思っていたより広くて3人旅行で十分な広さで良かったです！食器やカラトリーもラップ、タコ足コンセントもあったので良かったです！鏡も多くて3人で身支度するのに助かりました！
ただ、床に敷くタイプのマットがカビ？わきが？臭がきつくこれを使って寝るのは無理だなって思いました！リンスインシャンプーなので、苦手な方は持ってきた方がいいとおもいます！それ以外は満足です！また利用させて頂きたいです！

洗面所付近に髪の毛が複数落ちていたのが気になりましたが それ以外は 気になる点がありませんでした。 スーパーやコンビニは近く お部屋は凄く綺麗で セキュリティも安心でした。快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました

今年用事があり、この周辺の貸しマンションの3ヶ所に滞在しました。
その中で一番ここが良かった。
ワンルームだと思っていたが、1LDK近くあり、ベッドルームも2台のベッドを設置されていても、かなりの余裕でした。そして何よりも安価な点が最高。
昨今のビジネスホテルの料金を考えると、お得感がするし、何よりもくつろげる。その上独立したバスルームにトイレ、洗面台。洗濯機もある。
希望することは、長期滞在者も居るから、電子レンジだけは不十分。やはりコンロで簡単なものかを作れるようにしてほしいことと、宿泊する前の手続きを簡素化するなり、少なくともリピーターにはもっと簡単にしていただきたい。

一見綺麗ですが、寝室には小さいゴキブリが複数匹いるなど清潔さというところでは大幅マイナス評価でした。
また、テレビはコードが断線しているのか点かなかったし、浴室のドアは閉まりにくいしというところで安かろう悪かろう

道頓堀から歩いていける範囲で住宅街で静か、コンビニも近くにあり駐車場もたくさんある便利な立地でした。
施設はマンションの一角で広さは十分でしたが、トイレが公衆トイレのような匂いがし、清潔とは言えなかったです。
備え付けのタオルも清潔か不安だったので使用しませんでした。
安いのでいいですが寝るだけでの利用です。

家族での2連泊でした。出て直ぐの弁当屋さんやスーパー玉出がとても便利でした♪　お風呂に洗面器が有ると便利かな～！　トイレは清潔でしたが少し臭いが、、、

ユニバーサルスタジオで遊びたくて今回宿泊しました。アクセスも車で15分ととても快適に過ごせました。室内に洗濯機と洗剤も用意してあって大変便利に使わせて頂きました。近くにコインランドリーもあるので乾燥も問題なくできましたし、ファミリーマートもすぐそばにあるのでとてもいいところです。

大人数での宿泊には、リーズナブルに宿泊ができます。
ただ、前の宿泊者のゴミがそのまま置いてあり、ゴミ箱を開けた瞬間にものすごい異臭。ありえません。
また、エアコンのリモコンの設置場所がおかしい。全然反応しなくて、動くようになるまで、四苦八苦。
悪いところが目立ちいいところがかき消されてしまいました。

TERRIBLE. Hot water is turned OFF for safety reasons after 10 min. NO BED SHEETS. 3 “tea towels” provided and a cost for any more. Stains on the walls. DO NOT STAY HERE

okay experience

The room setup was convenient, with two beds, one tatami, and two sofa beds, offering great options for larger parties wanting to stay together. However, I noticed that the tatami bed and duvet wasn’t very clean. Since we were a group of three, we only used the two beds and placed the tatami on the sofa bed instead of the floor, as we were concerned about the cleanliness of the floor mat.

Additionally, there were some visible dirty spots on the tatami mattress and the duvet, and unfortunately, no extra bed sheet or duvet cover was provided for it. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable using it directly. I strongly recommend providing proper bedding for the tatami set to cover any stains and ensure a more hygienic experience. location is okay, need a few walk to the subway and food street.

That said, other amenities like the microwave and fridge were great and much appreciated!

There were so many signs about what not to do (don't smoke, don't party, don't dye your hair, don't move the beds, don't cook stinky foods, etc) that it was tacky. Very noisy from night traffic. The bathroom vents were very dusty and the toilet was old and a bit smelly.

Very spacious place! It was just my brother and I at the time but you could easily fit a family of 4 comfortably in the room! Had a weird smell when we checked into our room initially but wore off after opening the window for a couple of hours. I don't know if this is a normal thing but their gas tank would shut off after 10 mins which meant we only had hot water for 10 mins if we were to shower. The area wasnt too bad, 10 min walk to the closest train station, there is a river and bridge behind the building so it could get quite loud at night sometimes. Washing machine made loud noises while it was running but it was still okay to use. Overall, would definitely stay here again just due to the space and privacy (no front desk, no staff, not bothered)! The host was also nice enough to leave us a binder with all the information needed for our stay and also some coupons for some attractions around the area! Not too far from Dotonburi area (easily walkable)

Had three adults and two toddlers stay here for 5 nights. The place was larger than a regular hotel room but there is absolutely no storage space so it actually made it more difficult because we would have to keep opening our luggage. Also its right next to a highway and it was extremely loud for us. They provided ear plugs but toddlers cant wear ear plugs. It was walkable distance to the main dotonburi neighborhood. About 15 min walk so that was nice. Family mart right across the street for easy snacks. They say they only provide bedding for the adults which was fine but i thoight they would at least give us pillows for the kids, but they only provided 3 pillows so two adults ended up using jackets as pillows. Also the beds were super uncomfortanle.

It was great! A perfect spot to rest after our long days out and about. A short 15-20 minute walk to the JR loop line, or much shorter if you opt for the metro.

Super close to Dontonbori if you are walking! AC worked well and the room was nice. Exactly what you expect when booking it, it is an apartment style place. It can get pretty noisy but earplugs are provided to sleep!

El departamento esta muy pequeño. Las cosas se veian viejas y el dueño tiene demasiadas reglas. No me senti agusto y ademas muy lejos de estaciones de tren lo cual hace dificil el transporte.

Buena relacion precio - calidad.

Buena ubicacion, amplio departamento. Nos hemos quedado 2 veces en 2 departamentos distintos del mismo condominio. La segunda vez la alfombra del piso no estaba limpia como en el primer departamento. Tenia muchos pelos de cabello negro.

Amplio y comodo departamento.

Comodo departamento con lavadora y cocina completa. Bien ubicado a 20 minutos caminando del Dontobori. Solo le faltaria una mesa y sillas para poder cenar comodo, pero creo que es algo que no se acostumbra en la cultura del pais.

Location is good, close to busy areas and city center, also to metro stations and grocery stores.
Communication with the team online was good. Instructions were clear since day 1 via email as well in the apartment. Apartment was big and spacious, has kitchen utensils, good shower. However my friend and I were a bit disappointed as our apartment was a bit smelly during all stay and cleaning could have been a bit more before our arrival. We have observed similar reviews pointing out the same, I guess it might be the same room or apartment for all, there might be more premium ones.

在大阪的几天，走过很多路，这是所有见到的宾馆里面最差的，最老旧的，离吃饭，地铁最远的，不要被它的名字所骗，房间设施齐全，但是都很破旧，因此我提早结束这里的住宿。换间酒店，换个好心情

The building itself is nice and safe and the unit was spacious and accommodating. The area around is convenient but can get noisy which is stated already. Overall it was a great stay and if ever back in the area would stay again !

Super convenient to Dontonburi and Kuromon! Close to Metro. Property a little dirty. Bathroom super small. Has a washer not a dryer so we had to hang the clothes outside. It’s not hardwood or tile floors it was carpet… was a little gross.

10-15 mins. walk to shopping streets is ok. Overall average clean but first got into the toilet has smoking smell. Use air freshener a few times to get rid of the odor. Location is noisy (just next to highway) but good that they use extra sliding door (between the entrance & kitchen) to minimize the noise. Cleanliness is only average (not super clean & exact same as the photos it shown & facilities are not update. Website said it provides free water bottle but there's none in the fridge. We've 4 adults & they only provide 2 towels which we used 1 of them as hand towel in the kitchen. Adding 1 extra person costs additional $50/ppl. which is overpriced. Communication is good though as owner respond quickly. Would choose other accomodations if come to Osaka again.

도톰보리~난바 걸어서 충분히 다닐 수 있는 위치입니다

일본에 일찍 도착해 1시간 먼저 입실도 가능하게 해 주었구요
지내는데 충분히 깨끗하고 독채를 쓰기때문에 별다른 훼방없이 잘 쉴 수 있습니다

근처에 편의점과 동네 마트가 있습니다.
편의점보다 동네 마트가 싸고 일본 사람과 섞여서 사는 느낌이 듭니다.

다만, 뒤쪽에 고속도로가 있어서 사이렌 소리가 들립니다.(근데 이건 어딜가든 들림)
방마다 이어플러그를 하나씩 주는데 자는데 먼지 소리에도 민감한 사람이 아니라면 그냥 잘 수 있을 정도입니다.

숙소에 빗이 없으니 예약하시거든 빗이 필요하면 가져가세요.
다른 젓가락 숟가락 심지어 돈가스 자르는 칼, 포크 기타 등등 없는 건 없습니다.

그냥 다 있어요.

세탁기도 있습니다. 7층 옥탑방에서 묵었는데 발코니도 있어서 아침에 도시 풍경을 보면서 일어날 수 있었습니다.
그리고 주인분이 라인으로 대화 거시면 5분 안에 대답이랑 답 다 해주세요

For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get.

지난 3월에 이어 2번째 입니다..도톤보리에서 10분이내거리에 있으면서도 유흥가가 아닌 실거주지에 위치해서 조용하고 숙소 바로 앞에 훼미리마트가 있어서 암때나 나와서 물건을 구매할수 있어서 편리합니다.콘도형이라서 수건을 첫날이외에 주지 않지만 세탁기가 있어서 빨아쓰면 되니까 오히려 좋은점이 있었습니다..보조침대까지 포함하면 4개의 침대와 침구도 더 있어서 가족여행에 적합합니다.세면대 화장실 욕조가 분리되어 있어서 효율적이고요..냉장고도 깔끔합니다.다음에 또 오사카여행을 하게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶네요
