サクラホテル日暮里

寝るだけでいいと思い泊まりました。
部屋は畳部屋で布団のみ(プラグさすコンセントあり)。トイレ(男女別)、シャワー(女子専用あり)はみんなで使う感じで寮みたい。
綺麗でしたが、ずっと使用してない部屋的な臭いが気になり…マスクして寝ました。
外国の方が多かったです。

Staff are friendly, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. They have free luggage storage room, and the front desk kept our valuables. There are small shops and cafes in the area, and it’s nice to walk around.

安いけどコスパが悪い

サービス内容をよく読まずに値段と立地で決めてしまいました。風呂トイレが共同なのは理解していましたが、大浴場があるものだと思っていました。施設案内には大浴場があると写真付きで書いてあったように記憶していましたが、勘違いをしてしまったようです。たまには気分を変えて和室でも良いかと思いましたが、エアコンは効かない、布団と枕は薄すぎる、テレビはない、アメニティーは歯ブラシとスリッパだけ！寝た気がしませんでした。また、モーニングは食べ放題とありましたが、おかずはいっさいなく、パンとスープとコーヒー等の飲料だけで、ビジネスホテルのモーニング食べ放題を想像していたので、とても残念でした。あれならもっと安くて良いと思います。

ほかにはない宿泊施設

ビジネスホテルより部屋が広めで、清潔で超リーズナブルな上に朝食までついていてびっくりしました。
そしてカフェは24時間営業で、無農薬の食品までありびっくりなホテルでした。そして谷根千というロケーションが嬉しいです。

日本人なら海外でバックパッカーしてる気分が味わえます。

お客様は8割が海外の方とのことで、部屋に入ったときは畳の上に布団だけで少々驚きましたが、そのほかの点ではとても分かりやすく快適でした。1階フロントとカフェは24時間営業だし、タオルもスリッパもアメニティーもシャワーも特に問題なかった。
都内のホテルの割には部屋に何もない分　広いスペースで寝れました。

土曜の週末でしたが料金の安さに惹かれて予約しましたが、思っていたよりも静かで満足しています。
ただテレビがあれば子供連れでも楽しめると思います。携帯があれば問題無いかもしれないですが、家族で旅行の際には皆んなで一つのものを見て楽しみたいです。

部屋がややカビ臭く、布団も湿気た感じがしました。
共同シャワールームは時間帯によっては髪の毛が散乱していた。
16時から流しそうめんのイベントをしていたが、日中は観光をするため、もう少し遅くした方が人が参加しやすい。国際交流や情報交換を期待していたが、そういう雰囲気でもなく残念。

外国人が多かったですが、逆にそれがアットホームな雰囲気を出しててよかったです。布団も薄かったのですが、フロントに言えば、追加で貸してもらえたので良かったです。しいて言えば、朝食390円の中に子供が飲める物も組み込んで欲しかったです。ジュースは追加料金がかかりました。

部屋で寝ていたところ、夜中3時半に、電子ロックが解除され、3人組の人が、中へ入って来た。あんたらなんだ、と声を掛けたところ、出て行ったが、こんなことがあるのか？セキュリティの甘さに加え、苦情を言ったが打ち返しもなし。外人ばかりの宿泊だし、女の子の部屋なら大問題だ！音沙汰無ければ、他にも情報提供し、ここは危険と警告してあげようと思う。

日本医科大学でのセミナー受講で利用

外国人が主に利用していました。
和室に泊まりましたが、部屋には小さなテーブルがあるだけで冷蔵庫やテレビはない状態でした。
西日暮里駅から15分くらい歩きましたが、目的地までもそのくらいで丁度良かったし道に迷わなかったので、良かったです。
また利用したいです。

アットホーム

日暮里駅 西口出口から徒歩10分ほどでホテル到着。
谷中銀座という 下町の商店街を通りながらホテルに向かいます。
ホテルは24時間 出入り可能です。
今回は家族3人で和室に泊まりました。
部屋は冷暖房付き。
トイレとシャワーは共用です。
とても清潔で過ごしやすいホテルですが、共用スペースが多いので そういうのが苦手な人にはキツいかも。
部屋にはテレビも冷蔵庫もないので、少し不便でした。
スタッフの人達はとても親切で雰囲気の良いホテルです。

トイレとシャワーが共同使用だが、掃除が行き届いていないので、不快。おまけに、トイレはアンモニア臭？がする。シャワールームの着替えスペースはとても狭く、着替えはハンモックにつるされたところに置くようになってるが、これが使いずらい。前に使用した人がいると、バスマットはぬれていて気持ち悪い。布団はペラペラマットレスのせんべい布団で背中が痛くて眠れなかった。部屋にテレビもない。二度と泊まらない。

コスパの高いホテル

とても快適に過ごせました！内部はマンションを改造した感じで、シャワーが各階にあります。定期的に清掃が行われているので、トイレや洗面所もきれいでした。部屋は１人部屋にしては広くて、持て余すくらいです。朝食はトーストとスープ、コーヒー程度のシンプルなものですが、温かい食事ができるのは嬉しいです。外国人の方の利用がメインのようですが、特に問題なかったです。山手線の駅周辺で、安くて、カプセル以外の場所に泊まりたい人にはおススメです！

快適！

とても快適に過ごすことができました。
シャワールームの床の隅の方に赤カビが生えていたり、少し清潔感に欠ける部分がありましたが、全体として快適に過ごすことができました。
清掃が行き届いていないのも、使用人数がおおいので、仕方のないことかもしれません…

ベーシックなゲストハウス

二歳の子供と家族三人の旅行で利用しました。お部屋を含め建物全体的に清潔ですが、朝などの利用が多い時間帯は洗面所などが汚れていましたが、仕方ないと思います。スタッフはみんな親切で色々な質問にも丁寧に応対して下さり、電子レンジの利用や果物を洗ったりの対応もして下さいました。部屋はベーシックで畳にお布団、小さなテーブルがあるだけ。テーブルは有難い。あと、タオルが用意されていて、交換もしてくれるのも良かった。ティッシュと鏡があるといいのにな、と思いました。

夜エアコンをつけて寝ていたら朝、エアコンの真下が埃まみれでした。しかも友人は真下の布団に寝ていて、まくらがエアコンの方向にあったので起きたら周りが（顔も）埃だらけでした。

Wasn't freaked out by the public bathrooms until they said there was only one women only shower room on the top floor. Men peeked their head in all the time and male cleaners would stop in to clean without notification. Having to leave your room in the middle of the night to go to the restroom as a young women was scarier than expected (though that is personal preference)! The rooms smelt bad after rain and had dust all over the only furniture in the room (a large empty wardrobe). Overall not a bad experience and the cafe and laundry were very convenient but not my favorite!

The room has no space for anything other than the beds and your luggage. Other than that, the property has everything one could ask for. They change the bedsheets everyday, the bathrooms are always clean and stocked up. Food at the venue is decent, and it's close to multiple metro and bus stops.

The hostel is staffed 24 hrs. And very helpful so no need to worry if you need help from the venue. The area is also a tourist attraction but still quiet and peaceful. You can experience the way of life of the people in the area mix with tourists. The hostel is 11 mins from JR station with small up and down slope. It’s not very convenient for a luggage but we still manage to slide it up the slider beside the stairs. It was quite a challenge walk but it was a nice area to stay.

Wonderful hotel and cafe. Staff were very friendly and the food at the cafe was fantastic. Its very conveniently located near the Yamanote line and the Chiyoda line. The rooms are compact and comfortable, shared shower rooms were clean and worked great.

The room was very small for 4 people, very basic ( four futons and a small shelf in the corner of the room for luggage). Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and amenities were clean, breakfast was simple ( toast and jam , tea/coffe).

The hotel is OK for the price range, if you're only staying for a couple days in Tokyo.
Pros:
- It is located blocks away from Yanaka Ginza street, great traditional spot to go get some souvenirs, textiles and street food.
- 2 subway stations nearby at a walkable distance (5-10 min).
- The reservation includes daily simple breakfast (pretty much toasts, coffee and tea).
- While hotel has shared bathrooms, there are plenty of showers on each floor, so you don't have to worry about waiting.

Cons:
- The wifi service is poor and unstable, they have lots of connections, but none of them actually works, except the one on the café.
- When nobody is at the front desk, it can take a while for someone from the staff to come by.
- While staying, I needed to make an international phone call to contact my bank, and after explaining the situation to the guy at the front desk, he was rude and said he wouldn't let me use their phone as it would be too expensive, even though I told him I'd pay for the charges.

The staff and service was excellent but unfortunately the room itself was underwhelming. In the traditional Japanese room, there was no space except for the futons. The tatami mats were very uncomfortable and the closet was also very small, it was just cramped in general. The toast during the morning breakfast was delicious though.

The staff is friendly and the accommodation rate is low. I was able to stay comfortably and well for two nights. Free breakfast is good. Especially, it is a coffee restaurant. If I go to Tokyo again next time, I will stay at this hotel.

I knew that the bathroom facilities were shared, but the cleanliness was worse than I expected. It was unpleasant to see other people's hair every morning while washing up. The accommodation was also not properly cleaned, as there was still trash left under the bed from previous guests.

Gonna be brutally honest. The only two positive things I have to say are that the location was pretty nice, central enough but not overfilled. And that the staff I met were quite nice. However (!) the positive reviews and pics are a little deceiving. I had the traditional room and while I get that it’s meant to be simple, it didn’t have any storage opportunities. You have to store everything on the floor, basically. Also, it really annoyed me that the room didn’t have any mirror, not even a small one. Forget outfit planning unless you wanna get changed in the toilets / showers to then look at yourself in the common wash rooms! Hated that!

Also, the room and the hallways smell rancid. It’s a mix of moldy smell and just “come down”. The showers are definitely come down. One of the showers smells so horribly of mold, when you stand in the common wash room and it’s open you can’t even get ready in peace. The mold is easy to spot - all over the shower ceiling. It’s literally a health hazard to be in there.

Reception is only 24/7 “officially”. Unofficially I waited half an hour at the reception in the morning only to find out no one’s there except the guy responsible for the breakfast (who was rather helpful though). Speaking of breakfast - what breakfast?! First time I thought I walked in at the wrong time, but the second time confirmed it: The breakfast is literally just toast and a random soup. That’s it. Like they just wanted the “breakfast included” option …

The rooms are a fantastic size and over sized if you’re travelling solo like I was. The property is starting to look a little dated in many areas but not to say they are all dirty, they could use an update. The only issue I found was a small amount of mould growing on the door to the balcony.

Not quite what was expected

Not what was expected. Rooms looked nothing like the original photos. Laundry facilities were broken for most of our stay. Staff were very friendly though.

Hard to find but big sign pointing towards the hotel. Only toast, coffee, tea, and soup for breakfast, soup was really good. Can’t give more than 3.5 stars.
