昭和な感じの旅館で、設備はそんな感じ。
和室で大浴場ありは古めかしさが好みなら最高かも。

コスパよすぎるリラックス空間

ベッドじゃなくて布団がいいな..
から見つけたこの旅館です。
安かったので、あまり期待せず行ったのですが、広くてとてもリラックスできました。

シャワーの水圧が弱めだったり、リンスインシャンプーなのが気になる人はいるかもしれませんが、個人的には大満足です。

従業員の方の対応も丁寧です！繁華街から少し離れているので、夜は静かに眠れます。

大浴場でのんびり寛げました。

部屋の浴槽が清潔感がない。部屋備え付け備品類が不備が多い。
朝の食事は、量も味も満足しました。

騒がしくて眠れず、、、、、

立地は最高でしたが、お隣りに恵まれないと眠れません。
2日間お世話になりましたが、2日間　寝不足になりました。
従業員の方たちは、とても良かったと思います。
ですが、最近は洋風なホテルばかりでしたので、和室で布団で昔ながら、、、、のようで
それはそれで良かったと思います。
また泊まる？と聞かれたら宿泊先がなっかたら又お世話になるかもしれません。

立地最高！

ロケーションが最高です。
道頓堀、宗右衛門町が道を挟んで目の前。
チェックアウト後も荷物を長時間預かって頂き、スタッフに感謝！
値段がもう少し安いとオッケー！

這裏比較殘舊，住了兩晚，半夜也痕醒，被不知名的東西咬了，以致睡得不太好。房間設施也齊備，只是比較殘舊，浴場地方狹小，提供的物資也一般，不過風筒比較好用。

住這裏唯一優點是交通十分方便，非常近心齋橋和道頓堀，附近也有不少藥妝和便利店。行走到日本橋2號出口也不燒10分鐘。過一條馬路便是蟹道樂，方便參加一日遊集合地點。

주요 관광지와 인접하고 한국어를 잘하시는 친절한 직원도 계십니다.
방 상태와 대욕장도 깔끔하니 좋았습니다.
체크아웃하고 짐 맡길 수 있고 웰컴드링크로 주는 시원한 녹차도 맛있었습니다.
다음에 오사카를 방문한다면 다시 여길 선택할거같습니다.

오사카에서 가성비최고 숙소!!

4인 가족여행으로 3박숙박했던 곳입니다.
일단 짐보관서비스가 가능해서 체크인전에 짐보관하고, 시티투어하기에 너무 좋았습니다. 오사카 도심엔 사람들이 많아서 캐리어 끌고다니면 진짜 힘들어요.

건물겉은 오래되어보여도 내부는 청결합니다.
친절하시고, 체크인할때 웰컴티(tea)도 주시고 첫인상이 좋았습니다. 객실내부는 개별욕실이 있고, 저희 객실은 싱글침대 2개, 다다미방 1개 있었습니다.

매일 오후5시경 남자직원들이 들어와서 침구세팅해주러 오십니다. 편했습니다.

그리고 지하1층에 남자, 여자 목욕장이 있습니다.
여자 목욕장에는 사우나는 없다는데, 남자목욕장에는 사우나있습니다.

그리고 숙소가 도톤보리에 입지해서 교토투어버스가 숙소 맞은편에서 출발해서 편했습니다.

타코인형이 여기가 제일 저렴함

입지매우우수, 친절함, 사우나, 청결함 등 다 좋습니다. 공항가는 역이 멀다는거 빼고는 대만족입니다.
역도 걸어서 갈만합니다.

Lovely days in Osaka

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was kind and caring. The breakfast was really lovely. Experiencing a traditional Japanese breakfast was a treat! We had a welcome drink which felt so nice. The position of the hotel is more than great! Totally recommend!

The breakfast female staffs were friendly.
The male staff charged me extra hotel tax and gave no receipt, even though tax was suppose to be already included when I paid online - very sketch.
Things felt older than expected, but the facility was decent enough for such a location.

너어무 맘에 드는 호텔입니다!!!!
재방문 의사 무조건 있어요!
도톤보리랑 가까운 숙소 중에 제일 깔끔하면서도 일본 전통 느낌을 잘 살린 호텔 같아요
방 내부도 아주 마음에 들었고 무엇보다도 사장님과 직원분들이 너무너무 친절하셔요!
대욕탕은 갔다온 후 피부가 부드러워진 게 느껴질 정도로 좋았구요!
가시게 된다면 타코야끼 체험 꼭 신청하셔서 추억 만들고 오세요!!!
오사카 재방문 하게 된다면 무조건 다시 갈 호텔 1위!

4명에서 좋았습니다

친구들이끼리 4명에서 갔는데 수건조금 부족한거말곤 다 좋았어요 일본식느낌나느곳에서2명 편하게 침대에서 잘 친구들 2명이렇게해서도 잘잤습니다 방음은 복도에서 떠드는거말곤 잘되는거같아요 지하에 목욕탕은 안써봤습니다 그리고 위치가 진짜 너무사기라 개인적으로 추천합니다

Wonderful experience! The staff was capable and helpful. The food was delicious. And you can’t beat how close the hotel is to Donguri Street and the Glico Man. One small thing is that the door directly to the women’s bath was somewhat broken and hard to open and close. Other than that it’s a great place for a traditional Japanese experience!

Great service at a good price in an amazing location. Countless dining options nearby and clean facilities around the entire hotel. Only complaint would be the high noise levels at some hours of the night, but that’s because of the location and not something the hotel can control.

Central Osaka Convenience

The Yamatoya Honten is ideally located in central Osaka to make it easy to walk to nearby Dotonbori for food or Denden town to do some shopping.

The hotel itself is in a more traditional Japanese style and a great experience for it. (Though you don't lack any modern amenities - there is air conditioning for example!)

The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke quite a bit of English, which was helpful since my Japanese is still quite basic.

The Yamatoya accepts luggage deliveries and my suitcase was waiting for me in my room when I arrived, which was a really nice touch. The front desk staff also helped me book my bag through to my next hotel.

The room had enough space for me and sleeping on the traditional futon bed was quite comfortable.

How lovely everyone was. How good the food was. We booked a meal and although normally you don't eat in a separate room they do so for us anyway. There was plenty of space for luggage. Comfortable futon floor beds. Room service everyday.

Not even 5 minutes away from Dotonbori. You also get a green tea as you arrive! The personal is super friendly and tries their best to help you with your wishes! There is also a small souvenir shop inside the hotel and you can try (and buy) a kimono right there. Rooms were bigger as we expected and super clean!

The water leaked from the ceiling while we booked the traditional Japanese Roman experience. We could not sleep all night, kept moving the bed around the room to avoid water drops and the staff was not empathetic about it at all on reporting the incident.

내가 가본 호텔중 최악이였다. 방은 너무 작았고 시설은 아주 오랜된 곳이라 지저분하고 냄새가 났다. 오래되고 낡은 다다미라그런지 귀신 나올거갔았다. 가격이 쌌다면 그러러니하겠지만 5성호텔값이다. 조식도 매일 비슷하며 먹을만한게 흰쌀밥밖에 없었다. 좋은점은 도톤보리에 있다는것과 일본인 특유의 친절함이다.

일본스런 숙소로 오사카 도톤보리 가깝고 지하 대욕장도 작긴하지만 충분히 이용하기 좋았어요. 제가 교토 일일버스투어 신청해서 츠루동탄앞에서 집결했는데 여기 숙소에서 집결장소가 도보 1분거리로 신호등만 건너면 바로앞이예요. 다만 호텔과 비교하면 열쇠키이고 창문열면 밖이 좀 시끄럽다는거 빼고 좋아요.

I loved the people in this ryokan, just please do something about the smell and windows cleanliness, I understand the property is very traditional but, a little improvement on the general state would be fantastic, the first floor is all impregnated with cigarette smell due to the smoke room, and the upper floors smelled like rust and fish.

Solid property in a great and convenient area. The rooms are quite dated and a little dirty but it's also the cheapest place around, didn't bother us much. Staff was really friendly and the traditional breakfast (paid) was great. They offer a free luggage keep that was super convenient as well.

친절.깔끔숙소

프론트에 한국말 할수 있는 직원이 있어서 더 좋았구요.6시쯤 되면 이불을 깔아주러 오시니까 좋네요,다음날 외출하고 돌아왓을때도 깔끔히 다시 정리 해주셧고,무료조식이 포함된 숙박이면 더 좋았을거 같아요,4식구 가족여행인데 전 호텔에 비함 좀 협소해서 트렁크를 펼쳐 놓지 못해서 그건 좀 아쉽네요.도톤보리랑 가까워서 다니기는 넘 좋앗어요.

Not a good traditional Ryokan experience

I was looking forward to staying in a traditional Japanese inn as described in previous reviews and YouTube but was disappointed on all counts. There was no personal greeting or attendant assigned to us, no tea on arrival. Kaiseki dinner was not served in our room. Kaiseki dinner items did not match the description on menu & not great. Both meals were in the dining room. Breakfast choices were either Japanese or Western but had to be ordered before 8pm the night before. Western breakfast was mediocre-no choice of eggs. The takoyaki experience was a joke. We were given an electric griddle,plain batter, frozen shrimp & octopus with directions but no pickled red ginger or green onions provided as described. We cooked our own without help. Kimonos were in room but no directions. Two thin towels per person & charge 300 yen for ice or extra towels. All of the other 6 Japan hotels we stayed in also had a public bath or onsen so no need to stay in a Ryokan like this one for that experience. Don't stay here if you are hoping for a traditional Japanese inn. It's basically a 2 star hotel with futons to sleep on. We stayed extra day(s) for this Ryokan experience. It cost us more than the regular hotels but was my least favorite Japan hotel. One lady on staff was helpful with directions on how to catch the airport bus. Location was good for Dontonburi.

Malgré une erreur de réservation qui à fait qu'ils ont du nous reloger ailleurs la première nuit, le personnel et le directeur ont fait tous ce qui était en leur pouvoir pour rattraper la bévue .

낡았고, 좁고, 불편한데, 직원에 따른 친절도가 차이가 납니다... 급하게 묵어야 했기 때문에 별다른 선택의 여지가 없었어요.. 차근 차근 준비하게된다면 다시 가고 싶은 곳은 아닙니다. 오래 묵히면 감칠맛이 날수도.. 상할 수도 있다는 평범한 진리를 다시 한 번 깨닿게 되는 기회였네요..
