満足

２泊３日のプチ家族旅行でした。ホテルを拠点にあちこち観光をしました。マンションタイプだったので帰ってきたときに家のようにくつろげました。金額は少し高めですが、満足でした。受付のネパール人スタッフはとても感じが良かったです。

成田空港行きのバス乗り場（Tcat）までのロケーションも良いし、部屋が広くて快適。また、スタッフの李様という方が忘れ物の対応が抜群に素晴らしかったです。また利用します。

広くて綺麗！ダイニングキッチンタイプのお部屋を利用！

初めて利用しました。
彼氏と二人で外食ではなく自炊をしてみたくてこちらのホテルを選択しました。
ホテルは50平米で広々としていて清潔感がありとても居心地が良かったです。ただ、お風呂の湯沸かしが壊れていて？うまく作動せず不便な思いを致しました。
折れて短くなっていた菜箸があったので、フロントに問い合わせしたところ快く新しいものと交換してくれました。
炊飯ジャーがパナソニック製で美味しく炊けるもので自炊のモチベーションが上がりました。別途注文のお酒やお水なども良心的なお値段だったので大変好感がもてました。
近くに徒歩3分くらいの場所にスーパーやコンビニもあるので立地も恵まれています。
ホテルの方も笑顔で丁寧に接して下さり思い出に残る滞在となりました。
また、機会をみて宿泊したいと思います。
※ちなみにピーラーはありませんでしたのでお料理される方は事前に調理器具など確認された方がいいと思います笑

家族旅行で利用しました。駅から近く、お部屋も広々、清潔感あり、また、何といってトイレと浴室が別ということでとても素晴らしいホテルでした。

The unit had a great layout with everything we needed for 5 nights (2 adults, 1 toddler). I personally had a hard time sleeping on the mattress because I was 20 weeks pregnant and it was firmer than other hotels we stayed at. I had a lot of hip and back pain each night. The staff was very pleasant and could speak English well. They helped me fill out a luggage delivery form and it worked out really well.

Eh!

I stayed at this hotel with my family of 5 for 5 nights recently (June 2024) . The room was spacious & comfortable for the 5 of us. My husband and I + 3 teenage boys. It was a unique hotel as it was 1 room per floor. We had the room with a double bunk + 2 bed paddings on the floor = 6 beds.

The Cons - The hotel is located about 25-30mins by train, some tourist sites you may have to take 2 trains. Which was kind of a hassle bc if you wanted to stay at Shibuya or Shinjuku late at night or travel to the countryside your trek back home is quite far.

This location is quite dead, not much to see/do - you will definitely have to train outside of the area.

I chose this place so my kids can have their own beds BUT the actual beds were rock hard, the pillows were bricks, and the bed padding on the floors were about 2 inches of soft foam on tiled floors = hard as a rock. Being jetlagged and not wanting to waste any precious time, it was difficult with not being able to sleep well.

The Pros - The staff was great, very respectable and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel.

There's a Lawson and 7-11 less than 1/2 a block in each direction of the hotel.

There's a train station less than a block away.

There's little restaurants scattered around the hotel.

All in all, since this was our first trip to Japan, I dont think I will stay at this location in future, as it's far from the sightseeing and our rest/sleep was horrible.

Best family friendly hotel

The best hotel for our family. Comfy beds and spacious for us to spread out after a long day of exploring Tokyo. We had the entire floor to ourselves for the room we booked. Amenities and appliances worked great along with enough dishes, utensils, and cutlery to chop fruits and veggies. Conveniently near 7-11, Lawson’s, and Family Mart. Very close to the subway also. Staff were always friendly and respectful. They were especially helpful with luggage storage after 10am check-out time when we had another seven hours to kill. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely home away from home

Excellent choice for our family with 4 kids! Staff were professional and courteous, always greeting us with a warm smile to welcome us back from a long day out. Spacious, clean, and in a great location! Near several combini stores for snacks, water, and a quick bite. Close proximity to the metro Z line that connected all over Tokyo. Also, convenient was the T-CAT station that is a hub for limousine bus and taxi stand to get to/from the airports. Bonus is Hakozaki park behind our block that has a swing set and play area to get the wiggles out. We were lucky to capture beautiful Sakura photos there during our stay. Would highly recommend this place as a home away from home.

We stayed twice in Hotel Axas in our trip to Japan. Location is very convenience to/ from airport using TCAT limousine bus and go around Tokyo using metro from TCAT building. TCAT building is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and good restaurant in and around that building. There are local grocery store just a block away to buy vegetables and fruit. Hotel room was very clean and having a kitchen helped us a lot as my wife is Vegan and we able to cook easily with facilities provided in the room. Washer and Dryer was very handy. I recommend hotel Axas to anyone planning to visit Tokyo and need a quite place with convenience access around the city.

I had stayed here before and it is a decent hotel that gives you the basic. The good things are the laundry machine and kitchen available in each room. It is basically a small Short term rental apartment.


What makes the low score this time was the behaved of the female reception. She was speaking Japanese on the phone to me which made the instruction very unclear. When I came down to the reception and asked her to speak in English (which I know she can as she did to me in the past), and suddenly she got angry and impatient and said i don’t speak English in Japanese. But her English came out when she started to talk and answer faster and then at the end she was speaking English to me.

I don’t think any service staff can put an angry conversation with customer especially in Japan. Her attitude is not acceptable and the fact she lied about not understanding English is horrible.

很棒的住宿環境

本次旅遊是一家5人的6日旅遊，公寓飯店的有4床單人大床（上下舖）、客廳、洗烘衣機(提供洗衣球）、有中島的開放式廚房，廚房用具齊全（但沒有油鹽等調味品），但不影響我們煮食，飯店附近10分鐘的行走路程內有1間中型和2間小型超市，附近有3個地鐵站。
備品放在1樓旅客視所需字取，可寄放行李。
總體而言，性價比高。官網房間照片和實際一樣。
但因為我們有5人，所以有一床外加的莫菲床，這床有點不好睡，睡到半夜床架會分開，人會凹陷在裡面。

We enjoyed our stay here. Family of 5. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The facilities for washing and cooking were great. It was clean and well maintained. Quiet area of town. Easy transport options.
Would recommend this.

Apart from the Nepalese staff this hotel is awful. The property is old and dated and the beds are like rock.

A very good deal for Tokyo

Apartment really well equipped (except for the bathtub too small, very good the shower). Staff is kind and English speaking. The position is very good: 50 mt from a metro stop (Suitengumae) and 100 mt Tokyo City Airport Terminal (T-CAT).

Good value for the money

The hotel is in a good location, close to a couple different train stations. It seemed like each room had its own floor. The room has any amenities like a shoe closet, a combination, washer, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was very comfortable for our family.

The only drawback was the elevator is on the small side and the chairs were all stained. Our air conditioner unit seem to have some issue with it and would let off a rubbery smell every now and then but thats something easily fixed.

All in all, a great spot.

Hotel Axas was very convenient and close to the train & bus station. A very walkable area within a residential & working community.
Would stay here again spacious, clean & comfortable room. And the staff were very friendly, kind & helpful.

My family of 4 stayed at Hotel Axas Nihonbashi for 10 nights. Our unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything and the washer/dryer in the unit made it possible for us the travel lightly. Each unit is on a floor by itself so it was really private and quiet. We were just a block or so away from T-CAT which was very convenient because we took a bus to and from Haneda airport which is less than 30 minutes away. The ONLY complaint we had is that the thin futon mattress is not very comfortable. The double bunk beds were nice because everyone had their own bed. You won't regret staying here. The staff was also so nice.

Home for a week.

Each bunk bed wide enough for 1 adult and a preschooler (or 2 at a squeeze). Washer dryer and detergent provided made travelling light in winter a breeze. Bathroom can be heated, cooled or turned into a huge dryer room so clothes come out wrinkle free. Kitchen with oven hob grill was great for breakfast fry up. But the microwave to heat up all that 7-11 and Lawson's food for dinner while four tired under-12s zone out watching Netflix after a long day sightseeing? Brought tears to my eyes. Highly recommended for families with young kids who find standard hotel quad rooms too tight and adjoining rooms too scary for young ones.

Nice stay

Enjoyed my stay here. Room was pretty small and bed was firm, but this is common in Japan. My only complaint is that they charged me 2,000 yen to get an hour late check out. And I gave them notice the night before. This is the first time I've ever had to pay for this in any hotel. And I've stayed in hundreds of them. You'd think for a 5 night stay they would accommodate me with this. Other than that, the service was very pleasant.

작은 호텔이지만 방도 넓고 시설도 매우 훌륭하며, 전자레인지, 가스레인지, 세탁기, 냉장고, 전기밥솥, 주방기구 등이 있어 장기 출장이나 가족 여행 시에 적극 추천하고 싶어요. 특히 TCAT이 바로 근처에 있어 리무진으로 공항 이동도 쉽고 전철역도 바로 근처라 도심 내 이동도 너무 좋아요.
정말 강추입니다.

舒適的房間

房間以東京來說很大，房間內有洗衣機、小廚房及餐具、水波爐跟電鍋，很適合親子及長期住宿的旅客
但房務清潔需再加強，第三天回房，原來使用的牙刷被換成另一支(不是飯店所附的)，不知道是哪來的牙刷，實在有點嚇人

很棒的服務，工作人員很親切，飯店人員都很快速的處理所有的問題，飯店位置臨近地鐵和機場快速巴士總站超方便，讓我們回程到機場很輕鬆，客房乾淨又方便，每間房間都有洗衣機太棒了（洗衣機乾衣功能十顆星，是乾燥功能所以不用擔心衣服縮水）

下次會再選擇入住的好飯店

全家同行有廚房及洗烘衣機真的超級方便。飯店距離Tokyo City Air Terminal只需三分鐘，15分鐘一班車往成田或羽田機場。 服務人員很盡力提供我們需要的物品，非常貼心。退房雖是11點，但是可以寄放行李，所以退房後可以空手輕鬆出去逛街搭車前往機場前。真的很方便。

Very nice hotel with very friendly staffs. Room is very clean and spacious with high speed Wifi, separated toilet/bathroom and fully functional kitchen!

The location is superb in the heart of Tokyo with many restaurants, convenience shops around. 3 mins walk to Metro station as well as T-CAT (the major limousine bus centre connect Tokyo and Airports)

Great stay!

Convenient location if you wish to catch the TCAT bus. Clean apartment that is well equipped with a fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils and a good sized bathroom.

Loads of space for our family. Great facilities with washer/dryer, awesome bathroom and very functional kitchen. Quiet location and only two minutes away from T-CAT and Suitengumae subway station.

Great location

This is really serviced apartments rather than a hotel. Well equipped with great space saving storage for family of 4. Only missing kitchen item was sharp knife! Great location by the City air terminal for easy access to both airports. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Lots of nearby places to eat, local supermarket and convenience stores.

The manager and staff were a complete pleasure to talk with, they assisted my with practically any concerns I had. Most importantly is in the almost 2 months of being in Japan, this is by far the best hotel I've been lucky to stay at...can't say enough good things about the cleanliness, the space, the convenience, the proximity to the train station, and once more the staff. If you chose one hotel in Tokyo for comfort and overall positive experience, I encourage you to chose Hotel Axas and I'm sure you'll be writing your own positive review afterwards.

Spacious room (by Japanese standards) that is well thought out and exactly as pictured. The hotel accommodated our party of six by including an extra mattress. The kitchen allowed us to make breakfasts before heading out. Washer/dryer allowed us to pack lightly. The staff at the hotel aim to please and were helpful in all aspects of our stay. The location of the hotel in the business area meant quiet streets at night and easy to get from Narita as well as close to the Metro stop. Convenience stores are located nearby as well as the post office.

Very spacious and comfortable room!

This hotel is GREAT for anyone who has a long-term stay in Tokyo. I rented the stylish bunk, which was 25 square meters. The bunks were fun and very large! The washer/dryer in the room was brand new as was everything in it because it is all newly renovated. It felt like I was in a brand new room. The kitchenette was fully stocked. The bathroom was very modern and clean. There are absolutely NO marks on the walls anywhere in the lobby, hallways, or rooms. That desk in there was fantastic and long and modern. And the station exit is just two minutes away. We had such a wonderful stay. It is highly recommended for travelers with families and for groups looking for a spacious place to stay in Tokyo!

Buen hotel, no obstante, con observaciones

Observaciones importantes:
- personal habla muy poco inglés u otro idioma diferente al japonés.
-no mapas disponibles para orientarte, ni mucho menos opciones turísticas que puedas considerar
- todo los utilensilios y lavadora en idioma japones, sugiero a la gerencia realice un manual de instrucciones en otros idiomas. Incluso usar el control de aire acondicionado fue complicado.
- se filtra la luz de la calle, e incomoda el dormir .
-por otro lado, súper limpio y moderno.
