直前のキャンセルはできないけれど

タイトル以外は、概ね良好でした。繁華街にありますが、静かでした。ウエルカムドリンクも無料。少し狭いけどきれいでした。
また利用したいです。

隣接のライブハウスでのライブを観る為、宿泊しました。

難波駅から徒歩で観光したり、食事をしたりしながら着いて、ライブ後は疲れる事なく宿に帰れたので、立地最高でした。
ドリンクバーも利用でき、部屋の設備、サービス、スタッフの方の対応も満足です。

朝食も美味しかったです。外国からのお客さんが沢山で、あんまりゆっくりできない感じでした。

また、機会があれば利用したいです。

夕方4時ごろチェックインしましたが、エレベーターを降りると廊下に、連泊の人のものだと思いますが、ゴミやタオルなどが置いたままで、次の日の朝もそのままでした。

1泊シングル利用

お部屋の広さは十分でした。スタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです。

道頓堀に近く、繁華街にも近いためアクセス抜群です。飲み歩いたりするにはちょうどいいと思います。

建物は新しく、立地が良いです
フロント　の前にはラウンジのようなスペースがあり、
お茶やコーヒーなどが無料で飲めます。おそらくこのラウンジは宿泊者であればだれでも利用できると思います

部屋は広いわけではありませんが狭さは感じません。
ちょうどいいと思います。
場所は心斎橋駅をでてナイキのショップを曲がって
まっすぐのところにあるので目立ちはしませんが
わかりにくくはないです。

道頓堀、心斎橋、アメリカ村も徒歩圏内のため立地は
いいと思います

立地良く低コスト

部屋は狭かったですが、立地と宿泊費を勘案すると、感謝です。
部屋のカードを一枚紛失してしまいご迷惑をお掛けしました。2,000円は払いましたが、その後かかる手間を考えると申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。失礼致しました。

個人的な事情にて一点不満

私だけかもしれないが部屋に入ると鼻水とくしゃみが止まらない。連泊して感じる清掃(特に床)の甘さが原因か。使用済靴磨き紙はそのまま床に放置。ティッシュも交換なし。それ以外はロケーションも設備も従業員も素晴らしい静かなホテルなので残念でした。

オープンしたての新しくて清潔なホテル

夜の歓楽街と通り抜けて行ったので、ホテルにたどり着くまでは多少不安もありましたが、ホテル自体はとても清潔でした。分煙（1階喫煙所）なので部屋もくさくないし、さらにプラズマクラスター完備で快適でした。
近所にコンビニもあり便利です。
海外からのお客さんがかなり多かったです。
スタッフも外国語対応できていたので、インバウンド向けなのかなという印象です。

Awesome location — literally steps from Dotonbori! The room was small, but that’s totally expected for Japan. The only downside was the noise — some guests were really loud late at night and early in the morning. Wish the hotel had stepped in or reminded them to keep it down. It did make it a bit harder to get good sleep.

오사카 첫 방문에 이용한 효율적인 호텔입니다. 간사이국제공항에서 도톤보리행 리무진 버스로 호텔 인근에 하차할 수 있었습니다. 본관 건너편 별관에 방배정을 받았는데 한적조용해서 좋았습니다. 본관1층의 음료&커피 라운지는 무더운 여름 일정의 휴식 공간으로 잘 이용했습니다. 룸은 일본 다른 비즈니스 호텔과 같이 좁기는 하지만, 크게 불편함은 없었고, 조식 메뉴는 맛있게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 특히 위치가 가장 큰 장점입니다. 도톤보리, 신사이바시 쇼핑가, 공항 리무진 정류장을 도보 5분 전후로 이동할 수 있고, 다수 회선의 지하철역도 인근에 있어서 오사카 시내 관광은 어디로든 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 도보 1분 거리 이온푸드에서 간단식을 구입한 후, 호텔 1층 무료 라운지에서 자유롭게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 재방문하고 싶은 마음이 매우 높습니다.

Nice and clean hotel. Only 5 minutes to nearby MTR station. The room is not too big. But it is ckean and comfort. The bed, wifi and shower are good. You can get daily caaessories at lonby. There is a coffee machine with choice of choco. And a sodt drink machine with green tea. These two machine are provided at the canteen and free of charge. You can eat your food at canteen. You need to use the access card to press the lift. The staff is nice. There is 24 hours supermarket and vonvenience shops nearby. Many different restaurants are at downstairs too. Highly recommend !

Highly Recommended Hotel!!! Location is close to everything. Lots of food options around the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is really good. Rooms are well

Overall a great hotel. The room my family stayed in was spacious and the hotel staff was helpful. They also provided free coffee/soda available any time but the breakfast had a bit of a limited selection.

Perfect location for Osaka trip

Great location. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was nice. Free sodas water and coffee machines available near lobby which was great. Everything easily walkable and train station close if unable to walk too much.

Definitely an interesting hotel if you don't want to go full low on budget but also be close to Dotonbori. Definitely would recommend to stay for first time Osaka travellers.

Une bonne adresse!

Un etablissement propre et bien entretenu. Le service est impeccable comme dans tout le pays quasiment.
La localisation est plutot bonne pour le tourisme.
Le petit dejeuner pourrait gagner en qualite des plats mais c’etait deja bien!
La chambre est un peu petite pour 3 (famille) mais cela allait tout de meme.

Love this place! There was dinner ramen and breakfast buffet included. There was beer as a gift. Staff were friendly. There was no large bed so two beds were brought together which is ok. The location is also convenient. Recommend it and will stay agai.

This may not be a big hotel, but they rooms they provided were adequate, not too cramped. The front office staff were helpful and professional. What I liked most about this hotel was the breakfast buffet and the complimentary ramen (dinner time). I wouldn't mind paying 800¥ for the ramen because it is good. Overall, decent-good hotel. Would recommend.

The hotel is fine. The room was rather small but fair for the price. The front desk service was great: very professional and very helpful. We also much enjoyed the lavish breakfast. However, we didn't realize that Shinsaibashi is rather a party place, so it was quite dirty and a little noisy in the evenings.

The walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping street was further than expected. Towing the luggages was challenging.

Breakfast spread was good while more pastries will be good.

There is an AEON supermarket around the corner. Convenient.

Overall a good budget option to stay in Osaka. Our room was clean but pretty tiny compared to our other accommodation in Japan. It didn’t have views. We stayed in the Annex building, which due to the lack of a restaurant smelled way better than the main building. The staff were helpful and kind in true Japanese hospitality spirit. Very conveniently located next to metro stops, lots of restaurants and good shopping.

This hotel was very conveniently situated, a short walk from two train stations and convenience stores, by many restaurants and bars, and close to the awesome Shinsaibashi strip for all your shopping desires. The area came to life at night and it was fun exploring! The hotel itself was good for the money, staff was helpful, rooms were a decent size and offered most necessities if needed. The on-site breakfast buffet was basic, but enough to feel full. I don't know what it is about their showerheads, but the pressure is always abundant and never an issue with hot water. I would stay here again, it's a great value.

Fantastic location for a reasonable price, just far enough away from Dotonbori that most of the hustle and bustle doesn’t reach your ears, but you’re still in a 15 minute walk of everything between Namba and Shinsaibashi. Extraordinary helpful staff from the kitchen workers to the front desk, pretty much anything and everything we came to them with was met with professionalism and swift resolution.

Está cerca de muchas atracciones y restaurantes, un poco alejado del metro sobre todo si va muy cargado de maletas, pero el servicio muy bien y tienen máquina expendedora de bebidas gratis (coca,te,jugo,cafe) todo el día, te regalan una cortesía de ramen y puedes dejar encargadas tus maletas. Me gusto.

Property and staff great. Room comfortable and staff very accommodating. Breakfast good even if you have to pay for it. Bed and pillows comfy. Only downside was for person clean the room…never did it properly ( cups left unclean). Manager Gentleman for breakfast ( baseball fan) was amazing.

Small issues but worth it

Rooms weren't the cleanest and the Aircon sometimes smelt of smoke, but the bed was comfy and it was a quiet night with strong aircon in a great location. The price I paid outweighs the bad and I would definitely stay again.

Hotel molto vicino al centro Dotonbori, a piedi si arriva tranquillamente nei maggiori punti di interesse altrimenti a 5 minuti c'è anche la metro.
Personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Camera piccola per tre persone ma uscendo la mattina e tornando la sera ci è andata bene. Pulita e fornita dei vari oggetti da bagno, pigiama, ecc
