快適です

全てにおいて快適でした。1つ気になったことは、シャワーの排水溝に髪の毛がたまって排水があまりよくなかったこと。利用後、各自で処理すればいいのですが、、されない方もいるかもしれないので、アナウンスするといいかもしれません。

トイレ、シャワー、洗面所が共用だったので、最初はびっくりしました。あとは部屋にロフトがあって、そこに1人寝たのですが、柵などが無くて怖かったです。
コンビニは近くにあって便利でした。

素泊まりで、朝早く出てしまったのでゆっくりできませんでしたが、お部屋、設備、場所も良いところでした。

ひとつ、トイレの近くに手洗い場がほしかったです。
後、女子トイレが空いてなかったので、共同に入りましたか、濡れていてがっかりしました。

その他は、満足できました。
また、利用できたらと思います。

・共用スペースがあるが、家族の憩いの場と思うと立ち入れないし、生活感がありすぎる。
・部屋の数に対して、トイレやシャワーが少なすぎるし、入りたいときに入れないのがストレスすぎた。共用風呂は、家族が入った後に入れと言う事？ありえません。
・布団や、枕カバーが嫌いな匂いで、気分が悪くなった。無臭のものを使って洗濯したほうが良いのでは？

安くて清潔感あり

とても清潔感のある部屋。共同トイレだが、そこも清潔です。
アメニティはバスタオルのみ
。安いから仕方がないとはいえ、部屋にせめてティッシュくらいは置いてほしいところ。

宿泊の感想

アットホームで多国籍の宿泊でした。
喫煙スペースがあると嬉しかったですね（個人的には）
周りを気にする方には向かないかも？
建物の作りは好きでした。

みんなでワイワイ楽しめるホテル

ホテルはとても綺麗でとてもよかったですがホテルの位置がわかりずらかったです。
もう少し目じるしみたいなものがあると嬉しいです。
部屋にゴミ箱があると嬉しいです。
ホテルの奥様はとてもやさしく接してくださり丁寧な対応でとてもよかったです。お世話になりました。

Great place to say in Kyoto

Very clean hotel that was built only a couple of years ago. You can feel Japanese living style and architecture/interior design. Centrally located with good access to bus and train.

モダンなBnB

まだ、新しく玄関前は工事中だったけど、スタッフは明るく、お部屋もきれい。私はまた泊まりたい。
　ただ、通りより中に入り住宅街なので分かりにくい。案内板があれば目印になるのだが。

noisy chaotic experience

Perhaps because it was shortly after the opening, so one should not be too harsh, but it was a chaotic experience. They were having a opening party, which I felt like not at all invited, though other guests, which lasted well into midnight and quiet noisy. Add to that, some guests were shouting & running in the corridor but no warning was issued to them. The breakfast was a mess also, not enouogh foor for the number of guests. In short, both Breakfast and Bed were not comfortable. They may well be improved in the future, but I don't feel like finding out.

和風テイストな素敵な宿

初めてのゲストハウス宿泊でした。
お部屋も、共用の洗面所やシャワーなどのもすべてが清潔でとても心地よく過ごす事ができました。
スタッフさんは、もとても明るく親切な方でした。
日本人の私たちにはお部屋にテレビがあったらよかったなと思いました(^-^)

Great stay! The property was nice and clean. The common areas were easy to use and felt social. We also rented bikes from the hotel and they were great and affordable! The desk staff was knowledgable about biking paths in the area.

Really friendly staff and good space. Adequate room for showers and toilets - female only toilets provided. Mattress and pillows comfortable. Recommend taking your own towel.

This place is incredible, run by a family of four they were so incredibly helpful. Their English was excellent and the location was very close to bus stops and convenience stores. There are shared spaces so do be aware of that and the rooms have great AC but the shared spaces tend to be closer to outside temps. Overall, this place was incredible and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Kyoto.

As soon as we arrived it felt calm and peaceful in the property. Check-in was easy and staff showed us to our room and where amenities were etc. The bedroom had enough space for two people and two large backpacks. The showers and toilets were perfectly clean and although there are a lot of rooms in the property we only waited once for a shower (for 5-10 minutes). The communal kitchen and living space was also spotless. Beds are futon style and I had a comfortable sleep. Bedroom had a window and aircon system. Staff were lovely and always on hand if needed. A wonderful stay and highly recommended!

De unge mennesker, som arbejder på stedet er virkelig søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme - især når de ikke er optaget af egne gøremål.
Værelserne er virkelig små, og det ville være herligt med et spejl, f. eks. på bagsiden af døren.
Der er mulighed for tøjvask og god tørreplads udenfor huset.
Det ærgerlige er, at hele huset trænger til en gennemgribende rengøring! Håndvaskene på fælles badeværelser er virkelig uhumske. Fællesområderne, dvs. køkken og opholdsrummet er rent på overfladen, men alle skuffer og skabe - inkl. køleskabet som gæsterne deler, er virkelig snavset og ildelugtende. Skraldespandene i køkkenet bliver ikke tømt, når de er fyldte, med det resultat at affald stilles i poser ved siden af skraldespanden. ØV! Forpladsen ind til Fujitaya er en rodet omgang - det kunne med lidt orden og beslutning om, hvor cykelparkeringen egentlig er, være rigtig pænt.

Must choose hotel in Kyoto

Fantastic place to be for spending your time at kyoto. Room is clean. Staffs is kind and good an English. The location is close to bus stops and nearby is Kyoto Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium. And the prices is reasonable compared to other hotels in Kyoto. Overall a must choose if you looking for hotel in Kyoto.

Hosts were very kind, you have use of the common kitchen which is nice, and the rooms are spacious and clean. All shared spaces are kept very clean as well and it is quiet at night. The space is very organized and there's a map in the room showing all nearby restaurants, onsen, etc. The futon is also very comfortable!

My friend and I had a good 3-night stay at Fujitaya. The hosts are extremely kind and we enjoyed the events and sense of community.
However, as we were working remotely, we found it a bit challenging to focus due to the hosts' two young children.

Great hosts! Note that this is a genuine Bed and breakfast, so bathroom facilities are shared. This is a good place for people just entering Japan, as the hosts are fluent in English. Other nationalities are well represented.

Very friendly hosts. Quite, clean and good located. Bus stop is next to the door, 2 supernarkets too. And railway is 15min away. Shared bathroom are cleaned every and are spotless. Would definitely recommend as we had a great 5 day stay kn Kyoto. It is possible to leave the bags prior check in from 8am and also leave the bags after check out at 10am. Thank you very much.

Kind and a familial atmosphere. We were very pleased with our stay. Mabey a little small room but We slept very well. The public transport were okey.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were very clean and had a modern feel. There is a LUUP electric bike/scooter park on site which is great for getting to and from the local stations.

Everyone was super friendly, the futon style beds were very comfortable. Only 15 minute walk to the nearest station and some nice restaurants in the area. Only little thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear a lot, and the shared showers/toilets are in high demand in the morning.

Recomendado

El personal muy amable.Fue facil cominicarse en ingles. La habitación muy limpia y agradable. Los futones muy cómodos. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción. Lo único regular fue la limpieza en el W.C pero se entiende debido a que los compartes con otros huéspedes.

Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps au Fujitaya BnB, nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part des patrons et avons même échangé brièvement avec eux. Ce sont des personnes agréables, professionnelles et chaleureuses. Notre chambre était tout simplement parfaite, spacieuse, avec une literie très agréable. Les douches et WC sont très bien entretenus. Bref un séjour court mais parfait !

We feel asleep well past our alarm the next morning.

This summarizes our stay at Fujitaya: very clean, very comfortable, and an overall great stay. Both hosts were super accommodating and helpful.

The property itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. Though it is not near train station, it is a short bus ride from Kyoto Station and a nearby local train station.

저희가족이 편한하게 하루 지냈습니다~

저희 4명 가족이 너무 편안히 지내다 왔어요.
일반 호텔과는 다르게 일반 주택가들이 있는 위치에 주택을 개조해 만들어진 너무 이쁘고 편안하 숙소였어요. 무엇보다더 주인장 부부가 우리를 가족같이 편한하게 맞아 주었어요. 저희가 오후 3시경에 점심식사를 못한 상태에서 숙소에 도착을 했는데요, 걸어서 10분정도 거리의 local noodle 식당을 소개해 줘서 맛있게 먹었고요. 아침은 제공하지 않았지만, 저희에게 편의점에서 인스턴스 음식 준비해서 아침에 뜨거운물과 전자렌지 이용할수 있게 해주었어요. 공용 거실을 편히 이용할수 있어요. 아침에 저희가족을 위해 커피도 직접 내려 주었어요. 주인부부가 유치원생 엄청 귀여운 유치원생 아들 둘이 있어요. 아침에 부부가 각각 아이들의 유치원에 보내는 동안 편히 정리하고 check out 하라 하더라구요. 아 그리고 자전거와 전기자전거 등도 대여 합니다. 참고하세요. 나중에 기회가 되면 이곳에 좀 길에 머물려 교토 구석구석 다니고 싶다는 생각이 들었어요. 일반 호텔 말고, 좀 더 색다를 경험을 하고 싶어 하시는 분들께 적극 추천합니다~~
