宿泊フロアに上がる際にカードキーが必要なため、関係者以外の人が入らないのも安全性が高く安心できました。

楽しかった宿です

宿泊予定の約1ヶ月前に予約しましたが、ツインタイプが完売でダブルベッドのお部屋に2名で宿泊。
お部屋は決して広くはありませんが、娘と2人で泊まるには充分でした。お風呂がユニットバスで水回りがもっと綺麗だと嬉しいです。
ヘアアイロンを借りましたが、あまりきれいではなかったので使いませんでした。マッサージチェアが5台ありましたが、そのうち3台はどこかしらが壊れていました。ちょっと残念でしたが、マッサージができる事はありがたかったです。
全体的に客層は、海外からの訪日客が多く、日本人の方が少ない感じ。
夜の無料バータイムとラーメンは大人気でした。キンキンに冷えたビールとハイボールは最高に美味しかった！

翌日も清掃を頼んだが、フットスローが棚の上に…少し残念でした。

コストパフォーマンスの良いホテル

今回は家族５人で宿泊しました。チェックインもとてもスムーズでスタッフの対応もとても良かったです。部屋はちょっと３人では荷物を広げたりするには広さが足りませんでしたが、ドリンク飲み放題や夜食のラーメン等サービスがとても良く、満足した大阪のステイでした。心斎橋駅からも徒歩圏内でしたので、次回又機会が有れば宿泊したいと思います。

日帰り大阪の予定が、大雨で電車が運休になり急遽泊まるホテルを探していて、口コミや値段で決めたのですが、口コミどおり、良かったです。ドリンクバーは24時間使えて、アイスと種類豊富なアルコールも時間指定はありますが無料で有難く頂きました。
無料の夜食ラーメンも美味しく頂きました。これから、大阪旅行に泊まりで行く時は、是非利用したいと思いました。

フロントでカードキが一部使えなかったことを説明したがスルーされた、一言足りないことで、嫌な気分が残ってすごく残念だった。たった一言、不便をかけて申し訳けなかったと言われていれば、全然大丈夫です。と言って終わった話だった。その一言もなくなぜ？っと気になってしまうし、こちらがクレーマーみたいに見えたのかと思い、また嫌な気分になった。

普通のビジネスホテルレベルなのにこんなに評価が高いのが不思議で仕方ない！
多少便利な位置条件の以外は納得できません。
ホテルのマネージャーはスタッフの教育にもっと力を入れるべきである。

快適でした！！

心斎橋からすぐなのでとても便利でした。何よりホテルの方が親切で、色々な備品を借りられたり、夜のラーメンやだけでなくお酒も飲むことができます。お部屋のお掃除も隅々まで行き届いているおり快適でした。大陸の方々ばかりで、エレベーターが2機しかないので、出入りの多い時間は行列です。また利用したいと思っております。ありがとうございました！

Convenient and comfortable stay in Shinsaibashi

This overall is a lovely hotel. The location couldn't be better for access to Dotonbori, the train and subway. It's right in Shinsaibashi, and you walk out of the front doors straight into interesting restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming, and the rooms are completely comfortable and clean, and well serviced each day. The only downside is the breakfast offerings. They are way overpriced ($15 a day) and have very poor options, especially if you have allergies like I do. Unless you are OK spending 15 bucks for a bowl of rice and miso soup, skip the breakfast!! There are much better cafes and such within 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Osaka. Access to Osaka castle, Dotonbori and a ton of shopping make this an ideal spot.

ザ・ブリッジホテル心斎橋

館内は日本らしいおもてなしをしたいという心意気が随所に感じられました。アプローチには朱色の橋がかかっておりました。フロントの方の説明が不十分でサービスは受けられなかったが夕方はたい焼き、夜は夜食にラーメンのサービスがありました。
フロントの方は英語、中国語、韓国語に対応出来るスタッフがおり外国からの宿泊者は安心かと思います。客室は狭めだが綺麗でアメニティグッズも他ホテルよりは豊富でした。フロントスタッフのホテルマンとしてのスキルが向上したならばとても良いホテルだと思います。現状はチェックインに非常に時間がかかる、質問してもすぐ答えられないスタッフばかりでした。今後に期待します。

Service and Amenities were great.

Hotel was great. They were able to accommodate us an extra day when we had to extend our trip. Breakfast food was good. The free alcohol was good. Kids liked the ice cream. The 24/7 drinks helped keep costs down. Massage chairs on the lobby for guests to use helped our achey bodies from walking everywhere all day. Centrally located to shopping and very close to the shinsaibashi train stop. Can easily get to the hotel by train from KIX.

Beware when they say that 3 people can fit in a room with only 1 double bed. Definitely won't fit 3 American linebackers. Maybe 3 small teenagers at best or parents with a small child under 10.

Great location

We arrived just in time for free ice cream and beer! Room was small but had what we needed (3 beds) - my only concern was we were put on the 12th floor which houses the smoking room. We were told our room would not be stinky, which was mostly accurate, but getting down the hall to the elevators was not pleasant. Fantastic location, walkable, so would stay again, just would request a different floor.

Excellent location close to subway, shopping and many food options. We walked to Dotonbori (Shinsaibashi shopping street is covered and connects to Dotonbori area). Steamer coffee next door to hotel is excellent, lawson next door and 7/11 around the corner. Lots of very nice thrift stores around the area. Hotel offered free alcoholic and non alcholic drinks all day, ice cream and ramen at specific times every day. Can borrow umbrellas, hair dryer, charger, anything you need. The front desk staff speaks english and VERY welcoming. Fast check in and check out. We were a family of 4 with 2 teens in a quad room. Rooms are small but very clean and had complete amenities and beds are very comfortable. A "large twin"cannot fit 2 people! So get 4 beds or 2 rooms. If you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep, stay here and spend your money on shopping instead! Loved the Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi!!

24小時任飲咖啡，茶和汽水，晚上有一小時宵夜拉麵，美味。下午3時半起，便有酒精和雪糕提供，下午5時又有不同活動，又有免費按摩椅。每層有行李磅，很貼心。樓下便有2間便利店，購物店，還有烤肉店，咖啡店等，還有開至凌晨5時的串燒店，等，很方便。附近是心齋橋step，很多店。

Very good hotel

Good location, good breakfast and delicious Ramen for free every night from 20.30-21.30. Also free soft drink 24/7, and free ice cream in the afternoon. Good beds and linen. Helpful staff at the desk (lost roomkey and luggage forwarding).Would definitly stay again!

My family and I stayed at The Bridge Hotel for 7 nights in late June. The check-in process was easy. We stayed at a triple room, it is a bit small but doable. The location of the hotel is great, it is close to the shopping district. Shinsaibashisuji is just a few minutes away on foot. The hotel offers free drinks and ramen in the evening. There is a Lawson right beside the hotel, which is very convenient for breakfast or late-night snacks! The laundry machines are very busy in this hotel, also it's hard to dry the clothes in 1 round. You need to download an app to operate the machine and you need coins for the dryer. We did a Google search and there is a coin laundry nearby (6 minutes walk), it is faster and cheaper than the hotel machines. We used the luggage delivery service recommended by the hotel. We did the reservation online and left the baggage at the reception before 11 am on the checkout day. Our baggage arrived on the same day at our Kyoto hotel. Stress free! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The location is perfect for us. Walking distance to most of our destinations.
The hotel offers lots of activities for guests to learn and do daily. And free ramen from 8-9pm.

The daily free flow alcohol, ramen, ice cream and drinks were definitely a unique and key attractive feature for this hotel. There is also daily free activity such as free takoyaki, hairpin making etc.
The hotel staff were also all very friendly and approachable.
Hotel is quite well located, near Shinsaibashi station and also walkable to the Dotonbori stretch.
Many food and shopping options around.

Me and my family loved our stay at The Bridge Hotel. They have everything you’ll ever need. If it’s not in your room, they can lend it to you - from hair straighteners, iron, ironing board, legos for the kids, stuff for the babies, etc. What’s more is they have daily ramen night from 8:30-9:30pm, ice cream from 3:30-4:30pm, fountain drinks 24/7 and weekly experience events like matcha making experience, takoyaki event, and others. And when you’re tired from a day of walking, massage chairs are available for you to use for 15mins. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book The Bridge Hotel again when we come visit Osaka.

Great hotel, be back in time for the ramen!!

A very nice hotel centrally located with easy access to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and close to the train. While the room itself is small and the bathroom is really tiny, the hotel amenities make up for it. The all you can eat ramen plus drinks at night is especially awesome. Honestly some of the best ramen I had the whole trip. Also the breakfast is great. Really good sushi.

Fabulous hotel in Osaka

Loved our stay at the Bridge! It was very convenient and a short walk to Dotonbori. The hotel is located by a bunch of shops & restaurants (there’s also a 7-11 less than 2 minutes away) and the hotel has free ramen every night from 7:30-9:30! They had sodas, water and coffee available 24/7 and massage chairs available for use. They also have different activities on select nights (like hair pin making, kimono try on and more).

Rooms are your standard Japan size; small but manageable. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The windows were leaking wind and the curtains were disgusting. The rooms were very tiny. If you are someone taller than 6 feet, it’s very easy to hit your head on the bathroom ceiling. Please look through the reviews carefully.

第一次到日本，害怕踩雷於是選擇了網路評價還不錯的橋樑飯店。
抵達飯店時，櫃檯服務人員會詢問是否第一次入住他們的飯店，如果沒有會簡單跟你介紹飯店內設施並且詢問有無吸煙，我們表示沒有吸煙，於是服務人員幫我們安排在12F有吸煙室的樓層，即使有吸煙室房內一樣會有味道喔！
每天都會有房務人員打掃房間，幫你把被子鋪好，換上新的毛巾，補齊每人一罐水。
某天早晨，大約7點多至櫃檯想跟服務人員要一瓶水，表示今天不需要房間打掃，我想直接拿今天的水，還記得是一位說英文的服務人員，當下他聽不懂我的語言也沒有要解決的意思，直到我拿出手機翻譯，他表示水會等打掃時送到我房間⋯⋯。好險前天有其他服務人員告知如果提早拿水今天房間就不會再送水了，看來這位英文很好的服務人員比我還不懂飯店的遊戲規則。
在日本幾乎街上都是自行車，於是有天我們打算體驗一下順便欣賞日本街景，騎自行車去餐廳吃晚餐，幸好飯店服務很好，有租借腳踏車服務，但當我們要租借時，沒有那麼順利，他先是面有難色告知說如果自行車不見需要支付費用並且希望我們停在規定的範圍，於是我們給他看了一下我們要去的餐廳詢問這邊有沒有可以停的地方，服務人員告知這邊都沒有，可能要再自己找找。畢竟人在外地不瞭解當地風情，於是我們打算還是走路去好了，到了餐廳後發現，門口全部停滿了腳踏車，哈哈哈
總結一下，如果花一樣的錢，我想應該有更好的選擇。

我住日航的時候已留意到這間酒店，就在日航後面，門前紅橋有特式，房間唔算大但可以打開兩個行李箱而走動；樓下每天有贈飲及拉麵所以也成為一個給不同國家遊客交流的機會。

The property was good and close to everything. Breakfast was excellent. Just many of staff did not want to be there. For example, it took me more than 15 minutes to get an extra bedding sheet. The front desk lady told me that sheets are not in the front desk department. What’s a nonsense. I think it is the fault of management. They didn’t train staff well, especially foreign workers.
