富士河口湖温泉　時悠々楽游

車がホテルに着くと直ぐにスタッフの方が出てきて車を駐車場に移動してくれたり荷物を持ってくれたりと大変親切な対応をして下さいました。ウェルカムドリンクやデザート(ケーキやフルーツ、お菓子)も大変美味しく、夕方5時からのお酒やおつまみ、軽食も美味しかったです。
朝食も色々種類があり特にクロワッサンが美味しかったです。温泉も広くて気持ち良かったです。また次回、9月にも早速予約取りました。お勧めのホテルです。スタッフの皆さま色々お世話になりありがとうございました。

ウエルカムドリンクにカクテルサービスと、のんびり過ごしたい宿泊者には良いサービスを提供いただきました。車で行くと、入口がびっくりするぐらい急こう配でびびりました（苦笑）。この坂で合っているいるか否かの問い合わせを下から電話したところ、フロントスタッフの方々三名もが飛び出してお待ちいただき、恐縮しました。車も預かっていただき駐車場まで移動していただけました。難を言えば、部屋のTVが一方向にしか向かず、中国語のソフト内臓だったので、多かった欧米系の宿泊者の方々はうまく使えたかなと少し心配でした。お風呂は気持ち良かったです。

とても快適に滞在させていただきました。
ただ、建物が一部工事中のため昼間工事音が響き残念でした。富士山登山直後で静かな環境の中ゆっくりしたいと、こちらを連泊予約させていただいたのですが、せめてサイトに「現在平日10時〜15時建物修復中」など記載があれば良かったと思いました。
あとは、直前のバタバタ予約等にも親切に応じてくださったり、外国の方も含めスタッフの皆さんの接遇が非常に良かった点、素晴らしい眺望、お部屋、温泉、コインランドリーがとても清潔だった点（洗濯機の使い方英語表記がなく戸惑う外国人利用者もいらっしゃいましたが）、17時から用意される「軽いスナック」とドリンク類が夕食並みに種類豊富でボリュームもあり美味しかった点、送迎車サービスがある点など、長所多いホテルだと思います。

4.　大阪、別府、北海道など他の地域の温泉で外国人と
　　一緒に温泉に入る場面がこれまでありました。
　　しかし、どこも外国の人は、体を洗わず浴槽に
　　入る、そして浴槽の中で体を洗いはじめるので、
　　日本人の旅行者は気持ち悪くて、温泉から出て
　　ました。今回、こちらでは外国人の方々は皆、
　　体を洗い、タオルも浴槽に入れずに日本式を
　　きちんとしていたのには、感動すら覚えました。
　　　別府温泉では、英語でお願いしても無視され、
　　平気で湯船で体を洗い始めていたので、もう二度と
　　行きたくありません。
　　　こちらの温泉の入り口に多言語で絵入りで書いて
　　あるのが良かったのかな？と思いました。
　　　あえて言うなら、バスタオルを皆持って入るの
　　で、ハンドタオルを洗い場には入れると言う事を
　　書き添えると尚いいと思いました！

There have been scenes where we took a hot spring together.
However, everywhere foreigners bathe in the bathtub without washing their bodies.
I entered the bathtub and started washing my body,
　Japanese tourists felt disgusted and came out of the hot springs.
I did. This time, all the foreigners here are
Wash your body the Japanese way without putting a towel in the bathtub.
I was even moved by how neat and tidy it was.
At Beppu Onsen, even if you ask in English, they will ignore you.
I was calmly washing my body in the bathtub, so I didn't want to do it again.
I don't want to go.
Write in the entrance of this hot spring in multiple languages
Was it a good thing to have? I thought.
If I had to say it, I'd bring all the bath towels with me.

正直なところ値段に対してサービス、施設のクオリティが伴ってないと感じました。
観光地や昨今のインバウンドの事を考えても、平日でこの値段を取っていて夕食無しとは流石に思わなかったです。表記も分かりづらい。ただこれはexpedia側の問題かもしれません。

ラウンジのフードと朝ごはんは低価格のビジネスホテルのビュッフェ並でほぼ素泊まりで2人で5万は無いですね、。

落ち着いた雰囲気

河口湖を見下ろす高台に建つ旅館で、部屋からの河口の
眺めは最高です。富士山が見えないのが残念ですが。
それと旅館への上り坂がけっこう急なのはびっくりしました。伝えていた時間より早く到着してしまったのですが、車を正面玄関前に止めると、すぐに従業員の方が出迎えてくれました。ロビーもモダンで落ち着いた感じで
よかったです。食事は夕食、朝食どちらも和食ですが、
とっても美味しいかったです。

宿泊時に丁度、目の前の河口湖で花火大会があった。　花火が20時からで食事処での食事が19時半からだったがスタッフの方が花火はお部屋でご覧になってくださいと食事の途中で部屋に戻していただき花火後の食事の再開で暖かい料理を提供してくれた最高のサービスだと思います。

全体的に価格相応の感じがしました。
お部屋の入り口、部屋の中と大きなアリが、沢山いてちょっと気持ち悪かったです。
お部屋の花瓶にもお花が飾られておらず、高価なお花でなくてもいいので何か生けられているだけでも印象が全然違うと思います。

1万円で満足すぎる宿

高台にあるため景色が非常によく、窓も大きいため外の景色が贅沢に堪能できました。
宿泊費用と施設の綺麗さや料理のおいしさを考えると期待を遥かに超えました。
山梨で1万円くらいで食事付きを探すなら、ここがオススメです。

宿の前に湖畔がありますが、あじさいが綺麗で
カップルにはアヒルボートもおすすめです。
施設の隣にあるロープウェイからは富士山も展望可能。

近くにおいしい"ほうとう"の定食屋さんもあります。

心休まる快適な時を過ごせました。

ロビーから河口湖が一望出来て素晴らしい眺めとゆっくり過ごせる雰囲気で素敵でした。お部屋からの眺めも良く、清潔で快適でした。部屋風呂は使用せずに大浴場は朝まで利用出来るので何度も入りました。夕焼けや夜空を見ながらゆっくり入ることが出来ました。家族が遅い到着でしたが心遣い頂く対応でチェックアウトまで文句なしの快適さでした。また是非宿泊したいと思います。

ホテルからの河口湖の眺望が最高！暖炉のあるロビーは雰囲気が良くコーヒーやお茶が無料で飲めて寛げた。部屋からの湖の眺めが良いが日差しが入らない点だけが残念。たびソックスがアメニティについてきてお得な気分。食事は夕朝食とも最高！味、見た目、ボリューム、スタッフ対応素晴らしい。温泉はこじんまりだが混むことがなくゆっくり入れた。部屋から風呂が近く便利。スタッフの手書きのメッセージが心暖まりおもてなしを感じたホテル。

河口湖に行ったらまた泊まりたい宿

今回2度目です。
夕食、朝食ともに食事がとても美味しいです。
量も多いくらいで、お腹いっぱいです。
小さな子供がいないため静かに過ごせます(夕方にどこからかカラオケのようなものが聞こえる時間がありましたが)。お風呂は大きくはありませんが、混むことがなかったのでゆっくり出来ました。
館内清潔で、快適、従業員の方はみなさん親切丁寧です。

従業員の方は皆さん大変ご親切にしてくださいました。
チェックイン、チェックアウト、送迎もスムーズで、食事もとても美味しく、夕食は、多すぎて食べ切れませんでした。
温泉が一箇所だけなのと、半露天風呂は河口湖を見ようと立つと周辺から丸見えなのが気になりますが、そのほかはアメニティも十分に揃っていますし、大変満足しました。

A almost perfect accommodation

Beautiful view of Kawaguchiko Lake from the room, day and night! Experience at the semi-opened hot spring was just amazing. Location was great. 8 minutes to shops and restaurants. Tatami room was absolutely beautiful. There's only one thing that may throw away all these, which would be the different services provided to Japanese speaker and non-Japanese Asian speaker. The host at the counter changed his attitude as soon as he found out we're not Japanese speaker. We understand there may be some Asian customers who may have caused some inconvenience to the hotel, but this doesn't mean all other Asian guest must be treated differently. There were few times I tried to use the Japanese phrases I know to communicate with one of the staff, but he ignored us completely. This would be the only regret we had during our stay. Other than this, perfect accommodation.

We loved our stay at Rakuyu! The property is clean with a restful and calming ambience. The lobby/front lounge area is beautifully appointed, with the most amazing view of Lake Kawaguchiko, also shared by the rooms. The public onsen seemed like a really nice amenity, but we did not use it as we booked the private one, which was a lovely experience. In addition, the included breakfast, tea time, and cocktail hr offerings were amazing! The food and drinks were great, with a ton of variety. The location is very convenient; it is right next to the Panoramic Ropeway and a short walk into town. We arrived within the time the shuttle was not picking up from the train station and did have to trek uphill to get there ourselves, but it is definitely doable, if not the most pleasant in late June heat and humidity. We were able to take advantage of the ride back to the station on our way out, which was quick and convenient. In short, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to others as well as come back ourselves!

Situé loin du centre et de la gare. Si vous êtes en train, c'est environ 4-5km de marche. Loin des restaurant. Hotel vieillot qui a besoin de rénovation, les chambres étaient cependant très grande et la vue sur le lac est magnifique. Contrairement à tous les hébergements où nous avons séjournés, l'employé de la réception n'a pas souri une fois, par un accueil à la hauteur du service du Japon.

Very quiet and safe area. Shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko Eli. Views from my room are gorgeous. Was able to experience Mt. Fuji for my entire stay. The staff were super helpful, kind and polite. Will encourage people to book their stay here.

The hotel was outstanding with great service and amenities. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and with an excellent view. The breakfast, tea and cocktail was delicious. It was so good we didn’t bother going to other restaurants. Finally, it is close to the lake and ropeway and a 15 min walk to the station. I highly recommend this to my friends and family.

Great service from all staff. Public onsen was beautiful and could be accessed privately late at night or during day (late morning/ early afternoon) and private onsen can be booked at reveption for 45 mins for 3300 yen. You are provided with slippers and a yukata for your stay as long as the usual amenities in your room. The breakfast, tea with cakes, and drinks reception with snacks daily was a lovely touch. Our room overlooked the beautiful lake kawaguchiko. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Rakuyu. The staff is very kind and helpful. The facility is amazing, gives you proper Ryokan experience. Beautiful views of Lake kawaguchiko from the rooms. Rooms are big and cozy. Food at the club lounge is also amazing and have multiple varieties.

Pros - the view from our room was really nice. We drove to Rakuyu and there were free parking slots available at the hotel. Food was great, room was clean, and staff were friendly.

This is a little gem I stumbled upon when looking for a hotel in the Lake Kawaguchiko area. The hotel is situated on a hillside overlooking the lake. It’s sort of right in the middle of all the activities but being away on the hill makes it completely serene.

The hill is fairly steep but the hotel provides a free shuttle service from the station upon request.

The facilities are top notch. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The onsen is excellent. Everything you need is provided. They even give you fresh yukatas to use in the hotel.

The food was great too. And the staff are super helpful.

Highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Likes: friendly and helpful staff, almost 3 meals per day (breakfast tea and dinner), thought limited in selections, but one would get away with a full tummy.
Dislikes: it’s built on a pretty steep hill, it’s easier to get down but a struggle to climb back up unless your fitness level is better than average. The onsen bath is heavily chlorinated.

Rakuyu kept us really well fed, with tea-time (3-5pm), light bites and alcohol (5-7pm), there was absolutely no need to venture out to get more food for dinner. Of course the Japanese-American styled breakfast (7.30-9am) was also very appreciated.

The public onsen was also lovely, and surprisingly very quiet. I was lucky to have had the whole onsen to myself not once, but thrice! The open window was a nice touch, it kinda felt like an open-air onsen.

Of course, the rooms in Rakuyu are wonderfully furnished. The ensuite bathroom was also very comfortable, there was even a little spot for one to sit on while showering.

Even though the rooms do not have a view of Mt Fuji, the views of Kawaguchiko is still splendid and definitely worth every penny.

Very nice hotel, especially warm welcoming staffs who makes valuable experiences. Enjoy the cocktail happy hours.

Lovely setting overlooking the lake. The room was large and airy with some traditional touches. It is very quiet in and around the hotel, convenient for the cable car and bus around the lake. Free drinks and snacks were an enjoyable treat as it was quite a walk to station. Wish we had stayed longer and made more use of the onsen
