アメニティやドリンクサービス、部屋にマッサージチェアやジャグジーバスと、とても充実していますが、一点だけ。部屋の空気がもう少し入れ替えられているとよかった。
急いで予約したので、到着して大人ホテルだと気づいた時はビックリしましたが、アメニティは大満足です。

It is Bali style hotel, very tropical rice is delicious. A lot of beauty items are prepared, and women will be pleased. Room class is quite luxurious, better than other Japanese tourist hotels in Japan

繁華街に近く交通の便がいい

チェックインより30分前に着いてしまいましたが、大丈夫ですよと快く部屋に入れて貰えました。

Family of 5 loved our stay here

A family of 5 with 3 teenage kids go all absolute loved staying here with the free snacks and services. Being close to Dontonbori and the metro made it convenient to get around. The accommodation was very clean and I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Great hotel in the centre of Osaka

We are so happy with the hotel. The location is great and the room is so big given the central location. The children love the tatami and the hammock swing in the room's play area. The free food, drinks and use of the karaoke room is a great plus.

家庭旅遊適合入住

這次旅遊有老有小，住這家酒店很滿意。
難波24號出口有電梯上路面，而且不用過馬路，省去等紅綠燈的時間。帶小朋友也比較安全。
早上有免費早餐，雖然選擇不多，但味道還是可以的，就是大廳的温度跟室外温差比較大。我們是2月份住的，每次去大廳都熱到出汗。
酒店提供了每人5樣自選試用，有面膜，有泡浴粉。服務也很好。選的家庭房，挺大，但放行李的地方比較小。

Highly recommended for young families.

Amazing hotel with fun activities meant for young families. The abundance of toiletries, amenities, and F&B provided for guests are so out of the world and up a notch compared to other hotels that I’ve been. It’s close proximity to the train station and being location at the end of the Dotombori street is a plus point. Superb!

Freebies!!!! Just wow! They have so many free options you almost forget that you paid for the room. From the 24/7 open bar, including alcohol, soda, tea/coffee and milk tea, to the steam buns and popcorn, to almost every amenity you can think of, these guys have it; and it’s on the house! It is worth every single penny.

You’ll love it. Stay here if you want to be near the river and all the best shopping in Osaka.

We really enjoyed it here… the room was cozy but we had everything we needed and more-refrigerator, microwave, waters daily, massage chair, bath, shower, and tv, ac etc. great location. Downstairs had a lot to offer and didn’t realize until towards the end. Free hot chocolate and boba, and open bar. The only thing is the bed was semi uncomfortable but I would still stay here again!

This hotel might be an old Bali Indonesian themed hotel. The decorations in the hotel, hall, and rooms says it all. This hotel had the most amenities we stayed in Japan. They have so many amenities in the hotel room, but also provide extra amenities and extra things in the lobby. We definitely did not use all the amenities, but it was nice to know it was there. They provided free curry in the morning for breakfast, ramen noodles in the evening, yams and alcohol/beverages through out the day. Although we didn't use the free meals and drinks every day, it was nice to know it was provided. Also, free one-hour of private karaoke, as well as appliances or travel items you can borrow if you forgot it (i.e. hair straightener, power adapter, laptop, etc.) My only complaint was that room lingered of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The room had AC and an air filter but the smoke seemed to be stuck to the furniture.

The location is great. It is near the end of the popular Dotonburi strip, so you avoid the crowds but a walking distance to it (plus Glico man!) if you want to be in it. Location is close to a station if you need to take the train or metro. And location is pretty walkable if you are looking for dining or shopping.

Overall, great value and location for this hotel.

Great accommodation, especially for the price! Room was spacious and plenty of amenities throughout our stay. Very close to the main Dotonbori area as well as the train station so you can get around very easily. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

I like location is walkable to shoppings including both bigger brands and also smaller shops. A lot of selections in terms of food and restaurant as well.

The room in this particular hotel is bigger than average, it is comfortable for long stay and they provide not only a simple tooth brush and shampoo, but also a huge selection of facial care products. Many people like the free coffee machine and the selection of free liquor, the curry rice is free everyday till 5pm but I only had it once as it is quite boring to eat and it is the same just everyday.

Although I enjoy the most stuffs the hotel offer, however I found the in room cleaning was not up to my standards, as it is actually quite dusty everywhere like on the bed head board, window area and on the room lamp, etc. Other than that I also dislike that they only provide one key to the room and it is very inconvenient as I stayed with my cousin and we head out to different place at different time on some days.

Overall, this hotel do give us a great experience staying for 5 nights, just that there are still room to improve.

L’hôtel était très bien placée à Osaka. Le personnel très gentil et serviable, mais l’ habitation horrible! Sombre, mal agencé, pas de place pour ranger les affaires. Les interrupteurs mal placés, la climatisation était très bruyante. Pas de ménage quotidien, en 4 nuits on a eu droit à une nettoyage eco= changement de serviettes. 1 seul clef pour 3 personnes. Bref. Je ne retournerais pas.

Came here for my honeymoon. The place is fantastic. Large selection of free daily amenities. 24/7 free drinks (including a large selection of alcohol) and the free curry from 0800:1700 is delicious. The staff are all very friendly and even helped to send my luggages to my next hotel destination. Location is very convenient to walk to Dotonbori and Namba station. 5/5 will come again next time we are visiting Osaka.

Another world! Amazing place

This adults only hotel seems to have two types of customer, those looking for a place to stay and those using it for shorter visits. We fall into the former camp and chose it because it looked like fun. And it was! Irrespective of the other activities the hotel has a great range of facilities, the rooms are really comfortable and big, and we enjoyed complimentary drinks, the huge selection of toiletries, the foot spa and massage chairs in the lobby, a game of darts and several rounds of karaoke all included in the room cost so it was amazing value. It's a great location just by the neon and nightlife of Dotonbori.
