お部屋は各階に1部屋ずつで広々していた！
今回泊まった3階の露天風呂がついたお部屋は最高に気持ちよかった！
スタッフの方々も温かく、もう一度泊まりたいと思った

周りにお店があるのですが、ご飯には困りません。街に溶け込んだ感じのファミマがありますが、21時前に閉まります😭コロナの助成金で、バンバン綺麗にしてます‼️若い人も多くて、元気貰いました。

落ち着いた雰囲気で清潔感に溢れています。ついた瞬間お香をたいていただいていて　おもてなしに感謝でした。城崎の町歩きに最適で、外湯巡り　散策　グルメに大活躍です。近くにコンビニ　食べに行くところも徒歩圏内　もちろん駅も徒歩圏内です。到着後　外湯巡り　街の食べ歩きなどなどゆっくりさせていただきました。夕飯は近くのお寿司屋さんを勧めていただき、予約していきました。夜に内湯を準備していただき　さらにほっこりさせていただきました。翌日は朝から外湯巡り　散歩のあと　旅館で地元食材の素晴らしい朝食　おいしかったです。終始笑顔で対応していただき感謝感謝です。是非またお伺いさせて頂きたいと思います

初めて利用しましたが、名前のとおりこじんまりしたとてもアットホームな宿でした。
駐車場がわかりづらいので、着いたら宿の方に声をかけて連れて行ってもらいましたが、道が狭くて曲がるのがなかなか難しかったです。
基本的に外湯巡りをするので宿のお風呂は小さめですが、熱々の温泉で貸し切りなので良かったです。
夕食なしのプランだったので、朝食だけでしたが、他の方の口コミ通り、蟹の味噌汁がとても美味しかったです。
夕食は外に食べに出ましたが、いろんなお店があるので困りませんでした。
私が泊まった日は上の階に小さなお子様連れの家族が宿泊されており足音が凄かったですが…
それ以外は温泉街の騒音なども気にならず落ち着いて過ごせました。

普通のお宿です。

夕食はそれぞれのお料理は美味しいですが、親戚の家に行ってる様な感じで、少し物足りなさを感じました。
城崎温泉の外湯めぐりが当たり前ですが、まずは汗を流したかったので 宿のお風呂に入る事にしました。2人しか入れない完全予約のお風呂しかなく入湯税以外に入浴料を取られました。事前に告知してもらいたかったです。朝食はとても美味しくいただきました。

素泊まりプラン

城崎温泉街のほぼ中央にあり、7つの温泉巡りには最適でしたし、旅館の方の対応も温かく満足しました。食事なしの素泊まりプランでしたが、夜は近くに飲食店はたくさんあり、不自由しません。
夕食はお薦めの居酒屋で美味しい肴とあかみさんのトークで楽しく過ごせました。
部屋は清潔で、前が道路なのに静かで、ゆっくりできました。
残念だったのは、朝の風呂巡りで疲れてしまい朝食を食べる所を探すことが出来ず、コンビニで買うことになったところですが、他は大満足でした。

素材にこだわった、無農薬や調味料にも気を遣われており、そのものの味を感じられる美味しい料理をいただきました。接客対応も丁寧で暖かく、居心地が良かったです。城崎へ来たときは、またお世話になりたいと思いました。ありがとうございました☆

家族的なほっこりしたおもてなし。

朝食は大変良かったものの、夕食がついていないプランだったので、食事できるお店は沢山あるということで駅周辺等を歩いてみたが、殆ど閉まっていて選択肢が少なかった。
お宿で教えてもらった居酒屋さんはなかなか良かった。
お部屋は広くないが良い香りがしていて、気分が良かった。

スタッフの方々がとても優しくて温かくて大満足です！
清潔感もあるし、女性でしたら可愛い浴衣も選べてとても楽しい旅行になりました。
お風呂が付いていない部屋でしたが、外湯周り放題なので、何不自由なく過ごせます。
今回は朝ごはんのみのプランでしたがとても豪華なごはんでおいしかったので、次回は晩ごはんも頂きたいです。

城崎温泉の中心地という好立地ながら、お手頃な値段と美味しい朝食が嬉しかったです。部屋も良い意味で「こぢんまり」していたように思います。

Absolutely wonderful place! The service, the decor, the amenities and the design, the delicious hearty Japanese breakfasts, the central location - everything was perfect here. And the hospitality was incredibly warm and generous. HIGHLY recommend this ryokan to anyone visiting Kinosaki Onsen.

Amazing stay - hosts were so kind, we were given delicious tea upon arrival and the host was so helpful. Lots of information was given to us about the town and they booked dinner for us at a recommended local restaurant which was also lovely. The room was beautiful, all the furniture had been chosen carefully and thoughtfully. Overall amazing stay and one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan.

Town is small and walkable so location doesn’t matter but this was right on the main waterway with a great view of the little town. Room and accommodation was clean and quiet. Everyone was super friendly and provided a ton of information on where to eat and which onsens were their faves. They were on the money with their recs.

Will def stay here again if I ever find myself back in the town!

We had a lovely time at Kojinmari. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The room was spacious and had a great view. The traditional Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious. We would love to come back and stay at Kojinmari again in the future.

I stayed here for a night and absolutely loved the stay. The hotel was spacious and had a private outdoor heated bath. The owners helped me with reserving dinner with a local restaurant that was really good. I highly recommend anyone coming to kinosaki stay with here.

We did not believe it was possible for there to be an accomodation that was even more comfortable than our own home, but we found it at Kojinmari. The owners have considered every aspect to create a high quality, comfortable experience for their guests. Every surface and linen was impeccably clean, even the fragrance of the room was very nice, along with the comfortable beds, pillows and chairs. This along with the unmeasurable kindness and politeness that the staff showed us has proven that Kojinmari is our favourite stay and experience in Japan. We promise to return whenever we can.

Amazing clean stay!

This was such a greay stay. It seemed family owned and the room was massive for Japan! So very clean, incredibly friendly, cutest yukata, and one of my favorite stays of many nights during my Japan trip. Can't recommend this one enough.

Kojinmari was the most beautiful hotel we stayed at in Japan. Very friendly staff, in a great location as it was only a 5min walk from the train station and 13min walk to the furthest onsen.

The main issue was that the room had the worst mattresses we've had in Japan—even too firm for my partner, who loves firm mattresses. So we woke up in pain and needed the onsen to help relieve the pain. Also, there are no blackout curtains, and you can hear any noises from the street very easily.

Charming, unique stay

This was our favorite place to stay on our whole trip in Japan. The breakfast was delicious and the whole family is kind. The room is spacious, quiet, clean, and well-designed. They also have great local Japanese products in their shop! We really enjoyed our stay.

Kinosaki Kojinmari is magic! Stayed for only 1 night and wish I could have stayed much longer. The staff are a family (mother, son, and daughter), who are kind, easygoing, informative, and helpful. Kojinmari was extremely clean with wonderful amenities. I felt extremely well taken care of, which really made me love my stay in Kinosaki. Next time I come to Kinosaki I will definitely be staying at Kojinmari again! 12/10 stars!
