the check in policies that didn’t include a front desk check in. It was a nice and quiet stay and the neighbors were lovely. Lots of stuff to do around the area too!
