コンフォートホテルERA東京東神田

2泊3日で家族4人で利用させてもらいました。ホテル内も設備もとても綺麗でした。スタッフの方も優しくて対応も素晴らしいです。ウエルカムドリンクなどのサービス品も常備してあり嬉しかったです。
少し駅に遠く主要都市、新宿や渋谷へ行きたかったのですが乗り換えが必要で少し不便な場所でした。その他は満足です。

ここは5回目の利用です。
いつもは一番安いシングルルームなのですが、今回は安かったのでクイーンベッドで18㎡の部屋を選択しました。
なぜか値段が高い部屋にもかかわらず2階で、カーテンを開けると道を歩く人と目が合うような部屋でした。
また、前の宿泊者が床に何かをこぼしたのか、ベトベトしていました。

快適

駅からも近いし、とっても綺麗なホテルでした。
部屋も洗礼されて余分なものは無く、ベットも快適でぐっすり眠れました。
朝ごはんも色々ありましたが、ケチャップライスがパサパサ＆固めなので、
改善して頂けると嬉しいです。
また、是非泊まりたいです

とても清潔感のあるホテルで、快適にゆっくり過ごせました。ベッドも広く、お風呂などの水回りもキレイでした✨
無料のビュッフェ朝食も満足できました。
部屋の電気がカードキーで一括されていたのが少し残念でした。ベッドのライトだけをつけるとか、テレビだけつけるということが出来なかったです。

コインランドリーと無料朝食

お部屋も広く、バスルームも広いので快適に過ごせました。
サービスについて少し意見させていただくと、コインランドリーの洗濯機が少ないのでいつ行っても誰かが使っていてなかなか洗濯ができませんでした。あと、朝食がいつ行っても満員で座る席がなく、仕方ないので時間を遅らせて行くともう食べ物がない状態でした。宿泊客数に対してテーブル数が足らないと思いました。
それ以外は素晴らしく快適なホテルだと思います。

建物、設備が新しく気持ちよかったことと、値段の割には広くて快適な部屋だった。とりわけ、PCで仕事ができる十分な広さの机と優先無線のLANに加え、コンセントがたくさんあり、USBの差し込み口が枕元までついているのは良いと思う。食事の質は値段相応だが、それなりに選べるのが良い。

秋葉原から徒歩かなり歩くかなと思ったけどわりとすぐでした！子どもたちが小学生中学生なので一人一つのベッドありがたい！朝ご飯おいしく安く清潔！子どもが一番喜んでました！禁煙なのもいいのでここのホテルはすきです！

清潔なホテル

加湿器が追い付かないくらい静電気がすごかったですが、それ以外はとても快適でした。
立地も、最寄り駅から近いですし、東京駅から歩こうと思えば歩ける距離だったので、良いと思います。

Det var fint tyst kändes tryggt personal var trevliga och hjälpsamma rummet var helt ok i storlek städningen fungerade fint dock lite långt till första tubelbana små och få restauranger i närheten några utav dem var bara för japanska invånare.. sammanfattningsvis jag var nöjd.

This hotel is really nice and provide a basic amenities. The nice thing about this is you can rent a massage gun and foot massage. the breakfast has a good selection of food and my favorite was the breakfast fruit shakes.

The only thing i did not like was the laundry since a lot of people use and not enough so you have to wait for a long time. Good thing there was a nearby laundromat that cut the time of us waiting. The parking is little far as well.

The staff at Comfort Hotel were great. There is always someone onsite at the front desk to assist with any questions. The location is good and relatively close to a number of Metro lines. The area is pretty quiet in the evenings but a lot of places to eat at during the day.

The rroms are clean but a little tight but expected for Tokyo. Would recommend staying at this site.

Yes, the rooms are small but since our goal was to explore Tokyo in our limited time it did not affect us greatly. They do daily cleaning and even daily change the linens if you ask them to do so. The area is pretty convenient in terms of access to subway.

Great hotel but bad breakfast

Hotel is great, staff is excellent, rooms are clean. One bad thing is breakfast, it’s not diverse enough, we would prefer more Japanese style, selection of food is pretty bad as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but I would opt out of breakfast if possible.

Complimebtary snacks on thr first floor were pretty nice, especially after a long day of moving around. Right down the street from Akihabara but far enough for it to be quiet. Laundry facility was very small though, so I'd reccomend theblaundromat nearby for your needs.

We had a great experience staying at the Comfort Inn in Tokyo. The location is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet still within easy walking distance to the train station and plenty of food options. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean and well-maintained. It was a bit on the small side, which is typical for Tokyo, and since we were traveling with a stroller, a large suitcase, a carry-on, and two backpacks (with two adults and two young kids), we definitely had to get creative with rearranging our things to make space. But it was manageable, and totally worth it for the location and cleanliness.

All in all, we would absolutely stay here again!

Hôtel parfait pour un séjour en famille. Il se trouve à proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro (A - S et H). Chambre propre et literie très confortable et bien isolé. Petit déjeuner buffet avec du sucre et du salé. Possibilité de laisser les valises à l’arrivée et après le départ. Rien à redire.

Stayed a couple nights in this area and wished we stayed longer. The staff was very helpful, the amenities were great and there was a lovely library cafe area with breakfast and tea service. Will definitely return!!

Well staffed with efficient staff. Good amenities such as loaner luggage scale and power adapter. There is a lounge that serves drinks almost the whole day and afternoon snacks available. Offers breakfast for a charge. Breakfast has both Japanese and western options and as great.

Has a ton of luggage locks and lockers for you to store your luggage on check out date.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff was attentive. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the free snacks in the lobby. There was a nice quiet area to meet people. Didn’t need the fresh towels left on our door every day.

A family of 4 - 2 adults, a 12 y.o. and a 5 y.o., and stayed for three nights after landing in Haneda.
It was clean and has been modernized. Felt safe - need to tap key card to use elevator. Area is quiet and food and convenience stores are within a two block radius. The rooms are a bit tight but we had two double beds plus a pull out, so thats why.
I liked having an air purifier/humidifier in the room.
I also enjoyed having free coffee/latte/teas each evening (free after their paid buffet breakfast, so between 10am - midnight).
I'll definitely return next time i visit Tokyo.

Escolhi este hotel pela opção do quarto triplo e pela qualidade da rede Comfort no Japão que eu já conhecia de outras viagens. Meu único ponto a reclamar é em relação a localização pois não é tão próximo do metro quanto eu imaginei, mas a limpeza, educação dos funcionários, café da manhã e camas foram perfeitos

The room was not too small compared to my other stays. The room wasnt awkwardly spaced. It had everything we needed and laundry. There were some food places and a grocery nearby which was convenient. Think the stations were about 10 min walking. Seems like forever wt the end of the night but not too far to the main places about 20-30 mins

Très bon hôtel bien situé avec métros et restaurants à proximité. Celui-ci est situé à 2km à pied de la Gare de Tokyo et à 1 km de Akihabara.
Les chambres sont propres et le personnel très agréable. L’hôtel propose aussi gratuitement un petit déjeuner sucré/salé en buffet.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

The location is good (Near Akihabara 15 minutes) and there' is one JR station (Toei Shinjuku, Asakusa) nearby. You can take the train to Tokyo station in 10 minutes. Staffs are willing to help and answer your questions. They did offer complimentary breakfast that's a good and plus in Tokyo. The room size is ok, like US Comfort inn (200 SQ ).

Overall very pleased with the neighborhood which is safe, very well kept, clean, orderly and not busy. Walking distance to all the metro lines. Excellent complimentary breakfast every morning. No issues with indoor air quality and temperature in the rooom; it was just a tight space but very clean. Room was complete with the necessities expected by an international traveller, such as tea, desk and chair, seating area, closets, etc. Excellent option for a family with children.

Do not stay here! Bathroom smells disgusting.

Room was very basic. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom. I asked for a room swap but noticed several of the bathrooms had a similar smell or worse. I therefore decided to stay where I was. After further investigation I realized it was from the p trap. I then poured a lot of water down it to flush it out. This helped a bit. However shortly after a person from reception came up to see if they could help. They proceeded to open up the ptrap, put their hand inside and so were trying to remove a block. They got something up and then used the shower head to flush more out. They got water and dirt everywhere in the bathroom. It was disgusting. They then used the clean bathroom towels to clean up the mess. Wiping dirt from the floor and then wiping around the sink. No cleaning fluid was used. When I told the person how this was disgusting and they needed to clean the bathroom properly he eventually agreed, but made me feel very uncomfortable. He left and then came back with more towels and cleaning fluid. He used the clean towels and cleaning fluid to clean up his pervious mess. He was however not great at basic cleaning and I was more and more uncomfortable. Several times I asked him to please just stop and leave but he would not. Eventually after lots of insisting he left. We then needed to get more clean towels as he used them again. The whole thing left me feeling very uncomfortable and I just wanted to go.

In the middle of several subway stations, it's convenient for nearby tourism. However, if you have luggage and are commuting to and from the airport, you will have to carry your luggage up long stairs. The breakfast quality is quite good.

È un buon hotel. Le stanze doppie sono un po' piccole, ma per il resto niente da eccepire. Alcuni membri dello staff parlavano molto bene l'inglese.
Come posizione è piuttosto comodo: a due passi da Akihabara, con diverse stazioni della metro non troppo distanti, e anche la stazione principale di Tokyo è a una mezz'oretta a piedi. Per chi arriva da Narita c'è un treno da soli 1380 Yen (meno di € 10) che arriva diretto abbastanza vicino in poco più di un'ora.

This was our first hotel of the trip and I can say I enjoyed it. Even though rooms were a bit small, this wasn’t too bad for two people. We had room for our luggage which was helpful, the breakfast was great and really enjoyed it!
They also had light refreshments in the foyer which was nice to have after a busy day.
About a 10min walk or so from local subway/metro stations.
I would recommend staying here and would so again myself!

Great hotel for an excellent price. We got the Queen Size bed room and there was plenty of space to move around. It didnt felt as tight as previous hotels I had stayed in Tokyo. It is clean, it is practical, close to several tube stations. I can’t say the area is exciting but who cares when you leave in the morning and only come back to sleep? I did see some dining options that havent already eaten would have tried. Regarding the breakfast I felt it was ok, then again it is good value. There is some sort of self check in and check out that was cool but people is always eager to help. Definitely would stay again here.
