MIMARUは2週間前に大阪で利用して、今回の一時帰国で2回目、こちらでは4泊しました。

ホテルのスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかったです！
最後チェックアウトの日、突然の雨だったのですが、ベビーカーに乗る娘と5歳の息子がいて傘をさせないなーと思って、雨に濡れずに駅まで行く方法がないか聞いたら、すぐ近くの雨がかからないところまで息子が濡れないよう送ってくださいました。
本当にありがとうございました。



残念だったなと思う所…

エアコンの効きがよくない？のか、24℃25℃設定にして効いてる?という感じ。到着時に24℃設定になっていたので驚いたのですが、5日間滞在して理由が分かりました。
冷房だと湿気がすごく、5日間置いておいた未使用の娘のオムツのおしっこサイン(濡れると色が変わる)の色が変わる程の湿気でした。
除湿モードだとかなり冷えました。



シャワー室の下の方の見えないカビ
大人の目線だと見えないのですが、子ども目線でシャワールームの下を見るとカビで真っ黒でした。
部屋の湿度もすごいし、シャワールームの換気扇はオンかオフか分からないくらい弱いので、カビが生えやすいのかもしれません。
部屋全体も湿気た臭いがします。



コインランドリー
コインランドリー、乾燥機の中も毎日清掃が必要だと思いました。

中長期の滞在には最高の宿！！

いわゆるリゾートホテルのような華やかさはありませんが、冷蔵庫やキッチンなどの設備も充実しており、良く見ると四つ星、五つ星ホテルにも勝るとも劣らないインテリアが、これ以上無いほど最適に配置されていて、上質な感じを保ちつつ、暮らし安さや効率性も両立していて、感動しました。レンタル用品も充実していて、立地も最高なので、全く不便はありませんでした。

すごくいいけどネット環境だけが、、、

スタッフの方は親切で優秀で言うことなし、キッチンもあるし長期滞在には最適だと思う。ほぼパーフェクトだけど、とにかくWiFi環境が悪すぎる。時々不定期に切れてしまい、復旧に5分はかかり、これがストレスだった。その他はとても良かった。

部屋には、キチネットが備わっているので、近傍のスーパーマーケットで食材を調達して炊事する事が可能
シャワーのみで浴槽がないので、日本人には厳しいかもしれない。
地下鉄 水天宮前、人形町が直ぐ近くにあり、東京観光の拠点に最適
東京エアシティターミナルまでは横断歩道一つでたどり着けるし、
スタッフには、コケージアンもいるので海外からのグループ旅行の友人にお勧めできる。

見ればアパートを改造して、家族が一部屋に宿泊が可能にしたホテルでした。ベッドは3日に1回、タオル交換や簡単な清掃は毎日してくれた。施設は悪くない位置は慣れてくると、地下鉄に乗って通い合った街です。

Excellent Hotel

立地、部屋の広さ、清潔感、スタッフの対応全て良かったです。
あえて言うなら歯ブラシとかのアメニティの質でしょうか。
キッチン用品も充実しており食材以外に困ることはありませんでした。

一緒に滞在そた友人達も非常に満足しておりました。
ちょっとしたホームパーティーもできる広さなのでまた家族や友人たちと利用したいです。

成田からバスで来る場合のアクセスが良し。周辺にもなんでもあり、すごく便利な立地でした。部屋も、十分に大きく幼児2人との宿泊も問題なし。機会があれば、確実にまた利用します。アパートメントホテルとしてはほぼ完璧です。

アパートメントタイプのホテル

全体的には良かったです^ ^ お部屋がアパートメントタイプだから、とても素敵でした。けど、湿気が多くて。ちょっとマイナスでしたね。

キッチンも付いてましたが、ペーパータオルもあったら良かったな。
１階にコインランドリーがあるから、便利なんだけど。部屋にランドリーバスケット・洗濯物干しが欲しい。確かに乾燥機はあるけど。乾燥機にかけたくない洗濯物もあるから。

お風呂は、シャワーブースだけだったが、シャワーの湯量は充分過ぎる位で快適に疲れが取れました。ただ着替えを置けるスペースが無いのは残念。

ベッドの方は、エアコンの風の向きが変え難く。ベッドに寝てるとダイレクトに風が顔に来るから、寝難い。

最後に、最初の日位はミネラルウオーターを１人１本。サービスで置いて欲しかったです(>_<)

キッチンのついてる広い部屋

チェックイン時に気さくに話しかけてくださりました。こちらの要望を伝えたらとても親切に対応してくださり、とても有意義に過ごすことができました。
お部屋もかなり広く、キッチンも充実していたので楽しみながらゆったりと滞在することができました。

2家族で一緒に

ディズニーランド帰りに泊まりました。ディズニーから20分くらいです。次の日築地に行く予定だったので築地までも10分程度で丁度いい場所でした。友達家族と一緒に同じ部屋に泊まれて子供達は大喜び！近くにコンビニもあります。できたばかりのホテルなのでとても綺麗でした。受付の方々も子供な優しく親切に色々説明してくれました！ただ、駐車場がないので1番近くの大きい駐車場に停めましたが高かったです。また利用したいです。

Estuvimos en otro Mimaru antes en este mismo viaje que nos gustó más. No está mal pero las habitaciones en esta propiedad son más pequeñas y el metro no esta tan cercano, lo que si está a 3 minutos es el autobus limusina que va a los aeropuertos, por eso hicimos esta reserva y nos resultó bien. El personal siempre amable.

Location next to TCAT with a 7 min walk was the best - easy even with luggage.
The hotel has all amenities needed for a family including washer and dryer at a fee. There was a rooftop which was lovely. There was also a 24hr noodle shop one could visit if you are ever hungry, plus a Lawson’s just around the corner. The best was the service rendered by their staff, especially Sirhat, he helped us with a beautiful surprise in the room with balloons and banners for my daughter whom we celebrated her 15th birthday with. Great chain, will always stay at Mimaru when we visit Japan.

The hotel was great and very near the TCAT so it was super easy getting a bus to Haneda in 25 minutes. It isn’t that near the main Central Area of Tokyo but it’s not too bad getting there via the subway. The hotel room was clean and very large so super comfortable for a family of 4.

Absolute pleasure staying here😁

MIMARU suitengumae, wow what can we say? You set the standards high when it comes to family friendly, equipped accomodation, had everything we needed and also the option to borrow appliances. Kitchen had everything we needed, microwave and fridge just the right size for our stay. Plenty of bins and towels. Laundry downstairs is good and detergent provided already.
We were close to TCAT so can get to airports easily. Warm and welcoming lobby.
Last but not least, the staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful in spite of our lack of Japanese language.
We would most definitely come back for our future trips😁

Only con I have is the pillows could be better, felt hard after a few nights.

Fantastic property and fantastic chain. This one in particular is well located close to the subways and the City airport terminal. The staff were extremely helpful and I can only say good things about our stay there. The rooms are like small apartments so they are great for multiple travelers.

Service is excellent. Staff could speak English and was super helpful. Greeted us every morning and evening with smile. Also great help with the luggage delivery service.
Location close to TCat, taxi can get us too many places on the east side without costing too much. Walking to the closest train station couldn't get us very far. The other 2 stations (9 mins walk) were much better but they were too much for our little kids who already had lots of walking during the day.
The room like any other miarmu was spacious and clean.

This is a very nice hotel and perfect for families. My two kids loved having their own bunk beds. The location is next to the TCAT bus terminal which is convenient for airport access. However, to get to other parts of the city, it’s not the most central location. That said, the closest subway station is only a 5-min walk away and others are within 10-15 minutes walking. Dining options are a little more limited unless you hop on the subway station. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the staff is super friendly. Above all, it was very clean. We stayed at Mimaru hotels for our whole trip in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. They were all impeccable.

스탭분들 중 외국인분들이 계셔서 영어응대에 전혀 문제가 없고, 주변이 조용하면서 마루노우치나 롯폰기 등 접근성도 좋아서 전반적으로 매우 만족했습니다. 저는 두명이서 4-6인실을 썼는데 방도 정말 넓고 깨끗해서 쾌적하게 여행하고 갑니다.

This property had all the basics for a family on a busy sightseeing trip. It is quiet and clean and the staff was very polite and quite willing to assist. Our room was supposed to accommodate three futons and laying down a third one was only possible by moving all of the furniture and laying on the kitchen floor in front of the fridge and stove.

This was an awesome place to stay in. It was very comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom was seperate from the shower, which we thought was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Our only suggestion is that Mimaru should have more towel rails so we can hang towels to dry and thereby, we wouldn’t have to ask for more towels.

Great place to stay

Excellent wifi in the rooms. Big rooms, plenty of space and all yours. If you don't like the typical small Japanese hotels that are usually old stinky and small, this place is great! It's not a five star hotel with people taking your bags to your room, it's more of an apartment style hotel, but if you don't care for that, this place is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't have early checkin, but they will hold your bags for you so you don't have to walk around with them.

Laundry is on the bottom floor, coin type laundry, but they have a change machine in the laundry room. The Metro is about a couple minutes walking with some small shopping areas and a couple restaurants. 7/11 and Family Mart is nearby as well.

If you have a car, there is a pay parking lot just across the street.

조식은 없지만 주변 편의점에서 얼마든지 가능하고 지하철에서의 위치와 시설 모두 매우 만족함.
프론트 직원들은 매우 친절하고 고객에게 세심한 관리를 해주었음.
도보 5분거리에 TCAT가 있어 리무진을 이용해 공항 이용하기 매우 편리함.
주변이 깨끗하고 조용해서 시내 한복판에 있는 호텔을 원하는게 아니라면 적극 추천.
지하철로 20분내에 도쿄 전 시내 이용 가능함.
