住一 HOTEL 関空店

静かだし車も置けて清潔。ただ荷物置くスペースもなく狭い。飲み物、ブラシ、着替えなどないから、ちょっと慌てた。部屋を確認する写真が少なすぎてイメージが掴めなかった。エアコンの設定が16℃強風のままで、設定を変えるのに時間がかかった。途中クーラーから水が滴る音が耳について寝られなかった。温度を上げたら直った。泊まる客が帰ったら設定は普通に直すべき！

翌日のフライト時間が早いので、家族で前泊利用させていただきました。
正直、あまりの安さに期待はしていませんでしたが、部屋の綺麗さとオシャレさに驚きました。
シャンプー類、ボディソープなどもメナード商品で統一されており、とても良かったです。
お風呂は、バスタブは無いですが、暑い時期だったのでシャワーで十分でした。
フロントの方も気さくな感じで良かったです。
とても気分よく泊まれました。ありがとうございました。

ゆったりした部屋でゆっくり休んでしかも朝食付き。関空利用時にはまた泊まろうと思います。

部屋はとても綺麗で、5人での利用でしたがトリプルルームを2部屋コネクトしていただけたので大変便利でした！
朝食も結構種類が多く、美味しかったです。
周りのお客さんがほとんど中国の方だったのびっくりでしたが‥たまたまなのか、中国人に人気のホテルなのか？
夜中に廊下で大声で話したり、朝食時に順番に並ばなかったりと、少しマナーの悪い方がいらっしゃったのが残念でした。

シャトルバスさえつかまえられれば後は１２０点です

関西空港でシャトルバスを利用しましたが、バスが着く場所がわからず、トランクをもってあっちこっち走りました。他のグループもあちこちバスを探してました。やっとバスに乗れてホテルまで行きました。ちょっと気分は落ちておりましたが、ホテルは綺麗で清潔で静かでシャワーの出も良く、ベットの質も良くとても快適に過ごせました。朝ごはんもすごかったです。スタッフの方も全員とても親切でした。シャトルバスの乗り方がわかりましたのでまた利用したいと思います。

部屋は新しいということもあってとても綺麗でした。お風呂は浴槽はなく、シャワーのみでしたが、狭さは感じず、シャワーを浴びるには十分の広さでした。

乗り継ぎ時に便利

空港からのシャトルバス乗り場がわからず、ホテルへ電話したら、出たばかりと言われましたが、折り返して迎えに来てくれました。とても助かりました。部屋はとても機能的に作られてました。バスルームもシャワーしかありませんが、気持ちよく入れました。
歩いて5、6分のところにスーパーマーケットがあり、便利です。朝食も美味しかったです。しいて言えば、テーブルとイスがあったらもっと快適と思いますが、置くスペースがない広さの部屋なので、仕方がないと思います。

シャトルバスが便利

関空トランジットのため宿泊しました。
便数は少ないものの、無料シャトルバスもあり助かりました。
空港から少し距離があるので、タクシーだと高くつきました。
春秋航空が運営している？ホテルのようで、中国人のお客さんが多くロビーや食事スペースはワイワイしていましたが、夜中はみなさん寝に帰るので静かですし、なにより館内のお掃除が行き届いているので清潔で過ごしやすかったです。
お部屋も広くてよかったですよ。

部屋の電源の種類が多く心強い。加湿器、空気清浄器があり快適。部屋は広いとは言えないが非常に機能的かつ清潔感があり好ましい。しかし。備え付けの電話は使いづらい。

新しいホテルなので設備は新しいです。朝のバイキングは品数が豊富ですが、食器がプラスチックです。関西空港を利用する方が前泊しているケースが多いようです。壁の薄さやプラスチック食器など気にならないのであれば快適です。

Relative new amenities, clean and comfort room.

This hotel is not far from Kansai International Airport (KIX), estimated time to reach KIX is about 30 min. You need one transfer to reach KIX.

Pros:
Large Parking lot.
Free breakfast.
Clean and new amenities room, the room has many socket to charge your devices, even have a multi-nation compatible socket for those Chinese tourist.
Cheap price.
Relative large room. and the TV is also large compares to other hotel I stayed.

Cons:
A little far-off the downtown of Izumisano City and also has a distance from the nearest station of Nankai Line. (6-8 min by walking).
The bathroom doesn't has a bathtub, you can only use shower.

Summary.
Nice room cleanliness and new amenities, Nice staff (can speak Chinese and English), relative large room, large parking lot.
Saving time to KIX but you still need to prepare 40 min to reach airport.

広くて快適なホテル

部屋がとても広く、海外旅行用の大きいスーツケースを広げるスペースが充分にありました。
シャワールームはバスタブが無いですが、逆に洗いやすくてとても快適でした。
朝食は中国人ゲストが多いからか、中華のバリエーションが多かったです。新鮮な果物がもっとあれば良かったです。
関空までのシャトルバスを利用しましたが、あまり本数がありませんでした。座席数がそんなになかったし、関空までは遠く無いのでもっと本数があればよかったです。

大変きれいで、隣の音も聞こえず、快適でした。シャワーのみで、洗面が独立しているのもいい選択だと思います。バイキングも満足でしたが、今回5泊もしたので少し飽きた感じもしましたが、係の方もテキパキして好感が持てました。また観光の拠点として空港のシャトルバスをかなり使わせていただきました。また利用したいと思います。

関空近くの新しいホテル

家電量販店のコジマを改装したちょっと珍しいホテルです。
新しいので清潔感はありますが、眺望はなく、窓も開きません。元の造りが影響しているのかも。設備などは関空利用の外国人を意識した内容。関空利用で空港周辺に宿泊したい人向け。
ロードサイドの家電量販店だったこともあり、駐車場はホテルより広くゆったりしています。

おそらく訪日観光客向けのホテルと思われるところです。もちろん、日本人も宿泊できるホテルです。オープン間もなく室内もきれいで食事も宿泊費の割には豪華でおいしかったです。
室内は最低限必要なものがコンパクトにまとめられており、無料wifiや大型液晶テレビ、各種アメニティもあります。私はは必要ありませんでしたが、バスタブがなくシャワーのみてます。

We stayed here 1 night only as our flight from Sydney arrived after 8pm into KIX and we specifically looked for something close to KIX, it is only a quick train ride 2 stops and then another for 1 stop( 15mins in total) and a short easy walk, we loved the hotel, the room was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and it was close to the waterfront to go for a walk the next morning and watch the local fish market with kids catching fish on the Sunday morning, it's a bit far out to stay here as a base for sightseeing around Osaka and Kyoto etc but we would definitely stay 1-3 nights next time to explore the surrounding area a bit more before heading into Osaka

Beware before booking if you need an airport hotel. The property advertises themselves as an Airport Hotel on Expedia but when you reach the building it is called Apartment Hotel 11 not Airport Hotel 11. There is no airport shuttle offered anymore in contrary to previous reviews. Your options are an expensive 50$ taxi or taking the train two stops and then transfer to another platform, go counter direction for one stop and then walk for half a mile through a residential area before reaching, or take a cab from the station. SO IT IS NOT AN AIRPORT HOTEL!!! This was also confirmed by the receptionist who was quite surprised that we came “all the way from the airport”. The room itself was as seen on the photos: clean, had an AC, no fridge.

Loved that three people could travel and have their own individual beds. The room was very nice but did not have a closet or dresser to put out your clothes. They also had a shuttle service for an additional one time cost that would take you out to their other hotels located in the heart of Osaka in Namba. Overall we had a great trip.

Great location if you want to be close to Kansai Airport. We were surprised at the wonderful large variety of their breakfast buffet. Hard to beat! Rooms are well designed. Simple, efficient, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We only stayed here 1 night after arriving at Kansai Airport (15mins drive) and a free shuttle is provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful – it was surprising to be greeted by name when I walked into reception which started the good impression.

Rooms are quite small, but perfectly fine for 2 people. The bed was comfortable (even if the pillows a bit thin). The shower was hot and powerful, with good quality shower jell/shampoo and a full compliment of toiletries.

Breakfast was included and there was an eclectic range of good quality Japanese and Western options on the buffet.

If I fly through Kansai in the future I would definitely stay here again and I think it was actually the best hotel of the trip.

Needs better shuttle info

Far from Rinku Town but a great value for a very new, clean, hip and modern basic hotel. The breakfast was a nice touch. Airport shuttle was not easy to locate. Info desk wasn’t sure where the shuttle would come. Other bus drivers were not sure either. Not enough shuttles. If you miss one, it’s a long time until the next one and if you go to the wrong bus stop it’s impossible to run fast enough to the correct place so you will definitely miss the shuttle if you don’t know exactly the correct bus stop. Be careful about that!

We decided to stay here because we had an early flight and the hotel offered free shuttle bus service to the airport. Hotel is nice and new. There are a lot of shops within walking distance -combinis, Maxvalue, a pharmacy and Bookoff, as well as restaurants. The hotel also offered a really nice spread for breakfast.

Be aware of “free shuttle” service

The rooms are spacious, nicely designed and comfortable. However, if you rely on free shuttle service as us, be aware that the shuttle service starts at 6:30 am and runs around every hour or two. If you have an early flight as us, you wont make it by the shuttle. The only solution is a taxi for you. As the receptionists dont really speak English, it makes your planning harder. We were first said to go to catch a taxi at the train station, in the morning another receptionist was surprised we didnt order a taxi to the hotel (previous one claimed its impossible).
