部屋も広くて綺麗で良かったです。
ベランダの窓ガラスを開ける時、大きく擦れる音がするのが気になりました。

部屋は広いが!

急な検索で安価優先だけど夕飯は駅近くでと思い着いたが周りは食事する店が無い軽く軽食してチェックイン部屋は広すぎて暖房が今一度温泉はぬるま湯です!部屋風呂で暖まる今度は検索は慎重に口コミは参考にします。

長期滞在には良いかも。。。

キッチン付きのため、連泊や長期滞在には良い。
本館の風呂利用可なのも〇。
だが、静けさやスタッフとの接触が少ない場所をわざわざ選んで行ったのに、一部屋に6人まで宿泊可能なためか、隣室の学生であろう若者グループが夜遅くまで酒盛りをしていてうるさかったのが大変残念。

お部屋は清潔感があって良かったですが、ミニキッチン横の三段式ゴミ箱の区分にペットボトルが無くて困りました。（上段：缶、中段：燃えるゴミ、下段：ビン）また、温泉が口コミでは熱めと記載されていたのですが実際に入ってみるとかなりぬるめでした。本館の大浴場はちょうどいい湯加減で温泉が強羅系と早雲山系の二種類の源泉が楽しめました。皆さんにお勧めです。

エレベーターが古いためかガッコンなと乗る度に沈む、朝食何もプランが無いのは残念、コンビニも急坂往復は大変キツかったので、オプションで近隣の店のお弁当注文できるなどあるとよい。ベランダ網戸がめっちゃキツかった。洗面所、トイレ、ユニットバスはリフォーム済みか、きれいで良かった。バイク２台で屋根つきに駐車させて頂けたのは感謝してます。

素泊まりでも便利

秋休みの平日に利用しました。素泊まりでしたが周辺で食事も出来るしキッチンもレンジもあるので便利でしたよ。子供連れで行くには気軽で良かったです。

ゆとりろ庵

駅からは近くてよかったですが先に間違えて本館にいってしまい、そのあと別館に行ったので差がありガッカリした。
お風呂が写真通りではありますが窓の外が建物で窓はないので見られることはないと思いますが安心して入れませんでした。窓を閉めようと思いましたが閉まりませんでした。
アイスキャンディーのサービスは暑い中帰宅した際に嬉しかったです。
フロントの方の対応は良かったです。

ホテル自体は良！

ホテル自体は綺麗で周辺は大変静かで良い雰囲気でした、フロントの方の対応も素晴らしかったが、宿泊客の国籍も様々で箱根の雰囲気や情緒を一切無視したお客が一晩中エントランス付近で大騒ぎ、声は上に響くため五階に宿泊したがうるさくて全く眠れなかった。
フロントは夜10ー6時まで人が居なくなるためこういったトラブルに対応が遅れるようで残念でした。
駐車場が坂にありスペースもかなり小さいので少し離れた坂の下にある平面駐車場の利用をオススメします。

気兼ねなく滞在

中強羅駅から徒歩3分。とにかく足の便が良いです。ホテルも簡単なキッチンがついており、調理器具も貸して頂けるので食材だけ持っていけば昼間は存分に箱根を楽しみ、夜は部屋で簡単な食事、温泉を楽しんでゆっくりという滞在が楽しめます。

畳のステキなホテル

畳もきれいですし、とにかく広いです！
シャワートイレ、掘りごたつ、ベランダにソファとテーブルがあり、満喫できました！
天然温泉もあり、広々と浸かることができました！
無料サービスのアイスキャンデーが非常にありがたかったです。

改修リゾートマンション

強羅界隈では安いと思いますが、快適性はない。ホテルを寝るだけと考える方はいいと思います。外廊下なので風呂への移動など寒いです。夜9時半以降はフロントいなくなります。大浴場湯船は4人でいっぱい位で体が塩素くさくなります。部屋は広いですが、布団は自分でひきます。キッチン、電子レンジあります。無料送迎は18時半までとのこと。土曜日宿泊で2名1万8千はあまりおすすめ出来ません。

綺麗なホテル

アクセスが良くホテルから箱根美術館や仙石原や芦ノ湖へすぐに行くことができた。ホテルはとても清潔感があった。また、窓からは綺麗な景色を見ることができた。

Nice hotel

We had a beautiful and comfortable time in here. The room is large, clean and really confortable. We were served ice cream after check in. Furthermore, the public bathroom is also large, clean and has a nice view. The hotel also has a free car service to take customer to the Gora station.
However, it is difficult to find any restaurant or combini for your dinner around the hotel. Therefore, I recommend you to buy food or drink in other place before your arrive.

The property has a great location close to the train and town; however, the staff is not the most helpful when you are looking for advice or suggestions.

We enjoyed sleeping on the floor traditional Japanese style. The funicular is great to get up very steep hill.

There is a kitchenette with microwave but there is no cutlery or plates. There is no breakfast or dinner available.

The overall stay was pleasant. You may not want to check out late when you plan to stay at this hotel as the cable car stop running at 7 pm or you might end up dragging your luggage up the hill just like we did. The hotel is very close to the zousan station, which is only two stops away. They have a complimentary shuttle from Gora station to the hotel and back.

Well located Hotel

Overall good stay, very well located near Naka-Gora cable car station. If you loose last car at 19:00 from Gora you will have to walk a climb path to arrive the hotel. Also no restaurant available at night or very feel up to 18:00pm, so be prepared to buy some food at combinis.
Very nice and clean room with kitchen and some appliances but no cutlery.

Stay at Yutorelo-an ANNEX

Overall, a nice place.
Room is spacious and has a microwave, fridge and washing basin. Limited channels and mostly Japanese channels. Plenty of japanese mattress to setup for the sleeping area.

About a 15min downhill walk to the train station where most amenities are as they seems to be only 1x convenience store between stay and station. On a very steep hill, might be inconvenient for heavy luggage or travellers with walking difficulty.

Pas de restaurant sur place et loin de tout

Cet hôtel est situé loin du centre de Gora, en altitude, et surtout, il n'y a ni restaurant sur place, ni service aux chambres. Il y a un frigo, un micro-ondes, un réchaud à une place et une bouilloire, mais pas une seule cuillère, pas un seul bol, juste une minuscule théière et un petit bol à thé (seulement une poche de thé vert par jour...)
En fait, c'est un hôtel conçu surtout aux familles (grandes chambres avec tatamis et de nombreux futons) qui viennent en automobile avec leur propre nourriture, leur vaisselle, leurs ustensiles, plutôt que pour des étrangers qui arrivent à pied ou en taxi avec rien pour se nourrir. J'imagine que cet hôtel met ses chambres sur Hotels.com à la dernière minute et des étrangers s'y rendent pour se trouver au milieu de nulle part. L'hôtel n'offre que deux navettes vers la gare de Gora à des heures peu commodes (9 h 30 et 10 h 30 le matin). Le personnel parle assez peu l'anglais.

Sinon, les chambres sont propres, le wi-fi marche bien et les balcons ont une belle vue sur la montagne et une fois à la gare de Gora (environ 20 minutes d'une descente à pied très a-pic), on a facilement accès à toutes les attractions de la région.

Would not recommend

Almost no service at all. No breakfast and dinner. You have to make the bed by yourself. The area of the hot spring is small.

Une belle expérience japonaise

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel proposant des chambres traditionnelles japonaises ainsi qu'un hot springs (bain traditionnel). Un belle expérience. Les chambres étaient propres et bien équipées. Le wifi un peu faible dans les étages supérieurs mais correct dans l'ensemble.

Friendly comfortable hotel with advice and extras

The hotel was very well located and easy to find, although once funicular railway stops at 7pm, then the walk up to the hotel from Gora station is a bit tiring. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and had a lovely view form the balcony and excellent facilities (kitchen and dining area and toilet/bathroom). Extras such as yukata provided for use. Coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer available in hotel. Only two negatives - access to room was along a passageway open to the air and the hot spring bath was small (although very quiet, so not a big issue). Open passageway was only an issue because we were there during Japans rains (worst flooding in 30 years).

Disappointing and Run Down

The lack of customer service was very disappointing. When we checked in, we had a problem because our son is 16 years old and she said children are 12 and under. She had to talk to the manager and made us wait for over 5 minutes. We indicated our son was 16 on Expedia. I asked for a brochure of things to do in the area, and she said, "Id be happy to help you in a half an hour when I finish checking in the Japanese guests." It was hard to find the hotel. The transportation was lacking. The shuttle only goes to Gora station twice a day, and that's only when you are departing. We had to walk up a really long, steep hill to get to the hotel from the station. Our room smelled awful and the hotel looked old and run down. The kitchen didn't have any utensils or cooking instruments. We did call, and they brought us up some. There are only futons which weren't super comfortable. We told the lady who checked us in that we didn't need our room cleaned, but we did want new towels. When we arrived back to the hotel in the evening, our towels were hanging on our door handle in a bag. The stores and restaurants were a bit of a walk and the hills are very steep. When we checked out, the lady at the desk didn't even thank us for our stay. We felt very unwelcomed.

靠近箱根高山鐵路飯店

飯店火車站離車站近，附近很幽靜，房間(榻榻米房)很寬敞，還有一個可以開火的迷你廚房，服務人員很客氣，服務也很周到，也有到強羅車站的接駁免費巴士，適合全家人一起住宿

Confort simple, mais correct.

Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel en pleine tempête de neige. L'accueil a été plutôt glacial, comme le temps. Nous avions loué une suite familiale de style japonais (avec tatamis, futons et panneaux coulissants aux fenêtres).

Japansk stil, flot natur og hyggelig "Onsen".

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Yutorelo-an ANNEX, hvor vi flittigt benyttede os af deres "Onsen" og nød naturen i området. Hotellet ligger praktisk tæt på bjergbanen, og med et 3-dags pas kørte vi både op og ned. Vi havde masser af plads i lejligheden, og det var spændende at prøve den japanske indretning uden senge (madrasser på gulvet) og uden stole (lavt spisebord, hvor man sad på gulvet). Personalet var meget hjælpsomme, og der var gratis is, hvilket børnene satte pris på.

入住4樓某一間，不乾淨，睡不好的不乾淨。正常使用房間內的電器，竟然會跳電，就覺得不尋常。感覺住宿費及環境非常不合理。大眾池溫泉 非常小

Nice hotel with nice hot spring

The cable car to the hotel stop operation at 7 p.m, so we need to go back to hotel before 7 p.m. There is no restaurant in the hotel, so we have either pack food or take dinner earlier outside. It is good to know all these before check in to the hotel so that you won't be upset later. Anyhow it is a nice hotel and good experience.

Value for money

Spacious room comes with onsen which a truly relaxing place for vacation. Located at a good location which is just next to Naka-Gora station has saved us a lot of energy to walk in mountain slope with our luggage.
