スタッフの方々もとても親切で、部屋も広くて清潔感がありました。洗濯機と洗剤が付いているので、夜洗濯しても浴室乾燥のおかげで翌朝にはしっかり乾いていて助かりました。
事前のこちらの要望も聞いていただき、色々と準備してくださってありがとうございました。

バス地下鉄の便が良く、どこに出るのも楽でした。周辺は美味しいパン屋さんやお店がが沢山あって、トップシーズンで混んだ繁華街に出なくても毎日充実していました。スタッフも親切で、チェックアウトも気が利いていて良かったです。部屋も綺麗でコンロも使えるキッチンと洗濯機、浴室乾燥機もついていたので快適に過ごせました。
欲を言えば、キッチンペーパーの標準装備、バスルームにタオル掛け、体重計があるといいかなと思いましたが、大したことではないですｗ
次の京都旅行にもこちらを利用させて頂きます。

全体的に快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

次男に会いに横浜より車で3泊滞在しました。
早めに着いたところ、対応良くアーリーチェックイン、駐車場をしてもらい、全体的に快適に過ごすことが出来ました。部屋は清潔で浴室乾燥機の威力がすごく、滞在中の洗濯物もすぐに乾き大変便利でした。ただ、一階は日当たりが今一つで気温が低かった日は部屋をエアコンで温めるのに時間が掛かり、寒く感じる時が有りました。

また利用したいホテルです。

キッチン付きのアパートメントホテル。調理器具や食器もしっかり備えてありますし、鍋なども希望で準備しておいてくれるので、とても使いやすいです。近くにスーパーもあるので、買い出しも楽々でした。
洗濯機に洗剤も備えてあるので使い放題！お風呂の乾燥を使えるので、乾燥機がなくても問題はありませんでした。

初めての滞在でしたが、部屋は清潔で広く、ホテルにはない解放感、自由度があり、家族が喜んでいました。　フロントが午前9時から午後6時までと時間限定だったので、到着時間が遅くなる場合は少し心配になります。あと、フロントから部屋に移動する際にスリッパに履き替えるのが少々面倒でしたが、総じて満足でした。

3度目の利用ろなえいます。

先日は、お世話になりました。
3度目の利用となります。キッチンの使い勝手も良く、とても過ごやすいです。
いつも友人を呼んで自炊で食事をするのですが、有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。
ワイングラスを割ってしまったのですが、帰りにその事をお伝えすると
「いえいえ大丈夫ですよ」とおっしゃったので、ありがとうございました。
また、利用させていただきます。

最高級のホテル

いつも宿泊していたアパートメントがなくなってしまい、かわりの宿泊先を探したところ、このホテルに出会いました。キッチンも広く部屋も広くとても清掃がされていてホコリ１つなかったです。とても快適に過ごせました。今回はコロナの影響もあり短期滞在だったのでチョット贅沢にここのホテルに泊まりましたが長期滞在で利用するにはなかなか手が出ないかな～
でも、絶対にまた泊まりたいって思わせてくれる最高級のホテルでした。

市内中心部にあり、清潔で居心地の良いレジデンス

とても清潔で設備も新しく、お掃除も行き届いており、居心地の良いお部屋でした。
特に食器やグラス類は良質でした。タオル類やソープ類もブランド品でオーナーのこだわりを感じました。

広いベランダは屋根付きで、物干し台もあるので長期滞在者には便利だと思います。
私達は記念日に家族で2泊しましたが、旅行者だと周辺に飲食店やスーパーも多いし、丸太町駅にも近く、堀川通にも丸太町通にも近いのでオススメです。

欧米から友人が京都に来る際には是非とも紹介したいと思います。

ファミリーでもゆっくり滞在できる

とても綺麗で広く、快適に過ごせました。
隣の部屋の音なども聞こえませんでした。
チェックアウト時にはサプライズでお土産もいただき、びっくり。
駅のアクセスも悪くないと思います。夜も危険は感じません。

シェアハウスのキッチンだと「これがない、あれがない」ということが
よくあり、調理を諦めることが多いのですが、
ここのキッチンは最低限滞在中利用できるものが揃っています。
今回は料理はしませんでしたが、もしまた機会があれば使わせていただきたいです。
（包丁がなかったようにみえたので、そこはあれ？とは思いました）
お子様向けのコップなどもあり、細かやかに配慮されていると感じます。

素晴らしいホテルです。

大満足でした。洗濯機、浴室乾燥、本当に役立ちました。これは他のホテルにはありません。バス、トイレも別でバスタブも大きめ、お部屋も綺麗で清掃もきちんとしてありました。リーズナブルな価格で申し訳ないくらいでした。チェックアウト時に、ロビーで頂いたパンも美味しく、毎日いただけば良かった！と後悔しました。このような素晴らしいホテルが他の観光地にもあれば、絶対行きたいです。スタッフの方々も大変感じ良かったです。ありがとうございました。

子供の大学受験で利用しました。
大学まで近く、いざとなったら歩いても行けること、夜はゆっくり湯船につかれること、ベッドルームが２つあること、温かい夕食を食べさせることができ、当日のお弁当を作れること。すべての希望を満たしていたのがこの宿です。
とにかくお部屋がとても広くて素敵で、チェックインした途端に親子でテンションが上がりました！事前に受験生であることを伝えておいたのですが、さまざまな配慮をしていただきました。お部屋にあった勉強用の卓上ライト、プラズマクラスター、そして心のこもったキットカットには、本当に感動しました。タクシーの手配などでも大変お世話になりました。
駅やバス停、スーパーからも近く、本当に便利な場所でした。今回は自炊をしましたが、近所に美味しそうなカフェやレストランもたくさんあるようです。
とにかく、スタッフの皆さんの細やかなお心遣いを感じられた快適な３日間でした。受験生にはぜ自信を持ってお勧めしますし、次はぜひ観光で利用したいと思います。

とても清潔で快適なお宿♪

娘の受験のために2泊させていただきました。
ベッドルームが2部屋もあり、私たちは二人でしたので、ひと部屋は全く使いませんでした。お部屋はとても快適でお洗濯もでき、自分のお家のような感覚で、娘も落ち着けたようです。フロントの方もとても親切な対応で好感をもてました。京都の移動といえばかなり便利なバスですが、バス停もすぐで、近辺に美味しいお店もあり、ぜひまた京都にきた際には泊まりたいです！とくに長期滞在にはオススメだと思います！

価格の割にサービスが

年末年始だったこともありますが、家族3人で宿泊して1泊7万円。高級ホテル並みです。部屋は、普通のマンション並で特に高級感はなく、サービスもフロントにつながる電話がなかったり(オーナーの携帯にかけるしかない)、やや不便でした。通常時期は価格が安いようなので、リーズナブルかもしれません。

Excellent stay at Kyoto four sisters recently. We managed to get around to all the tourist spots easily via train and bus from the hotel. The hotel staff were super friendly and the place was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend.

Kyoto Four Sisters Residence was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Kyoto. Conveniently located and easy pick up/drop off spot for Go-Taxi. There are many wonderful places to eat close by and it was not on the main street which was great. The sweet bakery next door was perfect for breakfast grab-n-go, especially for our little children.

Check in and out was so easy. Communication with staff as well as email was quick and efficient. The room fit our party of 6 very comfortably and felt like home away from home. I highly recommend staying here. We will certainly be staying here again on our next visit to Japan.

The staff were very welcoming and explained a lot of what we needed to know from the start. We loved the no shoes policy!
The room was spacious and having three rings to cook on was brilliant.
Inside the room was a booklet with lots of information about the residence and things to do locally.
There was an option to have an upper body massage by a local therapist, which was very relaxing.
We would absolutely stay here again!

位置很好，周圍都是餐廳小酒館，性價比都是很高，若果喜歡休閒不用出外太遠，找美食的推薦這一間民宿。停車方便，但唯一缺點是停車位先到先得，沒有免費。房間用品齊全，乾淨整潔，很喜歡他的開放式廚房以及露台。

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Four Sisters Residence. Our apartment was spacious and tidy. We especially liked that the bathroom had a large sink and has a great drying system that can dry clothes overnight after wash. The toilet design was good for the environment and was clean. We also like the kitchen that we can cook our own meals. The location of the apartment is also great that it was close to the supermarket, train station, and bus stops. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend to others.

A very pleasant stay in Kyoto

It was good to have a kitchenette and washing/drying facilities in the room. Pretty much had everything we needed. If you were staying for a longer time and planning to eat in more then maybe more dinnerware, etc would be required. Bathroom was a bit cramped

This is our second time staying at this property, and we love it. My family keeps asking to return to this property. It is literally a home away from home. We buy groceries and cook food at home, as well as walk around to the local restaurants. The bus stop and subway stations are a short walk away, and it’s easy to get to Kyoto Station or Karasuma area. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

They also offer a spa treatment that you can easily schedule online. It made our trip even extra relaxing. Can’t wait to return again!

This place was a great find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They received our luggage and had it waiting in our room for us when we arrived. This was more like an apartment, so we had 2 bedrooms, with 2 large beds in each room, that could be shut off from the main area. There was a living room, full kitchen, and dining area. It was nice to be able to do laundry also. This allowed us to not pack a lot of clothes for our trip. This is in more of a residence area, but subway, bus, and grocery store are all within walking distance. Staff was helpful with calling us a taxi when we needed it until we figured out how to use the Go Taxi app ourselves. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Good but not great

The accommodation is in a quiet residential area close to the subway and other sites. The room was very clean and in good order. There are lots of notices in the room about being considerate by not talking loudly and quiet times from 9pm to 8am. However, we seemed to be the only ones observing this well intentioned instruction as other guest simply don’t. On our stay we were awoken or disturbed by the people above who clearly had kids running around upstairs and the room connected to ours a baby screaming! This was a pity because there was no road noise and everyone in Japan seems to be considerate. What doesn’t help is that the reception is on minimal hours, i.e only operate when you out site seeing! So when you want to ask them to speak with the noisy customers they are no where to be seen!

We were expecting better than the experience we received given the price. Having to constantly ask for coffee sachets was another tedious task. We only wanted enough for 2 cups a day, but you had ask for refills! So nice place but not as good as we had expected:-(

This hotel is amazing, everything was very clean, we drove from Tokyo to Kyoto and we got there after 6:00pm but we were able to self check in, the hotel was close to tourist attractions, shopping and dining, we truly enjoyed our stay there.

Best stay in Japan

Hands down, the best place we stayed in Japan, over ~3-week trip. Absolutely wonderful. The fact that it's situated in a quiet residential area cannot be overstated - for those who need some sleep;) We didn't cook, but kitchen at this residence was the only place our of all we've stayed at, which would have allowed for it. Everywhere else, cooking would have been difficult (by western standards); here it would have been totally doable (plus, there are several grocery stores nearby). The only suggestion I'd have for the ladies is to have some light in the bedroom closets, they're a bit dark.

Good size apartment with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The reception team were really helpful in welcoming us on our first day and walked us through the local area map pointing out restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and the local station. They also helped with receiving some packages that I ordered on Amazon and filled in all the forms for forwarding our luggage to Haneda Airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very complete and modern. We loved the kitchen and the diningtable so that we could have breakfast in our apartment. A good supermarket is on 10 minutes walking distance. Also Nijo Castle is on walking distance as well as the busstop and the trainstation.
The bathroom has a very nice dryingsystem which we loved. Also there was enough closetspace which is quite unusual in Japan.
The only two things we didn't like was the fact that the matresses were quite hard and the double bed in the separate bedroom was a bit too small.
But it is a very good place to stay.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Easy to access from a subway station or nearby bus stops. In a very quiet neighbourhood. Staff very helpful. The apartment had everything you wanted for a short stay. It comfortably accommodated my wife and I and our daughter and 8 year old grandson. Lots of very helpful tourist advice as well.

Excellent

Très grand appartement, parfaitement équipé. Machine à laver directement dans l’appartement, et système efficace de séchage dans la douche: très appréciable!
Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel le soir alors que la réception était fermée et avons fait le check-in de façon digitale (nous avions reçu un message avec les instructions): cela a parfaitement fonctionné et nous avons rapidement récupéré les clés.
Quartier très calme, et résidence également très calme: nous n’avons pas du tout entendu les voisins.
À 10 minutes à pied du Nijo-jo, du palais impérial et du musée du manga, à 5-10 minutes du métro (à 4 stations de la gare) et de lignes de bus (notamment direct vers le pavillon d’or)
Possibilité de louer des vélos, prêt de parapluies etc.
Et personnel à l’accueil toujours souriant et très aimable!
Bref, un excellent séjour !

Property was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed including a washing machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful for our stay.

Mærkværdig indretning, men ellers fint

Det er som reklameret. Praktisk at man har hele lejligheden og mulighed for at vaske/tørre. Men vores værelse var underligt indrettet. Meget stort soveværelse - meget lille seng. Ingen sted at opbevare sit tøj udover seks bøjler på en bøjlestang.

Good location with several transportation options to main attractions. Unit was very clean except there was a stain on the duvet cover. Kitchen was well equipped and functional. Limited dining options within walking distance.
