良くも悪くも無い

部屋は広めだがパソコン作業をするにもカウンターテーブルがなく丸いテーブルのみ。朝食は無し。トイレと浴室が別なのは良かった。接客サービスはほぼ無し。立地状況はかなり便利な位置。

ロケーションを考えると価格相応だが、清掃に難あり

四条大橋からすぐで、ロケーションは良い。
価格設定もまずまず。

ユニットバスの天井に髪の毛がへばり付いていた。
これはかなり不快。
また、バスタブが小さいのは価格相応でやむを得ないが、中に身を沈めると目の前に洗面器の下側のカビが目につく。
清掃業者の選定に難ありと思われる。

ナイティ（ねまき）はセッティングされていました。

立地的に、自分の行動のしやすい位置範囲で、気軽に宿泊ができたので、良かったです。
室内は衛生的です。
ナイティの用意が無いと記載されていたので、準備をして行ったところ、部屋にはしっかり用意がされていたので、それは訂正されると良いと思いました。なるべく荷物は少なくしたいので、用意があるなら持っていかなくて良かったのに・・と。

今までは烏丸ら辺にしか泊まったことがなくて、今回は回りたい神社から近い祇園を拠点にして動きたいのでこのホテルにしました。部屋は普通ですが悪い点もなく、快適でした。値段や交通の面で考えるとまた泊まりたいホテルです。

ダブルのお部屋を予約していましたが、一つ広いお部屋が空いているということでそちらをご準備していただいていました。
心遣いが嬉しかったです。
お部屋も綺麗でフロントの方の対応も良く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
また利用したいと思います。

ローケーションもサービスもお部屋も大満足でした。ただ、バスルームの洗面台がつまっていて、流れが非常に悪かったのが難でした。洗面台の排水のチェックをしたほうがいいと思います。チェックアウトの時にお伝えしようと思いましたが、言い忘れてしまいました。他のお客様のためにも洗面台の排水を改善されてください。
あと、Wifiを利用しましたが、遅くて使用しにくかったです。これ以外は本当に快適に過ごせました。また、京都に滞在するときにはぜひ利用したいと思います。その時は変わらず最高のおもてなしをお願いいたします。ありがとうございました。

Piccolo Hotel molto carino in una traversa del Corso principale di Kyoto. In posizione tranquilla giri l’angolo e ti trovi tutto il centro di kyoto a piedi. Utile la possibilità di utilizzare lavatrice asciugatrice con pochi yen. Vicino alla fermata del bus, fondamentale per girare Kyoto. Consigliatissimo.

My experience here was alright. The room wasn’t the most spacious — I could open my two suitcases, but it was a little annoying having to walk over them and maneuver around. The hotel does have a laundry room, which I appreciated. However, just a heads up: the dryers don’t really dry. I was surprised to find my clothes still quite wet even after hours in the dryer. I wish the staff had mentioned this beforehand when I asked them about the laundry room. I later realized this might be common in Japan, where people often air-dry their clothes instead. Just something to keep in mind!

This hotel is situated at the prime area of Gion. Subway is just a few minutes walk away. Most of the attractions are nearby. The staffs can speak English very well and very helpful. Room is adequate for 3 persons. I will definitely booked this hotel the time I visit Kyoto.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. No street sounds at all. Room was clean and beds were firm comfy. Walking distance from many temples and shrines as well as the central. Many bus lines and train near by. Beatiful area.

위치가 너무 좋아서 두번째 방문입니다.
교토 최고의 번화가인 가와라마치라서 데라마치, 기온, 산조까지 도보로 이동가능합니다. 버스노선도 많아 교토지역 어디든 접근이 편리합니다.
교토에서 제일 인기있는 관광지인 기요미즈데라는 걸어갈 수 있고, 아라시야마는 한큐 열차를 이용하면 빠르게 갈 수 있습니다.

호텔로 올 때 오사카쪽이라면 게이한 기온시조역이나 한큐 교토가와라마치역에서 내려서 걸어오면 됩니다. 간사이공항에서 온다면 보통 교토역에서 내릴텐데 짐들고 버스타는것보다 택시로 오는걸 추천합니다(교토역에서 택시요금은 2000엔 안쪽)

이번엔 방이 1층이라 로비에서 바로 들어갈 수 있는건 장점이었지만 창문앞이 막혀있던건 단점이였네요.

이외에 사용한 수건을 복도에 내놓으면 수건은 매번 요청하지 않아도 채워주셔서 편리했습니다.

1층에 세탁기와 건조기가 있고, 대기할 수 있는 공간도 있어서 편리하게 사용할 수 있었습니다.

Tres bien ! Je recommande.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé dans Gion.
Propreté, chambres qui ne donnent pas l’impression d’être à l’étroit, toilette séparé de la salle de bain, climatisation, équipements à disposition et rangements.
Machines à laver dispo en libre service pour 200Y (+100Y pour dose de lessive) et 100Y pour 30 min de sèche linge.
Point négatif : la clim n’a que des boutons écrits en japonais…

The hotel is located in Gion area and it was amazing. The staff speak English and the check-in/check-out process was quick and smooth. The rooms are spacious and clean. Few steps away is the Hard Rock Cafe and the main shopping street is across the hotel from the main road. Gion is packed with sightseeing shrines and temples. Some of them have a light show at night. This hotel is awesome. I’m definitely coming back again

Great location between the busier shops and the more traditional areas of Gion. This hotel room was huge compared to some of its counterparts in Tokyo. Comfy bed, great bathroom and shower. Walking distance to trains and buses. Loved it.

Loved our stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely PERFECT. Very central to explore Kyoto from - especially the historical districts. In close proximity to tons of dining spots. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed (laundry room was such a saver).

The hotel lobby was very basic and very small, but the room we stayed at was surprisingly big (compared to the other hotels we stayed at). The area was overall safe to walk even late at night. The man who checked us in and out, Mr. Niimi was pleasant, polite and helpful. He was very helpful in getting us a taxi to take us to the train station. On the day of our departure, we asked to store our luggage and the woman at the front desk (she was very petite, had a short “bob” hairstyle and wearing a mask) was rude and she was rather short/terse with us. She wasn’t friendly and it was difficult to talk to her. That’s why I only gave 4 stars for staff and service.

Great area, close to the train station, 20minute walk to Nishiki market.
Room is ok-sized. There is Japanese style bath, but no seat/chair for the shower. Heater does not work

A great little place to stay in Gion, staff were very attentive and approachable and spoke English which helped me as my Japanese was very limited. Great area, we could get buses to Kyoto station frequently and then go out from there to all the sites. Family mart close by for lunch and dinners if you did not wish to dine out. Loved our stay.

We arrived at the property after 2 days of flying and we couldn’t stop raving about the service, the rooms and the bedding. We thought we were sleeping on a cloud! Great location! Amazing restaurants next door! Domo Arigato Gozaimasu!

Great location, very accessible to different transportation options. It's also within walkable distance to a key areas. The room itself is pretty straightforward with refillable basic amenities. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is excellent.

Отличный отель, комнаты небольшие по европейским меркам, но для Японии номера достаточно просторные. Очень удобное расположение, рядом находится большое количество магазинов и кафе (правда их ещё придется найти, т.к. очень много кафе вообще без вывесок, но это так в целом по Киото), а также ЖД станция, от которой по прямой можно доехать до храма Фусими Инари - одной из ключевых достопримечательностей Киото.

京阪四条駅近くの和風ホテル

数回目の滞在で、京阪四条駅から近くて便利なので使用しています。和風のホテルで、コーヒーと緑茶のサービスが室内にあって助かります。ただ、チェックアウト時間が10時と早目なので、もう1時間遅いと嬉しいです。

A real hidden Gem

An economy hotel but excellent location (Gion), friendly staff and comfortable bed! Laundry room is available (coin operated) -very easy to use. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the train station and food area over the bridge. The room is small and cleaning is per request and the beds are very comfortable. Its clean and very practical. There are many places to eat and shop in the Gion area including all the tourist sites. Great hotel and a real hidden gem !

房間不算大，但很舒適，員工也很友善。

Like every Japan hotel, the rooms are small so we expected that. It is extremely hot outside so it does not help that there is no air conditioning in the hallways or elevator. The air conditioning in the room is not the greatest either. It is right above the bed and changes constantly making it either too cold or hot. The hotel room however is clean and staff are helpful
