感觉性价比还是低了一点，早晚餐其实可以再提高一点档次。开车到酒店，感觉一下子找不到大堂办里登记。

Me planejei para chegar em Nagano e pegar o transporte até o hotel e quando perguntei para confirmar o shuttle bus me informaram que o hotel não oferecia nenhum transporte. Ou seja, fake News. Tive que me reorganizar e acabei tendo que andar 6km na neve com duas malas e uma criança. Cheguei bem chateada no hotel e não deixaram fazer o check in faltando apenas alguns minutos mesmo cansada e com fome. Na hora de fazer o check out tive que pagar uma taxa pelo spa sendo que nem usei o spa e não haviam me falado anteriormente sobre essa taxa. O hotel é bem bonito mas é inacessível, os funcionários não sabem falar inglês e a comida não tem paladar infantil, meu filho passou fome por exemplo. A experiência só vale a pena se você for em casal e tiver aberto em ter que passar perrengue e experimentar comidas diferentes.

高級度假酒店

一泊二食，早餐晚餐都很豐富，環境寧靜，客房大，十分舒適。缺點是級高級低，老人、小孩要小心，以免跌倒。

This was perfect from check in to check out.
Staff met us at the front gate, check in was easy with Kato helping us with dinner reservations and explaining where the onsen, reading room and other services were located.
Breakfast and dinner were exceptional... all of the staff were so attentive. Arina was so lovely too. The food was incredible, delicious and tasty.

The room was spacious and the bathroom with the private onsen was perfect.

Our stay was perfect... Highly recommend staying here!!!

超讚的住宿體驗

冬季期間飯店有提供長野車站往返各一班的接駁車，需提前預約（至慢4天前），也有去白馬五龍雪埸的接駁車，去返各二班，入住時跟櫃檯人員預約，而且雪埸有飯店的休息室，滑累了，有地方可以休息真的很棒。是我們沒有自駕的好選擇，更別提星野集團的優質服務和餐食

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Ibsen was well equipped and clean. I liked the indoor and outdoor options. Food was amazing. I would recommend adding the half board to your reservation. Transportation to station and ski resort was seamless.

同伴受傷送醫後來到星野，行動不便，房間被安排在二樓，沒有無障礙設施，同伴無上下樓，飯店完全無視，沒有為他設想，對客人的服務很不體貼!

雖然交通不便，非旺季沒有接駁車，附近也沒有商店，但酒店服務環境一流，有免費鄉村料理和清酒體驗，行李也能從富山站寄往酒店，從立山黑部下來就可以到酒店浸溫泉。

Love the location, which is 15 min from Ogizawa station for the Tateyama Alpen Route. It has plenty of parking and staff welcomed us at the parking lot and guided us through the entire check-in process. You will have to make request early if you have a preferred dining time for breakfast and dinner. For dinner, it was either 5:30 or 7:30. There are more options for breakfast but if you check in late, they may be out of spots for certain times. Dinner was very fancy and consisted of multiple small bites. Overall very delicious food and great service. We also love the free activities near the lobby. When we were there, they had rice congee/porridge in the morning, tea in the afternoon and sake in the evening. We also enjoyed the private bath tub in our room since we were traveling with small children. Out of the three hotels we stayed in this trip, this had the "coldest" hot spring at around 40 degrees Celcius, which was perfect for the kids.

Everything was great from the start of our in room check in. Excellent service from all the staff with special mention to Ochia. Complimentary car park, 6 star half board menu. Both breakfast and dinner were so sumptuous and exquisitely planned! The onsen facilities were fantastic too. My family enjoyed our 2 nights of relax stay enroute to our alpine route. Hoshino hospitality is out of this world! Will defintely stay at Hoshino when we travel to Japan again.

wonderful experience

Nice environment, nice food, service, and style. The hot spring is really great, outdoor is even better, you can see the stars above your head. Tough it is smaller then I expected, but I enjoyed having the stay with them.

Everything is absolutely perfect. Staff is very good, well trained with an excellent service mind. Hotel is super nice with many activities for guest. Food is delicious, just like Michelin Star. Love it!

位置比較隱密，服務很好
就是有些飯店提供的體驗活動因客人較多
所以沒辦法很好的體驗到，美中不足
餐食品質高，味道也不錯，但是沒有特別的驚喜
房間設計很別緻，帶閣樓的上層床位剛好在暖氣出風口，很熱
下層容易撞到頭~

Excellent Hotel with Star Service

I was deeply impressed by the service offered by KAI Alps staff, which provided us a good memory during our stay at Omarchi Onsen this winter. This is undoubtedly one of the best pick in the Onsen.
