コンパクトで清潔

スタッフの対応はとても良かった。
部屋の全てに無駄が無く、簡素化されているが足りない物は無く、使い勝手を考えて上手くできていると思いました。
移動出来る折りたたみテーブルや予備の毛布があるともっと良かった。
新しく清潔で快適に過ごせました。

エアコンが効いていなく風邪でもひかないかと心配した。チェックインの時は今日はさむいので毛布を一枚ずつ渡されたがそれよりも部屋全体が冷たく、エアコンを入れても全く効かない。当日が寒いのではなくエアコンの故障が有る事を何も説明されなく不愉快でした。設備不良で有れば値引きをして当然（過去の他のホテルでも同様なケースが有ったがその時は最終的に値引きをしてくれた）

基本的に設備が新しくきれい・スタッフの方の対応も良好だったので満足でしたが，浴槽の排水溝が詰まってしまっていて髪の毛が逆流したりしていたのでそのあたりが改善されれば全く問題ないかと思います。

新しく出来たばかりなのでホテル全体は綺麗でした。ただ今年の猛暑で、ホテルのデザインが黒で統一されているせいか館内が暑かったです。浴衣等あれば良かったです。

良心的であろうか？

とても狭い部屋。5割引ぐらいになっているが、そもそもこんなに定価が高いホテルとは思えない。このようなビジネス上の戦略を取るということは、良心的なホテルではないことを証明しているのではないかと考える。ちなみにホテル外にある看板には八千円程度の値段を提示していた(部屋のタイプまでは確認していない)。

綺麗なホテル

四条通りから近く、好立地。
従業員さんがみなフレンドリー。
最近出来たらしく、施設が綺麗。
アメニティの質が良く、充実している。フェィスウォッシュ、シャンプーなど、良くある安っぽいものではなく、高級感がある。パジャマも頼めば質の良いものを貸してくれました。
クリスタルガイザーが人数分冷蔵庫に入ってる。
カードキーが本当にカルタっぽくてオシャレ。

Relaxed Atmosphere

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel with my wife, even with the noise on the street infront during the night.
Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were sophisticated and helpful.
Very well located for anything you want to do specially if you go out for eating.

Hotel carino. Il prezzo è dovuto al fatto che le camere non vengono sistemate quotidianamente; gli asciugamani devi metterli tu fuori in un cesto se vuoi che ti vengano cambiati. Comunque soddisfatta. Nelle vicinanze c’è un 7eleven e altri market per cui si può facilmente prendere qualcosa da mangiare nei pressi dell’hotel e mangiarlo nella zona comune, provvista di tavolo, forno a microonde, acqua fresca e macchina per il tè. 20 minuti a piedi dalla Kyoto station e con tante linee di bus che passano proprio accanto all’uscita. Near river and can easily cross over to Gion. Bus stop just outside hotel which one can take a bus to the main shopping area and other places of interest. Lots of food choices along the river Kamo.
Property is clean, and staff accommodating.

We only stayed for one night but definitely recommend it and would stay here again. Great location and staff. Room was small but convenient and comfortable. We had a great goodnight sleep. Bathroom is super small but again, very convenient. Super clean

Simple, straightforward accommodations in a perfect location for exploring Kyoto Gion area. Our family of four used two rooms and were very comfortable for our 2-night stay. I wish we had booked longer.

Was in a good area. Laundromat and 711 across the road. Walking distance from lots of restaurants and nishiki markets.

No luggage hotel transfer which made it dofficult for us.
Room needs some colour. So white.
Cheap stay and good enough for a few nights.

Great Location/Excellent Hotel

Spotless facility in a perfect location. Next to a bus stop and the subway entrance is very close. The front desk staff are very helpful. Great places to eat all around. Very easy to walk to some of the major sites. Highly recommend.

Great area

We had a few nights here. Location was excellent right near the bus stop and a short walk into the Gion shopping area. Lots of choices for eating nearby and great French cafe 2 mins away that was open early for really good coffees. The room itself was fine….small but clean as was the bathroom. The only negative were the hard pillows. They made sleeping difficult. The hotel should invest in soft comfortable pillows. Also the blinds in our room needed some attention as they were damaged. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. overall good value for money.

Great room and location, had everything we needed.

We stayed 8 nights in the room with the queen bed. It was exactly as described, spacious and with a great view of the city. There is free coffee and a table at the reception. The bus stop is close by and it is a great location overall. Checking in and out was easy, the staff is nice and helpful. There are black-out shades in the bedroom windows, but it doesn't get very dark, so I would recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep better.

Fint hotell

Det var lagom bit från stationen att gå, nära till att hyra cykel. Nära till fina matställen. De städades inte under vår vistelse på tre dagar vilket är det enda vi är missnöjda med.

舒適,親切!

櫃檯人員很親切,是很精緻小而美的旅館,訂豪華客房,房間能走動的空間真的挺大的,唯一值得注意的是,早晨的時後因為太陽照射的關係,比較熱~~,不過樓下櫃檯旁有提供咖啡,茶包,還有微波爐喔!!!!!

New modern hotel

One year old hotel. Our room had four windows in three directions. Loved it. Super friendly staff at check-in. We extended the stay by another night.

Incredible value!

Absolutely amazing service - staff are so lovely, really helpful and great English. The hotel is in a great location and the room was honestly nicer than other hotels we’ve stayed in on our trip to Japan for almost 10 times the price!! Such good value. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto.

교토역에서 택시타면 1000엔정도 나옴
조용하고 기온쪽 맛집이랑 거리 가깝고 편의점도 근처에 있어서
편했음..오래되지 않아 시설도 괜찮았음~

For a budget hotel, they have everything you would need. It's simple and clean. The location is great. It is located at a slightly quiet area but only 5 mins walk to the main Street. Where all the restaurants and department stores located. 10 mins walk to Gion area and subway stations.

Excellent stay in Kyoto.

Great boutique hotel next to all tourist areas of Gion. Excellent friendly staff and very reasonable price for the stay. Building is new and in excellent condition. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room and bath. Great for tourists.
