京都 高瀬川別邸

部屋が綺麗で、備え付けのヒノキ風呂はとても素晴らしいです。ベッドも寝やすかったです。朝食はボリューム満点でした。備品のお茶もおいしかったです。
次の京都旅行にまた利用したいと思います。

檜風呂に惹かれて、こちらに決めました。　思っていたより浴槽が広くて、香りも良くゆっくり楽しめました。

歩いて行ける範囲で、色々なタイプのレストランがあるので、お店選びも楽しめました。
朝食もお部屋で頂けるので、ゆったりと頂くことが出来ました。

レンタカー観光で２泊

妻と2泊。レンタカーを借りての忙しいスケジュールだったが、駐車場も無料、ロケーションも便利で問題なし。部屋はトイレ、洗面スペースがちょっと狭いのが難点だが、ベッドルームはゆったりとしており、全体的に清潔で快適。コスパも良く、お勧めできます。

京都旅行の宿泊先で滞在しました。室内はとても広くてゆっくり出来るし、ヒノキ風呂もヒノキの香りがして落ち着きますね。朝ご飯も着いた時にフロントで追加料金で、和食にして貰いましたが、とても美味しかったです。嫁さんも喜んでくれました(^^)

檜の香りが最高。

必要以上に接待がなく、それが快適でした。
もっと簡潔化されてもいいくらいだとおもってます。
必要な時にはこちらから声かけさせてもらう、くらいの程度でもいい気がします。

お風呂もお部屋も居心地も満点です。
もちろん、サービスも最高でした。

アメニティが高級ブランド物でびっくりしました。コーヒーメーカーも利用でき、割り箸などの細かい気遣いにも感動しました。スタッフさんはとても丁寧で笑顔で送り出してくださいます。最高です！

京都駅から徒歩圏内、川沿いの町屋ホテル。チェックイン後はオートロックの出入りなので時間を気にせず外出できて気楽でした。
お部屋、お風呂、洗面所はゆったりしていてアメニティや珈琲、ミネラルウォーターのサービスも有難かったです。

お風呂は気持ちよく入れましたが、檜の香りがキツかったので、好みが分かれると思います。

お庭に面している出窓の窓枠周辺はホコリがたまっていたので、朝食を食べる際に嫌な感じがあり残念でした。

京都駅から徒歩圏内，チェックイン，フロントの対応，部屋，設備，周囲の環境，全て良かったです．１泊しかしませんでしたが，連泊したいと思うくらいでした．満足度高いです．

アパート感覚のホテル

部屋は広くないですが、清潔でした。
静かなエリアで良いところですが、もう少し地下鉄等の駅に近いとなお良いかなぁと思いました。

I loved my stay at this space. The rooms and bathroom were stunning. The wood tub was a true standout! The breakfast being served to your room was also a real delight. And the bed was so sumptuous.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful hotel in peaceful area of Kyoto. Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms with wonderful cypress wood baths, perfect for soaking after walking up Fushimi Inari. Very romantic place to stay for a couple.

The Takasegawa Bettei in Kyoto was excellent since we wanted to experience a typical Ryokan. The accommodation is right next to the Takasegawa River and with the cherry blossom in full season it is such a magical place. The people at the Hotel were most helpful and everything we found to be within walking distance and close to the train.

We loved the wooden bath tub. Also there was an option of a traditional japanese breakfast which was delivered to your room. Chilled water was offered throughout our stay.

A fantastic Ryokan style hotel with the most polite and helpful staff I have ever encountered! The rooms were ultra clean, the setup comfortable, the breakfast got served on time every morning personally into my room (and it was delicious), the location is conveniently around 15' walk from the main Kyoto station and around 20' walk from the central area. The staff also helped me get a taxi for the station and find traditional restaurants to try nearby. They also provided me with an umbrella when it was raining heavily before I ventured out. The rooms were very quiet and the area is also ideal to rest after a long day of sightseeing! Very highly recommended!

Spent two nights at this property. First experience with Japanese style property and we were extremely comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and gave us great information about the area. Subway stop near by, Kyoto station 20-min walk, great garden a couple blocks away and Gion area about 25 minute walk - so location is perfect.

There’s nothing to dislike about this hotel. The staff are lovely and helpful and friendly. The location is quiet and you really feel like your part of the community. The room and facilities are clean, quality and just what we wanted!

Kyoto was our last stop on a difficult vacation in Japan, but our stay here really helped us end on a high note. The staff was extremely helpful and kind at this charming ryokan-style hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the surrounding area was filled with wonderful bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place, and I wish them continued success in the future.

This hotel is lovely. Clean, friendly staffs, and very beautiful room providing a traditional Japanese housing experiences. of course, the wooden bathtub is the best experience that I did not get from the major hotel chains. My girl friend really love the L'Occitane amenities. We will surely come back next year when we visit Kyoto again.

This hotel is sheer perfection. The room, the location, the staff, the authentic Japanese experience. I came here for my 55th birthday and it was such a hidden gem. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being exceptional, I give Kyoto Takasegawa Bettei 15 !!!

Great location, friendly service and very clean!! The hinoki bath was the main reason I chose this hotel and I couldn’t be happier. The amenities in the room (coffee maker, tea, and the loccitane bottles) were a plus. I stayed here 3 nights and was tempted to stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The hotel is in a really great location, just a short bus ride from Kyoto station. The staff and service are wonderful. We had a beautiful room that had amazing L'Occitane amenities. The bath and shower room are the true stars in this amazing property. The smell of the hinoki wood was relaxing after a long day of siteseeing. The breakfast was not only delicious but filling, perfect for a long day on your feet. Boutique hotel for a great price!

Fantastic choice !

Spotless and almost ryokan-like experience.
Staff is 5/5, wooden bathrooms 5/5, our room was spacious and the small local brewery next door is the icing on the cake. Typical japanese hospitality, highly recommended!

Wonderful and extremely memorable stay in Kyoto

A wonderful place. The room was new with fresh tatami and an all wood bathroom and tub. Extremely comfortable and clean. Bed was soft, and a lot of thought and effort went into planning out the rooms. The service was very warm and friendly. We came in on a rainy day and as we were putting our shoes in the shoe locker (slippers only inside the property) one of the attendants helped us wipe down our luggage. We had breakfast included and it was wonderful. Very traditional fancy Japanese breakfasts that were brought to our room every morning. They have a western breakfast too, but you'll have to go to a cafe nearby for it.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect get away to celebrate a birthday. Honestly I haven't stayed at a more comfortable place in Japan.

The only downside is that if you choose to walk from Kyoto station, it does take about 15 minutes, and there aren't any convenience stores within a block of the property. However, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and calm. We didn't mind the walk at all, but if you're hauling a lot of luggage, it might be best to take a taxi.

Also, they provide L'occitane products for your use!
