二人には全てが丁度良いコンパクトさと備品十分さ加減

価格は少々張るようにも思えるが、コンパクトに暮らせるいいお宿。ここならせめて一週間は居続けたいと思える快適加減がある。
吉池が徒歩数分、足りなければマルエツが支えてくれる。
ここら辺りは赤坂の外れながら、掘り出し物の店が多いところ、ミッドタウンは直ぐ其処で、六本木ヒルズも徒歩圏内、その気になれば麻布十番迄お腹空かしのテクテクにも最適。

駐車場はないので近くのパーキングを利用するしかないです。
広くて綺麗でした。
歯ブラシやお茶などの小物はフロント横にあって、口コミを書かないと1000円掛かるとのことでした。
書いたら無料の扱いなので、このように口コミ数を増やしているのは戦略的には面白いと思いました。笑

非常に良かったと思う。
少し細かい点でいうと、
・ピーラーの切れ味が悪く使えなかった。
・計量カップがほしい。
・電話が設備されているが、電波が悪くフロントの方がなんと言っているか分からないときが多々あった。
が少し気になった。

良かった点は、フロントの方が非常に丁寧で好感を持てた。
設備が綺麗だったので過ごしやすいと思う。
また、機会があれば使用したい！！

設備は問題ありませんが、ガッカリ。

立地も良く、部屋の広さは家族連れには有難いです。
フロントの方々も、大変フレンドリーで安心できます。
細部まで、日本のサービスらしさが行き届いていて、海外のお客様にも受けが良さそうです。
ただ、個人的には部屋の湿度が高いのがマイナスポイントで、湿気が布団に移って寝苦しかったのが残念です。
あと、チェックアウト時にフロントで呼んでもらったタクシーが、どこまで行っても同一料金というシステムらしく、たまたま近場で降りた私たちには高すぎました。
念のためにタクシーを呼ぶ前にチェックした、ウーバーの見積もり金額より、倍以上の金額を払わされました。一応、その金額はおかしいと運転手に言いましたが、ホテル側との契約だからの一点張り。
フロントの人、ちゃんとタクシー呼ぶ前に、こちらに言ってくれないと困ります。

赤ちゃん含め三人の子連れで宿泊しました。
清潔で、ミニキッチンもあり、バスルームも十分な広さがあり、畳で子供達を寝かせることが出来たりと子連れには大変快適でした。
またスタッフの方の対応も大変親切で良い印象でした。次回も是非利用させていただきたいです。

家族旅行だったら次も利用したい。

妻と娘二人の4人で2泊。普段バラバラに生活しているので、1部屋に4人で泊まれ楽しい旅行になりました。家にいるより家族の会話も出来たと思います。キッチンもあり食器類も揃っているので普通のホテルより使えます。風呂も日本風なのでゆっくり浸かれて良かったです。
フロントスタッフも気さくで明るく感じ良かったです。

過剰なサービスをしない代わりに低価格で宿泊できるので理想的でした。
立地も分かりやすく、駅からのアクセスもいいです。

便利で快適

赤坂駅から乃木坂方面に少し歩いたところです。
スタッフは基本的に最初の声掛けは英語ですが、日本語でも大丈夫でした。皆さん接客がフレンドリーで気を遣いません。お掃除やタオル交換はフロントでお願いしないと来ません。お掃除に来られる方は、いくつかの言語で書かれた意思疎通用のカードもお持ちでした。ただ、一回お願いすると毎日ピンポーンと来ますｗ
お部屋は広くて快適。ちゃぶ台のある畳の間とベッド、キッチンにバスルームとすべて広くてきれいで快適でした。窓には障子があるので昼間の採光もよかったです。
敢えて難点をあげるとすればクローゼットがとても高い位置にあるので、背の低いわたしと娘はハンガーに服をかけるのが大変でした。あと、ロングコートは裾が折れてしまいます。
ホテルの目の前にセブンイレブン、横断歩道側にはローソン、ちょっと歩けばファミマとコンビニもすぐ近くで便利。
家族で長期滞在の時は、また利用したいですね。

海外の方が多いです。清掃は４日に一度ですが、慣れればそのくらいの方が気楽でバタバタする事がないので、非常に快適で良い滞在となりました。ありがとうございました。

泊まる事が目的。

皆でワイワイ出来る素晴らしい環境でした。近所にスーパーもありますので滞在に困る事はないと思います。

赤坂で広々寛ぎ

赤坂でユニットバスを避けて、トイレとバスが独立型になっているホテルを何軒か泊まり歩いてましたが、今回は3泊と有って、なるべく広いお部屋を探してたどり着いたホテルでした。
2人での宿泊でしたからちょっと割高かなと思いながら、お写真を参考に予約して見ました。
結果、これからはここ以外には泊まれないなと思うほど広くて綺麗で欠点は見つからないアパートメント型ホテルでした。
食器や調理器具、冷蔵庫の大きさ等私にとったら有難いことだらけ。
勿論ランドリーコーナーも有り、コーナーには両替機まで備わっていて正に痒いところに手が届く的な気の配り方です。
フロントの方もとても親切丁寧で居てフレンドリーです。
赤坂には月に2度夫婦で出張へいくので、これからはここがマストとなりそうです。

長期滞在の家族用として、とてもよかったです。部屋にキッチンが付いているので、外食したくないときには部屋でゆっくり食事をすることもできました。1階のコインランドリーも便利です。千代田線の赤坂駅から歩いて5分ぐらいで、ホテルの真向かいにはコンビニ、駅の近くにはスーパーやレストランも多くとても便利です。スタッフの方々も皆さん感じがよくて、気持ちよく滞在することができました。

新しく、清潔で快適です。スペース的にも不足はありませんが、「広い」というわけでもありません。フロントのサービスも十分です。コンビニも真向かい。流しのタクシーも多いし、東京ミッドタウンもすぐそば。難を言えば、最寄り駅が「千代田線　赤坂駅」のみ、ということでしょうか。

忘れ物を元払いにて送って頂いた。

先日は宿泊させて頂いてありがとうございました。その際捨てて下さいと伝えた袋の中に買ったばかりの新品のTシャツが入っていたのを家に帰ってから気づき、次の日急いで連絡したらTシャツを探してくれて、それを郵送ですぐに送って頂きました。従業員の方の対応も気持ちがよく、お部屋も清潔があり赤坂に行くときは必ずここに泊まりたいと思います。

Just finished a four day stay at the hotel and it was a great stay. We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. The staff was so attentive and professional. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Great place for families to stay.

Starting from check in, everyone was so professional, respectable, and nice.
Very helpful on any questions we had, including helping my 7yr old daughter try a traditional Japenese kids game where they catch a ball on stick thing.
Room was comfortable, and was so easy to navigate to get around there.

We were very happy with the friendly and helpful staff. The location was central for all of our activities and excursions in Tokyo.

The traditional apartment rooms were very comfortable for 4 of us, including our two teenagers. We loved the tatami mat room with the low table for eating and games. We needed to move it to a convenient place to pull out the futons for our boys, which wasn’t difficult. The traditional bathroom was great and we loved the shower, which was roomy with great water pressure. We were up on the roof deck multiple times and enjoyed the views of Tokyo.

Th weather was hot and humid during our visit but the air conditioning kept us comfortable.

We will definitely be back the next time we are in Tokyo.

Great hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Quick to assist with any questions. Location is great, with easy access to transit and walking to nearby neighbourhoods (Shibuya, Roppongi, etc). Lots of great nearby eateries and convenience stores on every other block. Was great with kids, the sofas easily are turned into quite comfortable beds. Our tall for their age 7 and 10 year olds fit very comfortably. The room is a good size, especially by Japanese standards, and the bathroom was comfortable as well. Very efficient use of the space. Will definitely stay here again and other Mimaru hotels throughout Japan.

The BEST place to stay in Akasaka if you want to feel like you’re living there and immersed. Can’t say enough about the Staff! They take care of you above and beyond for all your needs. They are super friendly, super helpful, and so sincere in everything they do for you. Really convenient locations convenience, stores and drug stores are right across the street. Terrific breakfast places, coffee, shops, local eateries all within walking distance. The Mall and Gym are down the street as well. Train station is a five minute walk. This location is so convenient. We will definitely be back!

The staff were amazing but property entry and front reception is small, one elevator for entire hotel. Rooms are spacious with nice layout have windows but these are sealed shut. Outside of the room, not esthetic view; adjacent commercial building roof/electrical visible.

Had a fantastic stay here with the family.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy!

Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute.

Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace.

Highly recommend staying here.

What a fantastic stay! Very comfortably fit the four of us- two adults and two kids. The lobby staff were a very international group and so very helpful and warm. The area is perfect- a very short walk to the subway where you can get to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku etc with ease (there’s a loft for strollers around the corner too!). 7-11 across the street was perfect for breakfast every day- smoothies, coffees, pastries and more. The Hei shrine around the corner makes for a lovely stroll and photo opp. We used the laundry facilities twice (detergent is automatically dispensed). It’s just all these small details that makes travel with kids so much easier. We
stayed 6 nights and highly recommend for families but honestly even for couples- hotels in Tokyo are typically so tiny and having a spacious dining room area is fab for breakfast everyday (virtually nothing is open before 11am).

Family stay with a toddler and baby, room was perfect for our needs, I probably wouldn’t recommend it with older kids though, storage would be a bit tight as would the facilities.

We stayed in an apartment style room with two twin beds and two sofa beds that converted. The note is somewhat centrally located, near the Akasaka subway stop on the Chiyoda line. It’s in a nice quiet area away from the masses of people but close enough to the city center and hubs like Shibuya and Shinjuku that you’ll like be visiting.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.

It was nice to have a coin operated laundry by the front desk so we didn’t have to pack too heavy.

The property is good for families. Limited TV channels. Probably can enable to connect to Netflix or other 3rd parties streaming app. The apartment condition is good and clean. Not noisy at all. It is surrounded by few convenience stores and about 8 mins walk to the underground train station.

Not exactly like the pictures...

-I would not recommend this hotel at all…. Rooms are very strangely designed – no cabinet space and tiny closet but table which could seat 8 people. Weird smells throughout visit and windows which were frosted over with metal mesh and locked which made the room feel a bit like a prison cell. No natural light in the room at all…..laundry costs quite a lot as well ….. Very expensive for what it is when compared to other options in the city….Location is fine but not as close to train as they say

Awesome experience. The room we had was very spacious for a family of 4. In addition, havjng laundry and a small kitchen with a fridge available makes it perfect for extended stays. The front desk was very helpful and they also have English speaking staff. Akasaka station is within walking distance (6 min) and there is a 7-11 right across the street. We definitely would stay here again.

Great place for my family of four. Kitchen and laundry facilities help to minimise our packing and food costs. 7-11 across the road was a lifesaver. Wanted to stay at a place away from the heart of the tourist districts but close enough to get to by public transportation. Food selection among restaurants in the area is fantastic. The staff is extremely responsive to needs. Daily cleanings and replenishing of amenities is great also. Would stay again the next time visiting Tokyo.

Our room was spacious, very handy having a kitchen and dining table with separate living areas. It was also an easy walk to shops and sites nearby as well as a station with regular trains to get everywhere we wanted to go quite quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Maybe we were spoilt with the other options we chose in Japan - but when I consider the cost vs the actual properly, this place is in a great location and the staff were lovely - friendly and helpful - but I found the room could have been cleaner and better appointed.
It was nice but just maybe could have gotten some something more grand for the overall cost.

This would be a good place to stay if you have little kids and need some extra space with a kitchen, and want to be in Akasaka. As it was, my teenagers and I appreciated the extra space and ability to have breakfast at a table, but the room was worn, the opaque windows opened only about two inches (I guess I have become used to having a window that I can see out of), and the location was really inconvenient for a vacation in Tokyo. It would have been better for us to choose either the Ueno or Shibuya side of the city - the trek would have been fine if it had been a nicer room. The hotel wouldn’t let us change rooms with “an Expedia rate.”

Great little Tokyo hotel

Small but very nice and comfortable hotel. The room was huge by Japan standards. Well equipped- kitchen etc. Only minor complaint is no chest/ drawers to unpack. Convenient location- nearby subway and lots of restaurants/ convenience stores- though I think this is true everywhere in Tokyo.

Inconsistency

Was staying in another hotel of Mimaru in central Tokyo in our early trip. Service and amenities there were better than Mimaru Tokyo Akasaka. They provided complimentary laundry service, kitchen towel etc. I requested 3 key cards got rejected by Mimaru Tokyo Akasaka but found no problem from other branch. The inconsistency in service makes me puzzle but it’s still a pretty good hotel especially for group travelling. Room is spacious and location is great.

Housekeeping was over the top, especially for a long-term stay like mine. Clean sheets every three days, vacuuming every six days, and everything else every day. The staff at the front desk was also ver the top, always friendly and ready to help with what question I had. The neighborhood was super for my purposes. Lots of restaurants and a subway stop nearby, but still very quiet and peaceful. I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again some day.

Very good condition and extra plus for the pentry.

Almost new hotel with a very good location, close to everything we wanted to do and visit. The room was clean and in very good condition. An extra plus for the pentry that we used for breakfast and afternoon snack etc.The staff was very helpful and friendly.
