洗面所の水道の蛇口が壊れた。バスルームに窓があり、ロールスクリーンが取り付けられているが何のためか？

ホテルでの滞在は良かったです。夜もよく眠れました。
ただホテルの玄関外でタバコを吸ってる外国の方や自転車が停めてあったり座り込んでる若者がいて不快な気持ちになりました。

外は治安が悪そうでしたがホテルのセキュリティはエレベータで良いと感じました。もう一つ
ベッドマット良かった〜熟睡出来ました。

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้แหล่งช๊อปปิ้งมาก เดินเล่นช๊อปปิ้งสะดวก ที่จอดรถทางโรงแรมมีโดยคิดค่าจอดคันละ2500¥
แต่ที่จอดอยู่ในตึก หากเข้าจอดแล้วจะไม่สามารถไปที่รถเพื่อหยิบของในรถได้หลัง23:00 ฉันเลยแนะนำให้คุณจอดที่จอดหยอดเหรียญหน้าโรงแรมจะสะดวกกว่าและราคาถูกกว่า
ห้องพักสะอาด แต่กลางคืนจะได้ยินเสียงคนเมาโวยวายแถวนั้นค่อนข้างชัด ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง
ส่วนอาหารเช้าของโรงแรมไม่แนะนำ อาหารมีน้อยและโต๊ะมีไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนลูกค้า พนักงานไม่ดูแลลูกค้าสักเท่าไหร่
ลูกค้าต้องเดินหาโต๊ะว่างเพื่อทานอาหารเช้าเอง ฉันรู้สึกไม่คุ้มค่ากับการซื้ออาหารเช้าในครั้งนี้

お風呂の排水が詰まっていて、シャワーを浴び終わると15センチほどの水がたまる。
浴槽の周りにはカビ。

備え付けのパジャマは５つのボタンのうち４つ取れているものが用意されていた。

モーニングビュッフェは
小分けの醤油の賞味期限が2023年6月で切れた物が提供されていて、

人手不足なのか分からないが、
入り口付近にスタッフもいないため、モーニングチケットを持っていない＝料金を払っていない人が素通りでビュッフェに参加していた。

安かろう悪かろうなのでもう行きません。

今回は家族で宿泊しました。難波駅から徒歩圏内にあり、道頓堀、心斎橋も近くでとても便利な場所です。部屋は、まあまあの広さでシャワールームとトイレに窓が有りベッドルームとの仕切りがシェイドになっていて、余り落ち着けない感じがします。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでしたが、朝食が従業員不足か準備が遅く感じました。

価格の割に清潔で重厚感のある とても良い感じの部屋でした。
大阪のミナミの歓楽街には近いと言うよりド真ん中に有るので、夜の遊びには最高の立地ですね
但し、ホテルの中は静かで良いのですが、窓からの眺めは余り良くないのと、朝のホテル前の 鴉の宴会場状態はいただけないです。
ホテルの責任では無いですが、宴会が終わる時刻まで、ホテルでユックリして過ごすのが良いと思います。

ホテルは悪くないけど

ホテルには概ね満足ですが、宿泊者が海外の方ばかりだし、ホテルの外はガヤガヤしていた。活気のある場所なので若い方々にはいいと思いますが、私にはもう少し落ちた場所が良いと思った。

一階フロント前から直接入れるコンビニがあり便利でした。部屋に無料ウォーターが人数分用意されており有難かったです。パジャマも用意されていました。一つだけ、浴室のコンディショナーの香りが消毒薬の臭いがして、それだけが気になりました。立地も良く全体的に良かったのでまた利用したいと思います。

4人で泊まりましたが、10人ぐらいでもいけるぐらい広いです。
普通の住宅で、ホテルの狭い部屋に疲れた私たちはとてもゆっくりできました。
調理道具もあるので、簡単に作って食べることもできます。
住宅街で、宿に辿り着くまで少し迷いましたが、それは仕方なかったかな。

We had a great stay in Osaka, vut the hotel was really nit the highlight. If all you need is a bed, then great, but don't expect a quality hotel. This place is very dated, and hasn't been renovated in ages.

Litt slitt hotell, harde senger. Grei plassering

Hotellet er greit plassert i forhold til nærhet til det meste. Gaten hotellet ligger i er litt shady, men det er helt stille og rolig inne på hotellet og man føler seg uansett trygg om man går i området på kvelden.
Rommet er litt lite, men det er vanlig i Japan. Sengene er steinharde! Kan like godt ha lagt rett på gulvet. Merker at hotellet er litt slitt, så greit vi ikke bodde der mer enn to netter. Personalet var serviceinnstilte og hjalp oss med sending av bagasjen vår og eventuelt andre spørsmål vi hadde.

Réservé une superior twin.
Grande chambre.
Pas de vue mais on est souvent dehors donc pas de soucis de ce côté là.
Le nécessaire de toilette est présent avec des produits de la marque Dove.
Un pyjama vous attend sur le lit.
Théière, sachets de the, café et bouteilles d'eau à disposition (l'eau est potable ceci étant aux robinets).
Coffre fort, placard, machine à laver et à glace à certains étages.

Petit déjeuner très complet : côté international c'est pain, céréales, fruits et côté local, riz, soupe, saumon, bœuf etc.
Par contre, les oreillers ne sont pas à mémoire de forme comme j'ai pu avoir dans d'autres hôtels de même catégorie (Apa ou Landabout).
Très bien placé par contre. Tout est à proximité.
Vraiment parfait de ce côté là.

Côté utilisateurs, ce sont beaucoup, beaucoup de chinois, un peu de français, anglais et peu de japonais de ce que j'ai pu constater.

The front desk service was phenomenal they helped plenty of times! The surrounding area was busy due to the nightlife, but this hotel definitely helped give us a little calm safe haven. Rooms run a little small but it had everything you need and all hotel staff were very kind and would say hi if they were out in the halls. Great experience overall!!

Location is excellent, but room is very dated. Some electrical plugs not working. Caulking in bathroom area has many black area. Shade between window of bathroom and sleeping area can not block out light. Smoke/mold smell. Condensation dripping from ac near elevator area. Room ac temp at time too cold at time too hot. No way if maintaining temp. Have to adjust throught the night.

Hotel needs major repairs. Carpets has stains. Lobby is quite busy with people checking in
And out.

The bathroom in our room is clean however it smells. Bad odors from urine and chemical combine. Walls are way too thin. We could hear kids running up the hall way and upstairs floor.

Hospedagem Honesta

Estadia boa no geral. Osaka é um pouco diversificada, em comparação às demais cidades que visitei no Japão (Kyoto e Tóquio).

Sobre os itens que não avaliei com 5 estrelas, muitas vezes não eram por “culpa” do hotel. O entorno, ou, a rua, melhor dizendo, há grande fluxo de pessoas/ turistas, o que deixa o ambiente um pouco poluído.

Hotel was centrally located close to Dotonburi and all the nightlife and shopping but the hotel was nice and quiet. Close to lots of good restaurants also. Hotel is a bit of an older style but the interior is modern and clean.

The hotel is a close walk to Dotonburi and Shisenkei area which are filled with shopping and dining options.
You will have to walk through the night life to get to the hotel so it could get quite busy however it is not noisy once you get to the hotel room.

Front desk staff are not friendly, professional and don’t have respect for their guests/customers. They made us feel that they are better than us.

On the other hand, house keeping employees are quite respectable, courteous and friendly.

In my opinion- the entire front desk staff needs to be re-trained on customer service.

This place is convenient because it’s so close to Dotonburi. But compared to other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo, Kyoto and Yokohama, this hotel is the least in our “go back to” list. You can see molds in the bathroom and the lobby is not so inviting.

Bed comfortable, location very close to all amazing spots. Hotel is very dated, clean but my biggest issue was the toilet reeking of sewer smell, it was terrible to the point we dont want tobuse it and just use outside toilets. Also, we are a group of 3 so the bathroom with a clear glass with shade is not the best choice when travelling with a couple and a teenage child.

what a terrible place

I've stayed more than thousand hotels, from upscale Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, to budget ones.
I can't believe that this hotel can be branded as 4-star Holiday Inn. In Osaka, Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre- Midosuji even much better than this hotel. The only advantage is location, a very short walking distance can easily touch the central Dotonbori. Otherwise, this hotel has nothing better in my opinion.
I'll say my special thank for Mr. オクデ, who was at the front desk of Holiday Inn Osaka. Upon arrival I followed the lobby instruction board, lined up, waiting for check in with my luggage and carries . Mr. オクデ, saw me for a second, and then, kept watching his monitor, without any greeting or notice. Although it's obvious that his desk was very ready for check in. Finally, i had to request for check in by my self and luckily, he accepted.
Kindly, Mr. オクデ assigned a 2nd floor room for us, it's not clean, not bright. But overall, that's not important, I shall not return......

I visit Osaka annually and it was my first time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again. The bathroom conditions were poor with mold everywhere and the shower faucets needs to be replaced. The roller blind in the bathroom screen/window was a poor design.

This hotel was clean and comfortable however very very small rooms for 3 people. No space for a suitcase of any type. It’s located right in the middle of Dontonbori so it’s a nightlife area. If we visit again, we’ll stay off that area a little bit. Too much of a party scene.

Staff was very cordial and helpful with sending my luggage! Housekeeping was also excellent and always asked if I needed anything cleaned in my room! Highly recommend this hotel as it is right at Dontonbori! Staff can also speak English or direct you to another staff member that can.
